If you like ribs, NEVER order here. Just threw 50 bucks in the trash because the meat was too tough and old. Be on your guard, they are crooks out for money! Call them first before you order and hear what you're getting on the line. Would you still want to order food there after that?

The food is tasty, but there is always something wrong when you order food; 9 out of 10 times items are missing. As soon as you call about the missing items, they say they will be delivered, but in the end, nothing is brought. I tried calling 4 times, but no one answered. Most likely because they saw it was my number. Because when an acquaintance called, they answered immediately!! Besides that, they don't listen at all, and the person on the phone gets into an argument claiming that the items are included!! So, not customer-friendly at all. I used to be a regular customer here, ordering food almost weekly, but after yesterday, I'm done with it.

Ordered once, never again! It hurt my wallet, they are way too expensive here! And we didn't like the food! Absurd prices are charged here!

I’ve went to eat with my family here and the food had good taste. We were a big fan of the fries. They were freshly fried and had a good crunch with a hint of buttery taste. The best fries I’ve had with my ribs 🤩

I ordered the same product, but every time I pay a different price. And when I ask why that is, they look at me as if they don't understand Dutch. I won't order from here anymore because I think I'm being ripped off and they're pocketing the extra money.

The spareribs were decent, but otherwise it was a weird place. Service very poor, tables were sticky (so not clean), chairs were uncomfortable on all sides, wobbly legs. Very uninviting.

I ordered a burger platter, expecting 2 hamburgers, but I got 2 separate burgers for one bun. If it says you get 2 hamburgers, I expect to get 2 buns and 2 separate burgers. The food was very tasteless and dry.

I ordered for the last time last year and that was indeed the last time, never again!! I have been ordering from them for years, but what I experienced last year was truly disgusting. I received spareribs that had already been eaten from, as if I had been given leftovers from someone else's plate who had eaten in the restaurant. Honestly, just thinking about it makes me angry all over again.

Ordered food, delivery person didn't follow the instructions provided. Plus the blandest kapsalon I have ever had in my life.

The spareribs were rock hard (I could taste the muscle fibers through them) and therefore far from tender... gave me a nasty feeling eating them. I'm really disappointed, but anyway, I definitely won't be coming back here unless the quality stays this way or if it gets fixed, because it used to be a fine place.

I received unaddressed advertising material from King's Spareribs three times, even though the "No/Yes" mailbox sticker has already been applied. That sticker states the following: NO – NO unaddressed advertising material YES – Door-to-door leaflets are allowed I have also reported this to King's Spareribs three times. The problem has not yet been resolved. The distributor of the unaddressed advertising material is in violation of Article 3.1 of the Advertising Code Foundation.

The chicken was extremely dry and the food wasn't delivered until 2 hours later, even though they said after just an hour that it was on its way. I won't be ordering from here again.

Sometimes the ribs are truly delicious and sometimes they're incredibly tough. It's a bit of a Russian roulette game here. The staff also varies, but they often seem to appreciate having a spokesperson in the group to take orders. For example, what everyone drinks. If this doesn't happen, things often go wrong. The atmosphere is wonderful, but the interior resembles a brothel.

I mean they are good with food & service, soare ribs taste amazing, fries aswell and sauces are fine too. 5 stars to this place

I've never eaten such a bad burger; it was incredibly disgusting and poorly packaged. In its defense, it was 5 a.m. on New Year's Eve and I only ordered one thing, but it was absolutely awful.

Excellent spare ribs, and the waiter was very friendly. Definitely recommended. For the price you pay, you get more than enough ribs. The main courses also come with fries and various sauces as standard.

Order through Thuisbezorgd! Because if you order by phone for delivery, they charge you more. I opened the door for the delivery driver, wanted to accept the food and then pay him, but he just said I had to pay first. As if I was going to run off with the food, very disrespectful. The spare ribs were fine, nothing special, but the delivery driver made them tasteless.

I always bought spare ribs here for between 75 and 100+ euros to take home whenever I was in The Hague. And they were absolutely delicious! The last two times, I went to my hotel and served the spare ribs to my guests. They smelled absolutely sour. That happens. I didn't say anything about it, but a year later, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and the same sour smell again, and you don't even dare take a bite. Everything was thrown away. I don't care about money at all. But our health does. Shameful, walking past them, unfortunately, it was so delicious!

I didn't receive my entire order. I had a man on the line twice and he said I had to call back after 30 minutes each time. After calling the last time, they didn't answer anymore, very bad.

I ordered a King's Mix Grill, and what I got was mostly shawarma and fries. Small spare ribs, half a kebab, and a small lamb chop. They forgot my pita bread. I called them right away and they said they would deliver it later, but nobody showed up and I heard nothing. Not recommended, not worth the money, and they're dishonest.

Would give 0/5 stars if it were possible. Cocktails: Overpriced and tasted really bad. The bill for 2 cocktails and 2 beers was €38, but the waitress simply charged €48 and even tried to hide the correct amount. Only by chance did we realize we were being cheated out of €10. Service: Very unfriendly, and they didn't even ask if everything was okay. Instead, there was a lot of friction with other guests, which created an aggressive and unpleasant atmosphere in the room. Conclusion: Overpriced drinks, poor service, and even an attempted fraud when paying. Not recommended.

I was cheated. A higher amount was entered into the card reader than was shown on the bill. When I asked for the receipt, the waitress covered up the total amount. I asked her to show me what was on the bill, to which she then told me that I had to pay more as punishment for not enjoying the drink. Besides, there are a lot of shady characters hanging around there who don't order food or drinks. The restroom was disreputable.

Poor service, incorrect information also indicated on home delivery that they supposedly close at 5 pm. I ordered my food around 3 pm and you can't even call because no one answers the phone. Amateurish.

Although I've gone through previous reviews, I would find myself having a better experience, which could be i was just there at the right time with the right staff on shift (10pm) Saturday , the meat was tender and the sauce was really good and best of all was service from a really cool guy, big ups to Audrey for making the experience special.

This restaurant is really bad. I ordered from Uber eats and my order never arrived. I called multiple times and was told that it was on its way. I placed ma order around 21.00 and it’s right now 00.43 but my order hasn’t arrived. Instead of being honest and telling me the truth, after 5 phone calls and hours of waiting they decided to block my number. They took my money and said that the order was complete but it never arrived. I was lied to and told multiple times that it was on its way when it wasn’t. Horrible service

We did the "all you can eat" spareribs. Food was alright, wouldn't expect anything better, some were a bit dry though. However, the service was terrible, we knew we only had 2 hours so we wanted to order our 2nd round. But the waiters ignored us the whole time for like 30 mins. So we went up to them and asked if we could order, they said they would come but they didn't. So we asked again and they finally came to take our 2nd order. And this happened every round. So in the end we only had 4 spareribs until they said it was over, because they took so long.

It was a gloomy and rainy evening when I decided to have dinner at King Spareribs. After a long, exhausting day, I had comforted myself with the prospect of a good meal. King Spareribs' reputation piqued my interest, so my expectations were high. Unfortunately, my experience started badly when I entered the restaurant. The atmosphere was cold and impersonal, with unpleasant lighting and tables that had clearly not been cleaned for some time. I took a seat and waited patiently for a waiter, but after waiting in vain for twenty minutes, my patience began to wear thin. Much to my surprise, the staff was so inattentive that I ended up having to use my phone to call the restaurant and take my order, while just sitting in the dining room. The awkward looks from the other guests made the moment even more embarrassing and I felt lonelier than ever. When I finally had a waiter at my table, I was greeted with a disinterested look and a sigh as if my presence was a burden. I ordered the signature spare ribs, hungry and desperate for a spark of joy in my day. But when my dish finally arrived, the real drama began. The spareribs looked dried out and unappealing. At first bite it was clear that they were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The sauce, which should probably have saved the dish, tasted like it came straight from a cheap supermarket bottle. But the worst came yet: I found a hair in my food. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he looked at me like I was crazy and casually said that "that could happen." No apologies, no attempt to make amends - just a shrug and walk away. I felt humiliated and ignored, and the sad reality of the situation began to dawn on me. During my stay, I also noticed the fear-mongering demographic the restaurant seemed to attract. There was a tense atmosphere due to the loud music and the loud, rough customers drowning each other out with their shouty conversations. I felt completely uncomfortable and constantly on guard, which made the evening even bleaker. With a heavy heart I decided to leave the restaurant without finishing my meal. The next day I woke up with a stomach ache and feeling sick, both physically and mentally. Clearly my visit to King Spareribs was the worst dining experience I have ever had. In short, if you love your health and don't want to be disappointed, avoid King Spareribs at all costs. It's a terrible place with poor service, unsanitary food, terrifying customers and no respect for their guests at all. My evening at King Spareribs was a sad and disappointing experience that I will never forget.

Delivery takes longer than 2 hours. Come on, arrange your affairs and make sure you have enough staff... if you order at 6:00 PM you will receive your food at 9:15 AM

I ordered grilled chicken through the first two and tons of it didn't come to me well, it was cold but the restaurant is very close and the second one was without salt and spices, like it was old for a long time I tasted one bite of it , and I threw the rest in the trash.

Called them 3 times, each time they said the order was on the way. Really frustrated with this experience, the food was good though (except for the fries as they were too cold)

Ate here last weekend, a 3 course menu via social deal and can only say that it was excellent. Arrival was nice, food was served quickly, in short, a pleasant evening with good food. I went to an all you can eat rib joint. They gave us each a single napkin. One napkin was sufficient. That should tell you everything you need to know. The ribs are pretty good. The only problem is the "all you can eat" part. You get 90 minutes. We finished our first plate at the 16 minute mark. We have been waiting for plate #2 of ribs for 72 minutes. It is now minute 88. No further ribs have appeared. The staff have studiously avoided our gaze in a way I have only seen before when someone passed gas in a crowded elevator. Our single plate of rib bones has remained on our table all this time uncleared despite flagging down the servers 4x as what appears to be preserved as legal evidence that, indeed, *some* ribs were served. After 90 minutes in an All You Can Eat rib joint, I am hungrier than when I arrived.

Er komt ook niemand langs om te vragen of je wilt bestellen na de eerste ronde als je all-you-can-eat gaat eten. Je moet zelf naar de keuken gaan om wat te bestellen. Tja.... En dan achteraf een ander bedrag rekenen dan afgesproken. Dat minder dan de helft van de tafels is bezet op een normaal drukke avond, geeft eigenlijk al aan dat je je moet afvragen of je hier wilt gaan eten.

Music too loud, service is not what you would expect in a restaurant (don't ask if everything is to your liking). Ordered 2 dishes, it was said that pita bread was not served with this (unusual, never experienced this anywhere). We also had to ask about the sauces and the amounts on the receipt were higher than on the menu. We have been coming here for years, but next time we will definitely choose a different place to eat.

We gingen hier eten met m'n dochter ...de bediening was traag..tanden stokers die op tafel stonden zat al vlees resten aan Ze rekende 6 euro toeslag voor halal vlees .terwijl we daar niet om ge raagd hadden.de spareribs waren duurder dan op de kaart..en 2 euro mayonaise terwijl de bediening zei dat het van het huis was de sausjes. 9.50 voor een fles water die op tafel.stond ...ben hier vaak geweest maar dit was echt de laaste keer dat ik m'n geld zo weg smijt ...

Een super goede zaak. Daar eten is altijd een feestje. Wij komen er zeker 1x pmnd en nog nooit een slechte ervaring in welke vorm dan ook. Ook bestellen gaat atijd goed en snel. Aanrader!! Ook voor een verjaardag met een grote groep zit je hier goed.

Onbeperkt spare ribs bij social deal gekocht voor €25 p.p Hier zat blijkbaar ook stokbrood met kruidenboter en een portie salade bij, dit hebben wij nooit gekregen helaas. De spareribs zelf zijn erg lekker en mals. Personeel totaal niet vriendelijk en lopen er bij met een uitstraling dat ze daar niet willen zijn. We hebben lekker gegeten alleen de service was erg slecht, ik zal hierom niet meer terug komen helaas. Verder is het een mooi restaurant

Bad service, I say don’t eat here if you want an all you can eat, the menu says 5 rounds in 2 hours, the manager said this is our last round ( we were at round 3 ) and said that our time was up, we have been here for an hour and a half. Why bad service? The waiters won’t even bother asking if everything is okay, they just sit outside and watch the street. How is the food? The food is delicious.

Lekker eten, bediening was vriendelijk, maar op het laatste moment moesten we moeite doen om aandacht te krijgen.

Ik vond de sfeer verassend relaxed. De ligging is goed. Parkeergelegenheid op zeer korte afstand. De spareribs waren lekker mals. Vriendelijke medewerkers. Leuke ervaring.
