My order was never delivered! After over an hour, I called and the delivery driver was supposedly on his way. After calling again after 15 minutes, they didn't answer. So they stole my money. Disgraceful people who work there.

Upon arrival, we were told we could order at the table using the QR code. We did. The system crashed, preventing the order from going through. We showed the payment, after which the order was processed. Gyros menu - fried cheese. Dripping with grease. No gyros... maybe fried chicken. The fries were good. Yes, there was garlic sauce, but it wasn't among the options available via the QR code. Two cans of cola for €5.80!! And then you have to return them to the store yourself. Nice cafeteria, but something definitely needs to be done here.

The croquettes are not tasty, they are very greasy and not full of flavor

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. The chef was unfriendly and got angry when I told him I hadn't ordered bacon on my burger. He also reacted angrily when my friend asked for sauce. The tables weren't clean; we had to clean them ourselves. The women working there, on the other hand, were very friendly and helpful; it's a shame the rest of the service wasn't.

We had a great meal here, the specials are unique and different from a regular chip shop.

Long waits to order at the counter and get food served, even though there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. The service was unfriendly. They also delivered the wrong sauce, which you also had to pay for. The fries were nice and crispy and flavorful, but the beef croquettes were very floury, more like a ragout than real beef. The salad was good, but I thought the dressing was a bit too oily.

Wide selection of snacks and excellent fries! Handy box, so they arrive warm and not soggy. Just a bit too much salt on the fries.

Ate here today with my family. That will also be the last time because the girl at the cash register just starts adding things without asking. When I tell her my burger has cheese and bacon, the lady is very indignant that I should have mentioned it – maybe I couldn't think clearly because of the crowd or the heat – and says burgers always have bacon. I look at the menu; only one of the beef burgers has bacon as standard, and the rest are an extra item you have to pay for. Since I can't have bacon, I would never choose it. I just wanted a beef burger. Bacon is pork, right? So you just tell her it has bacon, right? But then they say miscommunication, and a new burger is offered, saying, "Here's a burger, keep your mouth shut." I have to be honest, this burger was very good. So, another star for the food and service. Oh, and please find someone else to work the cash register.

Ordered via home delivery. Hamburger menu bun, hamburger burnt and cut in half, the lettuce that comes with it [menu] wasn't included. This happened twice. A chicken salad for 12.50 wasn't even enough to satisfy a toothache. And everything was cold when it arrived.

The people who work there are not friendly, they just put the bag down and don't even look at you, they stuff the food in a plastic bag and the food is way too salty and the price is not normal for what you get

We waited an hour inside for our food. The blonde woman had to come in from her day off because they couldn't handle it. Respect to the blonde woman. The little girl with blonde hair was quite rude at the cash register and wouldn't let me finish. The woman who had her day off could handle anything. Respect to that woman!

After waiting over an hour and a half, it finally arrived. (For 2 people.) But it wasn't right either; the sauces were missing. And then you open the fries and they're salty like I don't know what. And the fries are still soggy. I also called to ask where they were. They said they were on their way. And that took a really long time...it took me 15 minutes to get there. A complete flop!

I come here regularly for ice cream. The staff is great with the kids. The place looks neat.

Had some fries and snacks delivered. Could choose a time slot but unfortunately the food was much later, after waiting 1 hour we decided to call and were told that it was busy. So you have to take that into account anyway if you need it quickly. Snacks were fine but the fries were just not edible. Unfortunately we had to throw away fries for 3 people.

I used to get from this company more often but after the years the customer friendliness is no longer to be found and my friend is even addressed as a woman, we called with a complaint and are simply told that it is our fault because we wanted the sauce on the fries but this is sauce with fries and not even what we ordered. Received another order and forgot something again. If you call, they use an automatic message that they cannot answer the phone but still speak to someone, stay on the line. After waiting for 5 minutes, no one answered and that for a catering company. Last time I order something here

3.50 delivery fee and everything arrives messed up, sauce through the bag, burger through the box and the gyros fries were to be ashamed of. Half portion compared to before, soft fries with more onions than meat and tasteless... You pay 40 euros for that

It's really terrible how often something went wrong. I'm coming to eat with my daughter. I want to have a nice bite together. She wanted a hamburger. 1: We're standing in line for a long time. No one at the cash register. 2: A young man walks up to the cash register at a leisurely pace. He looks at the lady who comes in last to see if she wants to order. I immediately indicate that there are people waiting longer to order. 3: I quickly told the ladies who were preparing that certain things shouldn't be in my daughter's hamburger. Then the same lady brings it. And yes, everything is still in there. 4. No mayo with the fries, although I asked for it. Fries were bland. I don't feel like going back. 5. My wife wanted a milkshake, so I ordered 3 more milkshakes to take home. It took 20 minutes because of her very lethargic behavior. In the meantime, apparently some acquaintances of one of the chip shop owners were able to get a milkshake within 5 minutes and she was able to find some time to chat with them. I had to wait for that too. The quality is substandard, and there is a real atmosphere of a team that doesn't seem to care anymore. They keep forgetting things. They even had to run after the delivery person because they forgot something. And was it busy? Not at all.

Never picked up anything before. However, I saw some bad reviews, which I can't agree with. Picked up 2 special fries and 2 special frikandels. Quality and quantity were fine. E.a. also well packaged. Price/quality was very reasonable. The case also looks clean and attractive

One of the few bad reviews I post. I applied and had an interview here a while ago. Then never heard anything again. Not even that it didn't work out. The food here is also not very tasty. It can be better.

On Friday afternoon around 1:30 PM we had dinner with a group here and good service and good food, I said I will write a review, so here it is, and maybe you will respond back.

I've never eaten at such a disgusting place before. It's a real shame for the chain. I had a croquette sandwich, of which the croquette was not good, I still had a stomach ache for hours afterwards. Mustard etc was also forgotten and cutlery was not there because it was in the dishwasher?! Good tip: if you don't want food poisoning, don't come here.

Had food delivered, but the sauces were missing from both portions of fries and a milkshake. Contacted and they would deliver the missing items. In response to my comment that the fries will of course already be cold (the delivery took almost 45 minutes and then the sauces still had to arrive), a "Yes" followed with a long silence. Asked if they could do anything about it, but the lady firmly said that they would do nothing about it. Once the delivery person arrived with the sauces and the milkshake, most of the fries were of course already in the container, because they were no longer edible after waiting more than half an hour. And I still had hope for some kind of compensation. There was no apology from the delivery person either. The owner should think about why he/she is running a business, purely for the kids or for catering hospitality purposes. 2 new portions of fries would have cost barely more than one euro in terms of purchasing. Hospitality 0.0. We won't be coming back here again.

Food was decent. But the waitress brings the food and then takes the cutlery from under the armpit. ..🤢🤮. If you ask for new cutlery she also gets angry. Next time, eat somewhere else.

TERRIBLE THING! Food is inedible and also way too expensive. But that's the least bad thing of all, the employees there are really horrible, gossiping about customers and OWN employees and also about the only employee I've seen working there in the past hour. Do nothing and just chat. the worst and most personal things. If you say something about it, the whole group will continue gossiping to the back. The owner participates nicely with the 2 blonde ladies who love it very much. There were also young people setting off fireworks outside, but those were definitely those “foreigners” in her words. What a nice place to eat you are TOPPERS!

Horrible frikadel xxl eaten. There were black grains in there. When I asked the employee (intern I think). She said, 1 moment, I'm going to ask for you. Went Friday man was friendly! Food good quality iced coffee and chocolate sundae was delicious Saturday evening was terrible, the kid behind the cash register was extremely stupid! I came to order food with my friend, there was a young man there to help us, but the boy didn't know how the cash register worked, so he asked the lady, she clearly ignored him and was arrogant towards him. Kindness is not in the vocabulary here. Lots of staff, lethargic, not attentive and eager to close at 7:30 PM. The quality of the food is good, but I don't enjoy going here.

You can enjoy delicious food there, but the service and friendliness are very lacking! When you enter, you kindly say good afternoon, but you don't get a word back! The staff also doesn't seem to have much interest in it. And being told off while they had taken an order incorrectly is really abnormal to me! We will certainly never come back here again!

Had frikandel menu, was very tasty. The fries and frikandels were fresh and well salted. The salad was not food, tasteless. I had ice cream with M&S, pricey but tasty.

Just a worthless place with an unfriendly owner. He doesn't feel like it, it seems. Ordered twice and the chicken burger was still frozen, as was the croquette. Also very expensive in terms of portions. Owner shouts and is unfriendly to his staff. Which is simply not possible. He comes across as rude. Tables are often not cleared and the toilet is dirty. Never again Kwalitaria for us. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. 1 star is actually too much.

Placing the order at the cash register was quite difficult, while I think my question was quite simple. Then we waited almost half an hour for our order, even the drink (coke and a milkshake) never came. There were 6 people working, but no one really seemed to be continuing to work. 1 lady stood with loose long hair, through which she kept running her hands, packing orders and, above all, chatting a lot. Pretty nasty. In the end we received the food with the wrong sauce, which we had clearly stated at the checkout, the cheese souffle arrived at least 5 minutes later, so they had simply forgotten it. In any case, the sauces and drinks only came after we had asked for them again, so that was simply forgotten. The food tasted good, but as an owner I would really scratch my head about the team. If I hadn't had two toddlers with me I would have asked for my money back and left.

If you come here for a snack, there are times when it takes them a long time to get your order in the store, while if you order by telephone your order is ready in no time (we have tried this). Good food for an affordable price and friendly staff

Varied menu, enough choice. Burger buns were extremely dry. Pity. Furthermore, the burgers tasted good. Portion of fries was sufficient, sauce on the expensive side for quantity.

Had a great meal in this 'more luxurious' place, but not necessarily better than a regular snack bar (although it does cost more). Milkshakes lumpy.

What a bad thing. The toilet was very dirty, all tables were not cleaned, the croquette was overcooked, just like the fries. They are touching the money and frying the hamburgers, the other is constantly touching her hair and wrapping the hamburgers with it...just gross. Never again in Hengelo will the same business be 100x neater and certainly cleaner.

De sfeer en zitplekken zijn ruim, maar het eten is echt barslecht. Dertien euro voor een kipburger en patat die niet eens naar kip smaakt. Echt onder de maat voor de prijs!

Ben verrast, al een poosje niet meer geweest. Patat is nu wel lekker (voorheen niet). Mooi goudgele friet echt lekker. Lijkt of het nu anders wordt gebakken dan voorheen. Kipster kroket is ook heerlijk.

Gezellige zaak ,heerlijk eten en drinken

Prima voor een lekkere snelle hap. Onderhoud niet helemaal bij en beetje kille sfeer door langwerpige indeling met ramen.

Zondag avond kwart voor 6 . Veel Tafels niet opgeruimd . En echt rustig eten gaat ook niet echt met dat geschreeuw achter de balie van een jonge meid. We staan niet op de markt volgens mij . Het eten is verder wel goed.

De burger menu's zijn rete duur naar wat je krijgt. Super droog broodje...het beleg was zeer matig. €12,50 is echt veel te duur.

Zondagmiddag voor het eerst wezen eten samen met mijn vrouw we hadden een bestelling gedaan om daar te eten na een 20 minuten zegt mijn vrouw ze zijn ons vergeten andere klanten die na ons kwamen hadden al eten dus ik er naar toe waren ze onze bestelling kwijt!! En ons vergeten omdat ze dachten dat we de dit al hadden het is goed gekomen alleen viel ons op dat de tafels zowel binnen als buiten niet werden opgeruimd terwijl de bediening regelmatig erlangs liepen ik vind het maar een zooitje daar we komen daar niet weer

Vanmiddag geweest voor een broodje gezond na een hele poos wachten werden we bediend Ik kwam niet door het bikkelharde brood en ook niet te snijden en er zal saus bij (niet om gevraagd) En het terras een grote bende!! We komen dus niet weer.... Gr Ben

Patat opgehaald voor een verjaardagsfeestje (12 personen). We bestellen het hier omdat een van de kinderen van het feestje glutenvrij moet eten. Kwalitaria werd ons aangeraden door zijn ouders. 's Ochtends telefonisch besteld en op het afgesproken tijdstip was het klaar. Prima service!

Gisteren opnieuw verrast, nu door hun broodje Italian style tomatenburger. Klinkt misschien lachwekkend, maar dit is nou een écht smakelijke vegaburger (beter dan die van de grote supermarktmerken). Ook een uitstekende saus erop. Waarschijnlijk weten de echte vleeseters dit broodje ook te waarderen. Sowieso is dit kwalitaria een fijn snackpaleis, omdat je (vlees of geen vlees) altijd originele en/of seizoensgebonden dingen treft op de menukaart.

Kwalitaria is altijd een grote favoriet. Helaas hebben ze geen twister friet meer en daar kwam ik juist voor.

Niet open op zondag, jammer staat namelijk van wel!
