The worst KFC for years, very unmotivated staff, everything has to be repackaged or old yuck

For the first time in my life, u have to pay for ketchup at a kfc???? Smh

I visited the KFC on Gevers Deynootweg in Den Haag and was left a bit disappointed by the overall experience. While the location is convenient, the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant could really use some improvement. The toilet, although only accessible with a €1 payment, wasn’t well maintained. The dining area also needed more attention — some of the furniture was worn, and the surfaces weren’t very clean. I saw a staff member wipe down a table without any disinfectant, then brush leftover food onto a chair and push it back under the table, which made me question the hygiene standards. There were also a few safety concerns, such as unprotected electrical sockets in customer areas. The food itself didn’t quite meet the usual KFC standard — it seemed like a mix of fresh and older pieces. I had requested my meal to be brought to the table . Served without paper plates,the presentation felt rushed and a bit careless. Even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time, the staff appeared to struggle with keeping the place tidy. With a bit more care and attention to detail, this location has the potential to offer a much better experience.

Staff pretending not to see a customer waiting at the counter for many minutes. Nearby fast food restaurants had much friendlier service

The 'paying guest' has to pay extra for the toilet. This makes you feel welcome right away.

No, really dirty pigeons are flying around the shop and on the chicken wings there were hairs from the chicken or something on them, on every one I had I didn't eat any of them, it's a real dirty shop here.

It stinks of garbage inside, a burger costs a full family meal at the local junket, and the staff has other priorities. Recommended after a successful visit to the casino!

Terrible store. The toilet was closed, there was a hair in the food, and it was a very unpleasant experience. Wouldn't go again and definitely not recommended!

What a disgrace. Pigeons are walking around here eating my fries, and someone's already eaten the chicken? My burger has almost no chicken. Even I, from my bathroom, can cook better food. Never come here. Two employees make the food. Dirty tables. Even my organic food place is cleaner.

For a KFC store, I don't recommend it at all. Invisible employees and a bathroom straight out of a horror movie. Zero hygiene. For a city like The Hague, it's shameful.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. I'm from a developing country, and even there it's cleaner and more hygienic than here. Everywhere you look, you see trays of leftover trash that have been sitting there for over thirty minutes. There were rats running around in the restaurant—outrageous.

Disinterested staff. Poor food. Took ages. Cold too. Last time. Not recommended. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I don't know the person manage the time for opening like what. Normally already open at the 11h but when I come still not open. And after they open its around at 11h15. On floor still wet. And for waiting the food its very long ,Because just have the 2people work. And if you want use the toilet must pay again 1€. Not have the wastafel for clean your hand, so if you want make clean must pay 1€ for entry the toilette. For me it's crazy like this. And the table many dirty too.......

I placed an order through Uber Eats. An item was missing, and the delivery driver pointed to the store because, well, he's only getting it on his bike. The store was too reluctant to answer the phone when I called. I can imagine how that went because I often walk past and see them doing nothing. The service is truly terrible, unreachable, and they refuse to answer.

Not really recommended. 60€ for lunch and then another 1€ for the toilet.

Food delivered cold and incomplete

I ordered just one sandwich but instead of fire zinger stacker with extra cheese I got normal fire zinger. Unfortunately for me, I realised it after unpacking the sandwich at home. I dont understand how can they make a mistake with just one sandwich ordered. For sure I am not coming back there.

Very slow service. Poor service. Despite having requested food be brought to our table, we had to get up to pick it up. Furthermore, napkins were given out in small droppers, and it was impossible to wash our hands or use the restroom. A negative experience, even though the food was good, within the range we'd expect for this type of establishment. I wouldn't return. The bathroom wasn't working; a technician was on-site trying to fix it.

Super good service and nice employees food came quickly

KFC isn't really fast food, isn't it? Nothing happens quickly here... I waited 20 minutes for a milkshake, and only got it after three irritable requests. The rest of the customers weren't getting anything done. One employee was in the kitchen. One was at the cash register. Two were just doing nothing. What a shame.

Went to this branch on Saturday, July 19th. Placed an order. The staff was incredibly busy. It was very busy; three employees were in the office. One was leisurely cleaning trays at a slow pace. A young man behind the counter also seemed unmotivated. Orders weren't delivered. We left without our order because, after waiting so long, we didn't receive one. They'll never see me here again. Hopefully, KFC will soon replace this team of slackers with a team that's motivated to deliver orders quickly.

I do not recommend eating old food

The chicken was tasty, the waiting time was not very short but still ok.

I was there late at night and bought an original burger. The bun was very old and the chicken was soggy. I asked for a refund, but that wasn't allowed because it was supposedly "just made."

The staff is extremely rude. You have to pay 1 euro just to wash your hands; otherwise, you're expected to eat with dirty hands. Although the food is supposed to be served at the table, the staff refused to do so.

The staff threw the orders around. Forgot multiple items on different orders. Burgers were half filled. Maybe worse KFC experience ive ever had. Would not recommend. Further more, the toilet fee was 1 euro, which i understand. But the toilet was absolutely disgusting. Entire floor wet, toilets not flushed, toilet paper on the walls..

This place is a disgrace to the original KFC vision and the chain as a whole. After 30 minutes, our order did not even show up on the front screen. Upon asking a personnel member, we got a very impolite response. The personnel is completely unorganized, disinterested and does not seem bothered by a huge queue of customers. Fastforward another 15 minutes. A fight breaks out, police kicks everyone out and customers who waited 1h+ never saw their food that was already paid. Hard to believe this location has a manager because none of the people were fit to run a lemonade stand. Never again.

Chicken was dark in color, tasted like old grease, everything was sticky inside, tables are not cleaned and unfriendly staff. I have never had such a dirty kfc

Just don't go there! Bad, uninterested staff who still managed to ruin an order of 3 items. Saying something about it doesn't help either. They remain stoic and are more busy with each other than with the customer. In addition, it is also a bland meal. Never again!

Terrible experience. Getting our order took about an hour! To start with, some of the self ordering panels were out of service. Then, once we ordered it was unclear what the progress on our order was, since the monitor with the order numbers was frozen. In the end we had to wait in a very crowded space for 45 minutes for our food. And it was not even worth the long wait, as the chicken was soggy and lukewarm, with tiny chicken pieces. We had the bucket for 4, but that's clearly an overstatement: it's not enough for 4 adults, maybe they mean 4 children. (Review was initially blocked, reposted now)

It's one of the dirtiest KFC branches I've ever been to anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, the condition of the restaurant doesn't give much hope for the hygiene standards in the kitchen. The restrooms are underground and yet there's a charge. In summary – once and never again. P.S. The famous coleslaw isn't available here either.

Okay, this is the worst kfc i have ever been to. Food was bad, personal was not friendly, i ordered a pepsi and i saw the cashier take a peepsi that was lying there in a different cup and poured it into mine. Worst kfc ever.

AVOID DANGER DANGER will robinson... Agree with Katerina. The cup deposit is a 1 euro scam to keep your 1 euro!!! The shakes we ordered in these 1 euro cups were possibly the worst shake ever. Management did not want to solve the issue. No more KFC for us! We can get fried chicken elsewhere.

Food tasted okay realy cold my order took 1 hour and they ran out of cocossyrup for my coconutmilkshake. The staff was very unfriendly they didnt tell me that they ran out instead they just gave me a random one. I told them i dont like chocolate whereas they gave me an attitude and told me to go away. Scam with cups if you don't have the app, only refundable via Tikkie. Rude lady at the cash register who didn't speak her mind. Very disrespectful and rude. Cold chicken and fries. This KFC perfectly describes how you feel when visiting this city on wooden stilts

I am normally satisfied with this KFC and have never had any problems in the past, unfortunately my last visit was a lot less positive. I asked for help with my order, but the employee repeatedly told me to wait while she went off to do other things. That came across as rather disinterested. In addition, I received my drink in a disposable cup, even though a deposit had been charged. And to top it all off, I got a milkshake of only 25cl for €3.90, the packaging seemed more intended for a child who gets Fristi with his children's menu than for a normal order. For that price you expect something more. Hopefully this was a one-off incident, but it did detract from my experience considerably.

What can I say. It's a KFC. I got what I ordered. When I was there on a weekday afternoon it was very quiet, but in the summer season with nice weather it is always very (too) busy

Waar je eet, daar moet het schoon zijn. De ramen zien er uit alsof ze na de opening nooit meer gewassen zijn. Verder vindt ik het bespottelijk om één euro voor de wc te rekenen bij je klanten.

When ordered via home delivery, it says that it has been delivered even though nothing has been delivered. If you call you will get a big shout out, because they don't make any money from it because they don't receive any money from them. The staff there is scandalous, I certainly won't order anything there again.

I am a delivery person ubereats. They pack order badly in drink leaking. I arrive at customer's drink leaked, order wet. Customer doesn't want order, I don't get paid, back to restaurant to report. Employees blame me for the drinks leaking while the drinks leak in the bag during transport. Furthermore, this KFC is kind of like a zoo and really dirty.

Dirty you stick to the floor tables too dirty. The staff doesn't do anything about it and it's not that busy that you can clean it. Asked for wipes, now they're too dirty to touch 🤢

I ordered for delivery and they left out part of my order. When I try to call multiple time, no one picks up the phone They stole 9 euros from me and haven't given me a way to recoup their mistake. Don't order from them.
