I was there, but the Chinese manager wasn't very nice. He was aggressive and not friendly. I don't know what kind of manager he is. Sorry, but I threw the Coke on myself because, as I said, the sauce on the loaded fries wasn't very good and was also cold. I'm really disappointed.

Reasturan is clean and food was also tasty

Poor customer service, they can't resolve a simple order with a mistake. Placing an incorrect order takes forever to resolve, and yet a calculation error results in the customer losing money. I'm dissatisfied and I won't be returning! I don't recommend this location!

Waited 25 minutes for my milkshake. I was given a number. They simply hadn't made it. They're too busy to speak to you. After getting hold of someone, I also get the wrong size milkshake. I won't be coming here again.

Why are they so unfriendly to customers? And the four times I've been there, they always forget a product or give me the wrong one.

The restaurant is incredibly filthy, with food scraps all over the floor and tables. The restroom is incredibly dirty, with urine all over the seat and under the urinal.

You have to pay to use the toilet which is okay because you get a voucher. You can't use the voucher at the kiosk and you can only pay cash at the register. So if you don't have cash you can't redeem the voucher. They didn't want to provide a solution

The location is great, it's right in the city center, with lots of space and even two floors to sit and eat. The ordering system is smooth, and the rest of the food was pretty good overall. However, the hot wings were absolutely terrible, they tasted old and overcooked, like they’d been sitting around for days. Really disappointing, especially since that’s one of my go-to items at KFC. Everything else was fine, but those wings definitely ruined the experience a bit.

Sometimes automatic order machine doesnt work. Newer update: so slow it is embarassing. Kitchen looks fast, but always sooo many products waiting to be given

It's taking way too long. Order 95 is ready before order 61. You can't blame the staff; there are simply far too few people.

Had to wait more than half an hour for my food. Very busy downstairs at collect area. Unsafe stairs, another customers slipped and fell. I was not served a tray even though i selected to eat in. If you are a fast food business and you cannot delevir, please just don't accept the order. This is not acceptable service.

When I was at KFC I wasn't allowed to order because the cash register wasn't working and he wouldn't make it. He said only card payments, even though I don't have a card, only cash. I wasn't allowed to use the toilet either, and none of the employees can even speak Dutch or English well.

We ordered through Thuizbezorgd, and we've been waiting for our order for almost two hours. I've been calling the restaurant, but no one answers the phone. I've never seen such an indifferent restaurant in my life.

My partner and I placed an order with this KFC through Thuisbezorgd. We only received two of the nine items. We told the delivery driver, who told us to contact the KFC or use the app. No one answered the phone (I called over 15 times, no answer), and the app's AI support was ineffective, but we still managed to get a refund for the remaining seven items. The items we did receive were lukewarm, not crispy, wet, or mushy. I'm extremely angry and will never order from here again! I also advise everyone against ordering from here because if something goes wrong, you can forget about getting help from a person.🤬 All in all, don't do it!

One of the best KFC in the Netherlands

My friend and I went to KFC. He ordered a bit later because I had cash and he had a debit card. We ordered around the same time and he had exactly the same food. We waited 30 minutes for his food and then he said it had already been ready for 30 minutes. After he aggressively took the receipt from his hand, he got new food without the fries sauce, which is what he ordered.

If you don't mind waiting 40 minutes for your fast food, this is a good option….

This place is dirty.. No one cleans the tables and the floor is filthy. The workers take forever to give you your food. Our experience: the food was ready but they didn't hand it over until they felt like. Needs urgent improvement especially on the cleaning.

Just ordered a single "I want cheese" stacker burger for €10.99. In a hurry, I immediately took public transport after ordering. On the bus, I wanted to eat my burger when I discovered that only "I want cheese" fries cost €3.99 were in my bag. Very disappointed, definitely won't be back. If more attention had been paid to the orders instead of a colleague's explanation, this wouldn't have happened.

I understand that free restrooms are a thing of the past. But when you have to pay €0.70 for a dirty toilet without soap... Then you're told to go downstairs to eat because they're cleaning upstairs. Only to find yourself standing downstairs in front of a chain that no one will open for you because they're too busy leaning against the ordering kiosk, chatting with a friend. When you politely ask them to remove the chain, because climbing up with a tray is no longer possible, it's removed with a few grumbles. Other people also "bump into" the chain. And not even three minutes later, the chain is gone, and people are just walking upstairs again... Well, what can you say? Once, but not again...

The food was cold, and I was missing items. When I called, the employee initially started talking to his colleagues in slang, and then the answer was, "Just contact Thuisbezorgd," the order was correct. I ordered over €30 worth of food, and I understand you can't expect high quality from fast food, but this made no sense. A quick tip for the manager: teach your staff to speak proper ABN instead of slang.

Fries are cold and the chicken burger bun had been in the microwave for 3 days butttt the cheese on it was ice cold and looked moldy butttt the coke was great!

Strange characters in the shop. The food was awful. Good location near the station, though. No one here speaks Dutch. I did get free soft serve ice cream for writing this, so that's a plus.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at KFC. We ordered via the self-ordering machines in the shop, and it took nearly 20 minutes for our order to be prepared. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and since all the food was packed, it wasn’t possible to check everything item by item before leaving the counter. When we finally sat down to eat, we realised that several items from our order were missing, and some were not as we had ordered. For example, we ordered a pack of 6 wings but only received 4, and other parts of the order were incomplete as well. On top of that, the restaurant was super dirty. It was almost impossible to find a clean table to sit at. Overall, it was an awful experience and definitely not what you expect from a KFC branch.

I ordered two burgers while I was on the bus, and I'd already received my order. We were making dinner, and suddenly we had two chickens, and they weren't cooked properly. They were raw and didn't have a burger. When we called, they didn't answer. I tried so many times. They didn't answer, and the chicken wasn't cooked properly and tasted bad. That's why I'm giving them one star. Instead of working, they were talking and making eye contact, and I spent €6.50, and they had the wrong number.

We wanted a quick bite and chose to go to KFC since it’s supposed to be ‘fast food’. We had to wait 30 minutes for our order. When we finally got it we went to sit upstairs, but the tables were incredibly dirty. The food was alright, but the Korean wings (Squid Game) are disgusting. The batter is all soggy. My advise would be to go somewhere else for a quick snack.

This is the third time they messed up my order. This time I ordered from Uber Eats. They have mixed the order with another order. Finally the rider informed us about the situation and cancelled the order. Too bad when a kid was awaiting his dinner for more than 1.5 hrs and then it gets cancelled due to negligence from the restaurant people. I won't order from this restaurant anymore.

Bad service, takes a long time and is not clean

Yesterday I ordered a menu at 21.05 and it was delivered at 21.55. I live 5 minutes walking distance from KFC. But I have difficulty walking. The chicken sandwich was half breadcrumb burnt. The burger was cold and half the size of the sandwich itself. And cold. A lousy cold piece of corn on the cob. A half-empty milkshake that had been turned over and has now warmed up. And that for the price of 19.85. A scandalous service and order. Where can I get my money back. I threw everything away because you wouldn't even give that to a homeless person. Placed an order through uber eats. Part of what i received did not match the order i placed. I tried calling multiple times but there was no answer. Highly unsatisfied.

Everything is 1 star, I have never eaten in such a bad KFC in my 80 years of life. They forgot to give me my dessert. And when I ask for it, they ask for the receipt. While it is the same person who gave me the food. I also did not get the receipt, so I could not prove it. There goes my €2.50😡😡😡😡😡

Waited 35 minutes for my order. When I went to ask about my order (after 25 minutes waiting). They refused to talk to me, everytime I looked at them and made it clear I wanted to talk, they ignored me. I asked politely and everything. Then when I asked again the man behind the counter screamed "WHAT?!" And finally talked to me. When I said I'd been here for 30 minutes now he said "just one more thing" and proceeded to let me wait 5 more minutes for 1 burger that should've been ready 35 minutes ago.

The restaurant and the tables are absolutely dirty, I have to wait for my order more that 20 minutes and I saw people who order way after me have their food before me… the employees are just hanging around and having a nice chat with each other wen people is clearly obfuscated for the service

Terrible. My sister had her birthday and ordered at 6pm for €80, around 7.45pm we finally saw the delivery man. Unfortunately he didn't understand the comment "green apartment" and we had to watch from the window as the man cycled past three other apartment complexes. Eventually after fifteen minutes we decided to meet the man downstairs, he was still looking for it at the elevator now in the right complex. With the wrong order, worth €20. I will never order from here again.

Very poor customer service. I have ordered 2 menu with 2 seperate ticket. Person who was working counter rold me they put 2 meni same pack but at the end we saw they did not put it. I have opened pack on front of them, after they appologised and made it again 10min. Previous order was cold, we did not like it. I hope they will be careful next time🤷🏻‍♂️

I come here for work often to pick up orders, and I actually enjoy coming here because 1. The restaurant is so slow that I get to wait for a comically long amount of time 2. The staff treat the customers so bad it’s like having free entertainment. The food is also not great but it’s KFC. You know what you’re getting.

I have never experienced such a bad KFC branch. It was one big too**** mess. Tables dirty and trays stacked on top of each other on the tables full of rubbish. Absolutely nothing was done about it by the employees. In addition, no napkins were provided, and when I asked for them I was given 2 thin sheets for 2 people. When I asked for more I was ignored. The food was okay.

I visited this KFC in the middle of Utrecht City to grab some quick food. I ordered a chicken burger and a large fries with mayonnaise. The burger tasted good - the chicken was freshly fried and crispy. However, the piece of meat was far too small for the burger bun, so the edges consisted only of bread. The fries were a disappointment: for €3.75 I expected a large portion, but I got a small one - and they were cold too. I ordered two portions of mayonnaise, but one would have been enough as the amount was very generous. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the restaurant was anything but inviting. The tables were dirty, covered in leftover food, napkins and wrappers. Things didn't look any better on the floor either - overall the place made a very unkempt impression. So I had my food packed and left. For a quick, small meal it was fine, but I wouldn't visit this location again.

I come here often cause of my work. I only collect orders but i can see some of the staff treating customers very badly.

Please never order delivery from here. It took 2hrs for me to receive my food...

Yesterday I had to wait an embarrassingly long time (almost half an hour) for a fairly simple order. Guy behind the counter has not yet included the term 'working through' in his vocabulary. 10+ people watched him pack bags in slow-motion while a whole pile of burgers/buckets lay rotting. The fries were absolutely delicious, as if they were from the previous day and heated up in the microwave. Everything thrown away. Zinger burgers were okay but partly cooled. It's too sad that a fast food joint can't even make fresh fries, so do something about it.

Wouldn't normally write a review about a fast food chain, but we waited an HOUR for 4 pieces of nasty cold chicken that we didn't order. Order was a menu with milkshake. The business was already closed when we left, so we had to open the door ourselves.

A big mess. Mess everywhere. Way too busy at the ordering area. Staff rude, disinterested and has no idea how to speak to customers. Chicken is cold when they finally finish your order. I cannot understand why KFC Netherlands finds this acceptable. Don't come here!!

I wanted to order my food from the plate, so I put in a deal. Doesn't work on the plate. I order online via the app, at 7:17 PM. It's almost 7:52 PM, and I still don't have the food even though the app said it would be ready around 7:21 PM. That is not the case.

The cheaper burgers only have half a piece of chicken, so you literally eat half the sauce. Too expensive for how poorly it is prepared. You can only buy reusable cups for 1 euro with your order and that device doesn't even work! They couldn't fix it either. I don't recommend KFC to anyone. I would enjoy cooking myself.

Bad quality of food was crazy that i have never expected this from kfc. Cola is half empty. Personnels are taking so long to do their work i waited for small order about 35 minutes. They closed the bathrooms at 9pm even though that the restaurant is open until 11pm.
