Inmiddels zijn we er sinds de eerste kennismaking al een paar keer wezen smullen. Elke maand een nieuwe rijsttafel van de maand dus geen keuzestress. Gewoon heerlijk eten, gastvrij onthaal en vriendelijke bediening. Tot de volgende keer maar weer.

We have been here (with long intervals) several times. Each time we had a very nice meal and left with a satisfied feeling. However, we will not have dessert here anymore, firstly because we are satisfied after the rice table, but also because of the price / quality ratio of this.

What a great restaurant. Nice location, parking in front of the door. Nice decor, clean and very cozy. Very friendly staff, good host. And then the food…. 100 points, what a taste sensation. Beautiful flavors alternate with beautiful scents. We took the Rice Table of the Month and certainly didn't regret it... great. Normally we travel to The Hague every quarter for the Indonesian restaurant... but I have to say that Kraton is number 1. Definitely worth repeating, great. So far the best Indonesian food we had. We used to have to drive an hour to The Hague for tasty Indonesian food, now in less than half an hour we found this nice restaurant in Leusden with delicious food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The flavors of food are so delicious that you want to be back in this place again.

3x menu combined portions, so the portions were small, no prawn crackers or eping! Atjar was Only ketimoen with a little vinegar! Taste was not that good because there is no broccoli in gado gado! Unfortunately it was not good Indonesian food for the price! I would not recommend future guests to eat at Krayon!

Kraton in Leusden is een geweldig Indonesisch restaurant met chef-kok Tien. Heb hier heerlijk gegeten met mijn moeder en broer. Rijsttafel is super , gezellige sfeer en prima ben vriendelijke bediening. Prijzen zijn ok. Mkasih Tien, makan terlalu enak 😋 sampai jumpa lagi.

We hadden goede verhalen gehoord over dit restaurant dus maar eens gaan eten. Als 14-jarig jochie was het eerste wat ik leerde koken Indonesisch en ruim 40 jaar later ben ik misschien wel wat kritisch. Dus elk gerecht “echt geproefd” en …..het was top. Mooi gekruid en een goede balans tussen de gerechten van de rijsttafel van de maand, Heerlijk. Ook de voorgerechten waren spot on. De bediening was prettig en attent. Met een tevreden gevoel terug naar huis en binnenkort maar weer op herhaling. Tot binnenkort!

With a large group we enjoyed a great evening at De Kraton in Leusden, highly recommended for lovers of Indonesian cuisine. The separate room that was reserved for us was perfect: attractive and spacious enough for our group, so that we could enjoy our dinner in peace. The service was top notch. The staff was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They regularly asked if everything was to your liking and the dishes were served at a pleasant pace. The team's enthusiasm for Indonesian cuisine was clearly noticeable. Each dish was authentic and prepared with care and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The wide choice ensured that everyone in our group could find something to suit their taste, and every dish was greatly appreciated. In short, De Kraton is an absolute must for those who love Indonesian food, whether you come with a small or larger group. We will definitely come back!

Dutchmen in the service and you are required to order 2 main courses per person.

Good restaurant for Dutch and Indos (i.e. the fake Indonesian), but for the REAL Indonesian this is the same as canned food, it is really a shame to pass this off as authentic Indonesian dishes. You will not see any Asians returning to this restaurant. Weak bite.

Very nice meal and, above all, excellent service!

Lured by a nice discount promotion from Social Deal, we decide that it is time for Kraton Rosbeijer again. ('Again' because we have eaten there several times before and always conclude afterwards that it is worth repeating.) For me, Kraton has been one of the top 4 catering establishments in Leusden for years: Bras73, BuitenHuis, Chardonnay and Kraton. What you immediately notice upon entering are the extremely spacious and comfortable armchairs. You can eat à la carte, but you can also opt for a complete rice table. We go for the 'rice table of the month', but then something goes wrong. In addition to two empty plates, we receive a large bowl of rice and about ten small bowls of hot dishes. Because we know (from experience) that there should also be trays of cold dishes, I ring the bell after fifteen minutes. Apologies - and shortly afterwards also the cold dishes - follow. And then, about fifteen minutes later, another employee casually brings another tray with ten hot dishes... Fortunately, the quality of the food more than makes up for any service errors!

Gelokt door een leuke kortingsactie van Social Deal besluiten we dat het weer eens tijd wordt voor Kraton Rosbeijer. ('Weer' omdat we er al diverse keren eerder aten en dan na afloop steevast concluderen dat dat voor herhaling vatbaar is.) Voor mij behoort Kraton al jaren tot de horeca-top-4 van Leusden: Bras73, BuitenHuis, Chardonnay en Kraton. Wat bij binnenkomst meteen opvalt, zijn de uiterst royale en comfortabele fauteuils. Er kan à la carte worden gegeten, maar er kan ook worden gekozen voor een complete rijsttafel. Wij gaan voor de 'rijsttafel van de maand', maar dan gaat er toch wel wat mis. We krijgen - naast twee lege borden - een forse schaal met rijst en een tiental kleine schaaltjes met warme gerechten. Omdat we (uit ervaring) weten dat er ook nog schaaltjes met koude gerechten zouden moeten komen, trek ik na een kwartiertje aan de bel. Excuses - en even later ook de koude gerechten - volgen. En dan, weer ongeveer een kwartiertje later, komt een andere medewerker doodleuk opnieuw een dienblad met tien warme gerechten brengen... Gelukkig maakt de kwaliteit van het eten alle bedieningsmissers meer dan goed!

I had reserved the theater menu with a colleague. We arrived fifteen minutes later than reserved due to traffic jams. Spoiler alert: we were not on time for the performance, we were not able to eat dessert and as a so-called compensation, 1 soft drink was taken off the bill (so we had to pay for the dessert we did not eat!). We had to constantly push for speed, so we certainly didn't eat in a relaxed manner! It was not indicated that the theater menu was no longer possible, not even when I explicitly said that we were late when they brought the menu for the theater menu. We would have been fine with just eating a main course in peace, if that had been indicated. At 8 o'clock the restaurant was completely empty. The restaurant is also further away from the Afas theater than stated on the site. And my email request for better compensation was not even responded to. By the way, a dessert costs at least 10 euros separately… In short: don't take a theater menu or take plenty of time! And never again for us!

We were here for the first time. Sitting down to eat a delicious rice table Kraton. Real Indian flavors! Nice atmosphere (quiet, even though the restaurant was quite full), nice attentive but not pushy service. We will definitely come back.

Kraton leek ons een ideaal restaurant, mede omdat we Indische roots hebben, om het weerzien met onze kinderennuit Australië te vieren. We waren met veertien personen en kregen een apparte ruimte dus tot wover tevreden. Maar wat viel.het tegen, we werden verplicht te kiezen voor de Indische rijsttafel. We wilden echter allemazl een eigen gerecht kiezen omdat te delen. Dit mocht niet of we moesten twee gerechten p.p bestellen. Het eten viel helaas tegen, erge kleine porties en de smaak was ook niet echt Indisch. Er werd geen kraanwater geschonken en toen we uiteindelijk èèn glas kregen moesten we ervoor betalen. Het was een grote teleurstelling en voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

We waren met een familie van 7 en hebben genoten van een rijsttafel. Alles was werkelijk heerlijk. De service van al het bedienend personeel maakte de avond compleet. Iedereen zo vrolijk, gastvrij, vriendelijk, complimenten! Een kléin verbeterpuntje: de lampen boven onze tafel waren wel heel erg fel wit belicht, je zat als het ware letterlijk in de spotlights. Beautiful building, unfortunately parking is difficult. Warm welcome, luxurious (nice chairs!) decor with an exotic atmosphere. The drinks arrived quickly, accompanied by expert advice about the menu and a little later the table was loaded with all kinds of delicious things: cold, warm, spicy, mild, vegetables, chicken, fish, meat, vegetarian... a bit of everything. We enjoyed it because all four of us are fans of Indonesian cuisine. We also regularly cook it ourselves using Bep Vuyk's old recipes. To our surprise, we recognized many of the dishes here with the authentic taste. Class, you don't often find that elsewhere

Enjoy Indian food. The satay gaming was particularly popular. And that for someone who normally does not eat goat or lamb.

We came here again more or less by chance on the way back from an outing It is a very nice restaurant, with excellent food and excellent service. Only the price is a bit on the high side.

Delicious real Indian food. An excellent chef and friendly service. A great option in combination with, for example, a visit to the Afas theater.

Fresh, light in taste, not spicy. Easy entry for those who are not familiar with Indian cuisine. Indian dishes often come from the refrigerator or freezer and have been cooked for hours and are therefore dry or hard, but not here. Rijsttafel is per person, so everyone can choose their own type of rice table. We weren't told that. We had to ask for a forgotten dish because they had forgotten it. We exchanged two dishes (fish + shrimp) for one other (sate) and had to pay extra. If you want to bring older people or children, that would be fine here, nothing is particularly strong in taste or spicy. An easy starter, where the food is fresh and light in taste.

Delicious food. It was also very nice that allergies were taken into account, some dishes from the rice table were slightly adjusted and everything was neatly indicated with separate containers (round vs square).

Geweldig gastvrij restaurant. Top kwaliteit eten. Oprecht gevoel dat je welkom bent. Met veel liefde wordt uitgelegd wat er op tafel komt. Aan alles is zorg besteed.

Wauw dit was voor ons echt verrassend. Wij gaan echt nooit naar een Indisch restaurant omdat het vaak op z’n Hollands is aangepast. Nu waren wij uitgenodigd en mochten hier mee eten met het buffet. Wij zaten met vrienden en familie in een aparte ruimte en daar werd al dat lekkere eten opgediend. Het restaurant zelf ziet er ook gezellig uit en daar kan je a la carte eten of kiezen voor een menu. Alle gerecht waren echt zo smaakvol en absoluut authentiek Indisch. Het was net of je bij je oma aan het eten was. Zeer verrassend en zeer smaakvol. Echt een toppertje

Hier na jaren weer heerlijk gegeten met een gezellige groep: een combi van vegetarische, kraton rijsttafel en rijsttafel van de maand, samen een heerlijk verzameling van allerlei gerechtjes. Vooraf bijzondere laksa soep of pangsit goreng en toe bijzonder ijs. Echt een feestmaal en een aanrader.

Prima ambiance. Eten over het algemeen genomen prima. Sommige (bij) gerechten redelijk voorspelbaar en niet bijzonder. Rendang bevat veel vocht/saus en is dus meer een 'Kalio' dan een droge Rendang (staat niet vermeld). Nasi Kuning (geserveerd bij de rijsttafels) lijkt nou niet echt op Nasi Kuning... Es Cendol helaas meer ijsblokjes dan Cendol.

Echt authentiek heerlijk Indonesisch eten.

Gisteren een reünie gehad met medereizigers van onze reis naar India. Deze was georganiseerd door Francis bij Kraton Rosbeijer. We hadden een apart zaaltje en werden voorzien van een heerlijk Indonesisch buffet gemaakt door de keukenbrigade onderleiding van chefkok Tien. Het was heerlijk, je zou zo elke dag wel willen aanschuiven.

4 of us tried my different dishes. Everything was delicious. Our friends whom took us there are regulars. The service and food was excellent.

I celebrated my birthday here with my partner. Interesting things, that the other two tables also celebrated their birthdays. It mean a lot, if so many people make choice of this restaurant on their special day. I was very tasty, with good service and an amazing ambiance. 👏

Heerlijk Indonesisch eten. Super lekker. Personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam. Sfeer is erg gezellig. Echt een avondje uit. De rijsttafel is een aanrader. Toetjes zijn heerlijk en de wijn keuze is goed. Verlichting zou iets meer gedimd kunnen zijn.

Wij zijn hier van de week wezen eten! Het Indonesische eten was heerlijk! Zeker een aanrader om te eten. Het personeel was vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze werken met een open keuken(dit is vaak een goed teken), dit zag er allemaal goed uit. Wij hadden een lopend buffet en het was allemaal goed geregeld.

Recent weer dat heerlijke Indonesisch restaurant “De Kraton” in Leusden ( makkelijk parkeren ) waar mevr. Tien de pollepel met verve hanteert. Erg smaakvol en niet te pedis. Ruime porties Interieur modern doch stijlvol ingericht. Vriendelijke bediening. Ruime kaart met div rijsttafels en ook à la carte. De smaken zijn gewoon overheerlijk anders kwam i k er niet terug . Mooie ( witte) huiswijn, saté om te zoenen. Bent u in de buurt, een beter adres ken ik niet

Dessert te duur. Glas halfvol ijsblokjes+klein bolletje ijs scheutje bessensap € 9,50

Goede service alleen ze waren het dessert vergeten en moesten vragen waar het bleef.

De ontvangst is hartelijk en de geuren die je uit de keuken tegemoet komen zijn heerlijk. We hadden de Kraton rijsttafel en de maand rijsttafel en alles was even heerlijk.

We zijn er vorig jaar geweest en was fantastisch! Vandaag hebben we voor de verandering het eten afgehaald en echt alles was weer super lekker. Een echte aanrader als je van indonesisch eten wilt genieten!

Nooit eerder geweest. Warm ingerichte zaak. Eten smakelijk en de diverse soorten saté heerlijk. Aantal rijsttafel gerechten kon wat meer sap bevatten(aan de droge kan) bv boemboembalie. Eitelor was de enige misser. Gewoon een gekookt ei. Misschien waren ze op. Niet goedkoop.

Heerlijk gegeten hier! En ik ben kritisch over de Indonesische keuken maar hier proefde ik weer echt de maken van vroeger. Rijsttafel is voldoende voor een persoon en bediening is attent en vriendelijk. Leuk dat je onderweg naar het toilet de keuken in kan kijken.
