Kyatcha Blaak in Rotterdam Centrum

Best service I have ever received, food was delicious, view also perfect along the water. Recommended!!!!

We picked up last week. 2x 26 veggie pieces and 1 x orange cauliflower. Instead of 2 round dishes as promised on the website, we received 2 elongated dishes. The hot parts were partly stacked. There were proportionately more mini sushis. The sushi with pecan nuts was missing. Instead, the box contained 4 coconut sushi. All in all, this resulted in a completely different experience of eating sushi. The bill of €89 is disproportionate to the quality of the sushi.

Unfortunately not a good experience. It was made clear to us in advance that shifts were being worked (and that we therefore had a maximum of 2 hours). Booked with the family at 6:30 pm. To be honest, not all of us were there at this exact time; 2 people delayed 10 minutes due to parking. Normal order placed (in advance and then 'main') It was otherwise fine, until we were told that it was the next guests' turn. We were presented with the bill and the last 'main' dish at the same time with the suggestion to take the dish off the bill and not eat it. No alternative to eating at the bar, for example. I would also have liked to order a dessert for the children and/or have a drink at the end, but that was not possible. (Short) shifts are fine for a somewhat cheaper concept, but this does not suit me in this (otherwise fine/stylish) restaurant. Unfortunately, reason enough not to go there again.

Prachtige tent. Heerlijk verse gerechten. Maar de prijs is te gek voor woorden. Voor een paar, zeker lekkere, stuks sushi waren we al ruim 200 euro kwijt.

Wir waren ohne Reservierung an einem Freitagabend auf der Suche nach einem guten Essen. Der kompetente und freundliche Service konnte uns einen Tisch erst am späteren Abend anbieten und versprach uns, uns zu informieren, sobald dieser Tisch frei wäre, wir könnten uns sehr gerne an die Bar setzen, wurde uns gesagt und, daß Essen auch an der Bar serviert würde. Das taten wir also und fühlten uns dann dort so wohl, daß wir auf den Umzug zum freigewordenen Tisch verzichteten. Die Atmosphäre ist elegant und sehr bunt und entspannt gleichzeitig, unser Personal war flink, kompetent und sehr, sehr sympathisch. Wir hatten unterschiedliche Austernvarianten, dazu zwei Vorspeisen, jeweils mit Meeresgetier in Tempurateig und Reisvariante als "Basis" und gleich zweimal die gemischte Sushi-/Sashimiplatte. Die Qualität von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten war her-vor-ra-gend, frischer und besser ist kaum möglich. Die gemischte Platte war bildschön angerichtet, insbesondere die gerollten Sushi phantasievoll zusammengestellt und - so sinnvoll - überraschend gewürzt und mit kleinen Leckerchen ergänzt, mal mit einem leckeren Crisp, mal mit aromatischen Sprossen, mal mit kleinsten Dashi-Gelee-Würfelchen oder einem Tröpfchen Yuzu-Sauce, es war wirklich ein Genuss - so sehr, daß wir die Platte einfach noch mal bestellten. Beim zweiten Mal hatte die Platte übrigens eine leicht differierende Zusammenstellung. Ach ja, die Dippsauce war ebenfalls überragend, sojasaucenbasierend, ja, aber darüber hinaus köstlich süß-säuerlich abgeschmeckt. Im Kyatcha essen zu gehen, ist kein billiges Vergnügen, die Preise sind wahrhaft gehoben, aber das Gebotene ist es in jeder Hinsicht wert und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort essen, wenn die Anreise - für uns Münchner - nicht ein ganz kleines bißchen zu lange wäre.

Onze keuze viel op Kyatcha Blaak voor een afhaalsushi tijdens onze citytrip in Rotterdam. We namen een schotel en smulden van de overheerlijke sushi. Voor ons is dit één van de beste sushi's die wij ooit geproefd hebben! We lezen trouwens dat ze naar een nieuwe locatie verhuizen aan de Leuvehaven, veel succes!

One of my favorite Sushi places in Rotterdam. The King Oyster Sushi.. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Kyatcha has really good quality of sushi that you cannot find easily in Rotterdam. I ordered a take away to pick up scheduled in 3 hours. My order was ready on time, very well packed. The taste is great! They have very particular and nice matched flavors. I highly recommend their sushi and side components.

Wonderful food, but the restaurant is a bit cold with a lot of deliverymen walking in and out.

I have been here once and it was a great experience. The staff was very nice and the waiter was friendly and presented each dish. The sushi looked like a masterpiece. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Geen all you can eat, maar gewoon goede sushi! Mooi gepresenteerd en prima bediening. Iets krap behuisd met alleen barretjes waar je aan kan zitten.

Sehr gut, hatte das kleine Sushi Moriawase. Die vom Küchenchef getroffene Auswahl war sehr schön und das ganze war zubereitet wie ein kleines Kunstwerk.

I walked in thinking it was one of those quick mid quality sushi bites giving the look of the place. The plate’s presentation was very good but the quality was just average except for the shrimp tempura roll. The picture you see cost me €49 EUR for only one person and i did not even get full. You can get better sushi at better atmosphere and get drunk for this price.
