We are certainly no strangers to fine dining and have had many special culinary experiences over the years. Nevertheless, Ambrozijn is undoubtedly one of the restaurants that ranks high on our list. The entire evening was simply perfect: the food was refined and surprising, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant made the experience complete. What stood out to us most was the genuine friendliness of the team and the staff's impressive knowledge of the dishes, ingredients, and matching wines. Ambrozijn knows how to bring together gastronomy, hospitality, and ambiance in a beautiful way. A fantastic evening and highly recommended for anyone who loves a special fine dining experience. Heerlijke plek om te relaxen, lekker rond kijken vanaf je terrasje en de kerstsfeer op snuiven. Bij Laguna vindt je gezellig en vriendelijk personeel. En ze hebben hier de lekkerste Limoncello. Ons favoriete cafe / restaurant in Valkenburg. Ook ontzettend leuk in de avond, gezellige muziek, ook buiten. Wij kunnen niet wachten tot we er weer mogen genieten in November 2024.

Had delicious souvlaki (chicken). Portion just right. Small place and fast service by friendly staff. Nice spot in a slightly quieter street than the main 'food street' of Valkenburg. It's a shame it was so quiet. It couldn't have been the food.
