There is a high chance you will receive the wrong order; they took my receipt at the counter, and I realized later while eating that half of it was missing. I couldn't prove this without a receipt. Money wasted. Additionally, it is incredibly busy. Everyone is pressed against each other in front of the counter. It takes at least 40 minutes before you get your food. The worst part: I and another person both became very sick the day after eating. We developed itchy rashes on our arms and legs, extreme diarrhea, and stomach pain. This is absurd. I don't understand how KFC can just get away with this. Hygiene is practically non-existent.

I would like to make a complaint about my recent order at KFC. I paid for my order, but I had to wait exactly 40 minutes before I finally received it. The wait could have been much shorter if one of the employees had not deleted several orders from the work tablet without even checking the screen properly. As a result, my order appeared as if it had already been prepared and handed out, even though it had not been made at all. If I had not approached the employees myself and asked where my order was, I would probably have continued waiting for an hour or even longer without knowing what was happening. I understand that during busy hours there can be a lot of orders and that employees can become overwhelmed. However, in this case, the problem happened because of one particular employee. I come to this KFC quite often and I have noticed mistakes from this employee several times before. This time, however, the mistake was much more serious in my opinion. I could also clearly see that the staff were struggling to keep up with the number of orders. It would be good to have more employees working during peak hours, because the current number of staff does not seem to be enough to handle the workload properly. My situation with the order number was also not the only one. There was another customer before me whose order number was also deleted from the screen, and their order had not even been prepared. This experience really disappointed me. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into what happened, because customers should not have to wait 40 minutes simply because their order was accidentally removed from the system.

Food was great and the cafe was very clean. The one by the Utrecht train station is very filthy in comparison. I've been a few times now and they are consistently clean and food is great. The only thing is waiting time is quite long. 15-20 minutes for fast food is too much especially when you have a 30 min lunch break.

Takeaway order. For an extra charge, milkshakes do not come with straws. Now, that isn't a disaster, but it's certainly not professional either. What *is* a disaster is that we also have 2 loaded fries. But if this is loaded, then a sip of beer is an overdose. Take into account that this order was prepared BY THE MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR. Really sloppy. Why am I paying extra for half-finished work then? How do we resolve this?

Sooo bad would not recommend to anyone the place was small wich I can work with but it was cramped with how many ppl were there we waited 1h only for one box and when it came it was missing a bunch of stuff and when we asked for it we got an uninterested replying. This was perhaps the least tasty KFC I have ever eaten; after taking a bite, I gave all my food to the birds. I was only satisfied with my drink; that is why I am giving it a 1: the fries were way too greasy and cold, and the chicken in the bun tasted stale – the bun was so stale too. Because I had already taken it with me, I didn't have time to return it.

Unfortunately, not a cool snack spot. I’m not easily negative about anything, but not a single table was clean. The bin for clearing up was full. At the men's restroom, for which I had to pay 70 cents, one urinal was broken, the toilet itself was full of toilet paper, and the flush buttons were broken. The water ran continuously. And the floor was actually sticky everywhere. The fries were soggy too. Lacking flavor as well. I had a chicken bun with it, and that was dry too, and the cheese wasn't melted. No more KFC for me, for the time being. 20 euros for two people is really worth more than this.

I visited this KFC after a friend had already told me that he got a lot of stomach pain last time and had to go to the toilet multiple times. At the time, I thought it might be due to something else. Unfortunately, after our visit, we both experienced exactly the same thing: we both got very severe stomach pain and had to go to the toilet all day. I have never experienced this at any other KFC, which is why I find it particularly regrettable and concerning. I am sharing my experience because I think it is important that others are aware of this. Hopefully, something will be done about this to improve the quality and hygiene.

When you enter here, you feel like you have entered a haunted house. Starting at the front door: you can barely see anything because of the dirt on the glass. Everything is dirty, smeared, and broken. It is even dirty to touch the ordering kiosks — there are layers of dirt on them. Sitting at the tables is also impossible, because it is filthy everywhere. The service is a separate story. Even if you are standing in line alone, you wait 20 minutes for your order, and a mistake is almost certainly made on top of that. This is the most disgusting branch of the entire chain I have ever seen.

Today, April 6, 2026, I ordered food for 75 euros. This included a bucket for 27 euros that didn't even arrive with straws and sauce. It took a very long time for our food to arrive. We called the branch more than 10 times. Not a single employee answered. I am here with 2 children who are starving, and you are delivering half of our food. Can't you look at a screen and put food in a bag? Can you even read Dutch, because you are missing half of our order time after time. No compensation, just an email saying I will get my money back. That is of no use to me while the children are starving. The food is cold. This branch is so extremely bad. What am I paying for? I am starving and so angry.

Awful place to be, the service is shit, no salt on the fries, burger was cold. Had to wait 25 minutes for "fast" food. They were even too lazy to bring the filet bites that took even more time. Not the first time everything was crappy! Not coming back here ever again since the problem isn't being handled

Ive never been to a kfc before so this was my first time. My boyfriend and I ordered loaded fries, zinger hashbrown burger and a bucket of chicken. FOOD EXPERIENCE -The fries were soggy and unsalted, the cheese sauce was super cold and the onions and bacon were basically not added. The chicken was soft but also dry. How did you manage that? It was so oily that it actually slipped out of my hands. The burger was like that too. It was so extremely oily that the paper it came in ripped. PLACE -When we walked in it was small which is okay but the tables were set so close that two table that were meant to be singulars became a set. Not to mention all the leftover food, trash and oil on the ground. The floor had some suspicious stains and the open tables were dirty. If the food isnt good I dont expect that there was put much effort in. Wouldnt that mean that the effort went into keeping the place clean? OVERALL -10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend. I cant believe people come there willingly. Even a one star rating is too big of a praise. I didnt see any effort anywhere

Today, February 19th, I went to the KFC here. I thought I'd grab a quick bite to eat. I'd already had a tiring day and wanted to make it better with some tasty food, but that didn't work out. The food was soggy and barely flavorful; the flavor that was there was unbearable. I developed stomach problems afterward, and I'm not feeling great right now. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at this particular KFC. Never again.

I'm truly furious and deeply frustrated about what I experienced today at Kentucky Fried Chicken. I bought food, my hands were covered in grease, and what do you expect as a customer? To wash your hands before touching your clothes. That's the most basic and normal thing there is. But no. There's no free sink, and when I asked if I could wash my hands, an employee told me I had to pay to use the restroom. Seriously? I pay for food, my hands are dirty from your product, and then I have to pay extra to clean myself? That's unacceptable. This isn't a luxury, this is hygiene. The employee's reaction was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for someone serving customers. As a customer, I expect minimal service and human understanding, not such a rude and absurd reaction. This unfortunately speaks volumes about how customers are treated. Something like this should never happen.

I'd rather recommend the KFC next to Utrecht Central Station.

Don't order here (through Thuisbezorgd). They accept payment, say that they will deliver in 35 minutes, and after 1,5 hrs cancel the order. Worthless. Update: They really cannot be trusted. They promised a refund but kept part of the money we paid.

Waited 25 minutes for my milkshake. I was given a number. They simply hadn't made it. They're too busy to speak to you. After getting hold of someone, I also get the wrong size milkshake. I won't be coming here again.

You have to pay to use the toilet which is okay because you get a voucher. You can't use the voucher at the kiosk and you can only pay cash at the register. So if you don't have cash you can't redeem the voucher. They didn't want to provide a solution

The location is great, it's right in the city center, with lots of space and even two floors to sit and eat. The ordering system is smooth, and the rest of the food was pretty good overall. However, the hot wings were absolutely terrible, they tasted old and overcooked, like they’d been sitting around for days. Really disappointing, especially since that’s one of my go-to items at KFC. Everything else was fine, but those wings definitely ruined the experience a bit.

Had to wait more than half an hour for my food. Very busy downstairs at collect area. Unsafe stairs, another customers slipped and fell. I was not served a tray even though i selected to eat in. If you are a fast food business and you cannot delevir, please just don't accept the order. This is not acceptable service.

When I was at KFC I wasn't allowed to order because the cash register wasn't working and he wouldn't make it. He said only card payments, even though I don't have a card, only cash. I wasn't allowed to use the toilet either, and none of the employees can even speak Dutch or English well.

My partner and I placed an order with this KFC through Thuisbezorgd. We only received two of the nine items. We told the delivery driver, who told us to contact the KFC or use the app. No one answered the phone (I called over 15 times, no answer), and the app's AI support was ineffective, but we still managed to get a refund for the remaining seven items. The items we did receive were lukewarm, not crispy, wet, or mushy. I'm extremely angry and will never order from here again! I also advise everyone against ordering from here because if something goes wrong, you can forget about getting help from a person.🤬 All in all, don't do it!

One of the best KFC in the Netherlands

My friend and I went to KFC. He ordered a bit later because I had cash and he had a debit card. We ordered around the same time and he had exactly the same food. We waited 30 minutes for his food and then he said it had already been ready for 30 minutes. After he aggressively took the receipt from his hand, he got new food without the fries sauce, which is what he ordered.
