Kometen brood in Noordelijke IJ-oevers West

I don’t want to give a bad review, maybe I’m blind but it looks like the place is closed and there is different cafe open there.

The bread pudding.. to die for!

The place has a good variety of products. I tried one that I don't remember the name of but it was made with cinnamon and it was very tasty. The place was busy at the time, but it was very clean and organized. The attendant spoke good English, which made it easier for me.

Tolle hippe Bäckerei mit super leckeren Backwaren.

Leukste café. Al het eten is lekker (tosti kaas & mosterd, broodpudding en crolus lievelings). Goeie koffie en relaxte sfeer! Kan niet wachten op de nieuwe locatie

An amazing and cozy place in which every tourist needs to spend its time. Breakfast or lunch, viennoiserie or a fresh bread, you can choice a variety of genuine products made by a strong team of young guys. Do not loose it !!!

Ci siamo arrivati per caso ma non credo che avremmo trovato di meglio. I cornetti sono buonissimi freschi fatti da loro con laboratorio a vista, tra pane di tutti i tipi e viennoiserie spuntano bontà e prelibatezze. Il tutto realizzato da un team di soli giovani ragazzi. Lo consiglio vivamente per una colazione deliziosa oppure per un filone di pane.

Coffee, croissant, carrot cake all best taste

Vriendelijke bediening, leuk hoe ze wat hebben weten te maken van deze plek. Prijs is heel scherp, fijne plek om even te gaan zitten met voldoende (betaalde) parkeergelegenheid. Kwaliteit van het eten is wat wisselend, dit keer heel erg goede tosti's, maar de croissants en koekjes viekwn wat tegen (vorige keer waren ze wel erg goed).

Allerlekkerste belegde broodjes & tosti’s, bediening is super lief en bij het afrekenen kregen we zelfs nog een kaasvlinder en chocolade broodje mee voor thuis :)

All the breads and buns there look really nice! The granola bar was good taste and good price. The coffee was okay. While standing in the line, it was my turn and the guy clearly addressed people behind me to aak for their order, this was a bit strange as if he didn’t notice me, so that was a bit strange 🙃

Very nice coffee in Amsterdam Noord. The bread and the focaccia are very good. I would recommend going there.

Al geruime tijd een vaste klant van Kometen Brood Café, maar voor het eerst teleurgesteld. De madeleines waren veel te boterig en eerder ''crunchy' dan ''fluffy'. Kwaliteit en smaak mogen zeker wat kosten, maar dat was hier niet het geval.

An unpretentious bakery and cafe with the best croissants in Amsterdam. A real hidden gem worth visiting if you are in the Noord.

Heel lekker brood, een verbeterpunt is het vegan aanbod. Broodje doperwt bleek op, en kreeg te horen dat er niets anders plantaardigs te krijgen was. Echt jammer!

Pain au chocolate is incredible

Probably the best bakery in Amsterdam! Excellent pastries, bread and coffee. Echt lekker!

Got here at 2:15pm and found a table, only to be told that they had pretty much run out of everything other than two toasties. No focaccia, no sandwiches, no viennoiserie. We were then told they did in fact have one type of sandwich left, so we ordered that and the toasties and the two cookies we were told were still available. Tried to order drinks but oh, they are out of the kombucha too. The food arrived, turns out they did not have both cookies available so they just gave us two of one kind instead. The sandwich was one of the meanest sandwiches I’ve ever had in terms of the amount of filling. It was literally one thin slice of cheese, a soggy piece of iceberg lettuce and a few pieces of caramelised onion, very meagre and not very tasty. To give credit where it is due however, I will note that the focaccia the sandwich was served on was good. The toasties were fine, nothing special, as were the cookies. Overall a disappointment, and I would not recommend wasting your time coming all the way out here for this experience.

Friendly new bakery, a bliss for a good breakfast in the neighborhood, long awaited. Would be great to put focaccia and sweet buns in separate bags for takeaway. Otherwise the flavors get mixed and it’s not too nice to eat it at home

War täglich ein Genuss bei euch zu frühstücken. Ganz entspannt, guter Start in den Tag.

Lekker oat cappuccio & yummy sourdough bread variety. A beautiful relaxing coffee place in noord, in proximity of the industrial area. It offers both indoor & outdoor seating- Easy to be reached by bike with the ferry from CS.

Leuke plek voor koffieshop of broodje. Zowel binnen als buiten zitten is prima. Kaart met broodjes is niet al te uitgebreid, cinnamon bun of taartpuntje uit de bakkerij is aanrader. Na afloop heerlijk grote broden meenemen, wel vrij duur, maar lekker.

素敵な空間でおいしいパンが食べれるお店でした🥐 パンオショコラを食べましたが、重くないけどバターの香りがしっかり、チョコも程よくて何個でも食べれそうでした！ 空間も開放的で、店員さんも優しく、日曜の朝10時前にはすでにテラスは埋まっていました😮 少し足を伸ばさないと行かないエリアではありますが、アムステルダムに訪れたらぜひ行ってほしいパン屋さんです😊
