I don't understand the negative reviews. In my experience, the price is worth it for what you get. The food is good, they are customer-friendly, and delivery is fast.

Don't order from here again. The fries are absolutely inedible, let alone the meat. You pay a lot for very little. No, unfortunately, not for me anymore.

Sorry, but I won't be ordering from here again. The fries weren't good, the special frikandellen were just soaked in mayo and curry.

As tasty as the burgers are, the quality of the meatballs is just as poor. They are tasteless, look like a hand grenade and contained hard things (jails).

I ordered at 1715 and was delivered at 1845. I don't think that is normal anyway. Then the delivery person comes, no excuses, nothing and very smart. I open the bag and with all due respect, I wouldn't feed a dead rat this. Come on, it can't be that hard to throw something in the fryer. Also, a buddy of mine was recently in the shop itself and they just touch everything with their bare hands and their hands are not washed, so in short, it's just a filthy place. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

Ordered at 5:45 with a specified time of 6:15. It arrived at 7:15, an hour late. The food is indescribable; I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I've included a photo so you can imagine what kind of dinner I had to endure. Bizarre. I think the owner had to watch the pennies. The fries and stew were also inedible. Please never order from here.

Delivery took almost 2 hours, without letting us know! The app even said for an hour that the delivery person was almost at the front door. Food was unfortunately also cold.

Choice of many menus. Forgot one can of drink, but it was delivered fifteen minutes later with an extra can of drink. Chicken satay burger was really tasty. Fries are also recommended! Chicken zinger burger is also a favorite. Children's menus are also great fun with a toy, sauce, snack, fries and drinks!

Delivery takes a very long time, they call for 1 euro for the peanut sauce, well that was so little that you dare to ask 1 euro for it, it was not even enough for a bear bite of fries, cold and fried and half filled bags. Croquette also cold!

They are always more than 15 to 25 minutes late with deliveries. This has happened 4 times now without letting us know or adjusting the waiting time for home delivery.

Review request honored and written on own website, but is simply not visible. That way I can score too. We had written a bad review, even though it took more than an hour and a half. Then a bami disk was not delivered and different fries than we had ordered. The delivery person was already vague and immediately said that there was a bami disk shortage, but that it would “probably” be re-delivered. Anyway, that bami disk still has to arrive, the wrong fries are delivered regularly and the delivery time is now almost a standard hour and a half, while an hour is promised. That's why we don't order here anymore. Prices have become so high that these kinds of things are no longer acceptable. And then seeing a review not posted is also very vague. And now in the last year so many mistakes that unfortunately we are done with them. Result: customer now permanently lost.

Had to wait an hour and a half for the order and received no sauce with the fries war and no sauce with the peanut fries. Expensive sauce paid for and not received. Well... then the fries taste a lot less.

I came here to get some food yesterday. I was immediately helped kindly by the staff. The kitchen looked very clean and good. The fries were nice and crispy and the burgers were of high quality. I personally thought the milkshake was the best, definitely recommended and I will come here more often!

Deliveries are always made quickly or otherwise compensated. In short, they really do everything they can in a professional manner. I have been a customer for more than 4 years and sometimes order every week and very occasionally twice a week. Both on Thuisbezorgd.nl and on their own website. There are only about 126 tents on Thuisbezorgd.nl in my zip code and I have ordered from all of them several times. This case is really in the top 10 of my list as a civil case.

We ordered here and had it delivered, delivery time was longer but we got it sooner. The burgers from the grill are really tasty, we had the eggtastic burger, which is highly recommended with bacon. Fries were also nice and crispy. Definitely recommended to order again

I had a great experience, but unfortunately it happened that you had to wait a very long time for your order (last time about 1:15 hours). When contacted by telephone about this, simply saying "that is possible". Not exactly customer friendly. If you're consistently busy, hire more staff! The snack was said to be 'necessary', while they just wanted to know if I was telling the truth. Crappy snack bar, with zero service. You better stop your poor service and do something else.

Normally I call the place myself, but I think this is the third time that we had finished eating after a few bites of food. 'In the past' this was a great business, but in recent years it has gone downhill rapidly. Addition after response: We were certainly not always dissatisfied and we still ordered regularly. But when I call the business I always hear 'Yes, apologies, but it is busy' and I receive a small compensation. Fine, but if there is no improvement after 3 times, then I will not call anymore, but I will still write a review.

Delivery times are already very long, but home delivery also shows an incorrect time. So you assume 45 minutes, but in practice the food only arrives after 1.5 hours.

Food: I tried several of their burgers and I can say without a doubt that they make some of the best burgers I have ever tasted! ⭐ The fries are also excellent. Delivery: Delivery is also on point: the food is really well packed, always hot & usually delivered 5-10 before the estimated time, which is always nice. Yesterday was my first time, I waited until today with my opinion 😉 For me this is the BEST BURGER IN THE CITY! I picked it up by my own- the place is clean, the floor is not sticky, the staff is friendly and the fries- class 😁💪😇 I'm just about to go get another smokey BBQ burger. WORTH it, even if you have to wait a while.

THIS IS WORTH THE WAIT! best burgers in zaandam! the waiting times are a bit long at 30 to 50 minutes but even though I had to wait an hour and a half, it's worth it. the burgers are large and full of flavor and the fries are crunchy on the outside but good on the inside. I order it with the satay sauce, which is nice and creamy and tastes good! All in all, this is my new favorite burger joint.

Instead of a professional and solution-oriented answer to our question, you responded with a typical regional "yes, but I'm busy." You go over that a bit in your response. The fact that you decide to refund the purchase amount without being asked and after our conversation is special. You may want to ask the delivery person to visit us again and we will give him that money. The way you threw him under the bus deserves a little extra. There are good courses available, even for small entrepreneurs. There you will learn the basics about customer contact. After all, today it is no longer just about the quality of the fries. By the way, I understand from other responses that purchasing a watch is not a bad idea.

Until I spoke to the owner of KoK, why don't you come and get it from me. Now today I've been and it's really great.
