Master Food Snackbar in Wijk 00 Drachten

The fries were very soggy, and the XXL frikandel should have been there much longer. I decided to eat some because I was hungry, but it really wasn't good. I threw them away and got a piece of bread. It's amazing how something as simple as frying can go so wrong. I won't be spending another euro here.

Ordered fries, snacks, and sauce for four people. This was the third time this year. The fries and snacks were nothing special and there wasn't much to complain about. Only the long delivery time made it undesirable. It's not unusual, taking an hour and a half or a little longer each time. So, for those with patience :)

Great, good, tasty, fresh food, clean! Great customer service, and you'll always want to come back. The best snack bar! Great atmosphere, recommend it to everyone! Fantastic!

Burgers are doused in sauce, and the bacon is so good you could throw it through a window. In short, absolutely inedible!

Delicious, fast and nice snack bar + bag

The order we placed (for 4 people) was accidentally misplaced. We contacted them about this and were told they'd paid for what we received and that nothing could be done. Is there anything they can do about it, or do they simply not want to? We had one too many fries and two frikandellen speciaal (special frikadellen) were missing. A decent service would have delivered the two missing snacks. A small effort, and customer service? This wasn't done, which was a shame. Furthermore, the food was cold and the wait was long. Not recommended.

Food is always good and fast. And if something is wrong, it is always neatly arranged for you. Super snack bar it is. From my experience the best in Drachten

Delicious fries, croquettes and grated potatoes. Clean and nice atmosphere.

Fries are sloppy and come from the freezer. Snacks are also served plain without vegetables. Prices are skyrocketing, quality is declining. The business has changed hands through 10 owners in the past 10 years. Where it used to be known for its large cones, it has now become a launderette with bad food. If you ask high prices, base it on something.

I ordered containers of fries and some snacks for a team. Had to pay a huge bill. I see on the receipt 4.50 per small bowl of dirty, soggy fries. For this order I spent €90, while at another snack bar I spent €48 for the same order and had delicious fries there. Don't order here people

worthless place fries, inedible and way too expensive

We have never been so sick from eating, my husband one night and me the other, everything went out! We will not order from here again. And to think I'm pregnant.

snack is cold and you are dismissed as a liar. never come there again, no good service, cold reception and to top it all off, I was called a liar. play there in cahoots. People don't come there anymore unless you want that kind of service, it's better to go to Gerrit on the quay

I once ordered six chicken nuggets here, which I ate in La Bamba, but the peanut sauce I got with them was spoiled and it no longer tasted good. Then I said this and they said it was good and the other person who was present in the shop said the same while I clearly tasted that it was spoiled.

Very unfriendly staff. I cannot judge the food because we were shown the door in a very unfriendly manner just before closing time.

Delivery person late, then called to report it. As a compromise, we could get the next order for free, but still charge 2 euros and be nice. Something about principles.

Bad thing brings cold fries and they have a big mouth if you say something about it

Dirty place, young people try to make something of it but there is no time for cleaning, next to and under the soft drinks cupboard there is a mountain of dirt, tables covered in crumbs and sauce I won't be there again.

Had dinner there with 4 people on Sunday. Tables very dirty and toilet very dirty, not worth repeating

After receiving the order, a lot of this turned out to be incorrect. The fries poorly cooked and no seasoning. Hamburger sandwich that had stuff on it that we didn't want on it (put in comments) The delivery person did bring a new one, which took quite some time* Frikadel special xxl was not special, so I called again and after 45 minutes there was a delivery person again with only a bowl of sauce that was mainly in the bag instead of the bowl, so there was sauce and a cold frikadel.

09-01-2024 +/- 5.30 pm. Imagine. Not a single customer in the business. Three staff. I come in at the same time as another lady. None of the three greeted us when we entered. (I also noticed that it was very unsanitary. If there is no one in the shop, don't you wipe everything with a cloth?) The three staff members look at each other and the absolute "Ah... do you want to help? I don't feel like it" dripped from their eyes. One of the three, it looked like he was about to deliver food, he had his coat on (tall boy), but he helped the lady with fresh reluctance. The other two, a female and a male staff member, still hadn't looked at me, let alone greeted me. They continued to talk to each other. At least the female staff member still pretended that she was busy packing a bowl of fries and pushing some things aside. But the male staff member, super uninterested, leaned against an edge and said to the female staff member, "Oh I've been so busy at school" and they continued in a very 'artificially crafted' conversation. I had been there for about 4 or 5 minutes and they still hadn't said a word to me or even looked at me. That boy in particular was too busy doing nothing. I was so fed up with so much "customer friendliness" that I left the store again and took my order elsewhere. Even greetings when you come in or a sentence like "I'll be with you shortly" was too much. I know...it's incredibly hard to find staff. I therefore do not blame the employer for employing such 'at the bottom of the ladder' staff. That's why I also added the day and time so that he at least knows who was on duty at the time. But to let the employer know what he has missed by his staff: 2x frikandel special 1x frikandel peanut 2x fries special 1x fries war 1x shawarma menu garlic and whiskey sauce 1 meatball mayo 2x coke 1x orange I know, not a huge amount, but on a Tuesday afternoon? Still a nice bonus. Plus a lost customer. But... good to know that boy "has been busy at school"

Already placed an order around 5:00 PM. Order was supposed to be delivered between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM, but arrived at 7:00 PM. Then you get old soggy fries and snacks...

I ordered a shawarma menu and fries with mayo and a berehap and 2 milkshakes for 28 euros and then some and we got fries with mayo berehap and a shawarma roll. I don't think I paid 10.95 for a shawarma roll?? I first got a call from a young man who I told my story to and then suddenly I got a woman on the line and I could start over again. They apologized and it would be delivered quickly. That was true, but unfortunately the shawarma was fried too hard and it was cold. This is the last time I order anything there. There are plenty who can do better than La Bamba!

Just cafeteria. Price of fries a bit high, otherwise okay.

Eten was wel prima maar wel duur voor een snackbar. ik had om 12:30 al besteld om het te laten bezorgen tussen 15:30 en 16:00. 16:10 was het er nog niet. ik bellen en vragen waar het blijft zegt de persoon aan de telefoon ‘nee klopt we hadden geen bezorger voor die tijd’ dan denk ik, bel dan even? ik moet om 5 uur weer weg naar werk en moest dus met rap tempo eten omdat het er pas 16:30 was. jammer…

Labamba gaat echt hard achteruit. Eerder was het snel bezorgd en nu na een 45 min wachten en bellen doen ze het pas de tassen in. Eerder bij een frikandel xxl kreeg je een beker vol saus en nu maar een klein cupje. Ook de patat zijn ze erg zuinig mee.

Prima patat. Vriendelijke bediening en keuze om binnen of buiten te zitten.

Top geholpen door een jongen die achter de balie stond ( lang, rood haar) het eten was snel klaar en prima te eten! :)

Ongeïnteresseerde jongeman achter de balie, handen in zijn broekzakken, petje op en een verveelde uitstraling. Hij bracht wel vriendelijk het door ons bestelde eten aan tafel. Belachelijke prijzen voor fastfood. Dit soort bedragen betalen wij in Amsterdam nog niet eens. Echt schoon was het ook allemaal niet en ik hoef niet hele verhalen te horen over privé dingen die door de heren onderling uitgewisseld werden. Werk aan de winkel voor de uitbater van dit kot.

Bakjes waren half gevuld.. niet best en een aantal snackjes ... Smaakte prima . Maar je betaald er veel voor erg weinig... Niet voor herhaling vatbaar ,sorry

Heel goed gebakken patat, heerlijk. Verder is de zaak een bende met kapotte banken en een vieze zooi.

16:08 besteld, even na 17:30 pas bestelling gekregen. Duurde enorm lang. Constant bestelling vertraagd met de reden ‘personeelstekort’. Wel een hele lieve vrouw aan de telefoon gehad, klantenservice is wel oke. Ookal kreeg ik met mijn eigen telefoon, wanneer ik het nummer via google belde, dat er niet opgenomen werd. Ik heb vanavond gebeld voor evt korting volgende keer

Hele goeie patat en erg vriendelijk personeel.

Best eten. De zaak is smerig, tafels vloer ect. Personeel staan met 5 in de keuken, waarbij maar 1 een monkapje onder de kin heeft. Terwijl er wel een pmflet hangt dat dit verplicht is. Personeel zit veel op de telefoon, bepraten luid prive dingen en kijken voetbal. Na vuil van de grond rapen worden de handen niet gewassen. Zitten veel aan het gezicht en de neus, niet hygiënsh vooral niet in coronatijden.

Wel lekker maar te veel zout op de raspatat. Jammer.

OK place for a quick bite if you are hungry. There are better alternatives to this snackbar that are local as well. The place offers delivery as well but tends to be relatively slow compared to competitors.

Bij afhalen is er altijd wel iets mis maar het is best lekket

Geen zeep in wc voor handen wassen, en geen desinfectiemiddel op toonbank.
