Delicious fries! Tasty snacks, plenty of sauce! But… ordering is not recommended; I ordered multiple times. It was cold, and the fries tasted absolutely awful. Such a waste! So for the best experience, just get takeout! ☺️ truly one of my top spots in Zutphen

A good snack bar for both snacks and fries, but charging 6.50 for a meatball sandwich is ridiculous; they think they are a 5-star snack bar.

Fantastic food!! I had lovely skin on fries with joppie sauce and the vegetarian kipkorn. My husband had fries with oorlog and the meat version of a kipkorn. Everything was amazing! Would definitely come back here.

We didn't feel like cooking tonight. We ordered fries and snacks at counter 13. They were delicious. The homemade fries and snacks were nice and warm upon arrival, even though the super friendly delivery driver had to brave the cold to get our food! Finn, you're the best!

The employee gave me a subpar portion of fries but completely covered them in mayonnaise. They also asked me all sorts of difficult questions. I just want fries with a wedge, that's all.

Tonight, we had a very bad experience with Loket 13 in Zutphen for the third time. We ordered food for 4 people at 4:20 PM. Delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes. At 5:15 PM, we received a call from Loket 13 saying it was busy and that it would take between 15 and 45 minutes for our order to be delivered. We requested it as soon as possible due to an external appointment we didn't have. The order arrived at 5:50 PM, 1.5 hours after we placed it. We noticed that the delivery driver also had an order for our immediate neighbors, which was delivered after ours. 1+1=2! Our neighbors ordered much later than us. That was the reason we received the call from Loket 13 saying it would take longer. They combined the orders, which meant we literally waited an hour and a half. The food was also cold. After delivery, we called Loket 13 to ask about the above and to see if they could offer compensation. The staff told us they couldn't. They were (REALLY) curt and unprofessional. Absolutely not solution-oriented, but hung up as soon as possible after snapping at us on the phone. Mistakes happen. This isn't a mistake. It was simply deliberately misplanned. Two orders in one delivery, yet they charged us twice for the delivery fee. And again, the food was cold. The staff isn't trained in customer service and solution-oriented thinking. All in all, this was the third very bad experience, and for us, it was the last at Loket 13!

Apparently, cutting in line is perfectly normal at counter 13 in Zutphen. Service is also nonexistent. What a customer-unfriendly place this is! Never again! Something about white male privilege.

This was the third time I placed an online order. We had to wait over an hour and a half for it. They called to say they would be there in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, it's been another 30 minutes. I called them and asked for a solution, but they didn't respond. I asked for compensation, but they were very rude (her name was Ella). They just said it was coming now. This also took another 7 minutes. Apparently, they waited to deliver because the neighbors had also ordered there, even though they told us they were very busy. I really don't like it, especially how Ella acted on the phone. It was as if she didn't care at all.

For quite some time now, we've been ordering our fries and snacks at a discount on Tuesdays through the app. Today (Tuesday), we ordered again, but at the counter and not online. To my surprise, the receipt was very high. After inquiring, I learned that the discount suddenly didn't apply if you ordered at the counter and took it to go, but only if you ordered online in advance and picked it up. This is, of course, completely ridiculous, and it's not mentioned anywhere. So, it's the last time for us. We've been customers for years, but this makes no sense. Update No, thank you. When we called and inquired, the response was so rude that we're staying away. It's a shame, after being a customer since the very beginning.

The fries were delicious, the portions were decent. The staff was friendly.

The fries were a nice golden brown, and the frikandel was well-fried. The food was excellent.

Orders are not fulfilled, mistakes are acknowledged but not addressed or considered. It's a real shame about the poor service, because the food was always excellent, despite the delivery times being much longer than stated, and you then have to call five times to get someone on the phone who doesn't help you.

I must have had the bad luck. Fries stuck together, hard and fried brown. I can't stick a fork in fries so hard. As a Belgian, this absolutely should not be called a 'Flemish chip shop'. The people who work there give the impression that they don't know what to do.

Well... I've lived in Flanders too long, I'm afraid. At Loket 13, the andalouse sauce was unfortunately much too sweet and delicious, the homemade snacks were sold out (yes...) and the portioning of the fries was quite un-Flemish and small. The taste of the fries was ok, but too greasy, because they had not been drained properly. I'll try again at a less busy time.

It used to be a matter of quality, but unfortunately there is little left of that nowadays. The last 5 times my order was incorrect. Service is often curt, and it is not resolved properly. The last straw was when I got a fries war without sauce. Then a rude employee on the phone. Then 20 minutes later a bowl of sauce was delivered... Cold fries and disappointed. I'll go get my fries elsewhere!

Years ago it was a top place. It has also been the case for years that all orders are wrong. Haven't ordered for a while so I tried it today but what a pathetic hamburger bun. €6.5 for a bun with 2 lettuce leaves 2 slices of pickle and then the burger. Not even sauce with it... Well sorry but I have never had such a pathetic bun. I don't feel like complaining on the phone anymore. I just don't understand why it can't be right the first time. I understand a mistake but this is no longer possible. This was really the last time for me. Unfortunately because the fries were always tasty...

If you give my snack to someone else, give me warm fries instead of letting them get cold when you make my snack again. And you have a nice evening too instead of throwing my bag down on the counter! Month later.... I've been there again pfff. And yes...... I had to make my mother eat a cold croquette 5 minutes after accepting it at the cafeteria. I was stupid enough to go again lol. The woman who works there is completely fine, but the youngsters come from upstairs with hamburgers with their bare hands and don't seem to want to work at all.

I was quite surprised by my questionable experience at "Loket 13" The entry was that a young employee was scratching her cold sore just before she threw my Mexicano in the fryer (Which ended up not even being cooked, Yuck!) In addition, the staff was mainly busy with each other and the music turned up inappropriately loud during "a nice song" The peanut sauce was sour and full of hard dark "meat" pieces! I had to wait a very long time, but the fries were tasty!

Super super tasty fries! Deliciously crispy and the Rendang croquette was also delicious! The owner was also very friendly and made great contact with our child.

Staff are more concerned with each other than with the customers. The fries were full of hard pieces (leftovers). Half was thrown away. Fried too hard. No, we don't come here anymore.

Het eten is hier echt heel lekker. De kip burger raad ik hierbij ook zeker aan!! Met de pittige saus (als je dat lekker vind). Ook is de kaas soufflé echt de lekkerste die ik ooit heb gehad. De patat, de best uit Zutphen! Als je in Zutphen bent, ga hier heen!😍

Gebeld om bestelling door te geven om op te halen. Krijg te horen of ik een momentje heb. Hoor dat er een bestelling wordt opgenomen. Nadat die klaar was, dacht ik dat het mijn beurt was. Maar na paar minuten gewacht te hebben, hoor ik dat het personeel persoonlijke gesprekken aan het voeren zijn. Ik heb maar opgehangen en geprobeerd terug te bellen onder de veronderstelling dat ze me vergeten zijn, maar de hoorn lag eraf dus was het niet mogelijk om te bellen. Daardoor heb ik mijn keuze veranderd, omdat dit niet de eerste keer is.

4,50€ voor een friet mayo en 4€ voor een frikandel speciaal? Doe normaal joh.

Heerlijke goudgele frieten in schil gefrituurd waardoor krokanter, leuke lokatie tussen de winkels

Voor deze frieten en snacks rij ik om ! Nergens anders zo lekker..alles biologisch. Als je dit proeft ben je verkocht !

Personeel was heel druk met diepgaande gesprekken over relaties. Bestelling klopte niet. Miste 1 frikandel wat opviel bij de gene die bestelling opnoemde. Iemand anders gaf aan dat het er wel bij in zat.... wat bleek.. geen frikandel. Én geen mosterd bij de kroket zoals wel was gevraagd.

Leckere Pommes, frisch zubereitet. Ein wenig Zeit einplanen - es lohnt sich!

Hier eet je de lekkerste friet van het westelijk halfrond🤣 Haal hier regelmatig een heerlijk zelfgesneden frietje. Niet zo'n fabrieksfriet van McCain of Aviko.

Het eten is heerlijk! , vriendelijk personeel en goede service. De vega bamischijf is mijn favoriet!

Altijd lekkere patat en veel keuze in snacks! Vriendelijke bediening. Wel bijzonder om te zien in hoeveel reviews staat 'We waren altijd fan, maar...' 'We kwamen hier graag, maar...' Pas als er dus wat te klagen valt neemt men de moeite een review te schrijven... beetje jammer.

Lekkere friet, vlot en leuk personeel!

Wij waren heel lang een fan van jullie maar de laatste 2 bezoekjes een zware onvoldoende friet wederom meermalen gebakken en veel kruimels, bediening ongemotiveerde jongelui, wel 100% betaald maar 75% hoeveelheid 🤬

Regelmatig geweest en altijd geweldige patat gegeten!! Aandacht voor duurzaamheid en biologisch vlees. Laatste keer viel een beetje tegen; niet goed doorbakken waardoor nog wat rauwig van smaak. Hopelijk eenmalige tegenvaller

Gewoon goede patat. Even stevig doorwandelen en je kunt het nog warm aan de Berkel opeten.

Lekkerste frieten uit Zutphen, met vegan Mayo en vegan kipcorns ZO LEKKER🙏 Ondanks de zowat altijd aanwezige drukte hoef je nooit lang te wachten.

Heerlijke vers gebakken patat tegen reguliere prijzen. Je kunt zelfs voorgebakken patat kopen. Personeel werkt hard en is erg klantvriendelijk, ondanks drukte

Je kan er heerlijk vlaamse frietjes eten en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
