La Place Express in Dapperbuurt

Look, I'll cut a small place like this some slack. 3/5 stars on mood and service. I didn't expect much from the shawarma durum, but this is, of the many shawarma places I've tried, the worst durum of my life. Hardly any meat, and at a 10€ price tag. Toppings were classic stuff I'd expect on a hamburger. Would avoid and go somewhere else.

No greetings, they are not friendly & not flexible. They don’t speak English and price is very high. €28 for two people. Food is okay. not enough.5-6 years old kids running in the kitchen 🙈

Waited almost 2 hours yesterday. Ordered a roti roll the day before yesterday. Disgusting. Chicken was dry, nothing was seasoned. Nasi was always good. Now dry. Chicken tasted weird. Order also took a long time. The fat on the spring roll dried off. Portions are also stingy

Nice simple and ok,chips refried and sauce was OK, service slow, not busy at all ,very quite yet five staff members making not interaction with customers just messing around one till point (not professional seemed customers came second once they thought they had time to take orders).

The Egyptian pizza is very delicious in Amsterdam. The place is great when you eat pizza on the sidewalk with people next to you. I love Egyptian food inside Egypt and outside Egypt as well.
