KFC sells reusable cups, only to give you a disposable cup after you pay. The staff does not speak Dutch (at least not the two I spoke to). The second lady told me in broken English that I could just throw the cup away when I complained about not getting a reusable cup. So, not recommended...

This KFC appearantly only has the surprise menu... I've tried to order a zinger burger, filet bites and a milkshake vanilla a couple of times now, never got it... Sometimes I get one, if I'm lucky, two out of three, but never the filet bites. I swear I never actually had al three together in one order. Sometimes they simply forget an item, sometimes they swap something out. I honestly never ordered anything else than a zinger burger, filet bites and a milkshake vanilla. Still, I've tasted the whole menu at least twice. Today I got a zinger burger, chicken tenders and a chocolate milkshake (although that last one we caught and was corrected right away, thanks to the transparent bekers). Don't get me wrong, the chicken tenders are not bad at all, but that's not what I got my lazy behind of the couch for... I just really wanted those elusive Filet Bites.

Dirty tables outside, no table service (plates removed), upstairs seating closed, broken ordering screen (causing long waits).

It is delicious food, I recommend you try it and eat it.

There is hair on everything, especially on the chicken, you can almost see it, and they have been selling these kinds of products for years, in all KFC locations.

They are customer-friendly and help you quickly.

The food is up to chain store standards. Every time, a group of teenagers who can't behave themselves are very loud and leave a terrible mess behind, making it hard to stay there again…

Sorry, I have to give 1 star otherwise I can't share this with you, so here comes my first truly bad review. Today is Thursday, June 4th, 13:30. What terrible service you have here; an antisocial guy who barks at us in broken Dutch and he just kept going on to prove he was right, so a big middle finger to him (sorry for my language). But I will never go to the KFC in Beverwijk again!!!

It's really cool that they made my food quickly and it was delicious, the potatoes were hot, the cheese was just reaching for my mouth, everything was really great, but it's a shame that you can't take numbers there to put on your table and wait for them to bring your food, you have to pick it up yourself, but overall I'm happy

When KFC first opened a few years ago, the food was good and fresh. We went again last week for the first time in a few years, and it had only gotten worse. The food was almost cold; the burgers looked like they were made by someone who had no idea what they were doing. The service was good, though. There was no atmosphere even when it first opened. For us, it was the last time here.

On December 10th, I bought a chicken bug and three pieces of chicken at KFC. The three pieces of chicken, which cost €1 each, were 3 by 3 cm, a ridiculously high price for three tiny pieces of chicken. I've had food poisoning before (the whole family), but you try again. So, no. This was the last time for us. Note: You'll be spoken to in English. It's an American restaurant, after all. So don't try to speak Dutch. You live and work in the Netherlands, so you speak Dutch to the customers.

What terrible service; all the tables were dirty and the trash cans full. Additionally, I ordered a menu with 3 pieces of chicken that turned out to be very small, old, and therefore contained hardly any meat. After reporting this, I was not taken seriously and no leniency was offered whatsoever; on the contrary. I would avoid this place as much as possible.

Clean space and good ambiance .

I work nearby on Saturdays, so we basically always go here. I don't think we've ever gotten the right one. Even if I ordered just one hamburger, I'd still get the wrong one.

Delicious loaded fries. Filet bites were dry. Spoken to a staff member saying the filet tasted like old fried chicken. According to her, the filet bites were at the right temperature. But she fried new, fresh ones. Nicely freshly fried, just as it should be at KFC. The staff were friendly.

Could make a bit more contact with the customer, be a little friendlier. Right now it looks like the robot is handing over the food.

I wanted to return the old deposit cups. I arrived and was told it was no longer possible. However, the website states that it is possible to return them until a certain date. And after this date, they can still accept the cups at the checkout. I explained this, but it was refused again. 10 euros poorer. And then you are forced to pay a deposit for a cup 3 years ago. And now you get nothing back. That is just not how it works. Customer service is nowhere to be found.

KFC makes a sport of hiring the people who are truly, and I mean truly, the least suitable. It's all inedible, communication is impossible except for some sign language (staff don't speak Dutch or English), filthy place, really very ghetto.

Tasty chicken, good service, and nice and fast

After previous bad experiences, I reported this. The chicken was good because of this, but I had to pay double because it hadn't been properly entered into their system. I received confirmation via the card reader, but according to the woman, who didn't speak Dutch and didn't understand anything about it, it was incorrect. I showed her the statement but still had to pay double, and the money was supposed to be in my account within a few minutes. Now, 2 days later, I still haven't received anything, and the phone number is unreachable as well.

It would be better if the employee could understand Dutch.

Super experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and truly delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were also well prepared and nicely seasoned. The staff was friendly, fast, and helpful, making the entire order go smoothly. The restaurant was clean and tidy, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be back here more often and can absolutely recommend this place to anyone craving tasty chicken and good service.
