KFC in Nieuw Mathenesse

Meal wasn't complete. Called 33 times, but no one answered. Drove all the way back for the remainder of the order.

Compared to other KFCs, this is a reasonably clean KFC. And importantly, the restroom was clean!

If you don't feel like working here, then don't. 25 minutes of waiting for the super slow crew to finish. No one steps up.

Great offer, 20 hotwings for €10.00.

It's terrible how poorly they pay attention to your order. I specifically asked for 2 burgers WITHOUT SAUCE, and when I got home to eat my food, there were 2 burgers with sauce. If this continues, I will never come here again.

After my experience today, I won't be going back. I think one star is still too much for reheated junk (a bucket of mix). (And then the manager, a woman there, dares to say coldly that it was fresh). While it was simply thrown back in the deep fryer. The chicken was just dark brown, the skin hard, and anything but tender. In the photo, you can see that the chicken is just garbage. If it's freshly fried, the chicken is white as if it's been boiled in water. And so the crispy outer layer is still there instead of that garbage, literally and figuratively. Where the skin was off, and the chicken was literally hard and dry. The manager didn't even want to taste it herself, which speaks volumes. She's letting herself eat food poisoning right there. She's so customer-friendly that she's just lying to your face. If you wouldn't eat that junk yourself, You wouldn't give it to anyone else either. If they had left me with that mess, I would have gone to the Food and Drug Administration to get them involved.

I ordered a bouquet of 28 and received 23. But the payment was made in full, so you stole my money. Horrible. 😡

I ordered hot wings and fries. After waiting a while in the restaurant, which seemed more like a hangout for the noisy local youth, my number was called and my food was thrown on the counter. The employee immediately went back into the kitchen without even checking if I had this order on my receipt. Anyone could have taken it. The fries were cold and the wings had no crunch whatsoever. Everything had clearly been sitting there for far too long.

Never again. The opening hours are wrong, the food was inedible last time (the chicken was raw), and I stood in the drive-through for half an hour without moving a thing. I think I'll give them another chance, but unfortunately, they're the only ones working there who have no interest in life or serving. Find another job then. I'll definitely never come here again. Two dissatisfaction times is enough for me.

Let me put it this way, I've ordered from this restaurant several times, but it's a disgrace. Today, there's no corn fries, and recently, no ice cream or corn. There's no contact with the restaurant. The customer service is a mess, and there's no refund. The courier can't even report the shortage to support... Shameful, utter shame. I will never recommend you and never order from you again. Does anyone else experience this?

I ordered a Veriety Mega Menu with medium fries and corn. The chicken looked good, but I got small fries and no corn. A bit disappointed.

Not once have i gotten my food without items being missing. And always being non refundable too, worst kfc experience.

No more negative feedback. I've had McDonald's for 4 years. The fries were cold, the veggie option felt limp (this often happens when no one gets the veggie option. The order was ready quickly at 12:00, less than 3 minutes). The Pepsi was delicious, and the hospitality was friendly too. A tip for anyone who comes to eat might be more appropriate to have a review written after I've eaten. The lady did ask nicely. I left the fries alone.

The drive-through is open two hours longer than the restaurant, so we decided to walk through. We were then threatened that if "we didn't start walking away soon..." Luckily, the driver behind us was willing to help us, even though we were told they wouldn't serve him if he ordered before us.

As a former regular, I rarely come here anymore. Even though they have a table service system, they do everything they can to avoid using it: there are no plates, there are plates but the kiosk option isn't there, or everything works and you're looking for a spot in the back of the restaurant, and then they still call out your number at the counter (which you no longer hear): they'll never bring it. If you do wait at the counter for your number to be called, don't expect a receipt in the machine, or for them to use the screen to call out numbers. It clearly shows they don't care.

Never recommend this KFC to anyone. Very disappointing service😔. We waited for 40 min and still the order was not prepared😮‍💨. But the people who ordered after us got the food(including deep fried one). This was strange. First time when I went to ask about my order they said veg tenders are still in deep fry. After few minutes I lost patience & asked my money back😡. They didn't even say sorry and try to prepare my meal quickly but handed over the bill amount. We returned starving. It seems like they want to get rid of the customers.

Awful! I ordered one of their new items which had bacon inside and a cheese dip. I only got bread with double chicken fillet as a sandwich! When I asked them what is this? They said “This is all we have. We ran out of bacon” Then you shouldn't get the order for this item when you don't have it.

ALWAYS check your order at this store! Yesterday, I only got home to realize I was missing one meal, resulting in a crying child. Everything was also bagged up in one large bag, which had been ripped at the bottom by the steam. It wasn't practical and didn't look appetizing. Last winter, I also ate there with small children, and there was a group of disruptive young people who kept letting their friends in through the emergency exit and then taking turns leaving. I'd like to see improvements at this store, because there's always something going on. KFC can do better!

You're standing in front of the door on your bike at 11:06 PM, and it's already closed. KFC Vlaardingen, while they're supposed to be open until midnight, is full of cars.

While eating my order with family inside KFC, I saw a mouse running quickly across the floor. It was absolutely disgusting, and I couldn’t even finish my meal. When I reported this to the manager before leaving, he told me they couldn’t do anything while customers were inside and would handle it after closing. I at least expected an apology, but instead, he casually said, ‘That’s the mouse that chases the food.’ This response shows a clear lack of customer care, hygiene, and responsibility. To make matters worse, my order was also missing several items. Extremely disappointing experience!

If you are getting anything for take away from here, just check the content then and there. This is the third time that they did this to me out of maybe five times. It’s either less number of pieces or different type than what I ordered when I come home and open. I think they are doing this intentionally.

I waited a long time for my food. When I picked it up, I noticed a pair of fries was missing. I pointed this out, and the nonchalant response was, "No, it's correct." Then I read the receipts one by one, and the employee still persisted. So, again, in childish language and adding up—"Look, four menus equal four fries!"—only then did I receive my fries. Despite the long wait, the food was lukewarm. We also didn't get any toys with the children's menu. I had to follow up after dinner to learn that the toys had been gone for two weeks. Definitely not recommended.

We ordered 4 crunchy burgers or something like that and 4 ice cream. The crunchy burger was yummy and took about 10 mins and the ice cream came instantly. Btw the ice cream was a bit small but tasted nice.

Very disappointed with my experience at KFC Marconiplein. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order, which is absolutely ridiculous for a fast-food restaurant. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, with no explanation or apology for the delay. It felt like they just didn’t care at all about customer service. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I have been going to this particular KFC for years. Milkshake always good and never too sweet. Burgers and chicken 9/10 times a 10. Nice and hard workers. Team is well instructed.

Worst kfc ever. I bought 2 pepsis she gave me 1 pepsi. there was a big noise like a bomb it scared me to death. There's hair in the chicken. And they say they can't do anything about it. They give 2 free burgers to other people but not even 2 pepsis to mine. Meet the Grahams.

I experienced very unexpected behaviour from the guy Arjun work in KFC Marconiplein, Rotterdam. After i finished my food i went to him with the glass to get back my money then he ask me for the receipt and i told him that i throw it to the dustbin with all the waste food papers . I asked him why do you need the receipt even though i have the glass, he replied your are uber eats delivery guy that's why ( I work for uber eats) it felt so mean to me then i show him my payment from my bank account then he give me the receipt for the glass. I kept waiting to see if he asking other people as well for receipt to get back their money for glass but he didn’t asked anyone then i felt more bad...

My chicken was not fresh, dry and overgreased NFC a company who has chicken in their name, should do better.

Food was inedible Zinger seemed like it was microwaved. The fries seemed like they were put back in the oil to make them warm. It was very dirty in the restaurant and my whole family got stomach problems. I really don't recommend eating here.

Kfc Marconiplein Rotterdam is closed by the manager from 23:15 while the official closing time is 00:00. Spoke to the manager and it was stated that the restaurant is closed "because I want it to be"! There was a very long line of waiting cars, but many customers also left!

Everything is really bad, the chicken is old, I got a Snackbox for my son, he gets so few fries and the lettuce on my burger was brown/green

My order from thuisbezorgd got delivered at the complete wrong address so I never received it and have no idea where it was left. Thuisbezorgd says to call the location, I did and no one answered.
