Well, you get the idea, right 😅 And it wasn't just one bone. On top of that, the pizza was completely unsalted and arrived cold, even though the restaurant is 2 km from our house 🤷‍♂️

The pizza tastes like cardboard. It's not fresh and smells like it was made in a pan.

She told me that she couldn't do anything for me at that time and that if I wanted new pizzas, I had to come to the branch personally. As I was trying to make my point, she suddenly hung up.

I placed an order via Uber Eats at 4:00 PM after waiting 2 hours (6:00 PM) and after 2 phone calls they still haven't arrived!!! It's a real waste of my time! After 6:00 PM the food arrived, which was from yesterday! The pasta itself had water in it! Pizzas were also cold and from yesterday!

Are you thinking of ordering a delicious pizza? 20-25 minutes is said. After more than an hour the delivery person is there with 2 cold pizzas. Are you going to call because you paid for hot pizzas, all you hear is sorry! That chick doesn't speak Dutch and doesn't know how to respond to a complaint. And for the delivery person, hire someone else. This guy doesn't look at you, pushes pizza into his hands and doesn't speak a word of Dutch!

!DO NOT ORDER! Sometimes you would just like to go back in time to reverse your stupid actions. This definitely was one of them. We order around 23:30. Order didn’t show up untill 1:30. But of course, the owner of this wannabe restaurant immediately accepted the order which doesn’t allow me to cancel it anymore. Generally understandable policy. However, if I call (which took 4 times, because they just don’t pick up) after 1 hour of waiting on top of the estimated delivery time with the request to cancel, that’s understandable as well. Nonetheless, they do not accommodate in order cancellations. Except for the kind where they just don’t deliver your food and still keep your money. Finally, at 1:30 am, the food arrived. Cold. Wrong order, wrong types of meat (which is crucial because of allergy restrictions). The only way in which this could get even worse is if we get down with food poisoning. We tried to eat the food that looked safe, but you never know. If I were to get down to this level of business management, I’d have to go there and egg the place. Absolutely horrendous.

I ordered 2 pizzas and chips last week and will be last time in my life, I recieved everything so cold, the chips was impossible to eat and the quality of the pizza was the worse that i tried in long time, we were waiting for almost 2h for this order... I was thinking maybe was do busy and you can understand one day, but 2 times that I ordered in this restaurant, happen exactly the same, I just tried again because was s good offer in Uber... but Definitely is the last time that we will order something in this "restaurant"

Pizzeria Pronto a piece of Italy in the Weimarstraat in The Hague, fantastic ingredients, beautiful authentic place. Wide choice of home-made fresh pizzas of the day from the display case. We had a Kapsalon small lamb shawarma with mixed salad, which was really tasty and some slice pizzas of salami, pepperoni and Hawaii. The service was friendly and attentive, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. All in all, a nice place to enjoy a delicious authentic Italian pizza 🍕 or a delicious Kapsalon chicken Döner. A must-visit for lovers of Italian cuisine.

It really arrives worse than lukewarm with at most an extra cup of garlic. When you call, you are really busy that day and all the other days that you bother to call. I ordered a pizza last night, they made me wait for two hours, I paid online, neither my pizza arrived nor did they send my money back, SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and a kapsalon. Kapsalon was about half-filled, hardly had any chicken in it. Pizzas were burnt, one had toppings on it it didn't state and I didnt ask for. Other pizza (chicken) hardly had any chicken on it but loads of burnt Peppers. Would give less than 1 star if possible, going into the negative stars. Will definitely never order here again. Real shame, previous owners had a good thing going, they completely ruined it.

This place has very good prices and the pizza is presented quite well. Also, delivery time met my expectations. HOWEVER, this is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever eaten, there is literally ZERO flavour in this and in my opinion, the quality of ingredients used is questionable. I will never order from here again. It was stated that the food was ordered within 25 minutes, 50 minutes later we received cold pizzas. Not even the ordered pizzas. We ordered 4 pizzas, 2 doner pizzas and 2 pepperoni pizzas. The delivery person arrived with 3 cold pizzas, 1 doner pizza and 2 magarita pizzas. The receipt even showed the correct order so I don't know where it went wrong. The doner pizza had a small amount of doner and some vegetables that you could barely taste because there was so little. The pizza magarita barely had any cheese on it and it was very dry. We called the place, we quickly got an answer and when we tried to explain the situation, we were told that we had to call back fifteen minutes later, let's just say that we are blocked. . We then tried with another number, this time it said it would be delivered in 20 minutes and who would have thought nothing was delivered, this number was also blocked. We last called from another number and was told that the pizzas were now going into the oven, we have been blocked again. I don't recommend this even if you have no other option. This was removed for some reason, but this is the plain truth.

Unfortunately, the delivery person then said that the pizzas were already baking. Furthermore, the delivery time stated that he will arrive around 10 past 11, but the pizzas arrived at a quarter to 12. We ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was cold and the other was okay, but only 2 out of five people had eaten it after we saw the reviews. In the end we had eaten 1 pizza and given it to someone, after we said there were risks involved.

Ordered 2 pizzas and they are what you would expect. Pretty good, but not a highlight. What I really like about it is the delivery time and accuracy. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 beers. After more than 2 hours the delivery person arrives with 2 cold pizzas and 0 beer. This is once-never-again. I wouldn't do it for a quick bite, certainly not for the experience.

Kapsalon doner ordered unfortunately received shawarma. The place does not live up to its name, we waited 2.5 hours for our order (2 pizzas). After waiting 1.5 hours, we called, because it didn't seem like rush hour at 00:00 to us. You are then greeted by a young lady who does not even speak or understand Dutch. She indicated that the delivery person was on his way (we live 5 minutes away from them) after waiting another half hour and still hungry we decided to call again. During the conversation we were promised another 5 minutes. And then the pizzas would actually be there. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes we had to pick up the phone again and planned to cancel the order. At that moment the delivery person was at the door. With 2 ice-cold pizzas.... Ballet tent, DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Food was really terrible. Wrong Food delivered and the half was missing. Driver + Restaurant told me that they will deliver the missing Food in Like 15 minutes but this Never happened. What a waste of Money at least Uber Eats transfers the Money back.

Since I'm on a review spree I'mma review this place too. This used to be my place to go when I needed a quick whole chicken for 4.50, or chicken legs 1.50, or a pizza slice for a euro, or a whole pizza for 5 euros. Cheap, quick food. Best foods for getting over break-ups, exams, you name it. And they also had a lot of sauces for you to pour at your heart's content on your pizza. My favorite was this spicy sauce they had, because it was slightly spicier than normal sambal sauces.
