staff is unskilled, some people are friendly and some are really not! Some don’t know how the coffee machine works and everytime it’s like they are doing me a massive favor by making a drink for me for which I am paying!

There's a wide selection of delicious things, and the coffee is excellent. It's a shame there's nowhere to sit and enjoy your coffee and treats.

Friendly staff. Often they have to work two places duo to shortage of people so are not immediately available when you want to order. Tip: have a peek around the corner on the right and wave your arm. Another tip: bring your own mug, it'll be used instead of theirs and you'll be given a discount.

My daughter (7) wants to work here later to learn how to make pizza. She thought it was the best pizza ever. I thought it was delicious too. Friendly staff. One thing to keep in mind: clean the tables more often and use clean towels. The two I saw would go in the laundry or the trash.

Not much on the shelves. Kibbeling is microwaved, and a salmon sandwich comes with four small pieces of salmon. And that for almost €9. It didn't taste good.

I was at your location for dinner on the 11th of December, and the employee who cooked my burger has provided amazing customer service. My bun was almost imperceptibly burnt and he was the one pointing it out, asking if I wanted another one, I gently refused as there was no problem with it. Just wanted to highlight that this has never happened to me in fancy/expensive restaurants and BurgerBar is winning the game.

The chef was friendly on the phone when we first called after the maximum wait time had passed. The delivery driver was also friendly when the food arrived, almost two hours later. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this order. The food was quite tasteless; the lukewarm temperature didn't help matters, and the prawn crackers, which had been discussed over three phone calls, were forgotten. It was nice that a free piece of spekkoek was included as compensation, but it was a shame it nearly fell apart from being dry. We will get a 20% discount on our next order! First world problems, of course, and the people were friendly, but the food was simply subpar and the spekkoek took a long time to arrive.
