I ordered a vegetarian burger and I got real chicken. I had to throw my food away. + The food was cold

The staff starts cleaning far too early and lifts chairs even though the restaurant is still open for hours. You feel completely unwelcome, as if they don't want you to come in. The food is poorly prepared and undercooked. The staff immediately turn away and give you their backs, so you can't even ask a question. A truly terrible experience.

I see staff cleaning tables and then immediately starting to eat without washing their hands, having to wait almost half an hour for a single sandwich. Shameful, never again.

Sometimes they don't pay attention and you get the wrong order. And sometimes they completely ignore you, even though they clearly see you want to ask something. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine.

I have problem with them because I order food with special request that my request was for the food to be hot and they said don't worry we will serve you with hot food but you must wait like 20 minutes to talk fresh and hot food, I said okay and after 5 minutes they call my order number and the food not hot and they insisted the food was hot, that this was all they could do, but it was actually cold, ruining my evening. I left annoyed with them and their service, even though in other branches, when I ask for hot food, they respect my wishes and fulfill my request without any problems or objections.

It's ridiculous that you now have to pay €1.50 to go to the toilet at KFC, even though you're already a paying customer.

The location itself and the food are fine, but a significant drawback if you're there at all is that you can be harassed by, for example, annoying people with nothing better to do or beggars, even though there's a begging ban. It was great very nice and very nice chicken

Ordered food. Upon delivery, the employee simply threw the bag of food away. We then told her it wasn't complete; we'd ordered two boxes. She went to check, said nothing, then grabbed another box and put it down without saying a word. Really rude staff.

I ordered a chicken burger with cheese and fries, and everything was cold. I asked if I could get a new one and was immediately scolded by the cashiers... I just walked out of the store in a huff. What a terrible place!

Always a mess the next morning. Not only was the chicken old, but the frying oil was too. The hot wings were dark, absolutely tasteless, and definitely not fresh. So if you're not tolerant of fecal bacteria, you'd better avoid this!

I placed my order for a set menu. I wasn't asked if I wanted maionesse with my order, and my Twister sandwich wasn't even indicated with cheese. When I returned to the cash register with my order, the manager told me I should ask myself. I replied, "Then I can work for you, because you wouldn't gnaw on dry fries without sauce yourself." I didn't mind paying again, but I think it's perfectly acceptable to ask customers. I ended up paying for the sauce. And I should have skipped the Twister. But now I'll never again eat KFC on Leyweg in The Hague. I'm done with it.

Honestly I’m not one to be a picky person for food I take whatever is offered but for me to go out and spend my hard earned money for this chicken it was cold chicken felt nearly alive and don’t get me started in the fries they were dry in your mouth and wet in texture aswell as it having no flavour. I’m genuinely shocked on how people can serve it these types of food.

I ordered a Dubai Deluxe ice cream, but 1. they didn't mention it was sold out. 2. I got a Kit Kat ice cream that was cheaper than the Dubai Deluxe, and 3. I didn't get my money back. The guy couldn't even find a spoon. Poor and slow service.

The order was incomplete. They simply didn't include a €17 bucket. It's ridiculous to mess up and rip off an order of three items (fries, wrap, bucket) for €17... Great!

I think this KFC is the worst in The Hague, the chicken is old and the fries are inedible, it's a real shame I threw away half my food.

Absolutely awful chicken fillets on a dried-out bun with minimal sauce and not even a lettuce leaf. Okay, the fries were freshly made this time. A bit rushed, and it wasn't even busy.

The food is what you'd expect from a KFC. The service is minimal. The staff don't seem particularly interested. Guests are loath to clean up after themselves, so tables are covered in trash from the previous guest. It's warm inside, but outside it's a mess (trash) and people from the neighborhood are loitering. In my opinion, a bad choice. A quick meal and then out.

In the “80s” this restaurant was also located in the Leyweg shopping center. They were somewhere in the middle. Then they disappeared for a very long time. They have made their entrance again, and it is going as usual. KFC is also located in places where other restaurants are wary. That makes this restaurant even more special.

Last time. Another order half in order and just beyond lukewarm. Can't call because the phone number doesn't work and you can only email the head office. And they can only say that you can better check your food and offer a friends card. Better to call it an enemy card. Lost 50 euros, I don't even want to go into the bad handling experience. Mediocre experience on Saturday evening. No receipt when ordering, rubbish in the store, full waste bins and a broken deposit machine. When returning the deposit, you were asked to return it the next time. Away 3 euros. Visit KFC Den Hoorn again next time.

Tried this KFC and liked it. Food was fine and reasonably fast. I wanted to reorder something via the terminal and that didn't really go well. A proactive employee who saw it helped me on my way. So it can be done that way.

Lots of young people hanging around. There is chaos there for the business and also in the business. No policy in place. The young lady with dreadlocks brought everything to the table for us. After which a young man asked us to leave the place while we waited 20 minutes for our cappucino. You should adjust the times of takeaway and restaurant to avoid disappointments. Restaurant open from ... to 10:00 PM. Collection until 11:00 PM. Thank you to everyone who helped us, but unfortunately we won't be back.

It was very dirty, the floor was wet all over, there were fried potatoes and straw everywhere, like you were in a stable. Very poor quality food, half empty burger. I don't plan on going to them anymore, everything they do is of poor quality.

Now I love chicken and my wife doesn't eat meat, so KFC is a good choice, especially because of the veggie tenders and the veggiezinger. Bad service from the staff, especially that one thin Judeska look alike who doesn't feel like working. The manager has also the energy level of an AIDS patient... KFC head office this branch is really shit, do something about it!!!! You're missing out on customers because of that crappy service. I normally always choose KFC over any other fast food but this restaurant specifically sold me terribly bad food. I waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for my food, and it still wasn't fresh, so why am I waiting so long? Only KFC that I have ever experienced is broken, bad service, you have to wait an hour for 1 order, you see people who came after you have all eaten and left and you still have to wait for your order, outrageous and still angry.

Eating is fine. But the service is often not good. The employees spend more time chatting with each other than working properly. The three of them are helping a colleague while you wait for your order that has been waiting there for a while. They don't pay attention at all. Super annoying if you miss your tram because of it.

Ordered a menu at such an ordering screen. No receipt came out. When I picked up the order I received the wrong burgers without drinks. Then I was told at the checkout that I had ordered that. Employees were so rude that they asked for the receipt...unfortunately no receipt came out. The manager listened from around the corner instead of having a normal conversation. Employees are so busy that they walk around irritated and don't even have the time to pay attention while putting together the order. Unfortunately I was treated in such a way that I will not come back here again. I don't normally post reviews but I have never been treated this rudely.

This restaurant has a major problem with customer service as the employee here is rude and treats customers in a very rude manner. I don't recommend dealing with her, and the restaurant management should take the necessary steps to improve the service.

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Staff does nothing. Doesn't work. Long wait for orders. Which appear to have disappeared. Because someone else just deliberately pushed everything away from the screen. Finally got food. Everything was old. Stale bread. Old fries. Old meat. Like I got it from the microwave. Many people around me complain. Manager doesn't take it seriously. As long as she makes it through the day I guess. Toilet is paid for. But still dirty and without paper. Opposite the cash register you smell a strong urine odor. you can also eat there. And the ordering machine does not give a receipt. I was there a few days earlier and that was already the case.

That new garlic mayo is so delicious.. Last night I smeared a little on my wife's pumpkins and licked them off. Not that sauce normally.. Thanks for the extra sauce.. And SO to the team KFC, keep fighting.. The manager who is Arabic is also always very friendly and generous. I always think of a KFC in Morocco, I often feel like I'm on holiday in this branch.

I never go to a KFC. Now got food on the Leyweg, time of arrival 9:30 PM What a dirty bunch there. Tables feel like junk, floor filthy, staff are doing their best but some good management is missing. Received the food quite quickly before a number of other people who were ahead of us. Once home for about 10 minutes, the food is cold and the fries are tough. Coke paper cups in cardboard bag. Doesn't go well of course. Food is tasteless or too much salt... No, sorry, I already had my doubts and they have been confirmed. Kfc, make sure your management is in order and you train your staff properly.

Order picked up at KFC Leyweg in the evening around 10:15 PM. Fries cold, 2 burgers were missing and no sauces. Didn't answer the phone, couldn't be reached.

Today we visited the KFC restaurant Leyweg The Hague location. The floor is dirty and so are the tables. Other guests clean the high chair and table themselves with a wet washcloth.... To use the toilet, you must pay € 1.00 via contactless payment at the toilet door. Upon entering, both toilets are very dirty, namely someone has sprayed diarrhea and is all over the toilet and a dirty turd is floating in the other toilet. Apparently the guests cannot move on. When I walk to the counter, I ask for help. There's no time for it, it's busy. When I asked to speak to the manager of the branch, I was helped by a very young employee (manager???). When I show him the toilet, he can only say that it is an outsourced service, the business is busy and money cannot be refunded. I am not satisfied with this reaction, the young man walks away and leaves me behind. As I walk back to my table, another employee comes up to me and says she is the manager. She cannot solve a problem; I was treated very rudely and eventually the employee turned her back on me and simply walked away. The service and communication of the employees of this branch is particularly poor and the hygiene is even worse. The risk of contracting diseases is real here. You don't want to come back here.... I read repeated apologies here for repeated negative experiences, but I wonder whether something is being done about it.......

Terrible place with terrible employees. Order was wrong, apart from the fact that the rest was cold with a rubber taste. Called to report that a lot was missing, never heard back. If you call long enough they will disconnect the line and you will immediately be told that this number is not available. Bad business with bad people who are too lazy to do their easy work.

Whimsical atmosphere in the restaurant. I think there was a large group of young people in hoodies playing stuffie. We did not feel comfortable with the food.

Ordered food via app and picked it up. Damn bad! Everything was cold when we got home, 5 minutes travel time. The 2 chicken parlors were incomplete, you had to look for chicken, no mayo, no cheese. Complaint submitted via site. Usual answer: we pass it on to the branch. But then do something about it! I will also file a complaint with the advertising code committee about the misleading images of your dishes.
