This evening, shortly after 8:00 PM (open until 9:00 PM), we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat here when we were met with appalling 'customer friendliness'. We hadn't even both entered yet when the rude man behind the counter barked at us: Takeaway only! No greeting, no polite explanation, just these two harsh words. Kwalitaria Walk In? Stay out, forever!

Delivered late +/- 35 minutes. Called twice, delivery driver on the way. Fries were okay, frikadel speciaal had the sauce on one side. Chicken schnitzel on the website looks like pulled chicken, well, this one doesn't. I'll order from El Rio again..

What a rude company this is. Ordered food, after two hours still no food. Called, then they say they stood at the door for half an hour, even though we are simply at home. Called again and was spoken to rudely by the owner. My food has been paid for but I received nothing, money gone. Tip for people who want to order from this company: don't do it!!!

We had a delicious meal. The ice cream was divine, with a wide selection. The people were sweet and friendly. You feel right at home there immediately. We will definitely be back!

Delicious fries with satay and salad It was really superrr tasty, it didn't look like much but it was enough....

I placed an order of 52 euros today. I called politely to pass on all the details. I was told it would be ready in twenty minutes. Consequently, we ended up waiting an extra twenty minutes. We live about 685 meters away. The fries were fried for about the fourth time. The frikandellen are cold. You order a hamburger with a cold slice of cheese on top. The Raspatat was bad. All in all, a disappointment. Really a quality but

This place offers delicious food with very friendly staff and perfect service. I always enjoy coming here. The food is fresh, and the building is hygienic. The floor is clean despite the frequent crowds. Hygiene is paramount here; all dishes are prepared with gloves.

Great, hard-working people. Even during peak hours, your food is served on time. Delicious menus, and above all, excellent fried cheese sticks. Plenty of vegetarian and reasonably healthy options, and everything spotlessly clean and tidy. Quality.

Ordered at 5:30 PM, called at 6:45 PM, and the answer was, "It's busy... and the food is ready for the delivery driver. It'll be here in 15 minutes at most." It was now 7:30 PM and we still hadn't seen a delivery driver (they said they were on their way). Knowing that the food had been on the counter since 6:45 PM, we didn't want to eat it anymore. A good 15 minutes after that last call, a delivery driver finally showed up. So, we waited over two hours with two young children for some fries and snacks. The snack bar offered no solution other than to send it back for a refund. This was terrible. We ate a sandwich with the children at 7:30 PM and sent the delivery driver back with the food that had been on the counter since 6:45 PM. We were regular customers, but unfortunately, we won't be doing this again. They simply can't control it. It would have been nice if they'd called customers themselves after 45 minutes with a realistic timeline. Instead, they're hoping you'll still eat the fries after waiting two hours, which have been waiting for over an hour, and probably much longer. A bit antisocial towards the customer.

I ordered food through Thuisbezorgd at 4:40 PM, and wanted it delivered at 6:00 PM. At 6:20 PM, I called and was told they were busy and it was on its way. It was a tone of voice, which was unbelievable. At 6:25 PM, I received my food, and it was still cold! So I called again. They asked if I wanted a replacement. Well, no. That would take ages. So I asked for a refund. Fine, they'll come pick up the order. Fine, you'll pick up the food anyway? When can I expect my refund? Agreed, but I'll never order from this company again. €9.95 for a burger (absolutely not worth it) and over €3.00 for fries for one person, and then I also pay delivery charges for cold food that arrived half an hour later than stated.

It's clearly stated everywhere that allergens are being taken into account. So I was hopeful. When it was my turn, I was told they didn't have anything lactose-free. It turned out they had vegan chicken nuggets, which I could have. I find this very disappointing, because so many other products (like fries) don't contain lactose. I felt completely unwelcome and very poorly treated.

Just a great snack bar, very busy and yet the food is delicious and reasonably fast! Keep up the good work!

After calling for an hour to ask where our order was, we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for our order to be prepared and then 1 hour 40 minutes for it to be delivered is simply unacceptable!

I placed an order, the delivery driver was way too late, and the order was incomplete. I called, and after delivery was an option, but the rest was cold. Financial compensation wasn't possible; they said free fries next time. Poor service, €10 compensation would have been good, probably also because you don't have enough underage delivery drivers. The boy at the door was about 11.

The short, plump woman with glasses is completely unfriendly and yells at her staff in a way we can hear. Poor young employees...

Delicious food, lots of choices, and also great fries. Highly recommended. The seating is comfortable. They also have vegetarian snacks like a veggie croquette and a frikadel.

We ate here this afternoon. After dinner, my daughter suddenly developed a stomach ache. So we went back to the restroom before heading home. As we were walking out, a staff member (wearing glasses) started yelling at us that we weren't allowed to use the restroom. This even though we were just customers and had already paid. I found this very unfriendly and unprofessional, especially since it involved a child with acute stomach problems. It's a shame, because the food was fine, but because of this experience, we won't be returning. They probably can't remember faces. That's how you embarrass yourself in front of your customers. Advice... approach the person politely, speak normally, and explain. You can't just shout at people.

It was on the pricey side, the food was not tasty at all, it took quite a long time before it arrived, they are also saving on the sauce, if you order a plate of fries you get a mini sauce container with it

We were going to get ice cream; the website says they're open, but we ended up there closed for cleaning. Really bad. We also had to wait a long time before and received the wrong delivery. We could learn a thing or two there...

The food is absolutely not worth the high price of this snack bar. The delivery person was more than half an hour early and this was not the first time this happened. What if we were not home yet? The fries seemed to have been fried twice, much too dark and therefore too hard. This is also not the first time this happened. Last time I left it alone, maybe a one-time mistake?, but now that it has gone wrong again I would like to share my opinion. After four months I gave this snack bar another chance and it was a disappointment again. There is far too much curry and mayonnaise on the frikandellen speciaal, just not tasty like that. In addition, the curry, mayonnaise and onions had run to one side of the container, probably the packaging was held crooked or something like that. The fries were better than last time but still not as they should be. Unfortunately you pay the main price for this. Still not recommended…

Disappointing experience at Kwalitaria Drachten I had high expectations of Kwalitaria Drachten, but my visit was a big disappointment. The spring roll was downright disgusting – soggy on the inside and with a weird aftertaste. The fries were limp and tasteless, as if they had been waiting for hours. But the worst was the shawarma roll. It smelled sour and seemed to be out of date. After one bite I immediately put it down. The hygiene also left much to be desired, and the service was not exactly friendly. I will definitely not come back here!

Ordered 4 croquettes, apparently it was difficult to make the effort to put them in a bowl

The food is good, but now 3 times we have received a small bowl of sauce instead of a large one.. again today. . very irritating and annoying... now considering looking for another snack bar for next orders...

I went there to eat with my friends and it was really dirty, unfriendly employees especially the woman with glasses when the food came it was cold and there was a piece of hair in my food definitely not recommended.

We had the farmers schnitzel and satay menu And the summer schnitzel special. The farmer's schnitzel was small, but I believe it had its weight. Menus were delicious. Coke and 2x large milkshake Although on the expensive side, a sauce can easily cost a euro. We spent 51 euros for the three menus

Great snack bar, but quite expensive

Ate in the snack bar for the last time. Today: 30 minutes waiting for our food (2x fries 2x snack) Then 2 orders are mixed up so that we had half an order and our half order is waiting on the counter😮‍💨 indicated that I would like to eat at the same time but this order is cold... 1 of the ladies understood what I meant but the owner sighed and you completely ignored the rest! Normally I was happy with this place, but lately things have deteriorated considerably and I think they can no longer handle the orders/busyness. Finally able to eat after 40 minutes, drinks were of course finished due to the long wait. No service or apology.

The food was otherwise good, but the burgers and sandwiches had WAY too much sauce, which lost the flavor of the food and made the sauce too overpowering.

Friendly delivery person and arrived at the agreed time. We had a chicken cheese souffle burger menu twice. The food was hot, the burger, fries and salad tasted delicious!! Definitely worth repeating!

Eten kwam super snel en was zeer goed. De burgers waren super dik . Ik had de burgers met brie en champignons zeer lekker zeker een aanrader

Het is een bedrijf met vriendelijk personeel en goed eten. Zeer uitgebreid assortiment.

Omdat wij vaker of in de snackbar eten, ophalen of laten bezorgen, kennen wij de mensen die daar werken en wij worden herkend. Dat geeft een vertrouwd gevoel. Het eten is lekker en de bediening is prima.

Grote cafetaria met veel variaties in menu's.

Zijn hier vanavond met 9 personen wezen eten het was echt heel lekker en je kreeg genoeg. Het enige nadeel is dat ze zeggen dat de wc’s kapot zijn en ze er zelf wel geen gaan.

Schoonzusje had lange tijd geen frikadel speciaal gegeten. Nou dan gaan we dat doen. Hij was heerlijk,en hebben er van genoten! Bedankt.

Heerlijk gegeten, fijne locatie met gratis parkeren. De personeel waren ontzettend vriendelijk en het eten was heerlijk. Wat ik nog fijner vind is dat de zaak erg schoon is.

Online besteld, 45 min na afgesproken bezorg tijd gebeld om te vragen of er iets mis was gegaan. Toen telefonisch weer 7 minuten in de wacht gestaan en stond de bestelling nog in de wacht....dit leek heel normaal. Nu 75 minuten na afgesproken tijd nog geen eten. 1x maar niet weer. Eerlijk is eerlijk, heeeel lang moeten wachten. Maar ze brachten nog wel voor iedereen een gratis softijs wat natuurlijk ook gezegd moet worden!

Zaterdag een original menu besteld hoefde niet lang te wachten de service was echt prima en vriendelijk en het eten was echt heel erg lekker niks om op te merken, zat patat een hamburger en een salade bij echt voor herhaling vatbaar.

Rommelig, er was maar één persoon die zich uit de naad werkte met de snacks, de rest stond duimen te draaien. De snack ging eerst in de magnetron voordat het de frituur in ging en de patat was niet erg warm meer. (De patatman was te snel tov de snackdame) Het assortiment moet je van een klein, donker menubord lezen aan de zijkant van een drank machine omdat de grote schermen meer voor reclame worden gebruikt. Onhandig.

Eten was goed. Maar de ruimte was koud en de toiletten buiten gebruik

Lang geleden was de service en kwaliteit echt op en top. Verschillende vrienden die in Drachten wonen reden speciaal naar deze snackbar toe om eten te halen. Echter de laatste paar keren, ondanks dat het rustig was meerdere malen niet de bestelling gekregen die we besteld hadden. Zelfs nadat diegene die de bestelling opneemt hardop nogmaals d'r bestelling opsomt als nog niet de juiste bestelling aflevert en je hier dan iets van zegt de schuld ook nog eens neergelegd wordt bij de klant. Zelfs als meerdere getuigen het duidelijk gehoord hebben maar goed. Laten we hopen dat dit niet te vaak gebeurd want we weten dat dit ook echt anders kan en er wel degelijk kwaliteit geleverd kan worden. Daarom behoud het voor mij persoonlijk nog zijn 4 sterren en hoop bij de volgende keer dat dit anders zal zijn zoals het voorheen altijd was. Het eten zelf is verders wel goed bereid en ook lekker dus dat is meer dan prima. Qua prijs denk ik persoonlijk dat hier menig meningen in zullen zijn maar zal ook mede door de tijd van nu komen want zijn in sommige opzichten best prijzig Mvg

Prima zitgelegenheid en zeer klantvriendelijk bediening. Heerlijke frisse salade en echte kip uit de oven. Goede patat en heerlijke boerenschnitzel gegeten

Kwalitatief onder de maat. Grote friet is een vergelijkbaar met een kleine portie die ook nog eens te lang is gefrituurd. De saus gaat direct over de patat en niet ernaast of in een bakje.
