Ordered online here for the last time today. Every time I add a note saying I’d like extra salt on the fries, but they never do it! Today I added it again and also mentioned that I always do that but it never happens. So today I got fries that went straight into the trash because now it was salt with fries; it’s just scandalous. And their prices are scandalous too! Oh yeah, and if they have a 2 for the price of 1 offer, don't fall for it because you get 2 mini snacks. No, I’m done with this worthless service.

Bad food for the umpteenth time, bacon burnt black, no sauce or cheese on the food, not worthy of the Qualitaria label lately, sorry, this is the last time we will order anything, Frituur de Haven is simply better.

Ordered 'the original' burger today The quality was awful No cucumber? 1 pathetic little piece of tomato? No onion? And you pay 8.60 for this??? And a black hamburger? In the meantime, I called 11 times and they just hang up on you...

Bereklauw was half with frikadel Never experienced anything like this. Inedible. The loempia speciaal was nothing special, Wouldn't even fill a child's stomach. Only the frikadel speciaal xl was okay. Never ordering here again, it's way too expensive for the junk you get. Very disappointing

Ordered a special farmer's fries for a whopping €10.50. Just to be safe, I ordered a bear claw on the side. And thank goodness I did, because god oh god, what a kid's menu amount. €15 worth of greasy food, and I'm still not full. A shame for fries for that price.

This review is based on multiple visits. We have ordered from here via home delivery and eaten there once; on several occasions, we were not pleased. The waiting times are quite long for both delivery and waiting inside the restaurant; this is mainly because the staff doesn't know what they are doing. They are young, inexperienced, and would rather be messing with each other than working. The food is cooked OK, but because you have to wait a long time for it, it has often already cooled down, and if you have it delivered to your home, it is a complete disaster. Then it is sticky, cold, and inedible. My advice? Don't order from here.

I ordered a burger and waited for two hours without receiving any updates. I then called to ask for an update, but they said they didn’t speak English and hung up the phone. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Waited for over an hour and a half for an order that wasn't complete! And on top of that, I wonder why this cafeteria has a phone number if they don't answer anyway. In fact, they just unceremoniously hang up on you every time... Eventually, the place closed and I couldn't speak to anyone. Now heading into the weekend feeling nicely disappointed and with no appetite! Thanks a lot!

Had a delicious meal, plenty of food and really tasty

Whenever we are in Zutphen, the food here is standard. Good plate full, price is good.

Unfortunately, I had a less-than-good dish today. Via home delivery, an Asian schnitzel (this was fine), and rustic fries (tip: next time, include mayonnaise as standard with delivery, and cook the “vegetables and bacon bits” a bit more thoroughly; now it probably comes straight from the warming tray). A shawarma roll with garlic sauce (unfortunately, they forgot the garlic sauce) tasted fine, by the way, with the garlic sauce from home. And a frankfurter (fine). So, overall, a bit disappointing.

For the second time in a year, we experienced the experience of walking in and not being greeted by any of the five people behind the counter (even though there were no other customers next to us). No "we'll be right with you." After waiting pointlessly for minutes, we went to the snack bar at Albert Heijn, which was just as awful.

It was the first time I was here... This Kwalitaria is excellent.

Good chip shop. Everything is perfectly prepared. Service, well, counter service, and it's brought to you. A bit of a bare bones designation for easy table cleaning, but that's normal.

The atmosphere is nowhere near perfect, but what they've completely lost is the service. They often deliver food incorrectly or too cold, etc. I find it truly scandalous how they treat people here.

Delicious, unconventional fries! Excellent service and helpful staff! Highly recommended. If I'm ever in the area again, I won't look any further.

The food selection menu is a nightmare: you first have to choose whether you want delivery, and if you don't, you're presented with a very difficult selection. Absolutely awful!

They do have delicious soft ice cream, a giant cup for 2.90 euros, lots of it and tasty

Delicious fries, could have been a bit crispier, good portions. Also a wide selection of snacks; the spicy bamischijf wasn't spicy at all. Good price.

Ordered hot chicken fries there, if there were 5 pieces of hot chicken it was a lot, stew fries more sauce and onion as meat for which you paid 10 euros by the way

It took a while before the fries, which I could pick up at six o'clock, were actually ready. And the open bag in which you get the fries home continues to amaze me. Nevertheless, a delicious meal.

Fried way too hard, so partly burnt food, including frikandel

We were honestly told that the grill was not clean and therefore the burger could not be perfect. I appreciate this. In the end I didn't want to continue eating. The young man who helped could have been a little clearer about this. Other than that it looked like a nice tent.

Just a good snack bar. In any case, the fries with peanut sauce and mayonnaise were delicious. For the rest there is not much to report.

I was treated unkindly and the food made me sick

Too little of everything that comes with a fries kapsalon...too little meat...cheese...sauce, but with a lot of green stuff to fill the container...fries seem to be fried in oil that should have been changed for 2 weeks... .

Nice central place to sit with friendly staff. I ate two summer burger menus, but they were a bit disappointing. Fries and burgers are ok, but why with cheap fries sauce and not with a tasty mayonnaise? And the salad had a dressing that was too sour and little variety. Expected more for the price.

Delicious food! And what a wonderful staff: our suitcases were put behind us and when we asked if the music could be turned down a little, they immediately did something about it. Wonderful to come home to in the Netherlands after a holiday!

Very bad experience! Food was very poorly prepared, very greasy and the bread of the burger was very hard, meat was not good inside. And the employee was very rude, especially the girl with blond hair behind the cash register!

Het bedienend personeel is vriendelijk. Sateschotel Een aanrader is de sateschotel geserveerd met gebakken uitjes, kroepoek, een gebakken ei, een frisse salade en krokant gebakken frietjes.

Netjes geholpen door de medewerkers omdat ik met iemand met een rolstoel binnenkwam. Tafels stoelen werden verplaatst. Top.

We hadden 2x kipsaté maaltijd om mee te nemen. Op de camping aangekomen.... Zat er amper saté saus op en eigenlijk zat er gewoon niks op. en... we kregen d'r een gratis ei schil bij 😱

Erg netjes binnen met vriendelijk personeel, helaas maar 3 sterren omdat het terras niet tijdig wordt bijgehouden: gesmolten ijs blijft best lang liggen en tafeltjes worden niet snel afgeruimd. Jammer, anders 5 sterren want het eten was verder in orde!

Vroeger prima, toen het net Kwalitaria geworden was echt geweldig, maar vandaag was het echt slecht. Slappe friet, matige saus, oude taaie spek, en de porties veel kleiner dan een maand of 2 terug.
