The food is delicious. Keep in mind that delivery time is always an extra 30 minutes, even if you order 3 hours in advance. It's always late here.

They simply don't deliver. They don't answer the phone. The reviews show the standard experience.

I have two reviews to make: 1. Been ordering here 10+ times over 3 years and always had amazing ribs, literally best ive had and my friends that I introduced to this spot agree. Occasionally I order instead of pick-up and yes, tje delivery time can be a bit long, but they are still warm and super delicious. 2. Recently i ordered again and this time the ribs were a bit “hard” to chew and not so peely from the bones. Upon writing a short email to their customer seervice I got a call from the “owner/manager” who apologized and was very kind. Did not get his name but thanks, what a nice service and response time. Best ribs in Netherlands and honestly in Europe as far as ive experienced hahaha!!! Cheers! 2.

Top Ribs Medium 650 gram. - Sweet & Spicy Never had any problems with delivery, yes sometimes a bit longer when it's busy but that's the way it is. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

I've never eaten here, but I want to report an incident that occurred on May 4th around 5:30 PM in Rijswijk. An employee of this restaurant drove very dangerously, causing two unsafe traffic situations. The vehicle's license plate was L-514-NJ.

Don't answer the phone, order should have been delivered an hour ago. Would like the money back because given the other reviews this seems a bit like a scam. Edit: After contacting Thuisbezorgd and arranging through them that we would get our money back, the order suddenly arrived. We still had to have it, which of course wasn't necessary, but this would have all been prevented if you had just answered the phone.

After calling twice and waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes, spareribs were finally delivered, of course I filed a complaint and received an email promising that I would receive a response within 48 hours. It has now been a week and as expected, no response. So unless you have endless patience, I wouldn't order anything here.

Just don't order - ordered twice and both times much, much too late without any notification. No possibility of contact because the phone is never answered. Then just don't start a delivery restaurant if you are not able to do that... Complaints by e-mail are also not responded to. Fellow restaurants that can be reached by phone admit that Den Haag Oost indeed never answers the phone, as evidenced by all the angry phone calls they receive.

Ridiculous, I'm only now seeing the reviews. Ordered at 6:00 PM, called for an update at 6:49 PM, they answered after calling 10 times. Supposedly it would be on its way and delivered within 20 minutes. It is now 8:00 PM and after calling 20 times they no longer answer.

It's amazing how people talk to you like nonsense on the phone. Waiting almost 2 hours for food. Very poor customer service! Still no food in sight!

Ordered at 5.37 pm. it was so bad around 6.51 pm... ok fine... Unfortunately nothing at 7.40 pm. After calling 20 times, no answer, nothing.... Pick up the phone! Man man man don't do this...

Ordered at 5:50 PM would be delivered at 7:00 PM. 8 p.m. still nothing, 2 hours later and tried to call 14 times, it just doesn't answer or the receiver next to it shows busy. If it takes longer, call the customer or put it on the website that it will take longer, but this is really not possible. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

When I first ordered, my burger was cold and the (baked) potato was just a boiled potato and was 2 hours late. We then contacted Jerry and he said that I could choose a 25 euro menu for free next time. Now that it comes down to it, I am told that I must first get a menu and then get the 2nd pass for free, even though that was not agreed. Extremely bad service and you are being fooled

What rotten people. I called them to ask where my order was and was yelled at and hung up on my face. And the order has still not been delivered. They say delivery time is 75 minutes, but they haven't ordered for almost 2.5 hours.

Waited more than two hours for the order. Called the restaurant after 1.5 hours and indicated that it really had to be there within 10 minutes, which then took more than half an hour. Ultimately received an order that was incorrect and incomplete with a bowl of spareribs that looked like they had put the last leftovers in it. The restaurant was now inaccessible of course, for a price of 36 euros I expected more. Ridiculous service, I will order my spare ribs elsewhere from now on.

Not customer friendly by telephone, long waiting times, I think home delivery has nothing to do with the waiting time that home delivery implements. Mention this, for example, on your home delivery page so that customers will know this too!

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my spareribs. If you have the time, definitely worth the wait. Madame Jeanette sauce is tasty.

30 minutes delivery time... Well after 40 minutes it was on its way, but after another 50 (90 total) it did not arrive (it takes 30 minutes on foot). Not reachable by telephone.

I had read the reviews beforehand and thought it wouldn't be too bad. Had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes before the order arrived. That can happen once in a while, but from what I read it is quite normal. The food was super tasty, but this was the last order. They don't even answer the phone if you call them 3 times. The 2nd star is for the food.

After reading all the bad reviews, I would like to correct something. My order took 70 minutes to arrive. After 60 minutes I called and was greeted politely and told that the order was on its way, which was correct. And if it takes that long, that's no problem when the quality is top. And that was it. Top. I always think the potato gratin is super delicious. And the spareribs were tender. The only point is that hot is not really hot. I've had them hotter but that wasn't a problem. I also noticed the exceptionally large portion. I ordered the medium 650gr, but I had the idea that it was more. So you won't be short of anything. Continue to work on the price/quality/delivery reliability ratio. There is still room for improvement. Reduce the price for one menu by 4 euros, deliver within 60 minutes and keep the quality the same. I think you really have a top store.

I was actually shocked by all the (negative) reviews... but I have been ordering here for over 5 years & yes, of course, every now and then things go wrong, but they always resolve this neatly. Tried the new (for me) overloaded potato today, it was great! It's actually a shame that it was tastier than the spareribs today. I sincerely hope that the quality of the spare ribs will increase again... there are many spare rib restaurants in the area. Until next order :)

Waited for 3 hours and called 5 times! Every time the employee said your order will be there within a few minutes. Rude response, service means absolutely nothing at this place, never again.

I'm still waiting for my order at 7:28 PM when it was supposed to arrive at 6:45 PM. The rest of the food is tasty, but the delivery is something to be ashamed of. Collection only, no ordering.

Not satisfied with the order, Ordered at 5:22 PM after more than an hour, I called to see if it would still arrive. Another 10 minutes they said, 7:05 PM the delivery person finally arrived. This time the order was complete, but the temperature of the food was far below standard. You really had to bunker down to finish it before it was really cold. This is very unfortunate, they should at least receive compensation or an apology. Ultimately, it is not very cheap, so you can expect something from it.

Still the last time, The Hague, sorry it was late but the taste was not good either. Tried last time but not for repeat.

If you want to wait 1.5 hours for your order, place your order at 5:15 PM and arrive at 6:45 PM. And still no excuse for the long wait. Very bad. The only good thing was the quality of the food. Was just warm enough. And adjust your times. Instead 45 minutes. And I ordered on a Wednesday and the weather was great.

Wachttijden lopen echt uit de hand. 1.5u op bestelling wachten is standaard geworden. Ben echt fan van jullie spareribs maar afgelopen twee keer waren ze echt niet zo mals als gewend en de prijs blijft maar stijgen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet meer wat het was. Zou graag zien dat jullie bestellingen op tijd en sneller worden geleverd en dat de kwaliteit weer gaat naar niveau van 2022

Heerlijk malse gemarineerde sweet&spicy spareribs. Ze waren nog heet toen ze bezorgd waren en de bezorging was er met ong 30-40 min. Vriendelijke bezorger ook.

Family pakket genomen voor 4 personen twv 78,00 waar we met 3 mensen van gegeten hebben en dan nog honger hebben?? Je zou toch denken dat je dan echt wel vol zit. Als ik ze bel om t uit te leggen dan kunnen ze er niks mee beetje jammer. En zeker zonde van t geld!

Weer heerlijk gegeten! Bezorgers zijn ook altijd vriendelijk. Gemiddeld wordt het bij ons in 1,5 uur geleverd maar het eten zit altijd warm in de box. Gewoon ruim op tijd bestellen en daarna lekker genieten!

I asked the staff to write him a message from me, cause he was having a hard day, it made him very happy and I’m very glad they read what I wanted for the order. Ik bestel regelmatig de hot spareribs en de vegetarische burger bij Spareribs Express. De spareribs zijn meestal lekker pittig en mals. Soms smaak het minder pittig en is het vlees beetje taai. Laatse keer heb ik, via de app, een vegetarische burger met jalapeños besteld maar de burger werd zonder jalapeños geleverd. Ik heb hier over gemaild en dit bij de enquête aangegeven maar tot nu toe nog geen reactie van de filaal gekregen. Jammer van de service.

Sería mi primer 0 si pudiera. Ordené a las 5:00. El sistema dijo 30 minutos. Después de 2 horas llamé. Me dijeron 10 minutos. Después de los 20 llamé una y otra vez. Después de 3. 25 horas que pedí un reembolso me dijeron que no. Mientras esperaba que llegaran los encargados que ordenó. Tan frío como el frío del invierno. Lo rechacé. Exigí un reembolso. The first time I’ve had ribs here that were good; not just ‘ok’ they delivered on everything. Perfect baked potatoes salad corn and the RIBS🤤 I recommend this place most triumphantly.

Bij de eerste bestelling helaas te weinig gekregen maar na een telefoontje die uiterst correct werd aangenomen , de rest van de bestelling alsnog gebracht. Niet gedacht dat het zo snel kon en vooral erg lekker.. Bonuspunten dus op deze vrijdagavond.

Vond het niet lekker de spare ribs waren verzopen in de marinade en tevens zeer klein en dun in het vlees.. Kippedijen waren koud en verzopen in de pindasaus. Voor ons echt nooit meer Sparerib express !!
