staff is unskilled, some people are friendly and some are really not! Some don’t know how the coffee machine works and everytime it’s like they are doing me a massive favor by making a drink for me for which I am paying!

I've been waiting 30 minutes to order a coffee. It feels like a showroom, and there's no one to help you. It's so bizarre.

There's a wide selection of delicious things, and the coffee is excellent. It's a shame there's nowhere to sit and enjoy your coffee and treats.

Friendly staff. Often they have to work two places duo to shortage of people so are not immediately available when you want to order. Tip: have a peek around the corner on the right and wave your arm. Another tip: bring your own mug, it'll be used instead of theirs and you'll be given a discount.

Delicious but very expensive can be found in the Jumbo.
