Staff: Super friendly! We had the cheese spinach burgers, which are incredibly tasty! Bubble tea with milk was also delicious! Very happy that I tried it here!

Don't have it delivered, it takes an incredibly long time. They don't stick to the times at all. And since I placed the order at 2:00 PM, surely that should be possible to schedule. Why does it go well at other companies?

Deeply sad. I sent my 13-year-old daughter to pick up a bag of fries. She let me know via the app that she ordered at 17:59. After waiting 40 minutes, still nothing. My daughter asks about the status but gets no response. I call the place, but they don't answer the phone. Scandalous! I was planning to go and get an explanation myself, but then, after waiting 58 minutes, she finally gets a bag of fries.

I went there for the first time last time, and the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant; you can see they enjoy their work. The quality of the food is excellent. People complain, but they're human, sometimes mistakes happen, but that's no reason to immediately hate. 5 stars from me.

We've often ordered perfectly fine here—until it went wrong. And that's when you really see how a business treats its customers. With a large order, I paid extra for onions (stated on the receipt), but they were missing. After calling, they were initially checked suspiciously and even confused with another order. Only then did they acknowledge it was their mistake, with the promise of delivery "as soon as possible." That turned into 45 minutes. By then, the fries were cold and limp. A new, complete order or compensation was refused. Only apologies, with the argument: "We're a small family business." That's no excuse. If you make food inedible by making a mistake, you fix it. The onions did arrive, but everything went in the bin. Paid in full, completely lost. Friendly tone, zero responsibility. This was the last time for us.

A really nice snack bar. The food is delicious. The fries are nice and crispy. The service is excellent, but when it gets very busy, you have to wait longer. The place looks fantastic too!

We ordered two fries with stew for €9 each (!). When we got home, the portion of stew was quite small and didn't contain enough meat. The flavor wasn't great either. We were also surprised that the fries weren't good: stale and not crispy. In short, poor quality for way too much money! We'll go somewhere else next time.

After a few minutes I was called back to ask if I was sure and if I had looked properly. She starts a whole discussion and I just have the feeling that I am being called a liar. From now on I will just pick up again and check the order before going home. And then the guarantee is still not there, because it is very chaotic behind the counter.

Owners Yan and Sabrina are hard workers. Of course together with their employees. They really care about the business here and always deliver top products. We like to come there regularly and get fries and snacks.

Half an hour later than expected, but mainly the order was not complete (fries without sauce on war) and the hamburger bun contained a bone-dry tartare. Too bad, but not surprising due to the always messy way of working.

The luxurious cheese souflee here is really great. You really should go there sometime

You can no longer order Chinese. They no longer have a chef. We only have spring rolls and satay, they said. We ordered that then. Damn, you get 3 Makro spring rolls that are rock hard. Bah. Satay not tasty either. Tip; pay your chef a little more and then you keep your staff.

I've been twice now and both times were unfortunately disappointing. Fries are pale, almost undercooked. The croquette is dripping with oil. The bag that the croquettes were in had a lot of oil at the bottom. Too greasy to eat. I threw everything away. The people are friendly but I won't go there anymore.

This SNAKBAR certainly has Chinese food there, also the pate is super patje special with a better ball or a gaktbalte and is now unique, you don't see that anywhere anymore and you can come and try it for yourself

Chinese takeaway/delivery is really great. Crispy vegetables in the dishes, enough meat. Chicken satay favorite.
