Always delicious sandwiches, both filled and pastries, and the ice cream flavors are sublime! This afternoon I had the Tropical (mango, passion fruit, pineapple) sorbet and it was yum!

After a rather mixed first visit, we deliberately gave La Bomba a second chance and were thoroughly impressed this time. The café, which is a patisserie, bakery, ice cream parlor, and bistro all in one, impresses not only with its modern ambiance and high customer traffic, but above all with what really matters: quality, taste, and a love of craftsmanship. This time, we took our time and enjoyed the stylish setting. The cappuccino was deliciously aromatic, and for the latte macchiato, my request to have the milk and coffee served separately was honored so I could adjust the strength myself. We had a platter of various delicacies to choose from. The apple and almond cake was aromatic and balanced. This time, the apple flavor was clearly evident and wonderfully complemented by the subtle almond note. The pear cake was moist and fruity with a pleasantly natural flavor. Both cakes were delightfully balanced and expertly executed. The vanilla macarons impressed with the perfect balance of a delicate, crispy shell and aromatic filling. The whole experience was rounded off with a piece of homemade chocolate with a coffee crunch. A fine, sophisticated touch that truly delights. The ice cream flavors deserve special mention, winning us over with their creaminess and clearly defined flavors. The salted caramel was full-bodied with just the right touch of salt, while the yogurt-lemon-coconut flavor was surprisingly fresh, fruity, and not too sweet. A true summer highlight! You can immediately taste the passion and in-house recipes that are used here. Each product has its own unique signature. Not mass-produced, but true patisserie art. This time, we experienced very attentive, friendly, and competent service. Questions were answered openly, and special requests were happily accommodated. The staff conveyed genuine interest in their guests, which made the already pleasant ambiance even more inviting. A true insider tip for anyone who appreciates honest, handmade pastry. The variety, the quality of the products, and the creative execution of in-house recipes make this place something special. La Bomba completely won us over on our second visit! With attention to detail, authentic products, and an ambiance that invites you to linger. We're already looking forward to returning and are happy to recommend this patisserie!

Although we actually wanted to go out for ice cream, things turned out completely differently. When we saw the great patisserie works of art, we changed our mind at short notice. To put it bluntly, we have no regrets. We sat outside in the best sunshine and enjoyed our delicacies. There are also treats and gifts to take home.

Perfection! A lot of attention to detail - I only know it from the patisserie in the luxury hotel industry. Culinary, really great cinema!!

Beautiful ice cream parlor with a nice terrace. Nice, helpful service in an attractive salon. Only the "ice cream" that we came for and were able to taste (4 cones and several types of flavors) was a disappointment. Everyone <no one excepted> thought it was of questionable quality. It really wasn't tasty unfortunately. Then the ice cream parlor "La Venezia" in De Lutte is a breath of fresh air compared to La Bomba when it comes to quality and taste.

Nice place, good coffee and especially tasty pastries. Plenty of choice and friendly employees. The ice cream tasting with coffee is fun. That always leaves you wanting more.

Hier lohnt sich ein Besuch. Die heiße Schokolade ist hier ein Traum und nur zu empfehlen.

Bekannte Sorten in sehr ungewöhnlicher Präsentation. Sehr schmackhaft in frisch mit Schokolade ausgekleideten Waffelhörnchen. Sehr lecker.

Klein aber fein, Lecker Eis, tolle Athmosphäre

Ongelofelijk. Geweldige taartjes, heerlijk ijs. Prachtige zaak, uitmuntende bediening. En eigenlijk té goedkoop. Als ik zes sterren kon geven, had ik het gedaan.

Alles raak! Heerlijke belegde broodjes, geweldige saucijzenbroodjes, fantastische macarons en top (soft)ijs. Alles huisgemaakt. Dat je hier niet altijd in de rij hoeft te staan is een wonder, kennelijk het best bewaarde geheim van noordoost Twente.

La Bomba heeft het gebak verzorgd voor onze bruiloft op 30 september jl. heerlijke Bombolino’s in diverse smaken. Wat zagen ze er prachtig uit en ze waren heerlijk. Wij kregen veel complimenten van de gasten die we graag aan jullie willen doorgeven.

Mega Eis einfach nur super lecker. Pralinen sind umwerfend und alles handgemacht. Und dafür ist der Preis echt günstig. Ich sag nur Eis zum verlieben.
