Thats the worst restaurant I've ever tried, the twister was literally burnt and half of it was empty, had no chicken, only fried chicken skin, that's not my only bad experience at this one

Magical service, I looked back and I looked forward again and my sandwich had spawned on the table.

My experience? I love the food. But you could also eat off the floor for free there. There is plenty of it. The quality isn't always consistent. Sometimes cold and tough. Sometimes warm and fresh. The clientele is noisy and sometimes threatening. Recently, four of our fellow countrymen thought I should choose between Israel and Gaza. I go there to eat chicken and found this scary. As an older person, you don't feel at ease. No. Eating there is no fun. Again, a shame, because the food is fine when served properly.

It is always very busy and it takes at least 20 minutes before you can get your order. The staff do their best, but it is not enough. The order board is not reset, so you do not know when it is your turn.

I just placed an order, but when the order came in, more than half of it hadn't arrived. Then we ordered again: the KIPsalon, and there wasn't a single piece of chicken in it. I called them 16 times and they don't even answer. Is it that they don't take customers seriously, or is something going wrong in the kitchen? I definitely do not recommend ordering. Spent 70 euros on food that didn't even cost 35 euros… I hope this review is taken seriously.

After 45 minutes we got our food and it was cold. The staff is rude and cranky and it was packed with waiting costumers

I find the quality has deteriorated significantly and see that it has apparently become normalized for them since there is no improvement, and I do not recommend it to young people who have no idea what to do and do not adhere to hygiene rules!

I ordered a burger sandwich and received it within just 3 minutes. At first I thought: wow, that was fast. But when I got home and ate it, I understood why. No need for description; it speaks for itself, and everyone knows it well. The staff works hard and diligently, performing admirably despite the current high volume of customers. They are fulfilling all requirements.

My inability to remove the sauce from some items caused me to deduct one point. Overall, it was good.

They had forgotten to give me my entire menu out of the 3 I had ordered online. I can't reach anyone. I call them, and after a few attempts, they suddenly become unreachable. I had nowhere to turn for help and was therefore the only one without food. Very unfortunate. But fortunately, I did get my money back from Thuisbezorgd after a while.

I don't think a customer should be kept waiting for an hour. All the staff are bad, grumpy, and aggressive. I don't recommend it.

I received good service. However, my girlfriend had ordered much earlier and was only helped quite a while later. There was no less than a TEN-pound difference between her order number and those of others! No exaggeration.

It's not about this location, but I got chicken kebab today. What a disgrace, as a multinational, to put this on your menu. It's completely tasteless and has nothing to do with kebab. Change the name to chicken pita and you'll still score points as a company. The only Middle Eastern flavor added to the whole thing. This is very sad. I know companies need to innovate with flavors, but this is completely missing the point.

I've had problems several times. Missing items in orders, from whole burgers to half-liter colas. Today, another great story. I picked up a cash order with my KFC friend card. With the discount, it came to €5.55. What seemed to me to be the manager took €6 and gave me €0.50 back. I called him, and he walked away to get some fries. A few minutes later, he returned, and I politely pointed out that I was missing €0.40. The man had to figure it out four times on his phone and couldn't figure it out. After telling him what to enter, it was finally resolved, and I received €0.40. Now, it's not about the €0.40, but about the attention given to the process from ordering to receiving. Let's just say that the man barely speaks Dutch. But having to check almost everything yourself is a bit of a problem... I thought, new year, new opportunities. But from now on I will go a bit further to Hobbemaplein on Spui because they work with their heads there and the quality is also better

I see staff cleaning tables and then immediately starting to eat without washing their hands, having to wait almost half an hour for a single sandwich. Shameful, never again.

The staff starts cleaning far too early and lifts chairs even though the restaurant is still open for hours. You feel completely unwelcome, as if they don't want you to come in. The food is poorly prepared and undercooked. The staff immediately turn away and give you their backs, so you can't even ask a question. A truly terrible experience.

Sometimes they don't pay attention and you get the wrong order. And sometimes they completely ignore you, even though they clearly see you want to ask something. Otherwise, it's perfectly fine.

I have problem with them because I order food with special request that my request was for the food to be hot and they said don't worry we will serve you with hot food but you must wait like 20 minutes to talk fresh and hot food, I said okay and after 5 minutes they call my order number and the food not hot and they insisted the food was hot, that this was all they could do, but it was actually cold, ruining my evening. I left annoyed with them and their service, even though in other branches, when I ask for hot food, they respect my wishes and fulfill my request without any problems or objections.

Ordered food. Upon delivery, the employee simply threw the bag of food away. We then told her it wasn't complete; we'd ordered two boxes. She went to check, said nothing, then grabbed another box and put it down without saying a word. Really rude staff.

Always a mess the next morning. Not only was the chicken old, but the frying oil was too. The hot wings were dark, absolutely tasteless, and definitely not fresh. So if you're not tolerant of fecal bacteria, you'd better avoid this!

I placed my order for a set menu. I wasn't asked if I wanted maionesse with my order, and my Twister sandwich wasn't even indicated with cheese. When I returned to the cash register with my order, the manager told me I should ask myself. I replied, "Then I can work for you, because you wouldn't gnaw on dry fries without sauce yourself." I didn't mind paying again, but I think it's perfectly acceptable to ask customers. I ended up paying for the sauce. And I should have skipped the Twister. But now I'll never again eat KFC on Leyweg in The Hague. I'm done with it.

Honestly I’m not one to be a picky person for food I take whatever is offered but for me to go out and spend my hard earned money for this chicken it was cold chicken felt nearly alive and don’t get me started in the fries they were dry in your mouth and wet in texture aswell as it having no flavour. I’m genuinely shocked on how people can serve it these types of food.

I ordered a Dubai Deluxe ice cream, but 1. they didn't mention it was sold out. 2. I got a Kit Kat ice cream that was cheaper than the Dubai Deluxe, and 3. I didn't get my money back. The guy couldn't even find a spoon. Poor and slow service.

The order was incomplete. They simply didn't include a €17 bucket. It's ridiculous to mess up and rip off an order of three items (fries, wrap, bucket) for €17... Great!

The food is what you'd expect from a KFC. The service is minimal. The staff don't seem particularly interested. Guests are loath to clean up after themselves, so tables are covered in trash from the previous guest. It's warm inside, but outside it's a mess (trash) and people from the neighborhood are loitering. In my opinion, a bad choice. A quick meal and then out.

0 stars for everything. food is served cold. 3x got that cup with drink of €1 and three times got that normal cup. and everything is so very disorganized. the sauce splatters everywhere you can't even eat normally. I also don't get straws and napkins with it. it is really a very bad server.

In the “80s” this restaurant was also located in the Leyweg shopping center. They were somewhere in the middle. Then they disappeared for a very long time. They have made their entrance again, and it is going as usual. KFC is also located in places where other restaurants are wary. That makes this restaurant even more special.

Last time. Another order half in order and just beyond lukewarm. Can't call because the phone number doesn't work and you can only email the head office. And they can only say that you can better check your food and offer a friends card. Better to call it an enemy card. Lost 50 euros, I don't even want to go into the bad handling experience. Mediocre experience on Saturday evening. No receipt when ordering, rubbish in the store, full waste bins and a broken deposit machine. When returning the deposit, you were asked to return it the next time. Away 3 euros. Visit KFC Den Hoorn again next time.
