Nice and the pancake baker was great

A year later, we went back because our first experience was good. But what a change! More expensive and lower quality...so much so that I won't be going back a third time. The service is adequate, but the team clearly couldn't manage the crowds. The biggest letdown was the food and its quality. In the center of Bergen op Zoom, in a historic building, is this all-you-can-eat restaurant. The service was very friendly and helpful. Ordering is done via a tablet (one per table), and you can order again after fifteen minutes. For those who don't have the patience or time, this can be a challenge. We, however, thoroughly enjoyed it. The menu offers more than enough choices, but compared to other similar restaurants we've eaten at. Most importantly, all the dishes were delicious. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, Kookplus is really not what it used to be. Two rounds per person, you get mini portions, and you have to wait fifteen minutes before you can order again. The quality of the food isn't great either. I gave it another chance, but after today, I'm definitely leaving it for good.

This is the worst all you can eat restaurant I have eaten in my life, wine tasted like water and color, rice like frozen food from jumbo, gamba’s and its sauce tasted like lime and salt and smells rotten, service so poor workers walking around so unprofessional

Last night we had dinner with a friend. We combined it with a day at a wellness hotel in the area. Restaurant KOOK immediately caught our eye! It was a lovely restaurant! It was truly delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was fresh and crispy when brought to the table. The restaurant was clean, and the owner was very kind and hardworking. The staff were also very hospitable and hardworking. We'll be back soon. Greetings from Amsterdam to Bergen aan de Zoom.

We visited Kookplus on Monday evening and it was a very disappointing experience. The fried appetizers were extremely hard and soaked in oil, making them inedible. The staff was anything but friendly, especially when there was a problem with our Social Deal reservation. Although we were eventually allowed to stay, there was no warm welcome or apology for the inconvenience. As for the desserts, they were downright disappointing. Everything tasted old and as if it had been sitting open for hours. The small amount of fruit that was available was far from fresh, and when I asked if they could refill it, the answer was simply "no." Overall, we didn't enjoy our visit at all, especially considering it was much better three years ago. I wouldn't recommend Kookplus at this time. Sadly, we've lost five potential regular customers.

In a short time I went there for the second time with a group because the food was delicious. Towards the end I asked to put lukewarm water in a baby bottle to make milk, whereupon a young employee wanted to do this. The boss came back with the bottle and said that I had to buy a bottle of water so that she could heat it up. Really so sad and not customer friendly. We ended up paying 300 euros and they were too stingy to put some lukewarm water in a baby bottle. While their website states that children from 0 to 3 are free. I did end up paying this but I was so put off that we all stopped going. There must be places where the whole world doesn't matter about a few euros. For 3 euros extra you lose good customers.

Very bad experience, the food was good, but we had to wait more than half to an hour for each round, after checking every time where our food was, it finally arrived. From 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM we received 4 rounds, so 8 meals per person, we did not get everything and 2 drinks per person. Some dishes were also cold. In the end we left. The manager said not to come back because I did not want to pay the full amount. In any case, I will never go there again. Fortunately, we were not the only ones who complained to the manager and did not want to pay. NEVER AGAIN.

We made a reservation in advance, but after half an hour of waiting, we still didn't even receive a drink, so we left. Probably too busy but at least don't accept reservations anymore. Very unfortunate

Pleasantly surprised. For an all you can eat it is not a standard concept such as sushi or tappas, but really different options can be ordered via a tablet. It is a beautiful building and although it is full, there is no feeling of crowds. My only complaint is that the waitstaff is not very easy to understand. The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining how they work. There is a wide choice of all kinds of dishes, which are certainly not small portions. There is certainly something for everyone. And if you like desserts, you won't be short of anything here. Will definitely come back here again, speaking on behalf of my wife and myself. Echt lekker gegeten met onze gezin de kinderen konden kiezen wat zij wilde voor een gereduceerd tarief en de ossenhaas spies was goed gekruid en zeer mals. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Ook zaten wij op het terras in de achtertuin. Heerlijk weer was het vandaag !

Sushi deluxe platter ordered with 78 pieces for 4 people. Picked up and order was just packed. Completely fresh. I asked for extra ginger (free). We still had a little left over for snacking at the end of the evening. Top!

Had a nice evening yesterday. We were 8 people and had a delicious meal. The service was good and a wide choice. It is all freshly made so you have to wait a while for your food, but it is really worth it. All worth repeating for us.

Yesterday I had dinner with my friend Kook Plus and it was so tasty and the ambiance is so nice

Ate here again last night. This time we had a really bad meal. The meat was not medium fried, but fried/dry. The meat looked like rubber. The asparagus soup was really nasty. (really tasty last year) now the soup looked like water with a sour edge) no asparagus soup at all. I don't think it's fresh anymore either. I left it. My spoon was dirty, the remains of the predecessor were still on it. I was missing recipes on the menu. The supply is also becoming less and less and everything is in the sauce. It was really a disappointment. We have been coming here for years and have always had a good meal. And there are times when it's bad everywhere, but this was the epitome of poor quality. They won't see us again for the time being. It's a shame that such a good restaurant that was really great is declining so much.

A lot of reheated food from the microwave or something, nachos are tough, sushi is very watery/wet, meat is reasonable. But price quality is really not good. All in without drinks and then charge a lot for drinks. Too bad, because it is a nice place, the staff is friendly and the service is fast.

Pand is prachtig, personeel netjes en snel maar kwaliteit is slecht. Veel opgewarmd, magnetron, waterige sushi. Veel geld voor weinig kwaliteit en drinken is exclusief en daar vragen ze veel voor. Ons zien ze niet meer terug!

We used to enjoy eating here, but now that the ordering system has changed to 2 dishes per person per round and the waiting time between ordering has been extended to 15 minutes, it is no longer worth the money. You get 1/3 less for the same money under the guise of “too much food is thrown away”, but you now have to wait so long that your hunger goes away on its own. Service also very unfriendly. Too bad, this was the last time for us.

Price compared to quality was not correct, I understand that everything is becoming more expensive. It was really good and tasty and very friendly and attentive staff! We were with people who ate pork and people who ate halal and they clearly indicated that something had been ordered that contained pork or simply not halal and a card with products that were halal.

Food was bad and also expensive plus drinks had to be paid separately, really not normal alcohol, okay I can understand that, but charging 3.10 per bottle for the coke and coke zero is a bit absurd

The food has deteriorated so much. This place ever had the best shusi and after tonight I'm sad to say that this place is definitely not worth your money anymore!! The shusi is dirty, sticky and falling apart and the other dishes I had were also not worth mentioning or worth repeating! The dessert buffet was too pathetic for words. Frozen pastries and fruit that came from a can and the fresh fruit had not been fresh for a long time but rotten!!

Kook, een all you can eat ervaring die werkelijk perfect was. Van de attente bediening tot de overheerlijke variaties en smaken van de gerechten, dit restaurant biedt een unieke culinaire ervaring. Kook is ongetwijfeld de plek waar geen enkele lekkernij ontbreekt. Een absolute aanrader!

Jammer, na een jaar was dit de de 3de x en viel het zo tegen.. Alles kwam aan in een bad met saus. De sushi was erg zout en plakkerig. Misschien, als je een tafel wilt afruimen en je hebt gasten zitten.. minder hard alles in een bak gooien.. Verkeerde order werd na paar minuten gewoon bij de buren neer gezet . Jammer dat de drive weg is..

Waren hier en eens geweest en viel toen goed mee. Nu waren niet alle gerechten even lekker. Bitterballen zwart zonder vulling en de gebakken mosselen waren gekookte. Dragon rol wel lekker. Gezellig zitten dat wel maar de kwaliteit van het eten was toch wat minder.

Mooi Restaurant, veel verschillend eten allemaal wat erg goed was. Heerlijk desert buffet waar zelfs verse wafels en pannenkoeken worden gebakken en creme brule wordt gemaakt. Parkeren ideaal, bij het restaurant kan je een uitrij kaartje kopen voor 3.50. Wel prijzig, aangezien je voor een kind van 6 al 22.50 betaald. Maar al met al een aanrader, we hebben een fijne avond gehad.

Was zeer goed ! Ben hier 2 dagen geleden geweest en het was onwijs lekker! Goed gegeten en goede service. Als je iets vraagt zie je echt dat ze hun best doen om het zo snel mogelijk op je tafel te zetten ! Het personeel is klantvriendelijk en laten zien dat ze echt 1 team zijn! De sfeer is ook erg gezellig! Zeker een aanrader

Op een maandag avond gegeten, was vrij rustig. Bedienning was snel en goed. Om de 7min kon je bestellen. Sfeer was goed. 1ste verdieping ziet er mooier uit. Eten was oke, herhaling zou kunnen. Parkeren bij grote markt is lastig maar daar kan deze onderneming vrij weinig aan doen.

All you can eat zonder tijdslimiet, kwaliteit prima, prijs prima. Geen parkeergelegenheid. Leuke gastvrije ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg over gebruik van tablet voor bestellingen. Er is keuze uit Japans, mediterraans en Indonesisch. Ruime keuze voor toetjes, deze worden niet aan tafel geserveerd de rest wel.

Eten was goed, alleen kregen we niet alles wat we besteld hadden. Bediening was een chaos. Er was een meisje van hooguit een jaar of 12, tot 's avonds laat aan het helpen in de bediening! Niet heel slecht, maar nooit meer.

Heerlijk gegeten met gerechten op de kaart die je nergens anders vind in de stad de gerechten zijn vooral Aziatisch georiënteerd maar er is ook een zeer ruime keuze aan internationale gerechten vegetarisch helaas een wat beperkte keuze ten opzichte van de erg ruime keuze van de rest van de kaart. Zeker een aanrader

Lekker en gevarieerd menu. 2 gerechten per persoon per 15 minuten te bestellen via tablet. Dit was voldoende voor ons want de gerechten vullen goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Enige nadeel is de prijs, 44,50 is echt teveel! En helaas zaten er een groep dames met een jankend kind dat de hele zaak bij elkaar schreeuwde.

Prijs kwaliteit is uit verhouding. Veel te duur. Kind van 13 betaald het volledige bedrag. Voor de grote eters best leuk maar jezelf misselijk eten om waar voor je geld te krijgen is niet de bedoeling lijkt mij.

Door de reviews vonden wij het spannend om hier te gaan eten. Maar het was echt perfect. Het ontbrak er aan niks. Heerlijk eten en goede service.

All you can est formule. Zeer uitgebreide kaart met Aziatisch, indonesisch, chinese gerechten, nog sushi.... 2 gerechten per persoon Bestellen om de 15 minuten via een ipad aan tafel zelf. Smaakvol, sommige gedurfde gerechten in het gezellig centrum van het Dorp. Vriendelijk personeel en allemaal netjes!

We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten. Heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten.

Eten ziet er prima uit, smaakt ok, maar voor het bedrag wat je betaald verwacht ik er zeker meer van. De muziek stond vrij hard. Tafels van gasten die al weg waren werden afgeruimd door iemand met een kar (eetzaal idee) en met uitzicht op een emmertje sop om de tafels daarna schoon te maken daalde de sfeer nog verder helaas.

Het eten is echt niet meer hoe het ooit was. Ik kom hier al jaren en elk jaar wordt het vele duurder en kwaliteit is zeer slecht. Je betaalt zeer veel voor de all inclusive maar je moet voor de meeste dingen nog bij betalen. De meeste dingen zijn van de kaart gehaald ook en kwaliteit van het eten trekt echt op niets. Ik ga hier nooit meer naar toe.

Vriendelijke vrouw, zij verdient opslag vandaag!

Voor die prijs verwacht ik meer keuze qua eten. Ook wacht je lang voordat je je eten hebt

vooral ook voor kinderen vanaf 7/8 jaar zeer aan te bevelen. 1 flinke fout op de rekening deze gemeld en hoop dat deze wordt recht gezet . keurig nette en vriendelijke bediening .

Veel keuze, vers en boven verwachting lekker. Vlot systeem. In verhouding tot andere horeca flinke prijsstijging. In het weekend gaan we liever niet. Kwaliteit en snelheid is stukken beter als het rustig is.

Heerlijk gegeten. Keuze genoeg. Prijs pp. Voor de grote eters prima voor de kleine - misschien beetje aan de prijs.
