I called the lady to place an order, and she told me my phone was interfering, making it hard for her to hear me. So I told her I'd just call her on another phone, and she said, "Yeah, fine." So I hung up and called her right away. Suddenly, it only rang once or twice, and I kept getting cut off. Terrible service from this employee at Kwalitaria! I'm used to something completely different from this place; it was always positive, and the food is excellent, so that's not the problem.

Good restaurant, neatly helped, people friendly

Recently ordered a "patat oorlog" (fried fries) and two "bamischijf" (bami slices). The "patat oorlog" (fried fries) were good, although the fries weren't as crispy as we're used to. The "bamischijf" (bami slices) were inedible!!! The grease was clearly not hot enough or fried for far too short a time. Far below what we've come to expect from this cafeteria.

I ended up here while searching for Délifrance. You can order and pay using a kiosk. Crispy and well-filled sandwiches. Clean store and restrooms. Home delivery available.

It was very pleasant. The food is good. The service was excellent, although it was a bit unclear when they would deliver. However, if you have it delivered to your home, they often miss part of the order, so I would personally pick it up earlier.

Unfriendly staff. And the most ridiculous thing is that you have to "pay" to use the restroom after eating. Pure exploitation.

What a grumpy company. We ordered by phone on Saturday, August 16th, at 8:00 PM. They're open until 9:00 PM. They're already unhappy on the phone because we placed a large order, and then we arrive at 8:15 PM to pick it up. You don't feel welcome there because all the staff give you a grumpy look. If you don't want to work, that's not the customer's problem. So, I insist they don't open until 9:00 PM. We order from here often, but never again! We do go after the brothers-in-law or the Snieder; at least they're always cheerful and normal.

Cozy atmosphere and good service. The food was delicious. And there was plenty of choice.

We had a delicious meal at this Kwalitaria, worthy of its name. Friendly staff, excellent table service. No plastic containers or cutlery, but neatly served on earthenware plates, and glasses with the drinks. A fantastic experience 👍👍👍

User friendly shopping centre with plenty of free parking. Café is clean with efficient staff. Food is very well served and tastes good. Clean toilets also available.

I went to Kwalitaria because of their current buy-one-get-one promotion—it sounded like a great deal. Unfortunately, my visit was a huge disappointment. The fries smelled absolutely awful, as if they were fried in old oil that hadn't been changed in far too long. The odor was so overwhelming that it ruined the entire dining experience. You expect a certain standard of hygiene and quality from a chain like Kwalitaria, but this was truly disappointing. It's a shame, because the promotion had lured me in. But even for free food, I wouldn't be back anytime soon if they didn't change the oil.

Ordered by phone, friendliness was hard to find. Fries were greasy and limp! Berenhap was thrown into a bowl without a stick, the fat dripped out of the spring roll as if it was leaking, just like a sponge with fat.. and you pay €17 for that, you will never see me here again!;)

Everything's okay. Good value for money, clean, and friendly. It's unfortunate to charge a deposit for drinks but not take back the empties. This means you either give away the deposit or have to go to the next store to exchange them. You can do better elsewhere.

Perfect circumstance if you are not in a hurry. Lots of good dishes. Don't miss the Bicky burger

Good food, lots of variety, not the typical "greasy snack"

For us this was the first and also the last time. The fries are very dry, and I also found the croquette inedible with all those tough thick pieces of meat. Also the fries sauce they use did not taste good (probably some kind of light). Waste of money.

1 star is still too much. I really don't recommend going there. Undercooked dried out frikadellen sad inside everything very dirty inside broken window says enough from the front unfriendly everything

Ik heb 2 burgers online besteld. 1 kipburger en een rundvlees burger. 🍔 Allebei erg goed!! Goed belegd en kwalitatief ook top. Niet de goedkoopste burgers. 8 a 9 per stuk is daar de prijs. Bestelling was iets later dan aangegeven klaar maar het was ook spitsuur om 18.30 uur op zondag. Personeel was ondanks de drukte en de stress vriendelijk!! Uitgebreid assortiment met onder andere broodjes van Delifrance en ook Halal en vegetarische snacks. Dus al met al... Niet de goedkoopste wel lekker en kwalitatief goed!!

Personeel is vriendelijk wordt snel geholpen het eten is ook super alleen mogen ze wel wat meer uitjes op de patat speciaal en frikandel doen ik ben gek op uitjes 👍😂😂

Eten is van goede kwaliteit en je kunt er lekker zitten om te eten

Helaas niet meer wat het is geweest. Laten bezorgen, geven aan 20 minuten. Uiteindelijk meer dan een uur geduurd. Patat met de verkeerde saus, verkeerde soort patat en de frikadel xxl compleet kapot gebakken, dat het velletje er van af komt.

Heerlijke friet op mijn verzoek hebben ze lekker iets doorbakken, lange tijd niet zulke lekkere friet gehad en de kroketten waren ook voortreffelijk deze snackbar is zeer zeker een aanrader super lekker

Eten is altijd warm en lekker . ondanks dat wij niet in de buurt wonnen bezorger is minimaal 15 minuten onder weg altijd vriendelijke bezorgers ga zo door toppers !!!!

Leuk aanspreekbaar personeel en het eten was goed. Mooi opgedekt de menu's. Lekker buiten onder de grote parasols in een leuke Twentse sfeer.

Mooi om tijd de bestelling binnen en het eten was heerlijk. Maar wat een asociale bezorgers hebben jullie in dienst. Diegene die order 6602878 hoeft hier niet meer aan de deur te komen.

Jammer dat ik een goulash kroket bestelde en kreeg ik een of andere kroket. Beetje spaarzaam met de uien op de frikadellen speciaal. Frieten wordt ook niet ruim gegeven maar zijn heerlijk en niet te zout. Voor de rest mooie zaak.. schoon..

uiteraard 5 sterren voor deze prachtige Cafetaria voor ik mijn gastric bypass operatie liet uitvoeren kwam ik hier regelmatig een lekker patatje eten of liet ik het in de corona crisis vooral bezorgen! de patat is lekker krokant en goed gebakken net als de snacks in 1 woord geweldig. ik zeg ga zo door!

Ontzettend harde werkers! Complimenten aan het personeel vandaag! Lekkere friet en goede zorg en aandacht voor de juiste bestelling. Top!
