Very bad service, they don't care about their customers and only work for the sake of working

We ordered vegetarian tenders and received real meat. Very disappointing...

The order was mixed up, it wasn't a good experience at all, everything was stuck and we had to pay extra for the toilet.

The tables weren't clean, we had to wait a long time for our order, but the food was okay.

Sticky floors and tables, dirty toilets, cold expensive food

If you can't make a sandwich, you should just stay home. Bad place, don't feel like it.

I am a fan of KFC. But I think this is a really filthy place. Your shoes stick to it; the floor is that sticky. The tables are dirty. The food isn't bad, but it is much better at other KFCs.

Unfortunately, our experience at this KFC was rather disappointing. We ordered food to take away, and only after we got home did we realize that several items from our order were missing. Normally, of course, it’s better to check the order before leaving, but it was already late, the children were tired and hungry, and we simply trusted that everything we had paid for was in the bags. The food itself was actually quite good. The chicken was properly cooked, crispy and not overly greasy, which unfortunately isn’t always the case at every KFC. So we really can’t complain about the food. However, the biggest problem was the staff. They were unfriendly and quite rude, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Good food is important, but customer service matters just as much. When you combine rude service with missing items from a takeaway order, it leaves a very disappointing impression. The kitchen deserves credit, but the service definitely needs improvement.

I came here to see the menu and had a problem reading far. I'm using my cp to take picture, and the woman in the counter is yelling at me that taking pictures are not allowed. Since I don't understand what she was saying because maybe she is not speaking english or she doesn't enunciate right. But the point is this is the first time I heard like KFC that won't allowe pictures. Is it really not allowed or she is the one who doesn't allow it? Yelling at customer is not a good thing. It's not loud inside so no need to yell. No wonder that place has bad reviews, either not good food or bad customer service. So decided to leave and not bother to order food. I don't want to deal with that kind of person. Rude.

Monday, August 3, 2026 KFC was quite busy at 5:00 PM... people were standing there with several small children with trays full of food, and I couldn't find a seat... the entire upstairs area was closed off because it was being cleaned, the female manager explained! You obviously can't do that, can you... downstairs tables were covered in trash, had to beg them to clean it up, eventually a boy came and started wiping back and forth with a soaking wet cloth... left behind full of dirty watery stuff... yuck yuck... never coming again!!!!

Disappointing system for paying customers – charging for restrooms with zero value back I rarely leave negative reviews as I always prefer to give places a second chance. However, this is my second visit to this KFC in The Hague, and the experience remains deeply disappointing. It is completely unreasonable that after placing an order and consuming food here, paying customers are still required to pay an extra fee just to use the toilet. In other countries, such as the UK, KFC uses a fair and logical system where you simply scan your purchase receipt for access. To make matters worse, the payment machine at the restroom does not provide any receipt or voucher at all. In places like Germany, when you pay for the toilet, you at least get a voucher for that amount to use toward your purchases—here, you get absolutely nothing. I have kept my receipt, the date of my visit, and photos of the barrier because I strongly believe this practice needs to be called out. I am writing this review in the hope that management or KFC corporate will take notice and fix this system. It does nothing but frustrate loyal customers and leave a terrible impression.

The wait time was abysmal. We were there with adults and two children, so our order was a bit larger. They didn't even start our order for 20 minutes, apparently because the staff were waiting for everything to be ready. Since they were also processing a lot of other smaller orders, one burger was always temporarily unavailable. Only after I complained did they finally start our order. Then, a drink and all the fries were missing. I've experienced much better service at other KFC locations.

Very dirty and toilets cost money even with a receipt.

The closing time is listed as 2:00 AM, but it's 1:00 AM and KFC is closed. Please update your opening hours on Google!!! The photos are proof. And what about the money we paid?! We're still hungry!!!!!

Yeah, nice place, really classic KFC, lovely! The only downside is that the left half upstairs has been closed off for years, probably because the staff doesn't feel like cleaning it. Very unfortunate.

Order 1+1 combo menu and you will get just ONE menu! They think 1+1 means 1. You need to read the terms and conditions otherwise they will scam you out of you money. If you want to get 2 menu’s you need to order 2x the 1+1 combo. So 1+1 and 1+1 (which would suggests 4 menu’s to anyone who can count). Uber eats supports this scam. No money back, no discount. Nothing they can do.

The menu was misleading; in the photo there appeared to be more food than there actually was.

The toilet was terrible; you have to pay for the toilet and you get a shock: it is terribly disgusting. Toilet rolls were hanging on the wall with apple pie on the floor. NOT WORTHWORTH OF A POOP

Definitely won’t return here. The takeaway order was missing the loaded fries (that I paid a sur-charge for), the sauce and the corn. Let alone that they let the food get cold for a while, then started making the cold drinks. When we returned for the missing items, we asked for a whole new prepared order, because everything that we did receive would be cold by the time they made the missing items and we got home. After a bit of back and forth, they ended up making us a new meal. Great, you would think. When we got home, we discovered that they missed an item AGAIN! Funnily enough, they didn’t miss that one before. Don’t go here if you prefer your dinner hot and/or complete.

Too chaotic and unkempt for a "professional" fast food chain

Fast service. The location of the restaurant is a bit uninviting, though. The food itself was nice and hot and freshly prepared.

The food is on the pricey side, tough as leather, and lukewarm. You pay 70 cents for the toilet, but don't expect anything clean for that... The staff is slow and uninterested...

What bad intentions. They can't manage a smile or any service. They can't even manage a chance to buy some extra sauce. And if your tray is snatched from your hands by someone from home delivery who was too busy on their phone, they are even too damned to at least refill the cola. They do their best not to look at you then and pretend nothing happened.

I won't be visiting this place often...

I just experienced something today at 19:21: the supervisor took an order from a father and his young son at the cash-paying kiosk. They had both ordered ice cream first, and the supervisor treated the son with so much love and attention, which really touched my heart 💗. Subsequently, the father asked if I could take a photo of the two of them during this lovely moment with his son. I will truly never forget this ❤️

It is still open for another hour and downstairs is full, but at 2 tables the chairs are taken and we are not allowed to sit because they cleaned it. They would rather let me eat outside in the cold instead of giving me a warm welcome and making a spot for me, which just happened.

If I could give it a 0, I would. The service was erratic, the place was dirty, food was scattered everywhere, and there was no clean place to eat. The food was undercooked and raw.

We waited 20 minutes for 2 fries and burgers. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

This KFC is working very slow. Waited 25minutes for order. All workers just chilling and talking. Alot of people was waiting.

Disappointing location and work method. I placed an order with them. On time, no problem, via home delivery. 30 euros, nothing. I came from work, was hungry. Ordered at 10:16 PM, now it's 11:27 PM. No one responds. No one answers the phone either. Not during delivery hours either, so I have to order something again. It's very sad, something they simply can't do. It mainly occurs on the Spui.

Eating here is way better than pickup ir home delivery. That's usually true for anything fried so it's nothing related to the place or service, but worth coming here specifically. Relatively cleaner and more spacious than other KFC.

If you need 3 free chicken wings, you need to give it a high rating on Google to get them.

BAD NOT GOOD we ordered 2 pepsi(one diet) we got them and did check wich was diet and wich with sugar and the lady said the right one (we switched them) lady was overall rude and refused to admit she was in the wrong and also forgot one bucket wich we told her and she almost threw it at my mums face NEVER AGAIN

I hope these are chicken feathers. But this kind of service is unacceptable. The company sent it this way, and the cook doesn't care what they're doing. Or does the cook not care about human health?

Solid KFC, they reliably give you veggie tenders if you order them, which is a rarity at other KFC joints. They do however sometimes mix up the sauce packets.

Although it was shown on google maps that KFC is open until midnight, they didn’t let us eat there. The option for “Eat in” was still available when we ordered, but the personnel didn’t let us sit and have our dinner, with unfriendly behaviour.

Ordered food through a delivery service. Half of the order arrived in a wet bag dripping water. The other half never came. The phone does not answer, the chat bot suggests partial refund in 7 days. Is there a franchise manager watching this den of cons?

I won't even bother to explain the level of indifference and carelessness that goes into this junk food. The prices are jacked up and I wasn't even full with 18 euro. Cherry on top was that I had to pay 70 cents for toilet as a paying customer. Last time I am ever visiting a KFC. There are far better places worth your money.
