Last Friday, I placed an order with the wrong delivery time, so I called to see if it could be rescheduled. Unfortunately, they were already working on my order (it was almost ready), but they still adjusted the delivery time. I really appreciate this kind of service. I made a stupid mistake that cost the company money, and they still adjusted it. Great service and delicious food! Congratulations, keep up the good work!!!

As usual, I placed the standard order, only this time I received the wrong flurry. When I called, I was told it was impossible her colleague had made a mistake and immediately hung up because she was busy. I often wait longer for delivery because I think the food is worth it, but these kinds of things are the ones that lose me.

I've ordered from this snack bar many times. Initially, I was very satisfied with the quality and fast delivery, but lately, things kept going wrong: wrong sauce, missing snacks, and so on. I often gave them the benefit of the doubt, calling to say something was missing again and saying I didn't want the missing snack (because we were already eating), but they were very casual about it: "It might be true that something is missing (for the eighth time or so)," and I'll just pay for it. Now, for the umpteenth time, something has gone wrong. I won't be ordering from here again.

I tried calling them but got no answer even though it said it was open.

I can't review the food, but the somewhat elderly delivery driver drives like a madman through Drachten, cutting corners! And where my children play, 50-60 through a residential area. Ridiculous.

Just ordered food and it was delivered 20 minutes later. Excellent service, very satisfied.

Half the order was wrong. A €13 burger was missing sauce, and they managed to bring it out fifteen minutes later, even though my burger was cold. They didn't fix their own mistakes. I'll never order from them again!

Since we took over the business, the food has been delicious. There's a wide selection. They take care of everything. The delivery driver was very friendly. The food arrived on time. In short, we'll be ordering again!

I ordered food here this afternoon and it was delivered super fast. It was very tasty, I made some requests and they took everything into account. The delivery guy was also very nice! I would definitely recommend it.

Got the food after waiting 3 hours. In the meantime we had already ordered something else because they were not available by phone. I was able to make an agreement that I would get the money back. We are now 10 calls further. And almost 2 months. And the money has not yet been refunded. The only answer you get is that something is going wrong with the "system" and that they have to call the "system". You are not treated kindly and they prefer to get rid of you as quickly as possible. Apparently they have now also blocked my number, so I can only reach them anonymously. What an extremely bad thing this is. It's time for them to stop.

Food arrived cold after waiting 2 hours so we had to heat it up in the microwave, nachos were not as described, only tomato salsa was left, only Nacho chips. Called the restaurant because it was busy and was only offered a discount for the next order after I had been waiting for 2 hours for cold and not good food. Ultimately they offered to deliver a new Nacho, which of course never happened! I will never order here again, it used to be always good... I don't know what kind of crappy employee and owner there is now, a waste of time, 50 euros and effort.

Ordered at 7:00 PM for delivery, an hour later the food arrives and no calls are made and it is half heated because the inside is not yet finished at all...

The atmosphere is actually very good. But we were alone here. Strange because it is a great place with a nice ambiance. I will definitely go here again because there is so much choice, I'm not done yet 😋

Nice atmosphere and the food was fine. Avoid this place at certain times because of the crowds. I miss a toilet, there are plenty of seats with a nice atmosphere.

Food was late. It wasn't hot. The burger was tough I had a double el rio deluxe burger. With a Thick shake. The shake is simply a milkshake with some whipped cream. Well, 12.50 for the burger and almost 6 euros for a milkshake. Very expensive...

Had dinner there again with friends yesterday ❤️ Food was super tasty... especially a lot of food 🫢 Sweet staff. And what a nice cozy place to sit in the American restaurant they just opened 🥰🥰 Definitely recommended❤️

After 2 hours I called to find out where the order was... it was on its way... Called again half an hour later, was on its way, asked further, turned out to have lost the order. Conversation became unfriendly and they even hung up. Result; crying youngest and us toasted sandwiches. Let's hope we get our money back. In the past we were always very satisfied, but now we will not order from el rio again. Shame!!

You don't get everything you ordered

Incredibly bad. After waiting 2 hours I called and was told that the food was not even on its way yet. No compensation. Very customer unfriendly. Ultimately canceled the order.

Heerlijk gegeten! Waar voor je geld grote porties en aardig personeel! We zaten in het amerikaanse restaurant.

Er werd me gevraagd een recensie te geven. Ik had 2 keer drinken besteld, een broodje gezond en een panini met vlees. Drinken was warm, alsof het de hele dag al in de auto ligt. De panini was in de zak gegooid dus alles zat overal, broodje was niet warm (niet in de oven geweest of in een tosti ijzer) was buiten het brood om wel lekker Broodje gezond krijg ik op een half stokbrood die niet afgebakken is. Ja lekker.. heb nu de oven aan staan en het drinken in de koelkast.. wel een beetje slecht voor 20 euro..

Waardeloos, slappe patat. Zak patat voor 1 pers is nog minder dan een bakje patat. Plastic toeslag betalen voor iets wat in papier zit en niet in plastic, je vraagt ergens specifiek om en je krijgt totaal iets anders.

Bestel hier soms. Een lange tijd geleden waren de bestelling vaak verkeerd, maar de afgelopen 1-3 maand kloppen alle bestellingen en het wordt op tijd bezorgt. Eten is super lekker. Bezorger is heel vriendelijk

nooit klachten en het eten is altijd op tijd met alles waarom mensen ze doen hun best met alles en het eten is ook echt heel lekker voor als de schnitzelmet champione saus en nog veel meer en ik kan maar 5 steren geven maar ik geef ze *********

goed eten. woon in ureterp dus had er een hard hoofd in om eerlijk te wezen dat het eten wel warm aan zou komen. maar keurig op de bestelde tijd kwam het aan en alles was goed warm. veel keus echt een aanrader!

Wij laten elke week onze patat met snacks bezorgen en zijn erg tevreden: alles altijd vers, goed gekruid en ontzettend veel keus. Een echte aanrader dus!

Gister 2 kapsalons besteld met Doner kebab (en nog wat anders) patat was veel te zout, en te hard gebakken. We kregen uiteindelijk patat met shoarma vlees in plaats van Doner kebab. Kaas en knoflook saus ontbrak. Voor wat je ervoor betaald was de verhouding patat/vlees ver uit verhouding. Voor ons een eenmalige bestelling bij deze zaak.

Hoeveelheid patat is afgenomen. Het was gekruid waar we niet om hadden gevraagd. Kroketten waren opengebarsten. Dit is niet wat ik gewend ben.

Aangepast: Lees de reviews voordat je besteld. Update: bestelling in goede orde ontvangen, maar geen communicatie we hadden bijna ergens anders besteld vanwege het lange wachten en ze opeens op gesloten staan en nergens op bereikbaar zijn. 1ste review: Ze zijn niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Via thuisbezorgd besteld en na 1,5 uur nog steeds niks. Ineens staan ze daar op gesloten en hebben wij een mail ontvangen dat ze het zo spoedig mogelijk komen bezorgen (1 uur geleden) Wel betaald en geen eten en niet contact mee te krijgen. Nu actie op thuisbezorgd gezet om geld terug te krijgen. Jammer dit!

Bezorging altijd goed, echter veel verkeerde levering de afgelopen maanden, ontbrekende informatie op de app en missende ingrediënten of iets heel anders dan je besteld hebt.

Eten was lekker maar bezorging duurt heel, heel lang. Bij dit restaurant moet je sowieso 2 uur voor de bezorging uittrekken, dus bestel op tijd!
