It's annoying to have an English-speaking person on the line who doesn't quite understand that you only want a burger and not a menu. It's a shame the pin is hanging out on a wooden table. My 6-something-euro burger wasn't prepared with love but was thrown together into a parcel that was half-opened and stuffed into a bag with a napkin.

What a terrible KFC location. Ordered online for pickup, i came on time and still needed to wait 30 minutes, then they told me they out of items I paid for. Then when I got home my child opened the kids meal and it was missing the Toy, which was a terrible surprise. Then they also got the drinks wrong. Additionally the place is never clean, if you look behind the counter its a mess, they throw trash on the floor. I tried contacting their support to find a solution for the incomplete order but the phone is offline. AVOID! P.S.: They also messed up the burger, missing ingredients and wrong milkshake flavour

Everything looked clean. But why is there a mousetrap next to the counter? It's really hard to keep mice out in restaurants. But now, with every bite I ate, I knew there were mice around. I didn't enjoy it. Luckily, it was only €5.50... but still. Must be my autism. Also, the lady who wiped down all the tables with the same cloth without rinsing or folding it didn't make me happy either.

On December 10th, I bought a chicken bug and three pieces of chicken at KFC. The three pieces of chicken, which cost €1 each, were 3 by 3 cm, a ridiculously high price for three tiny pieces of chicken. I've had food poisoning before (the whole family), but you try again. So, no. This was the last time for us. Note: You'll be spoken to in English. It's an American restaurant, after all. So don't try to speak Dutch. You live and work in the Netherlands, so you speak Dutch to the customers.

My experience at KFC today was unfortunately very disappointing. The order was significantly delayed due to a system glitch, and several errors were made, even though I paid approximately €70. Ultimately, I didn't receive my sandwich. When I explained this to the manager, the response was completely unprofessional. Even the ketchup I'd requested for my children wasn't included in the order. When I pointed this out, the employee insisted it was included until she accompanied me to the table and saw that it was indeed missing. I hope the system is fixed and management improves the service so other customers have a better experience.

Unfortunately, my son loves KFC, otherwise I would never have set foot in this place again. The service is incredibly unfriendly; they've literally never managed to deliver an order correctly. If only the sauce is missing, you're off easy. Once, my order came with fries, but that's an exaggeration because there was seriously only one fry in the bag. I go back every time to complain at the counter, and then I have to restrain myself from dragging anyone over the counter because the unfriendliness with which I'm treated makes me feel like a victim of KFC instead of a customer. It's become a big deal in our family when my mother is persuaded to go there again, and there's a lot of speculation about the experience. I'm considering making a fun series about it for TikTok so more people can enjoy it.

Before our visit, I read the many negative reviews. We were very hesitant about going there, as the nearest KFC was twice as far away (from where we were) and the BK is right next door. We wanted to see for ourselves and, if necessary, go to BK. We were very pleasantly surprised by our visit. The order was ready quickly, the food was hot, and tasted good. Since I don't speak Dutch, I unfortunately clicked the wrong button when ordering, which I only noticed after paying. I reported it, and the order was corrected without any problems. Perhaps KFC has responded to the negative comments and improved the situation; we were definitely very satisfied. The vouchers are also available directly on the order board (I couldn't download the KFC app NL). The only improvement would be the ability to change the language of the order board.

Worst KFC I've ever been to with my family. This was the first time and also the last time!! First, our entire order was wrong. We went to the staff to report it, but they ultimately said it was our fault, even though it was so obvious that what we received wasn't what we ordered. Second, the staff couldn't speak a word of Dutch; it felt like we'd landed in England! And third, the food was tasteless. I would have been better off buying a sandwich at the gas station next door.

After getting a milkshake here last year that left me in the bathroom all evening, I was actually planning on never returning, but unfortunately, I was persuaded yesterday. The staff doesn't speak the language, and their English wasn't great either. My order was ready quickly, but the food was absolutely terrible. The patty was soggy and could have been cooked longer, and the same goes for the chicken. To top it all off, we were given diet soda instead of regular, which we immediately flushed down the drain because even that wasn't bad. My worst fast-food experience ever.

I briefly thought the woman taking my order at the drive-thru was muted. She's selectively muted, but she can talk to colleagues. Literally and figuratively, she didn't say a word and had the expression of a piece of cardboard. When I got home (a five-minute drive), the burger was cold, soggy, and sticky. This was my first and last time at KFC Beverwijk. To the employee in question who was standing at the drive-thru window today around 6:30 PM: your customers can't help it if you don't like your work/life. Find something you do like, or be sour on your boss.

We ended up waiting 25 minutes for our order, which we were prepared for, since our friend kept our expectations low. Still, we were disappointed. We took our order to go to the beach. Drive thru taken. Had to place order 3 times at the "post" and also have it confirmed. Then they said we could drive to the 2nd window (while we had to be at the 1st window). The young girl had to ask what I had ordered, while she herself had accepted and confirmed the order 3 times. So I placed the order again (1x chicken parlor with 7up, 1x chicken parlor lava with 7up, 1x crunchy burger, 1x apple juice). This was apparently very difficult again... Had it confirmed and paid. Picked up the order at the 2nd window and quickly drove home (6 min). When I got home, the order turned out not to be very warm. Both chicken parlors were very spicy (according to my wife). Afterwards, it turned out that there was still sambal sauce in the lava variant, we had not been told this so we had to throw it away.

Please note that after 9pm, chairs should be placed in front of the stairs to the 1st floor. Even if they forget to put the chairs down and you come down after 9pm, they expect an excuse. The cleaning lady walked by upstairs, cleaned around us, there was eye contact, but no comment about the fact that we are still there. The shift leader's reason: 'she is still new'. We are then told that we are upstairs after 9 pm and now need extra cleaning. 'The chairs were placed by myself at 9pm, sir', to which we responded with 'We did not climb over the chairs, they were not there yet when we went upstairs'. We made it clear that it was not our intention and that we were unfamiliar with the 9pm rule and the first floor only to hear the same argument again about the seats. A vicious circle in which only we are at fault and have to apologize. Watching cameras to see if the shift leader is wrong, no. She could have seen the evidence right away, but she was so sure. Is the food good? Just like a game of Russian roulette. Sometimes great and other times just as dry as a piece of cardboard. Tip for the shift leader of April 1, even if it was all a joke (obviously not), new or not, your staff also has a responsibility. If we are not told that we are not welcome upstairs, even though there were no chairs that we went upstairs!!, then I have one word for you... feedback. Making mistakes is logical, but teach your staff how to do it right away, instead of continuing to blame us.

Why did I order before reading the reviews… I match every single review posted on this establishment… I used the self service terminal, and got no receipt. There were no table numbers available so I got told to type in 1, I waited for 25 minutes till I asked the status of the food only to be told that its not being prepared yet. Poor Dutch, poor english, no real way of communicating. I ended up in a heated argument over the fact that I did not have a receipt whilst their machine did not dispense one. For about 15mins I got scolded, to the point where my friend was in tears. I paid for food that I didn’t receive. I walked over to burger king and got some burgers instead of chicken. 38euros down the drain, do not go here people.
