We waited 20 minutes for 2 fries and burgers. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

The food was quite hot and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed it.

What I like about kfc is that they have beautiful employees like me

We ordered delivery, we didn't receive what we ordered, they are not answering the phone and the online support offered us a refund for 7€ , we ordered a bucket of chicken tenders that cost 25€ and we never received it. Will not order again.

This KFC is working very slow. Waited 25minutes for order. All workers just chilling and talking. Alot of people was waiting.

Disappointing location and work method. I placed an order with them. On time, no problem, via home delivery. 30 euros, nothing. I came from work, was hungry. Ordered at 10:16 PM, now it's 11:27 PM. No one responds. No one answers the phone either. Not during delivery hours either, so I have to order something again. It's very sad, something they simply can't do. It mainly occurs on the Spui.

Eating here is way better than pickup ir home delivery. That's usually true for anything fried so it's nothing related to the place or service, but worth coming here specifically. Relatively cleaner and more spacious than other KFC.

BAD NOT GOOD we ordered 2 pepsi(one diet) we got them and did check wich was diet and wich with sugar and the lady said the right one (we switched them) lady was overall rude and refused to admit she was in the wrong and also forgot one bucket wich we told her and she almost threw it at my mums face NEVER AGAIN

I hope these are chicken feathers. But this kind of service is unacceptable. The company sent it this way, and the cook doesn't care what they're doing. Or does the cook not care about human health?

Solid KFC, they reliably give you veggie tenders if you order them, which is a rarity at other KFC joints. They do however sometimes mix up the sauce packets.

Although it was shown on google maps that KFC is open until midnight, they didn’t let us eat there. The option for “Eat in” was still available when we ordered, but the personnel didn’t let us sit and have our dinner, with unfriendly behaviour.

Ordered food through a delivery service. Half of the order arrived in a wet bag dripping water. The other half never came. The phone does not answer, the chat bot suggests partial refund in 7 days. Is there a franchise manager watching this den of cons?

I won't even bother to explain the level of indifference and carelessness that goes into this junk food. The prices are jacked up and I wasn't even full with 18 euro. Cherry on top was that I had to pay 70 cents for toilet as a paying customer. Last time I am ever visiting a KFC. There are far better places worth your money.

Would rate 0 Stars for the Service and Employees if this would be possible. The ordering machines are very dirty, and ordering takes an extremely long time, even when there are only a few people in the restaurant. The food was okay compared to competitors in the industry, but slightly worse than usual. What is particularly negative is the access to the restaurant's restrooms. There is a stainless steel turnstile in front of the restrooms for a fee of currently €0.70. The display shows a graphic that you "can" pick up a free ticket at the cash register by presenting a restaurant receipt. If you then try to do this, the employees tell you that you are obliged to pay the €0.70 anyway, as this is apparently just the way it is. When you ask why this is not normal practice, the response was unfriendly and you were told "pay or go". I have never had such bad service in a restaurant.

Ordering food is a nightmare. Just because they are ‘too busy’ they cancel the whole order. No one is picking up the phone either. If you can’t handle a service don’t offer it.

Ordered through Uber Eats last week. Order was "being prepared." The expected delivery time was 30 minutes and was ultimately delayed five times, resulting in a nearly two-hour wait. The order was then canceled, resulting in a two-hour wait and no food. Contacting them was impossible.

Terrible service, I ordre Korean cripsy tenders, but got the regular one. I only noticed it once I got home because I opted for take-away. When I went back ask for the one I ordered, the worker was got angry and was very rude. Would not go here another time.
