I ordered hot wings and fries from this KFC this week. They said they didn't have Fanta because something was broken, so I ordered a Sprite instead. Well, it's fast food, so I don't expect anything healthy, but compared to other KFC restaurants, the food here was VERY greasy. The food tasted old and almost seemed spoiled. Again, it's a fast food restaurant, so you won't find high-quality food here. 😅

The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. However, they got my order wrong and gave me fewer pieces of chicken than I'd ordered. Moreover, the chicken pieces in the sandwich were so small that it almost felt like you were eating just bread. That's why you should always check your order before leaving the restaurant.

Why is there such a long line at the drive-thru, and why do I have to wait almost 20 minutes before my order is even placed? The restaurant is already closed inside at 11:00 PM, but the drive-thru is running like a bunch of sluggish snails. Bizarre! Seriously, a restaurant shouldn't close that early.

My goodness, it started off badly right at the pole, when she couldn't understand a thing. I ordered loaded fries, chicken tenders, and corn. The sauce was forgotten. The loaded fries were cold, the corn was sour and soggy I didn't dare eat it, and the crispy chicken tenders weren't crispy at all. They tasted like cardboard. The only good thing was the drinks.

I couldn't fault the service or the atmosphere. They were fine. The food was extremely disappointing. The chicken wasn't crispy, and the original was pretty bland. The chicken burger was very dry, as if it had been microwaved too long. There's definitely room for improvement in the quality of the food. As long as there aren't any positive reviews, I won't be eating here again.

Fantastic service at KFC thanks to manager Samira! I'd like to share my experience with the KFC restaurant, and in particular the fantastic way manager Samira handled a complaint I made. During a recent visit, I encountered a minor issue with my order. It was a bit frustrating, but as soon as I reported it, I was immediately taken seriously. Samira personally took the time to listen, showed genuine concern, and resolved everything with great professionalism and kindness. She not only offered a suitable solution but did so in a way that made me feel truly valued as a customer. Her approach was respectful, prompt, and sincere – something that unfortunately isn't always a given these days. Thanks to her fantastic efforts, I'm not only satisfied, but even more positive about KFC than before my complaint. What a top-notch manager! KFC should be proud of such a dedicated and capable employee. Samira, thank you again – you really make a difference!

This is by far the worst KFC branch I've ever been to. Not one time was the food fresh. Its always old, stale and dry. The service is incredibly slow despite them just taking a 5 hour old piece of chicken from under the lamp. Do not go here, you will regret your life choices.

What a rude, outrageous gentleman at the drive-through. He forgot to give me a code for a menu deal, and he got up in arms and refused to change it. I canceled my entire order out of anger because that's not how you treat your guests. He was also very rude to his colleague because a mistake had been made. I'm not going to give you my money this way; I'll get my food somewhere that knows how to provide proper service!

The food here tastes just like your average KFC. Nothing special, but tasty enough for a good price. The people at the counter and in the kitchen are often incredibly slow, especially on weekends. Sometimes I wait 10 minutes for my food, sometimes 30. It's a fast-food restaurant. I'd advise the manager to pay close attention to the people, especially young women of foreign descent, who are working at the front of the restaurant, because customer service isn't always very efficient or clear.

Last Thursday, after work, I picked up a sundae, and it was delicious! With chocolate sauce, delicious. At the kiosk, I opted for a deposit cup for an extra €1. The other option is paying €0.15... and polluting the environment with disposable plastic. I take my order with me, tired from a long day, and eat it behind the wheel. At some point, I realize I've actually been given a disposable cup... and I'm almost home... even though I paid for... ...... Exactly!! I call around 10:00 PM... but they let me ring 20 times. Then they hang up. And again. On Friday, the next day (yesterday), I drove by again after work. With the receipt and the empty disposable cup. The chocolate sauce residue is clearly visible in it. [This is a complaint within a complaint. This was more/mainly HAZELNUTS sauce... I know that taste well from pasta, which goes on bread... but Hazelnuts are not chocolate. There are people in my family who could have seriously complained... for me, it was 'just' whether I'd get a different, also tasty, flavor.] I wait at the counter for 2-3 minutes, looking for attention, until 'someone has time for me'... there's a new girl (with her back to me), who keeps watching 'the distribution of ready partial orders...' After 3+ minutes, I call her. I briefly explain that due to a 'situation' I'd like to speak to the manager. She hears me and reacts indecisively... I now find the attention of a more experienced employee. She even looks as if she's managing 'a few'. She's happy to listen to me (and help), but when I ask for the manager, she immediately signals him. I explain to the manager where my problem lies. The friendly woman wants to give me my euro back, but I tell her I find that "too easy." They're creating a problem: if the customer then returns, and focuses part of their day on that, I'm on their property for 10 minutes, while if they were... I wouldn't have had to come! She explains that she can't give me a free sundae, ice cream, or anything like that. So, KFC... you give people at the kiosk (possibly also at the counter) a choice between the environmental tax (€0.15) or the deposit cup (€1), and in both cases they get the disposable cup. And I quote the manager: "Because that deposit cup is gone, and we're not getting that one anymore!" So, I say, you're fooling people. She tells me that "they" can't adjust the ordering menu... (it sounded like this is handled by an external company)... and I can go along with that. But, and I realize this now: I came for a milkshake on Thursday... I chose coconut... I was curious about this, for me, new flavor. SOLD OUT, in a red box! The kiosk signals me... I then choose Chocolate: SOLD OUT! That same red box again. So that kiosk order menu is indeed customizable "on the fly"!! ...I'm just being ripped off. I told the manager, "Make the kiosk program so that no matter which option you choose..." THEY WILL NOT BE PAID €1 FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE. Apparently, it was possible for milkshake flavors... even if this adjustment is "to their own advantage" (saves countless customer questions). Compared to a year ago (see photo), progress has been made. But many have also NOT!! That's why I've deducted one star from the Service rating. - If you'd like to offer me a Zinger Menu for this story, I'd love to hear from you. What I understand from the manager is that the customer is charged an extra €1... "Yes, that's only nice for us..." and she said, "There must be a third option." (I only saw two). Mindset = wrong. Adjust the menu structure. You no longer have and provide deposit cups... (do you want PVDD to visit?)... then adjust the menu so that no one can afford that extra €1, even if you choose it from the customizable menu. Coconut Milkshake SOLD OUT!!!! It's food for thought.

I've had problems ordering several times now. The first time we ordered a reusable cup, but I got a disposable cup. I also ordered 2 coconut milkshakes, but I got vanilla with a note saying that the coconut was gone. (They could have called to ask what flavor I wanted instead?) Furthermore, I found that the last time there was very little topping on my deluxe sundae and it was half melted. And my milkshake didn't come with a straw, which is also very handy... However, today was the last straw. We ordered a boneless bucket, but didn't receive it. Called the restaurant several times, but no one answered. We also got a small milkshake instead of a medium. I also ordered that squidgame burger, but there was so much sauce on it that it was almost inedible. And the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while... So not fresh. From now on, I'll order somewhere else.

Worst KFC experience ever – KFC Capelle I have ordered from the drive-thru at KFC Capelle several times and every time it is a hit: wrong order, grumpy staff and no service orientation at all. Today was the last straw. I ordered a Zinger menu and when I opened the burger, there was an excess of sauce on it, no tomatoes to be seen and the bun was anything but fresh – just old and tasteless. I politely asked for a new one, and how was I treated? Like I was shit. No apologies, no solution – just unfriendliness and disinterest. Every time I come here, the service is below par. They literally do not care about their customers. If you like to spend money on bad food and disrespectful treatment, then this is the place to go. For me it is the last time. Disgraceful.

We were very disappointed with our visit to KFC today. The lady of Arab descent who collected the orders at the counter in the evening did her job downright badly. While we were in line, she made several mistakes with other customers' orders. When our number appeared on the screen and we thought our order was ready, we had to wait another 20 minutes because she had mixed it up. To be honest, it was an unpleasant experience. Out of curiosity, I tried the hair salon and WHAT A MEGA, MEGA, MEGA disappointment that was for 9 euros. A few chicken pieces, but tasty sauce, but the fries. Where were they? It was a few snips and then the portions. Just ridiculous. No more hair salon at KFC for me. From now on, eat your KFC yourself.

The chicken burger was not well done; the meat was still a bit pink instead of nice and white. It is a pity that the quality varies so much per location. No lettuce between the burgers, it was also indicated. But my son didn't really miss the only healthy part either ;) This was the cleanest KFC ever!!! I often find all KFCs sticky and dirty, tables, benches, floors, screens, etc. But this branch was very clean! Even the toilets smelled hygienically clean! 👍 1 member of staff who brought our order to the table was very friendly and chatty. Simply striking for a KFC!

Wings are very greasy and almost all the zinger sauce was on the wrapped paper than inside the burger. I was handed down someone else's order though I have shown my receipt / order number. (Just 3 customers in the restaurant) Only good thing was that the fries were good and tasty .

There is no way to talk about the food, just no words for anything more than the disgusting, disgusting and stomach upset of this raw chicken. It's gotten to the point where the manager is asking to leave 5 stars for free chicken. Not recommended, save your money and stay home.

When I look forward to a Zinger again and ask from experience when paying whether there is tomato on it this time as it should be, the answer I get is no, because yes, it is Friday... It was very cold outside (3 degrees) and the emergency door was open to serve cars at the drive-in. It was also very cold inside. I was a table top away, but the steel leg was still dangerously upright Food was fine. We had a boneless bucket. It was delivered to the table quickly and hot. We also received a plastic deposit cup with drinks. This could be returned to a machine, but it said that the cup had not been registered by the service. At least that's what it said on all four receipts that came out. No idea how this works, but we did not receive any money or credit voucher. We had no time for this and left. Feels a bit like theft.

I didn't come here often in recent years and when I did it was often “mwah” or just cold and bad. Monday evening, after a long time, I tried a holiday combo with hot wings, crispy tenders and fillet bites. If they can keep this up, it's worth repeating! Nice and crispy, warm, not dripping in fat, even the fries were good, which is usually a soft, limp thing. Keep it up!

I ordered 2 piece menu. Normal You get this in a box. I have now received 2 chickens in a bag. Chicken didn't have half the meat. Looked like someone had bitten a piece off. I was late, my break was almost over so I couldn't return to say anything in person

Sorry, but this is my honest review: I have visited other KFC locations where the managers were helpful in taking orders, but this is one of the worst KFCs I have ever visited. The manager (probably the RGM) treated us poorly and helped us in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of assisting, he directed us to the kiosk, saying, “Make the order there.” Okay, that’s fine. We asked for help in English, and although he assumed we didn’t understand Dutch, he spoke about us over his headphones in Dutch (as it was a restaurant with a drive-thru). Unfortunately, we overheard and understood what he said, which made us feel disrespected. Despite this, we proceeded with placing our order, as we were in the middle of fulfilling a commitment. We ordered 12 burgers (5 Zingers, 6 Originals, and 1 veggie burger) and 28 hot wings for takeaway. However, one of the Zinger burgers was literally half-cooked, leaving us no option but to throw it away. The hot wings were fine, so no complaints there, but it felt like we had wasted our hard-earned money. The manager might be thinking that he was “super cool” but sorry you’re not. I understand that managing a restaurant is stressful, but it’s important to remember that a business relies entirely on its customers. If you can’t give them a warm welcome, even with a simple (even if fake) smile, frustration will eventually drive them away. You could take a lesson from @KFC Dordrecht, where the manager and staff treat customers with respect, and professionalism, resolving any situation politely. This restaurant could be highly recommendable if they change their communication style with customers. Otherwise, the risk of losing loyal customers is 99.9%. The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. We ordered through Thuiszorg.nl because of the promised delivery time of 20-30 minutes. The order arrived 60 minutes later. It's an unpleasant experience, especially with young children at home waiting for the food.
