Delicious food, attentive staff. Very busy, though, and therefore very noisy.

We spontaneously stopped by La Boca with four people after a bike ride and had a wonderful evening. All the tapas were delicious, and there were also some "unusual" tapas (at least for us), which were also very tasty. The dry white wine, coffee, and desserts were perfect. The food was very authentic in its taste, and the service was extremely friendly and attentive (despite the restaurant being at capacity). I rarely spend more than four hours in a restaurant, but this was the case at La Boca, and if we hadn't been so full and satisfied (and the walk home hadn't been so far), we would certainly have enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and friendliness until midnight. We'll be back!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great food, nice atmosphere. Only green peppers with sea salt should be taken off the menu (were in our surprise menu), were really not tasty. The rest of the menu was super tasty.

What a great restaurant this is. Sat relaxed all evening. Service is super nice and loves a joke, love it. But the food was really crazy tasty. Delicious ribs where the bones fell out by themselves. But everything was tasty, nothing that wasn't tasty. Definitely going back again soon. Personally I only find the high seats a bit less pleasant, but well just stand in between and that's also solved.

We had a really great meal at La Boca. They recently launched a new menu and it is definitely recommended! The flavours are surprising, the dishes are beautifully presented and everything was super fresh and prepared with care. What made the experience extra special was the staff. So hospitable, friendly and cosy. You immediately feel welcome. They take the time for you, give good advice about the menu and really contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. In short: an evening out at La Boca is enjoying delicious food and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back soon!

Nice place, cozy atmosphere. I don't eat pork or fish myself. But I had a delicious and extensive meal here. The service is very friendly and they work very hard. The chicken skewers are definitely recommended! Oh yes and the salad with feta and avocado. We have to drive half an hour to get here but it is definitely worth it! See you soon✨

Cosy, small-scale restaurant with not quite standard tapas. Shared dining for 2-4 people. In the centre. Nice location, great price. Service is very friendly, but slow. Plenty of time for a good conversation.

We had a party there. Great, very cozy. Highly recommended. 2-6-2025. We went there for dinner for the first time. TOP. What a great restaurant. Friendly owner and staff. Everything runs smoothly. And the food... finger-licking good. We ate different dishes, everything perfect. You are asked if you want a break between dishes. You get all the attention. We enjoyed it. It was really a night out.

Going out for dinner with colleagues. It was fantastic. Each dish was prepared with care, everything was prepared perfectly and it was delicious.

Even as a Spaniard I have to say... HAT OFF, the food and the ambience, especially when you're at the back of the kitchen, are the best things I've experienced so far. Kudos to everyone at this restaurant. 1A. Highly recommended.

A real gem in Roermond. If you into Spanish sharing food this is the place to be. Very reasonable prices, good portion and very delicious. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. Good Spanish wines together with real Spanish food makes the experience complete. Try “chiperones” not on the menu but when asked , they will make it for you.

We were treated kindly and courteously without a reservation. Tapas original like in Spain. Great price/performance. Worth a visit. It's better to reserve on weekends.

Incredibly good! We treated ourselves to the surprise recommendations and unfortunately had to stop after 10 courses, various wines and liqueurs. Great staff, highly motivated. This tapas bar alone is worth the trip.

De sfeer in La Boca is prima. We zijn hier heen gegaan op aanraden van wat kennissen. Als je vaak in Spanje bent dan kan je kijken hoe de tapas is die ze serveren. Conclusie tapas bij La Boca is niks bijzonder. Geen speciale combinaties en de standaard Spaanse gerechten zoals patata bravas was te eten maar verder ook niets. Zeker geen aanrader voor degene die trek heeft in lekkere tapas. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Very quaint restaurant in the old town of Roermond. We were able to book 5 people spontaneously without a reservation and it was really good. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. Just 15 minutes walk from Designer Outlet.

What a wonderfully cozy restaurant and what delicious food. The dishes are really prepared with care and the atmosphere in the restaurant is fantastic. After dinner we had a drink at the bar and enjoyed the conviviality among the guests and the fantastic crew in the restaurant.

It had been planned for a long time to visit La Boca (De Mond) on this occasion. We actually heard nothing but good things about this case. So it had to happen at some point. We received a hospitable, friendly and informal welcome from the owner and the waiting staff. This casualness applies to the entire evening of our visit. Since it was our first visit, we were given an explanation of the menu with the small dishes. We chose to be surprised. The first thing on the table was grilled garlic bread with aïoli. The garlic bread alone is very tasty. The aioli too, by the way, not a bland infusion, but well flavored. We were entertained constructively throughout the evening. All while enjoying the red house wine, an organic tempranillo. I am not going to describe the rest of the dishes. You reader can experience this for yourself at this recommendable restaurant. Your "Boca" will certainly be caressed.

Good ambiance in a Mediterranean environment with delicious tapas

We did not have the opportunity to taste their cuisine. The site says they are open until midnight. We arrived at 9:05 p.m., the owner signaled to the waitress to refuse us, saying that the kitchen was closed. However, we look good. In addition, Roermond is deserted in the evening. We only found one brewery with peanuts.

It has been a long time since we settled here at La Boca. 6 people, small table and no idea how the concept worked. We most likely received an explanation, but somehow it didn't get through. There you were with your bowl of meatballs or someone else with olives. The concept of "shared dinner" was not yet as well known as it is today. In the end we had a good time together with a snack here and there. Much, much later we are back at La Boca (albeit in a completely different setting). It is already quite busy at the beginning of Thursday evening. We are kindly taken to the back part of the restaurant, where the kitchen is also located. It won't be the first time this evening that we have been spoken to in a genuinely friendly manner. Fortunately not all too much. Just fine! After the question round before the drinks, the concept is explained. So pay close attention, but that is not necessary as it turns out. Everything is clearly explained with the necessary humor and patience. Especially freedom happiness. Just indicate what you want, but you can also relinquish control and let the waiters/chefs choose. That seems like a good idea to us and we have not regretted it at all. There could have been some emphasis on meat dishes and this was met very well. But all other dishes were also really great. The delicious warm bread with that aioli was superb. The shrimps, the fish flambéed at the table with sambuca, the grilled vegetables, the meatballs, the spare ribs that are indeed falling apart from tenderness... there is no end to it. It was a true experience. And again... the service was very alert and friendly. So was the price. Friendly. All in all, a very successful evening. Highly recommended, especially if you let them take control.

Super leuke avond gehad met collega's! We waren met een groep van 13 personen en de eigenaar vroeg ons meteen of ze gewoon vanalles wat op tafel zouden zetten in 2 rondes. Ook vroeg hij of hij rekening moest houden met een bepaald budget, super klantvriendelijk! Een paar gasten waren jarig die avond en als felicitatie werd er een Spaans verjaardagsliedje opgezet en de hele zaak klapte gezellig mee. Echt een super gastvrije, warme en gezellige sfeer! We hadden een topavond, bedankt!

Hier gaan eten ivm de goede reviews. Het was top 10/10! Alle gerechtjes en de sangria waren heerlijk, net of we even op vakantie in spanje waren ;). De service heb ik in tijden niet zo goed meegemaakt, nog voordat onze dochter aan tafel zat lag er al een kleurplaat klaar en stelde ze voor een apart bordje met tapas te maken voor haar. Er hing gewoon een echt gezellige relaxe sfeer. Jammer dat we niet uit de buurt komen anders zaten wij hier elke week.

Heerlijk eten, erg leuk ingericht. Je vergeet helemaal dat je in Roermond bent. Alles was lekker en het fijne van tapas is dat je veel verschillende zaken kunt eten.

Kleines, sehr gemütliches Lokal. Die junge Dame im Service war wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, hat uns die Karte (nur auf niederländisch und spanisch) nochmal in aller Ruhe auf englisch erklärt, obwohl wir kurz vor Küchenende reinkamen. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut und wirklich nicht teuer. Definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Leuk klein Tapas restaurant. Gezellige sfeer, door de drukte was het echter vaak lastig om elkaar te verstaan. Personeel was top. Zelfs nog een extra toetje gekregen omdat we er wat langer op hebben moeten wachten. Alleen vond onze Spaanse dat er geen "authentieke tapas" op het menu stonden 😇. Het was echter heerlijk en was helemaal niet erg.
