Really bad experience...the Food was of terrible quality and the stuff was not good at all. We expressed our complaints but they did not even care to apologise. The place noisy and not that clean.

We were with a somewhat larger group (20 people), which is always difficult. However, they knew this well in advance, and we were supposed to get three tapas per person, which had already been set, to make things easier. But almost everything we got was fried (on a hunk of melon with some other stuff around it that hadn't been touched, that was obvious). The hamburger, on the other hand, was just beige and not tasty. My table companion had to wait an hour for his red wine. After asking three times, it arrived almost simultaneously with his dessert. Not recommended.

I wasn't thrilled with this location. There were two of us and we were seated at a small table in the aisle next to the staff restroom. It was a dark place with a lot of back and forth between staff and customers. Checking in and placing our first order wasn't smooth. The seating area at the front of the restaurant looked cleaner and more inviting. We did enjoy our meal and had a good time together.

It's hard to park your car. The dishes are really small, but you can order as much as you want. Plenty of beer and soft drinks included.

Don't go here on the weekend; they're incredibly busy then, and the food is subpar! I sent burnt dishes back three times, but they wouldn't give me a new one! Not even after asking! We went for the all-inclusive, but it turned out that wasn't valid on weekends! Which wasn't mentioned!

Food was very mediocre. Steak tips were tough and overcooked. A dish that should have crunchy pancetta on it was not crunchy and you had to look for the pancetta with a magnifying glass it was so small. There were more things that were not good. Some things tasted good but nothing stood out. The service was fine and friendly. As far as we are concerned, not worth repeating.

Unexpectedly good food! Everything was well prepared and genuinely tasty. The young man serving was attentive and quick. On Tuesday it was very quiet, so you could chat with each other without it being chaotic because of the noise around you. Recommended!

Incredibly friendly and cooperative staff! Even if you have a gluten or lactose allergy, you can still eat here! Staff also took allergies very seriously and a lot was possible! In terms of noise, it can quickly get noisy... but the food and staff are 10 out of 10! 😄

The back part in particular is packed with tables and even though it was far from full, it was extremely busy with a lot of noise. Felt very unpleasant and busy, while in the beginning it wasn't too bad with the number of occupied tables. Due to the service, tables with very noisy men and groups of ladies were also asked to lower their volume slightly. I have seen several tables who reported this disruption in pleasant dining to the service and were clearly annoyed by it. Service was also excellent, they cannot do anything about the layout of the room. The food itself was also fine and very tasty. But for me, no next time at this location. Maybe if you just go for something to eat, that's fine, but for a relaxed or romantic evening out, this location quickly becomes too busy and unpleasant due to the space/construction.

We have been to la Cubanita before. Until now we have actually always been satisfied. On Sunday February 16 the food was downright bad. We also reported this and then emailed it. Unfortunately no response was received. The only thing that was good was the staff. Friendly as always.

Good food, a bit messy in the service, probably due to a new employee

We ordered from a sticky menu with leftover food. Dishes were nicely prepared, good portions and tasty too, but not all of them were warm. Reported this to the waitress, she passed it on and it improved. Staff all friendly, pleasant and fast. Very noisy in the room, we were unlucky that there were 3 large groups dining, of which 1 group went full throttle. The time limit of 2.5 hours was clear to us in advance, but we were far from making it due to the noise. Unfortunately not a good experience for us.

It was fine, above expectations. Super friendly service, fast and delicious recipes.

This place is really cheap for the amount you get, but it's nothing special. To start with the price, both the unlimited tapas and drinks are very affordable, normally all you can eat places ask a lot for the drinks, but that ain't the case over here, even cocktails are cheap. Quality wise it varies but there were more dishes I didn't like that much than that I did like. Dishes I do really recommend are the chorizo sausage, the beef tartar & the Carpaccio & the spare ribs, in that order, these we got multiple times for how good they were. Dishes I highly recommend not getting are the mushrooms, the Spanish hamburgers (they taste like the cheap frozen burgers from the supermarket) & the spicy steak pieces (extremely chewy and tasteless). All the other dishes were okay, which was over half of them. Service was again mediocre, sometimes they would leave multiple rounds of empty plates on our table, not taking them away. This would create a bit of a mess when trying to eat new rounds. The interior did look nice, they have some nice art and the atmosphere was quite warm. Overall, I really don't think this place is that good, but if you want to eat and drink a lot, it's very affordable, and for that reason alone it already deserves its 4 stars.

Nice place with good and tasty food. If the heating is turned up a few degrees it would be worth 5 stars. Just wasn't pleasant.

It was really good food! Only the place was so cold…. That was not normal, I understand that it is winter, but to be able to use toilets for cooling is crazy.

The Christmas arrangement was again well taken care of.

Tasty and nice place, as you would expect from La Cubanita. The staff is very young and something often went wrong... a comment like no, you did order that is not very professional... but given their age and busyness, that can be forgiven.

Had a great evening! The food was delicious and the cocktails were also very tasty. We were helped by the friendly and pleasant waitress Fleur who came for a chat and created an extra good atmosphere at the table. Highly recommended!!

The only and best La Cubanita on Gouda! We like to eat out here, with and without kids. The service is adequate, attentive and extremely friendly. The kitchen staff is very knowledgeable. The food is therefore very tasty. Lots of options for halal food as well.

After a good experience in Gorinchem, I have now tried Gouda. Not very satisfied. The dishes were disappointing, most of them were not very warm. The Cuban fries with stew barely had any meat on it and there were frozen fries, for example. The room is also very noisy where you sit.

Went to dinner with old colleagues. Unfortunately 2 separate tables with a total of 16 people. Food and drinks were just okay.

My husband and I had dinner here last Saturday. I had made a reservation by phone and during this phone call I was not told that we had an end time and that we could stay for 2.5 hours. While eating we were suddenly informed that we could order 1 more round of tapas and a round of dessert. I indicated that I knew nothing about a final time and that we had had very few rounds. the waitress indicated that she would pass it on...there was no feedback. At checkout we once again expressed our disappointment that we were not aware of the 2.5 hours. The only thing that was said was oh too bad and then you certainly made a reservation by telephone. then they forgot to report this. I sent an email about this, because nowhere on the site is anything described about a time block of 2.5 hours. Today I received a call from an employee. He thought it was a difficult issue, because the lady on the phone would have reported that I had made a reservation for 2.5 hours and the checkout employee would have said that we could still go back to the table to order again. Both things are definitely left unsaid! He indicated that his colleagues have been working there for a long time and that he has no doubts. In other words, I'm lying?! According to him we would have eaten enough. Well, as a very small eater, I was still really hungry when I got home and I turned on the air fryer. I resent the fact that the complaint is being questioned. Why would I lie about this as a paying complaint? It seems to me that you should always take the customer seriously and not question them. As a compensation, we were eventually offered to get dessert for free next time. Well, next time won't come this way. It's a shame, because the food is very tasty. But as long as I feel that my word is being questioned and staff are not telling the truth, I don't have to go there anymore.

Enjoy a nice meal with the family. Nice database you can alternate with dishes. Digital ordering also works ideally! Also a number of tasty non-alcoholic cocktails on the menu

Great location, very central Goada. 24,5 euros for unlimited Tapas. The quality and variety of tapas was great. Good choices of cocktails and mocktails available as well.

We found the room where we were sitting a bit without atmosphere, poorly lit and the backyard was also particularly without atmosphere, hang some nice lights and put some nice things there.

All-you-can-eat tapas type of place. Almost no vegan options except fries 🍟 & potatoes. They have a whole vegetarian menu paragraph, which is mostly consistent of potatoes & almost all with cheese, so not for vegans & boring. For example they have few tapas with avocado, but none even vegetarian.

Food was fine and the sangria tasted delicious. It's a shame that nowadays you have to order the rounds with snacks via a QR code. That is worthless in itself, but the range was also poor at the back of the store where we were. As a result, my phone did not pick up the QR code, but fortunately it still worked on my girlfriend's phone.

Had a nice meal on Valentine's Day with my girl. It's a bit of a shame that you get a bowl pushed onto the table with your bill at exactly 7:30 PM. So please cheer up from now on. A bit of a shame about this service and way of working. She was also able to politely indicate that she wanted to get things ready for the next round and that we could possibly have a cup of coffee at the bar. I like to go to La Cubanita, but I will skip Gouda from now on.

After reading the negative reviews of La Cubanita in Ridderkerk, we decided to visit La Cubanita in Gouda. They moved a while ago and we have had good meals at the old location in the past. Once at the table we were greeted kindly and ordered something to drink. So far really great. Nice and friendly service. Restaurant looks simple but cozy. Unfortunately, I can also partly say this about the food. Simple, almost every dish was immersed in a sauce, which completely lost the taste of the dish. This resulted in the fact that every dish was extremely greasy. The vitelo tonato came straight from the freezer, which made it taste very watery as far as the taste could go. The pork tenderloin was very salty and the ham portions became smaller and smaller. The other dishes were also nothing special. The meatballs in tomato sauce looked and tasted suspiciously like the meatballs from a large Swedish department store. After a few sips, the Mojito I ordered only tasted like ice water due to the enormous amount of crushed ice in the glass. Overall, unfortunately not really a success. Fortunately, my expectations were not high, so all this did not come as a complete surprise. Unfortunately, no more La Cubanita for us.

It used to be great, but now it's expensive....food is also becoming less...and for people with a medical world pass because they can't eat much, no arrangement!!! No, it was the last time for us...unfortunately...

Nice and pleasant service. We went with a group on a Tuesday. Was a bit busy, but not annoying. The food is what you can expect for the low price. Not very spectacular, but nice and cozy.

This might be the tastiest restaurant ever! You order 2 snacks every round, but not with very long breaks, which is what you expect. That's great. There is something for everyone, from vegetarian to meatballs in tomato sauce. To be repeated!!

Nice cozy place! After several bad experiences at La Cubanita Rotterdam, we tried it here and we are convinced.... Nice and friendly staff who really do their best to make it a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

The service is in the hands of advanced youth. In both the kitchen and the service, the employees are between 15 and 19 in age. You notice that they have little sense of responsibility. If I have to wait 45 minutes for a taco with factory-cooked chicken that they only have to heat up, no one understands the seriousness of it. The quality of the food and the price are reasonable, but the staff lacks direction and accountability. I received no feedback from it on my findings, perhaps through this review....

Leuk en gezellig restaurant ook voor kinderen. Nette service. Goed bereikbaar vanaf een parkeergarage. Fijne en aardige medewerkers.

Goede ervaring. Goed eten, attent personeel. Goede prijzen. Leuke acties.

Het geserveerde eten was goed. De kibbeling was echter niet zoals wij elders gewend zijn en dat was jammer.. Wel vriendelijke bediening en de gerechten werden snel gebracht als je besteld had.

Een wat rommelig begin van de avond. Omdat de tafels nog opgeruimd moesten worden van de vorige sessie. De bediening was niet heel vriendelijk de kleine bordjes tapas werden zowat op je tafel gegooid en al was je nog aan het genieten van een gerecht werd het soms al meegenomen zonder dat je er iets van kon zeggen. Eten was prima.

Aan een 4-tafel met 3 gegeten in een 2,5 u arrangement in het lager gedeelte van het restaurant. In dit gedeelte is in het midden van de zaak een lange van 2-tafeltjes gezet voor grote groepen. Het resultaat was dat het geluid naar de zijkanten, waar o.a. ik met de anderen zaten, een behoorlijk volume produceerde en ons groepje extra ons best moesten doen om met elkaar te kunnen communiceren. Muziek als die (op de achtergrond) er zou zijn. Niet gehoord

Eerste keer bij La Cubanita. Met z'n vieren. Leuke vlotte bediening. Wel een hoop gerechtjes om te kiezen. Maar erg lekker. Ga er zeker nog een keer naartoe.

Lekker gegeten maar de naweeën waren niet zo prettig. Het was de 2e keer dat we er waren. De 1e keer hadden er twee van de vier buikloop. Dat kan nog toeval zijn, maar gisteren weer twee van de vier buikloop is wel iets te veel toeval. Ondanks dat het niet verkeerd smaakt, slaan we voortaan over.

Goed restaurant, deze vestiging heeft het allemaal goed op orde. Gezellige plek en vriendelijk personeel. Het eten is er goed, een aanrader dus!

Gezellig restaurant. Vriendelijke jonge bediening. All you can eat gaat via je smartphone met bestellen. Heerlijke tapas, vers en smakelijk. Sangria vonden wij niet lekker, veel te zoet.

We waren met z'n 4-en en 1 van ons in een rolstoel. Dit werd heel goed en vriendelijk opgevangen door de gastheer. We kregen een prima plek en eten. Complimenten aan de gastheer ( naam helaas niet bekend). Groeten Eric

Heerlijk gegeten en snelle service! Normaal gaan wij in Rotterdam, waar wij vandaan komen. Maar goede verhalen gehoord over Gouda. Niks van gelogen. Drukke tent, vriendelijk personeel en snelle bediening. Bestellen via telefoon QR, werkt prima! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Tipje wel; de deur stond open en dat was best fris voor de tafel die tot aan de bar geplaatst waren.

Eten was erg lekker, had een moijto besteld die smaakte naar limoensap. Zo hoorde een moijto te smaken volgens het recept van het personeel. Na dit aangegeven te hebben werd er spa rood en munt toegevoegd dit verandere helaas niks aan de smaak. Uit eindelijk is die mee terug gegaan( vol). Daarna een andere cocktail besteld die wel goed smaakte. Bij het afrekenen stond hij nog steeds op de bon en werd er helaas niet afgehaald slechte service en er was geen manager aanwezig. Voor ons nooit meer la co bonita!!
