Dirtiest KFC I've ever been to. Nothing was clean.

The food was cold and unpalatable, the burger bun had been out for three weeks, and the fries were cold and soggy. Around dinnertime, the place is completely empty, and it's understandable why...

20 years ago KFC was really good, hot wings were spicy, you also had large versions of hot wings, but nowadays it's dog food

A "Good day, sir" is too much to ask these days in the Dutch fast food world. The food was average, the zinger burger fell apart, too much sauce, and not enough chicken, the hot wings were delicious.

The staff is unmotivated, and the restrooms are so dirty you don't want to go in. The food was adequate.

First, I got the wrong food, then went back and said something about it. They were not customer-friendly at all, and ultimately, I didn't get enough chicken. (I never got the chicken with it again because that wasn't possible?)

The staff decides when they close. Officially open until 1:00 AM, they close at 12:15 AM. The man just stands outside smoking and says, "No, we always close early." That's not KFC service, is it?

The food is just OK, nothing more, nothing less. Delivery to the table is not possible, despite mentioning it when ordering. They call out the number you chose, that's all. And they do it once and with little volume. So your food is getting cold without you knowing it. It is striking how dirty it is. Waste next to the bins, everything sticky, dirty toilets. And if you promise reusable cups, you should not deliver disposables. With a little effort and discipline, this would be a great place. Too bad!!

What a dirty place, tables dirty, bins full, food scraps and rubbish on the floor, toilets dirty..... the gentlemen who worked there were standing around chatting with each other.... oh and apparently they call disposable cups "reusable" cups????? They are just the old paper cups for soft drinks and clear plastic cups for milkshakes..... the receipt says "reusable" but in reality this is of course just chatter.

Ordered the 12 Korean Hot Wings Bucket (15 euros) via the kiosk, but when picking up the order we were told that the Korean sauce was gone. So we got normal hot wings. Normal price is 14 hot wings for 12 euros... So we actually paid 3 euros more for 2 wings less than the 'normal' bucket. Outrageous that this item can simply be ordered via the kiosk without any information that the product is not available. And yet we pay the full price. It's nice when you have a promotion, but communicate with your customer! Then we would have chosen a different item or had the choice to eat somewhere else.

Service was there literally in 2 min after ordering. Hamburger was good (hence the 2 stars). Boneless chicken was not crispy at all. The Korean style chicken was very soggy and no crispiness at all. I will definitely not come back here. Rather drive an hour to Roosendaal where it is good

Want to experience the worst KFC, visit this one. Been there sadly over 10 times and it has been terrible each time. The atmosphere is also very unfriendly and unpleasant!

A weekend day and it's dinner time, hoping there's room, there's hardly anyone there, now I understand why. When ordering at the display you get the choice of waiting at the counter or at the table for your order, since all the plates have been removed you have no choice and have to wait at the counter. Then it's immediately noticeable how unkempt the staff looks and how unhygienic they work. Then our order is finally ready, at the table it turns out the Bucket with chicken doesn't match the pictures on the menu at all. When I ask, they laugh and I hear that they can decide for themselves which chicken they put in it and that it's not what you see in the picture. Very special!! The Bucket is a bowl of rancid chicken, the outside of the chicken soaked with oil, the inside bone dry. It looked like the waste of the chicken. But apparently very normal here. Too bad it's not clearly visible in the picture. The 2 medium fries looked like 2 mini fries. Never again for us!!!! And now I understand that there is no one there and at the big M you have to wait until a table becomes available. I will wait with all my love.

Dirtiest KFC I've ever been to; food cold, fries soggy, floor was legit full of trash and food scraps everywhere, really disgusting. I highly recommend against this and would just go to the Mac next door because this is a shitshow.

And the clearing station was gross. Too gross. The deposit station for your cups is broken... so you have to go to the counter. And then they say that there is no deposit because I had thrown away the receipt (for the food) with the other items. Who keeps those things? I really got the idea that they keep the deposit for the cups (€ 1 per cup) themselves. This can be quite expensive for them. Nice pocket money in addition to your salary? Very bad experience all around. Which is a shame because KFC itself is a good fast food chain. We will therefore no longer be eating at this location.

Ordered a veggie salad from the kiosk during a walk. In the photo the container was full to the brim, in reality it was just half full. Furthermore, dirty inside and outside. Inside, the tables are not very clean, on the terrace there are cups in the trash can, packaging here and there and cigarette butts (quickly 20+) on the floor. Enough staff (stood with their arms folded). That could certainly be better. Toilets were clean, the cleaners were just leaving when I arrived.

Please have your employees, wear gloves when preparing customers food. It’s disgusting to see employees handle money and then preparing food with their bare and dirty hands. Please have the ones making sandwiches wear gloves !!!
