Perfect taste, small but pretty place, service person was helpful

I order from Sushito and stop by there very often, and while the tuna poke bowl has been great so far, my last two visits were very disappointing the quality of the food has gone down. The rolls have way too much rice and mayonnaise and very little topping inside , everything falls apart. The quality has really gone down, and now it’s just not as tasty anymore (

Very disappointing experience as a returning customer. I ordered two large poke bowls, but one was normal size and the other looked like little more than a large size. For that price, that is truly unacceptable. Additionally, I had asked for half a portion of rice and half a portion of salad, but there was hardly any salad in it. The bowl looked sloppy and was not presented attractively at all. Too much sauce, too little rice and salad, super salty. Normal isn't perfect, but it is still acceptable. As if that wasn't enough, it turned out that some of the ingredients weren't even in stock. Subsequently, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for just two poke bowls. The staff seemed uninterested and made little effort to be helpful or offer a solution. For me, this was the first and last time. There are plenty of other poke bowl places where, for the same price, you *do* get good portions, better service, and a shorter wait time.

Just left the store: the food was tasty, BUT I waited exactly 25 minutes for one burrito even though it was just one other person waiting for their order, it missed avocado and cucumber even though they were listed as ingredients, missed wasabi that I chose to have added, and the drink I ordered was not in stock. The burrito was already falling apart once they put it in the table and was very uncomfortable to eat because of that. Really weird experience.

I built my own sushi burrito in store, once I left the store I opened the box to check my order and I was really disappointed and confused. See attached picture..

Nice place, but you don't have a lot of choices on the menu.

I have rarely had such a bad experience. I placed an order via Uber Eats, but I received a meal with completely different ingredients than I had ordered. As if that wasn't bad enough, the food looked downright disgusting. Upon opening the packaging, a rotten smell immediately emanated from it. Moreover, the meal was swimming in far too much sauce, making it look soggy and unappetizing. Because of this, I threw the food away immediately. I contacted the restaurant right away. An English-speaking employee assured me that my complaint would be noted, passed on to the owner, and that a refund would follow. Despite that promise, I subsequently had to call three more times because nothing was being done about my complaint. I was given the runaround and felt completely disregarded. A wrong order can happen, but delivering a meal that looks spoiled, is completely soaked by an excess of sauce, and then ignoring a customer when they complain is unacceptable. The quality of the food and the way complaints are handled are far below par. I feel ripped off and will never order here again. I therefore advise others against ordering food here.

Lovely place with great pokebowl

Tonight we ordered food from Sushito. We were reasonably satisfied with the food itself: it tasted fresh and was delicious. However, we felt that there was relatively little fish in the poké bowls. What was particularly disappointing, however, was the delivery and the handling of our complaint. We placed our order at 5:00 PM and did not receive it until around 6:15 PM. We found that to be on the long side, especially considering the time when it is usually not yet very busy. Additionally, we had ordered two poké bowls, including extra soy sauce, regular wasabi, and extra tuna for one of the bowls. None of these extras were delivered. When we called about this, we got an employee on the line who spoke broken Dutch. That in itself is not a problem, but the way the complaint was handled was disappointing. Instead of offering an apology, the employee immediately started explaining that the “boss” was not present and was currently not in the Netherlands. According to him, this was the only person who could help us. No one could be sent to deliver the missing products, and according to him, compensation was not possible without the boss's permission. What bothered us most was that the employee indicated several times that it was “only about €4.” However, for us, it is not about the amount, but about the way a complaint is handled. When we pointed out that this is not a professional way of handling complaints, the employee seemed to get irritated and said that complaints must always be discussed personally with the boss on location. In short: the food was fine and fresh, but the delivery, the lack of paid extras, and especially the customer friendliness and service when filing a complaint leave much to be desired as far as we are concerned.

Usually quite fine, but this time we got a half-filled pokebowl.

I just want to say that the staff is always super nice, like you guys are cuties!! I got in before closing time so the quinoa was almost done but they gave me a dim sum box, which I devoured at home, thank so much! Definitely make this your pokebowl take out place :)

Slow cooking and service, bad stuff, didn’t put orange masago, dirty, no salmon

I don't often write reviews, but what a fantastic place this is! I've been a regular visitor for 4 years now to grab a tasty bowl after a long workday, and every time I'm amazed at how delicious it is. Inside, it looks good and clean, and the staff and owner are very friendly. Simply a top-notch spot!

I want to leave a comment to thank you two ladies and also Alice (hope she can see this) for the helping tonight, when two guys randomly threw cups to me and my friend. We really appreciate of the water, tissue, company and everything !!

i tried their sushi bowl for the first time today and WOW it was delicious!! i ordered a personalised bowl and it was made super quickly. the portion size was quite big that i was able to split it eat it for lunch and dinner. Definitely recommend and will be bringing my friends here!

Honestly, the price is fantastic. I always order the same thing and I've probably eaten there about 20 times. I'd rather pay €20 for a poke bowl with fresh, quality ingredients like the avocado and salmon they have than pay the same €20 for any other cheap, fast food. At Sushito, everything is fresh and delicious. Plus, when I order delivery, it always arrives perfectly and they prepare it just like when you eat in. (Sometimes when you order delivery from other places it's a disaster and they don't care). And when you eat in, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I wish the restaurant and the people who run it all the best. I hope I can eat there for many years to come 💖

Everything's backwards in the orders, cold, untrained staff

I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd, and it was supposed to take an hour to arrive. I ended up waiting over 2.5 hours for my food to arrive. They were supposed to offer compensation, but the staff and customer service were unreachable.

I really like this place and love to get the pokebowls from there. However, every single time I’ve ordered a pick up, I’ve ran into the same issue: no matter when I order a pickup, they only start making food when I arrive. I can schedule a pickup few hours ahead, but when I would arrive they would start making the pokebowls only when I arrived. Tho i need to wait extra, which I try to prevent by ordering pick up. If I wanted to wait I would’ve just walked to them and order it there. Please fix it and this would be an amazing place!!

Welcoming and attentive staff, the dishes are generous, it's a shame there's no sweet soy sauce. The terrace is in full sun, but it's missing a parasol to be comfortable.

17:30 Placed an order and waited over 3 hours for 2 poke bowls. Called at least 6 times and 2 times it was indicated that the food was on its way. After 3 hours it turned out that a mistake had been made and our order had been taken to the wrong address.

I was served the wrong one (I got the one of my friend and she got mine). The food was delicious, you can costumize/make your own bowl which is the biggest advantage of this restaurant. Maybe next time you could confirm it for sure that we won't get the wrong one, in case it's with more than 1 at the same table. Will definitely order again next time in the future since the food was really good

It was a bountiful cultural experience ordering poke in the Netherlands. In the US there’s no tomato, sweet potato, eggplant, bell pepper, mango doesn’t cost extra, I could write you an essay as raw fish eating is my #1 trait. This all could mean my country hates vegetables. It doesn’t matter that here isn’t like there but at the same time it makes all the difference - if you strip it down to the core, traveling is about tasting and experiencing the variety of this planet. They play jazz and not pop music which adds extra richness to the fish

The poke bowls are sooo delicious! Really heaven. Avocados and mangoes are always good, and the raw salmon just melts in your tongue, so fresh! I also really like that you can adjust the bowls to your liking. Staff is also very friendly and it is really clean, something you can't say about all places. Definitely one of my favorite places. Absolutely worth every euro!!

Poke bowls are very tasty here. Everything is clean. The ingredients are fresh and of quality. Nice staff. More of a take-out location than really a place to sit. Definitely recommended

The Teriyaki Bowl is a combination of grilled peppers, fresh white cabbage salad, creamy avocado and rich Japanese truffle mayo. The teriyaki sauce brings everything together perfectly, while the fried onions and black sesame provide a crispy finish. The Korean Fried Chicken is highly recommended: juicy chicken with a crispy exterior, marinated in a spicy sauce with sesame and spring onion. Sushito delivers top quality with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors! And all this for only €10.50!!!

I have only ordered their salmon poke bowl and tuna poke bowl. I usually enjoy their poke bowls. They are generous with their servings of protein and veggies. However, I noticed that their scoops of protein have become smaller. Some employees like to slather the poke bowls in sauce. I have had a tuna poke bowl that was drowning in spicy mayo. They had used so much mayo that the entire bowl had become inedible. Ever since I always order a poke bowl with the sauce on the side or without sauce. I do not always like their rice. A few times, the rice was hard and dry. I also do not always like their avocado. A few times, the avocado was not ripe enough. I do not recommend any of their sides. I have tried the steamed edamame and it tasted old. I have also tried the fried prawns and fried chicken and both tasted very strongly of old frying oil.

The food is bad and overcooked. The communication with the restaurant is terrible to say the least. The orders did not arrived as ordered and when finally got them on the phone they blamed the delivery boy although the app showed that he was at the restaurant. Once we asked the delivery boy he said he waited for 40 minutes there. Very unprofessional! Look at the photo. They did not have napkins!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sushito's delivery. After waiting for over 1.5 hours for our order, I was the unlucky one who received my dish (El Spicy Tuna Bowl) without the main ingredient—the spicy tuna. Mistakes can happen, but what made it worse was their complete lack of response. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to answer the phone and address the issue. Long wait times are frustrating enough, but receiving an incomplete order and then being ignored is unacceptable. I had hoped for better service, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience..

Super friendly staff! I had a beef teriyaki bowl that was really delicious! The meat was perfect. Unfortunately I didn't manage to do everything, but the team was nice enough to pack the rest for me to take home. All around a great experience, thank you!

Not really pleasant to sit in. Little space. Food is okay, but they are very economical with the poke bowls. The price compared to what you get is not up to par. You get a small spoonful of salmon and a container full of rice. Too bad, I won't come here again.

I ordered a miso soup and the last time i got it was in a big bowl and now i get this cup? And their reason was that they dont have enough dishes, but there is no one here??? I am very annoyed and disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. I am a regular here and this is what i get. Very nice.. NOT

The first time I sat outside on the bistro set in front of the window! We had such a good time, the second time for my colleagues, I picked up a Poké bowl for a total of 5 people! It's delicious food!!! Worth repeating! I recommend it to everyone!

This deserve a solid 5 stars, for the quality of the food, of ingredients but also the impeccable service and professionalism of the lovely personel! I had a voucher reservation on 1:15 pm but since I just ate my breakfast I asked them if I can use my voucher later, despite the reservation they agreed to let me come back anytime. When I did came back a very friendly boy packed a very delicious meal, with a generous amount of quality. A steal for that price!! A hidden gem in Rotterdam

Was positive about this restaurant but lately the waiting times have been very long. Say 15-20 minutes and then wait 45 minutes because an ingredient ran out and this is not the first time!

I literally never feel the need to write a Google review but I’m so utterly disappointed that I feel I just have to. I ordered 2 large bowls for delivery but what I got was in essence 2 small bowls packaged in big bowls. When I usually order a big bowl I get it served full to the brim but in two separate occasions, including this one, the bowl was only half full. This is completely unacceptable. If I wanted only half a bowl I would have ordered a small bowl. But instead I spend more money to get a small bowl disguised as a big bowl. Besides this, I paid extra money for extra sauce to AGAIN only get barely half a cup’s worth of sauce. I have tried to reach you 3 times by phone but all 3 times my calls were left unanswered. I am extremely disappointed because I love the food from Sushito so much that I only ever eat poke bowls from Sushito, but seeing as this is the 2nd time that I am getting less than what I paid for I might have to look for a new poke bowl place to eat from.

Yesterday I had a delicious meal at Sushito. The ingredients were fresh and there was plenty of choice on the menu. The staff were very friendly and helped us with our social deal voucher. There is not much seating inside, so there is no guarantee that you will have a spot, but otherwise it is definitely worth picking up!

Nice and wonderfully quiet restaurant. We had Poke Bowls and fried chicken with kids. Very diverse and very tasty ingredients.....man that was delicious!! In addition, the service is also great, we will definitely come back! (Beautiful Monstera plant in the shop! -> Attach 3 bamboo sticks along the side to center the moss stick, turn the plant more towards the light and provide extra pokon nutrition between May and September)

We came here once, about a year ago, but we found the place expensive. and here we are again, well, I liked the fact that here you can assemble a set yourself to your taste and color, it’s also clean and cozy. it looks delicious and the presentation here is good. Thank you

Picked up two sushi bowls here last week and they were delicious! The sauces and toppings on the bowls make it special. The only downside is that the queue is often very long, but that is understandable because it is so tasty haha Until next time :)

We literally had to wait 35 minutes for 1 crunchy chicken burrito and finally he said they were out of crunchy chicken. So ordered chicken thighs. It was inedible, after the first bite I felt nauseous and I immediately walked to one of the employees. Luckily I was allowed to choose something else, but it was really disappointing! I waited a total of around an hour for my food, which is just abnormal. Never again

We had a lovely meal outside on the terrace at this restaurant. It is located near the library and market hall. There is plenty to see from people passing by. We had a poke bowl with Korean fried chicken as a side dish. Both dishes were excellently prepared and tasted very good. There is also nice crockery and cutlery. The poke bowls were richly filled with good ingredients and not too much rice (which you sometimes have at other places). The service was friendly and hospitable. In short: everything was good, highly recommended.

Super poke bowls made to order with fresh ingredients and very generous servings. Ordering to eat in is by app at a terminal, but I asked the staff for sauce on the side. Service is efficient and very friendly and welcoming, even when i came for a late dinner near closing time. A must come for something light fresh and healthy, that is conveniently located.

An absolute 5-star for originality, quality and service. This small restaurant is located at Blaak very close to the station. You order from an easy-to-use digital display, sit down and within minutes the very lovely charming lady brings it to your table. You can of course ask the staff whenever you need anything else. I had 'All Burrito' for lunch and it was so delicious that I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!

Good food just takes a long time before your order is ready

I loved the experience at sushito! The workers were really friendly, kind and smiling. And of course the fried shrimps were excellent.

Food is super tasty although one of the Tempuras still had the cinnamon in it. But it was treated immediately and I received two extra pieces. Very good tent and also very clean, super good tent!

What a terrible tent! Quite nicely decorated but many dirty edges/corners, both in the restaurant and at the counter/bar. The ingredients were not fresh and I think the rice had been in a container for a whole day and didn't taste like anything. Moreover, the 'manager' was extremely rude and antisocial to the staff. Highly recommended

Ordered via Uber Eats. Order not completely correct. Ordered a large chicken and a small salmon and received a small chicken and a large salmon. The avocado was very hard in both bowls. The salmon also did not smell or taste as fresh as you would expect.
