Waited exactly 59 minutes (!) for a simple order for 3 people. After 50 minutes, we finally asked if our order was being worked on yet. They searched through a row of receipts, found the receipt with our order, and: 'It's going down now.' What a coincidence… Meanwhile, someone was doing something (?) near the cash register with frikandellen in hand, causing the frikandellen to slam against the counter, and the hands holding the snacks also just ran through our hair. Not very hygienic. Upon arriving home, it turned out there were very few fries in the box for 2 people, which were also soggy, and the frikandellen had curry sauce instead of ketchup, as ordered and stated on the receipt. What a disappointing experience.

I am disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. I ordered a coffee, but it took a very long time to receive it. Additionally, I saw that staff were preparing the food with bare hands, without wearing gloves. That did not give me a hygienic feeling. I also ordered an ice cream in a cup, but the whole experience was disappointing. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to hygiene and faster service.

Quite young employees, fighting amongst themselves about who should operate the cash register in front of the customers. Gave a rather uninterested impression.

Having lunch on a Friday afternoon is supposed to be relaxing. But you won't find peace here. The manager doesn't exactly treat the staff pleasantly, and as a customer, you notice that. What you get is not what you order from the menu. It all looks very amateurish; I have to pay for it, so I just expect more. No, I'm going elsewhere from now on; I won't be coming back here. I tried one last time today, June 28, 2026. My expectations weren't too high, and yet they still manage to disappoint. This hospitality entrepreneur had better quit; it just isn't in the cards.

Great food at a good price. Everything fresh and well prepared. Friendly and efficient staff. Plenty of space (chairs) and an extensive menu. The decor is a bit lacking, but ultimately it's about the food.

I ate here last night and chose the loaded farmer's chicken schnitzel menu. The food tasted delicious and was served quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was alone, but still felt at ease and enjoyed sitting there. All in all, a nice experience and definitely worth repeating!

After 2 attempts, the wrong order was still delivered. Customer service on the phone is practically non-existent. Better to spend your money at another snack bar. And then you even have the nerve to call us back (after closing time), because according to you, we shouted on the phone and the complaint was filed unfairly? It might be useful to listen back to the conversation. Once again, DO NOT order here!

When we order food online, we always wonder if and what will go wrong. Whether it's a missing salad, an extra slice of cheese, or even an incorrect menu. And their only solution is to deliver it later. That's not what you want. The quality of the products that are delivered is otherwise excellent.

We were customer number two. We paid and ordered by card at 1 p.m., and were served a lukewarm coffee and a cappuccino at 1:25 p.m. After complaining about the delay, we apologized, as the coffee machine was broken. Ten minutes earlier, we asked why the coffee hadn't been served yet. "It'll be right away," was the answer. A coffee had already been poured by then. Judging by the reviews, this seems to happen more often.

I was forced to go here because Lekerrr033 was closed for no reason. It wasn't a hardship after all!! That winter croquette menu was so delicious! Everything was fresh and lovingly prepared. Great staff!

Great burgers, but it's really bad that your order isn't ready when you pick it up and you have to wait another 25 minutes. The kitchen isn't very well-coordinated; half the time they're standing around waiting for each other. Kwalitaria needs to improve!

Cozy atmosphere and delicious food! Today (October 31st) my partner and I enjoyed a delicious lunch. We ordered a warm brie sandwich, fries with autumn beef, and a caramel latte macchiato. The service was friendly and prompt, and changes to my sandwich were no problem at all. Everything was freshly prepared on the spot, which you could really taste. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, with a mix of regulars and people who (like us) just dropped in spontaneously. Definitely a place we'd love to return to!

On a drizzly day, my visit here was truly a highlight of the day. The food is of good quality. It's wonderful to see how passionately the friendly staff is about preparing the food.

Grandma's meatball from the gravy, Grandma must have been dead a long time ago. It was a disgusting, filthy factory-made meatball, and the gravy was gone. No cutlery to slice it, no napkin, or a factory-made meatball sandwich, and just swallow it.

I ordered a salad first, got a strange look, but no one said anything else. Then I ordered fries and frikandellen (fried meatballs). I paid and waited until it was ready. I found the service very disorganized. One woman complained that she had been waiting over 30 minutes for a drink. Another complained that the food wasn't warm enough. I had to wait a long time, and they said it was because of the crowd, but I got the impression it was more due to a disorganized, messy operation. And instead of a salad, I got a small round bowl with some lettuce in it. When I explained that I'd ordered a salad and not a bowl of lettuce, I was told that they didn't have anything else. They could have said that when ordering, right? Just say we don't sell that. Which I find odd for a cafeteria. The rest of the food was okay, but I definitely won't be going there again.

They're very knowledgeable about allergens in their products. They have delicious ice cream without cow's milk. And it's in a lovely location. The interior looks very cozy, they have high chairs, and outside there's a toy car/boat.

After waiting an hour after ordering online, I finally called. I was told something had gone wrong and it would take another 20 minutes. So, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half for the food. The food was good, tasted great, and was quite filling. Unfortunately, not everything was exactly as ordered. The milkshakes weren't quite right, and the sauce was missing, but that didn't make them any less tasty.

Had dinner here a while ago Clean the table? No, we don't. What do we do with enough empty tables in the snack bar. We're going to explain how we can clean up efficiently. Very annoying way of ordering. You have to stand in different rows. I had to stand in line to order ice cream and then stand in another line to pay for it(!). There is no room for all the people to queue. What a bizarre way of working! Next time I'll walk away without paying. Ridiculous.

When delivering to your home, the food is always on time and the temperature is always good. Friendly and polite people work in both the restaurant and the delivery service.

Allergens are not taken seriously. Eating well alone does not take allergens seriously. Unfortunately, I became ill from an order (I have a life-threatening allergy to milk & peanuts) and after calling the restaurant, the person on the phone said twice on 2 different days that it is not possible that there was milk or peanut in the food . My problem is not that things went wrong (mistakes can be made) but how you are not taken seriously about questions after becoming ill. Instead, you are turned away and told that it is not possible that something went wrong. (Maybe I just imagined the 2 hours of being sick in bed covered in hives since there was nothing in it anyway)

Went for dinner with 5 adults 3 orders were incorrect. 2 plates were really really dirty. Cutlery was dirty. Staff absolutely not customer friendly. Reported incorrect orders and dirty plates and cutlery. And got a big mouthful into the bargain.

Delicious samurai chicken burger. Cheese bacon fries were a bit limp. Could be crispier/fresher. But overall a delicious meal. Fast delivery.

I had to wait 1.5 hours for my food, even though I live 5 minutes away. Food was luke warm and stingy with sauce. I will never order from here again. If you look closely at the reviews you will see that it is indeed a stupid choice to order here.

Bad service and unfriendly staff

Order not complete, so 2 fries were missing. Instead of admitting the mistake, we had to order it again. Filet Americain Truffle Mayonnaise sandwich was not good. A jug of water could not be delivered. Inexperienced staff, not customer oriented, several people on the terrace who also looked dissatisfied.

Open until 8pm. Walk in at 10 to 8. With the music on loudly, you are told that unfortunately they are already closed. Then indicate that you are already closed at 7:30 PM. Also very variable staff and not a nice atmosphere. Not this quality again for me.

Ordered fries war. Wasn't at all what you would expect from a fries war. Was served on a plate. It was about two-thirds of a normal bowl of fries. And the sauce... just look at the photo.... Don't count the frikadel with mayonnaise. At the top right of the photo you see the war sauce. Ridiculous.

Ordered here for the 1st time. I really advise against delivery. We live nearby but the food was really bad. Bitterballen half flat and just falling apart. Fries limp and greasy. Chicken not cooked properly. Food delivered 25 minutes late. Last time we ordered here. Food thrown away.

Yesterday around 5:45 pm me and my family came there to the restaurant. We were the first in line, but we didn't get our food until 6:40 PM! I had to be gone for work by 6:45 PM at the latest, so I hardly ate anything because of this. My husband had asked a few times where it was and they didn't answer the question except it's coming in 5 minutes, we're working on it. I think this is really bad and this is not the first time I have experienced something like this there. This is no longer necessary for me.

Just ordered a milkshake and it was very sweet and not even cold. Be careful, I don't think they understand how the device works, so they pay as much as 4 euros. Shame, my daughter also wants something because of the warm weather.

Eten smaakte goed, mooie omgeving bij de vijver aan het winkelcentrum. QR code op de tafel en zo bestellen is wat onhandig. Je zult indd gewoon ouderwets aan de kassa je bestelling moeten plaatsen waarna het dan wel gebracht wordt.

Lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. Alleen erg hoge prijzen voor een patatzaak. 2 simpele uitsmijters en frisdrank (flesje 0,2l) € 23,-.... Bij de patatzaak waar ik normaal eet, grotere uitsmijter en blikje cola (0,33l), nog geen € 18,-....

We kwamen hier voor een patatje met majo. Het was een zeer zalige ervaring, het eten begeerde mijn hartje en de klantvriendelijkheid was hoog. Ook werd het snel voorbereid, en waren de prijzen niet te hoog. Wel kregen wij geen servet, wat natuurlijk niet fijn was. Kortom zou ik hier weer een bezoekje aan willen brengen. Top tent.

Erg lekker. Netjes verzorgd en geholpen. Was druk op het moment dat wij kwamen. Maar dit is ook vaak weer een teken dat het een goed adresje is. Wordt hier altijd heel vriendelijk geholpen.

Friendly and helpful staff that thoroughly investigated all ingredients on platters we ordered to ensure it was all fully according to our lifestyle preferences and informed us patiently and diligently about it, to make sure we would eat only what we'd want, 100% plant-based. They took the initiative to adjust multiple plates to our preference without us hardly asking to get it just right. It says a lot about how much they respect their costumers and how they focus on an optimal client experience. Would recommend.

Zal misschien een beste tent zijn maar ik baalde net als een aantal klanten die al vertrokken. Ik heb 25min gewacht in een hete snackbar op 2 bolletjes ijs. This dat mijn zoon er zin in had maar was bijna bij de jumbo schepijs bak gaan halen om thuis een bolletje te eten
