A whole menu for ten euros. Delicious fries, a sandwich with a really good croquette, and they even serve it with a nice salad.

Kwalitaria Hanzewijk is a very accessible, barrier-free establishment. Their food is of excellent quality. And the staff really goes the extra mile to keep things running smoothly. If you don't feel like picking up, they also deliver via an easy-to-use website.

Just ordered through Thuisbezorgd The fries tasted like old frying fat and the chicken nuggets were so dry that we had a hard time eating them...

The food is good and tasty, but the service unfortunately falls short. They forgot to deliver something with my order, and I called to ask where it was. They could deliver it, but it would be sometime in the afternoon. Do I have to let my food get cold while I wait for the rest to arrive? My phone call was answered impatiently. July 25, 2025 I've ordered from here several times now, and after this one time, the service has been excellent. Even when I make special requests, they're always fulfilled.

What a sad spectacle. When you order, the delivery person sat on the bag or something. Everything mixed up. Sandwich to shit. When you call, they will make a complete order again, but I really had to return the entire order. The delivery person comes and asks again, is everything in it? Yes, is our answer. New order. No sandwich. Calls the delivery person's boss. "Yes, next time a credit", my reaction was, there will be no next time. "Yes, too bad", or just eat it up. Next time, I'll just have to go to the buck or the chip shop, this monstrous display of a "snack bar" can file for bankruptcy as soon as possible!

Once upon a time, this was a good thing. Now your food is delivered flattened and you also get a big mouth on the phone. It has really gone to the owner's head. It could be a lot quieter on the phone when you deliver orders like this. I understand that it is sometimes busy, but I can't do anything about that. Make sure that your orders are packed more securely or get a different delivery person. I don't think it is fair to put the problem on the customer when flattened food is delivered, a lihanbout on top of a bamischijf on which something too heavy has clearly landed. A mutilated healthy sandwich and so on. See photos for the tasty result. I wouldn't even dare to deliver this and apologize very clearly to my customer. That unfriendly attitude on the phone is then really annoying to listen to and makes it the last time for us. Yesterday I ate here and I ordered the bull burger. It was raw in emmen, but perfect in kampen. The meat was nice and tender and juicy, the bun was not hard or soft, right in between. And I gave the order without lettuce and without sauce. They did that too. My uncle had 2 sausages and they were also tasty. Small downside, the mustard bags were small and not enough for the sausages. So we got 2 extra mustard bags for free. Then I ordered 2 large milkshakes, but for my uncle it could have been an extra size bigger. The food was good, the service was good, but the atmosphere could have been a bit better. All in all I can recommend this place to someone who wants a good burger or a tasty sausage. You can even customize your order and they will make it for you. 5 stars

The fries are always good with you. The delivery person was friendly and the delivery was fast. But… a Turkish pizza where I have to add the salad myself, without garlic or sambal? If I order a Turkish pizza for €7.00, I expect it to be complete and not that I have to put it together myself. This is ridiculous! Do not sell Turkish pizzas that are soft and without substance. I order, but that doesn't mean I have to get to work myself. At large fast food companies you do not have to prepare your burger yourself at home. For that amount this is really not acceptable. The amount of sauce was also disappointing, and I had to buy it separately with the fries. Please act normal and make sure the quality goes up! Unfortunately not such a good experience with Kwalitaria Hanzewijk today. The first time the food was incomplete, the second time it took a very long time (almost an hour and a half in total) before we had food.

My friend and I just ordered food via home delivery, after the app said it would take half an hour for it to arrive, it ultimately took an hour and a half (personally I think Zwieber stole the fox card from the best delivery person and he who first had to search with Dora). After we unpacked the food, I discovered that the menu I had ordered was incorrect, I finally called and had a whole discussion later with an incredibly grumpy person who answered the phone in the most retarded way, so it turned out that the pictures shown via home delivery not correct, the best man became increasingly grumpy. When we started eating and my friend took a bite of his chicken schnitzel and ended up drinking the entire tap because it was so incredibly salty (I think they switched the fries with the schnitzel because there was no salt on the fries) . After we came back from the dentist because my friend barely had any teeth left because the same schnitzel was so hard, we continued eating. The chicken breast had no taste, salad was limp and the chicken nuggets were cold. Then I want to continue eating my fries, which I could almost mine with because they were also completely hard. Aka this won't happen again for us.

Even serieus... Nacho Fries zonder saus... wat is dit? Prima da veranderingen komen.. maar op z'n minst mag wel 1 saus bij en je betaald wel bijna €10 voor droog vreten. Diep triest 🤢

Bezorging altijd op tijd en het eten keurig warm (en lekker)

Kwaliteit zeer goed, maar ik blijf 95 cent voor een potje mayo erg veel vinden.

je ken hier prima vreten. Alleen de klant staat overduidelijk op nummer 2. Je staat klaar om te bestellen en dan gaan ze gewoon met zn allen door eten maken en helpen je pas na 5 minuten. Vervolgens moet je ontiegelijk lang wachten voor 2 broodjes maar weetje, tis wel lekker dus drm nog 2 sterren.

Mijn moeder en ik komen hier elke week lunchen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en het eten is er heerlijk. Een echte aanrader!

Lekker eten goede service fijne mensen

Heerlijke patat, snacks en vooral burgers. Lekkere vega opties. Onlangs werd een burger bezorgd en er zaten ingrediënten op die er niet bij pasten en de ingrediënten zoals beloofd op de menukaart stonden er niet op. Ook een andere keer waren de broodjes niet zo goed belegd. Omdat we hier over het algemeen erg tevreden over zijn, nogmaals besteld en toen was het weer erg goed. Maar wel een aandachtspuntje.

Mooie zaak, uitgebreid aanbod en heel lekker

Doet naam eer aan, goede kwaliteit, ruim assortiment, vriendelijk en correcte bediening. Erg professioneel, efficiënte werkwijze.

Er word gegooid met borden met eten. Gemengd in gesprekken aan tafel. Bestellingen niet goed neergezet. En de patat vond ik niet heel erg lekker. 2 sterren omdat ze later op de avond nog open zijn.

Geen goede ervaringen met deze kwalitaria.

Lekker gegeten, alles was goed warm bij de bezorging. Ze waren de patat bij een menu vergeten maar dat werd gelukkig snel opgelost.

Nadat de bestelling in eerste instantie te vroeg was bezorgd(terwijl ik nog niet thuis was) kregen we kosteloos een nieuwe bestelling.

Leuke aardige mensen. Het duurde wat lang maar mijn zoontje kreeg daarvoor een kleine trekker. Helaas kreeg ik wel een ander broodje dan op de kaart stond. Dit kwam omdat de kaart nog nieuw was volgens de eigenaar. Dat vond ik toch wel vreemd. Gebruik dan de oude kaart.

Leuke gezellige frietzaak. Fijne patat,en snacks enz.

In deze nette friettent kun je heerlijk een burger eten. Vlees mals en lekker belegd. Frietjes iets te lang gebakken, waar door ze 4 sterren krijgen. Zou wel vaker kunnen eten hier.
