Delicious food and drinks!! Definitely recommended

Very disappointing experience. When our food arrived at the table, we saw a fly on the plate of pasta. We reported this immediately to the manager/supervisor. To our surprise, she simply removed the fly with her finger and said that the fly was still alive. I asked twice for the plate to be replaced, but this was refused. We were truly shocked by this. From a restaurant that presents itself as a clean and high-quality establishment, we had expected much more hygiene, professionalism, and understanding. When paying the bill, we were served again by the same person who had previously removed the fly from the plate. We wanted to pay separately, but she kept saying that it was better to pay everything together because of taxes. We found that very strange and uncomfortable as well. There was little understanding, and the entire situation was handled very unprofessionally. For us, this was the first and last time. We will not be returning here.

They don't seem to be in the mood. Sat outside for 20 minutes with a drink, hoping to be able to order food. Terrace almost deserted, staff inside on their phones. Then we walk on.

I loved everything here. The food was amazing. The pecking duck and the and the wagyu roll was absolutely delicious. We were with a big friend group so we ordered many things and everything was delicious. We came during the kermis time so the atmosphere was amazing! Don’t hesitate eat here if you close by!!

We had a nice meal, but given the prices, I expected better service. Despite the large number of staff walking around, we had to wait a long time — not only for the food, but also for the drinks. The food was even served before our drinks. When we finished eating, it took almost an hour before our table was cleared. Furthermore, we were not asked if everything was to our liking or if we wanted to order dessert. We noticed that several guests were dissatisfied. For instance, a family with two small children decided to cancel their order due to the long wait times, and another group of girls did the same. I would not go here again.

Yummyyy, I have never eaten such delicious shrimp! 🍤 However, some dishes were extremely expensive considering the portions, and they did not include side dishes. These had to be ordered separately and, of course, cost extra.

The place is completely overhyped on TikTok and social media. The service wasn't particularly friendly. It was really "the bare minimum," except for one sweet waitress at our table! The food is expensive for what you get (portions) and not amazing in terms of taste either. Actually a big disappointment, so we do not recommend this place to family or friends.

This was my first time trying this restaurant, and the flavor they achieve in their dishes is overwhelming (at least in the ones I ordered). I highly recommend it, and I'm going to upload the dishes I ordered. I'll tell you in advance that the best was the "tournedos," which is a meat dish with a combination of sauces and a side of mushrooms. The gravy is out of this world, and the sautéed mushrooms are amazing (I'm not a fan of mushrooms, and I devoured them, so you can imagine).

I used to really like this place and would recommend anyone in Tilburg to eat here at least once, but lately its been getting worse and worse. Today I had a dish that never arrived because apparently it was delivered to the wrong table (I had to eat alone, while my partner waited another 25 minutes). On top of that when I asked for the bill they forgot about it completely (which I had to remind them a while later). The seating arrangement inside was also sub optimal, we were put in the middle of the restaurant, I think there’s these 2 tables around that area that are probably the worst in the restaurant when its busy.

The place smelled terrible. Also, the staff was extremely rude. I hope you start prioritizing hospitality and a friendly face. Avoid this place at all costs.

The place was almost full, but they took our order quickly and served it just as quickly. The menu has a good selection. The dishes are exotic and oriental. The food was excellent. All the ingredients were fresh. The service was pleasant, and most importantly, with a smile. A cozy, quiet place. I recommend it! You'll love it!

I ate here yesterday and got severe food poisoning. I even had to go to the hospital. You'll never see me here again.

Service was generally pleasant but extremely slow; I was here for two entire hours even though it wasn't particularly busy and I ordered all at once. The food was good, but at this price point it should either be exceptional or in larger portions. I was especially disappointed by the side of mushrooms (more like ... singular mushroom??). I've written this entire review still waiting for my check. The drinks were good though.

We waited an awful two hours for our sushi, and it never arrived. I'm never coming back!

We ordered sushi, and the moment they put it on our table, I noticed a long hair on our food. I immediately said something about it, and she took it back to the owner's daughter. I saw them chatting behind the counter, after which the employee came back to us with the hair she'd plucked from the sushi and said, "Sorry, but this can't be ours." We were in shock 🤦🏻‍♂️😂, thinking, "What?!?" We then said, "Please, call your manager." So the owner's daughter came and said, "Yes, no, we can't replace this with a new one because the hair can't be ours." They thought it was my wife's, and my wife literally plucked her own hair to compare it, and it was a completely different color. The manager then told us, "Sorry, but I'm not going to argue." That was our second shock, in the end we did get 4 new pieces after a lot of hassle and accusations.

Food was fine but pricey, it took quite a while before they came to take the order. But the atmosphere was very nice and the sushi was delicious.

Long time waiting for food. We were so Hungry. The restaurant start to get busy but we arrived before the high time. Everybody eating except us. We ask couple of time to different colleagues and nobody said nothing to us. That is really frustrating even because we have been coming here more times but this situation makes people feel really bad. Any discount in food after it. They just let us go with a “I am sorry, kitchen is busy”

Very disappointing experience. We waited a long time for our food, even though we arrived before the restaurant got busy. We were extremely hungry, and it was frustrating to see everyone else eating while we were still waiting. We asked multiple staff members about our order, but no one gave us any explanation or updates. There was no gesture of compensation or even a proper apology—just a casual “Sorry, the kitchen is busy.” On top of that, we later noticed we were charged for a bottle of water we hadn’t even ordered. When I went to complain, they give us the money fron the extra bottle back without even apologized for it

Today we sat here for the first time. The food was super tasty, the staff gets a 10 from me/us. Super friendly. We will definitely come back!

Good food doesn't always make a restaurant... There's nothing wrong with the food. Tasty and good. However, the service was a complete disaster. Plenty of staff, but no initiative to interact with the table. Drinks took about 15 minutes, and meals took upwards of an hour. We made the mistake of ordering drinks first and then our meals. In the end, we sat there for almost 3 hours. My food arrived 20 minutes before my companion's. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back.

go to this restaurant for the freshest sushi. Kitch has the tastiest sushi in all of Tilburg. you pay more, but you really pay for quality! can't wait to come back here again. very nice employees.

This is a great concept I ate at kitch. Located nicely on the square, easy to park. And the food is great. I can definitely recommend the wagyu rib-eye. It is a Korean shared dining, great for a nice bite to eat. Unfortunately I don't have a photo to post, the food looked too delicious so I ate it right away. Next review I will add a nice photo because I will definitely visit again.

Very bad service! I had to wait a long time before I got a menu. I had to ask this myself. Then ordered an appetizer and had to wait about 55 minutes for it. After which I also spoke to the staff about this and I received a very nonchalant response. It would all be very normal and a 55 minute wait is not long at all. The food was also inedible. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

I ate there yesterday. The food was really tasty, but we had to wait a long time for our sushi, even longer than 1 hour, which was just not fun anymore. No understanding, nothing. Never had to wait so long anywhere.

Absolutely amazing. Food is very good and is presented very well. Would not expect this kind of place in Tilburg but more in bigger and nicer cities.

Good level of food for a city like Tilburg

Our experience was very disappointing. After placing our order we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food to arrive, and even then the dish was served 20 minutes apart. Because of this we couldn't eat together. Drinking also took too long; we had to ask for this several times and it only came after 20 minutes. We wanted to order more, but due to the poor service we decided not to. We ended up eating somewhere else, where it was much more pleasant. We will never come back here again. Once again very disappointing! Waste of my time.

The waiting time for our food was way too long. The dishes did not arrive at the same time, but half an hour apart, which was very disturbing. This made for an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. Improvement is really needed in terms of timing and service.

You really enjoyed sitting outside. Waitresses are nice. But the menu said 2 pieces egg-roll. I received 1 spring roll cut in half, upside down on a large plate with chili sauce on top. €9,- if I want to pay that 😱 For 1 Vietnamese spring roll 😂😂

This is the right place for good food & drinks. From a romantic dinner indoors to a delicious drink on the large terrace. Very nice and friendly people and good service. Our favorite drink, Strawberry mojito.🤪

Perfect restaurant for a date night! It looked attractive and you have a lot of choice in the menu. A share dining concept so we were able to try many dishes. Presentation of the dishes was really great! Would definitely come back here again.

Beautiful restaurant with top quality food. The staff is very professional and helps you make a choice. Recommended are the Korean fried chickens, salmon and tuna nigiri, and the avocado dragon roll. Really delicious. I'll definitely return

Waited 30 minutes just to order drinks. Waiters are unprofessional, they delivered for the whole table at separate time making the first foods cold. I ordered chicken and it was raw. Sent it back and the waitress had an attitude. Terrible restaurant

Apple pie from the freezer heated in the microwave and for that price?! You didn't see any staff standing there, so you had to keep raising your hand. And when someone finally came, they had to bring in someone else. Then you ask for a Cava and you get the wrong bottle up to two times, but after discussion with the staff it should be correct... not so. Staff also smoke within sight of the customer. The ambiance was good, but otherwise there is still room for improvement.

My nephew convinced me to drive an hour and a half to come to this ridiculous place, we had made a reservation for 8:30 PM, after waiting outside for 45 minutes in the cold, we were not yet allowed to take a seat, but in the meantime new people came in who were right away. were allowed to sit 10 times nothing this. So even if you reserve there is no table, you are not taken seriously as a customer at all

Quantities have decreased. It is no longer consistent in terms of price and quality. Previously (1 year ago) this was much different. Tastes are no longer the same. This is very unfortunate!

Clean restaurant. Delicious salmon fillet. However, the calamari was limp. I wouldn't come here for the sushi, but I really liked the other dishes. I would definitely come back for the KFC, dumplings, salmon fillet, fries (both sweet and normal). (I thought the mojito was expensive for the small cup I got!) but other than that you won't hear me complaining, I'll definitely be back

Wagyu sushi is highly recommended!

Sfeer was goed en eten over het algemeen lekker. Toen een biefstuk medium was besteld en well done werd uitgeserveerd, werd hier niet vriendelijk op gereageerd en werd gezegd: 'dat is zonde, want wij moeten het weggooien.' Na aandringen werd wat bot gereageerd, met ogen gedraaid en toen kwam er pas een volgende biefstuk.

Gisteren op aanraden van een vriendin wezen eten bij dit restaurant. Ik moet zeggen; het heeft mij verrast. Het restaurant ziet er schoon wn sfeervol uit, het eten is lekker en de sushi is ontzettend goed. De menukaart toonde veel variatie aan gerechtjes en er is voor ieder wat wils. Mijn favoriete gerechtjes waren: KFC, duck pancakes, beef taco’s & de dragon roll sushi. Wat betreft de service; kan wel beter. De manager is een ontzettend lieve vrouw en was heel betrokken maar haar personeel was wat terughoudender maar wel zeer vriendelijk! Volgende keer ga ik lunchen.

Het eten was lekker, maar het duurde vreselijk lang voor het bij de tafel gebracht werd. 6 gerechtjes besteld, waarvan de 6e na een uur nog niet bezorgd was. Drankjes duurde ook erg lang, dus uiteindelijk om de rekening gevraagd en met een half lege maag weggegaan.

Superbe resto, personnel en nombre ce qui est de plus en plus rare... et repas délicieux 😋, dommage que je ne sois pas des environs pour y retourner très vite.

Katsu sandwich en bentobox was heerlijk. Idee dat alles wel net iets aan de langere kant duurde om aan de tafel te brengen.

Heerlijk gegeten. Smaken zijn bijzonder verrassend en erg lekker. De diverse verschillende gerechten worden mooi gepresenteerd en ze smaken zoals ze eruit zien! Erg goed! Absoluut een aanrader!

Nice fusion Asian restaurant - didn't expect too much but honestly it's pretty good. Took the Salmon with loaded fries.

Tijdens de kermis bezocht. Twee hamburgers besteld, per stuk 15 Euro. Werden geserveerd kaal zonder rauwkost of friet? De hamburgers waren te vet gebakken, het vet liep eruit. Bediening was slecht, mijn flesje Hertog Jan werd 1/2 vol van tafel gehaald zonder iets te vragen? Bediening was onvriendelijk, mijn advies snel doorlopen en zeker niet naar binnentreden!

Great food and friendly service!

Het eten was echt heerlijk maar de bediening was niet best. Ze liepen met 6 man rond en de zaak zat misschien halfvol, maar toch was het zeer chaotisch en duurde het veel te lang voordat ze weer langskwamen om lege borden op te halen of een nieuwe bestelling op te nemen. Op gegeven moment zijn we maar naar de bar gegaan om af te rekenen en hebben we ergens anders nog wat te eten gehaald. Zonde, want ik had graag meer dingen van de kaart willen proberen.

Zeetong gegeten zoals nooit eerder, super lekker en de oesters waren zeer smaakvol. Een echte aanrader om hier te gaan eten, en de menukaart is rijk van keuze, volgende keer neem ik wat anders😊😊

Erg lekker eten! Bestel vaak de KFC en gegratineerde friet en het is elke keer goed vers en lekker van smaak.

Heerlijke sushi en toetje, lieve ober en snelle bediening.. Ik kom zeker terug!

Geweldige aanwinst voor Tilburg

Wij zijn met 11 man gaan eten , we hebben aangegeven verras ons maar met van alles van de kaart ! Voor ons is dit 1 vd beste eetgelegenheden van Tilburg ! Eten krijgt van ons een 9,5 bediening was super aardig een 10 Je bepaald zelf hoeveel je wilt en je kunt het zo duur zelf maken ! Gaan hier zeker teug . Gelukkig niet zo een all you can eat vreetschuur !

I didn't expect much from an Asian restaurant in Tilburg, the Netherlands. However, this place surprised me! I highly recommend you try a Korean fried chicken (K.F.C.), homemade spring roll and calamaris. A chicken in spicy red curry sauce is decent (3.8 out of 5 to my taste). And I give them an extra point for being available to orders (delivery) late at night
