Delicious food, cozy and relaxed atmosphere!!!

We ate here for the first time and we really enjoyed it. Both the food and the service were excellent. I had the sirloin steak and also really liked that I could order a smaller portion.

Easy to make reservations and very friendly staff. The food was also very tasty despite the crowds.

Friendly staff, good food, good flavors. Go there and be surprised. Something for everyone.

A while ago we had dinner for the first time at La Storia Restaurant & Catering in Brunssum. As the manager of Limbo Restaurants, we naturally have to try all the restaurants that come along. La Storia had been on our list for a long time. But that list is growing so fast that the choice is simply enormous. We started with a starter board with different types of bread, some spreads and olives. A really good start. When you see the board you immediately know, "this is the right place for you", and we were! Our starters were the Trio di Carne - carpaccio, vitello and roast beef, and the Trifolati - mushrooms and artichokes in white wine and garlic. Both entrees were really enjoyed. So we couldn't wait for the rest to come. In the meantime, after studying the wine list, I opted for a delicious Argentinian Malbec and my wife for an Astoria Pink. And that turned out to be a great choice for the rest of the evening. For me, our main courses were the Tagliata with pepper sauce, and this tenderloin was truly worldly. I rarely come across him this good. My wife chose the pizza pollo. This was obviously too big for her and what was left was neatly packaged and given home. Excellent service! For desserts we had the tiramisu and a chocolate lava cake. Accompanied by an iced coffee and a cognac for me. We paid €138, and had another great evening. They will definitely see us here again. Only... the list of restaurants is long... very long...🙂

Sorry La Storia, the food was just not good. We recently had dinner here with 6 people and everyone in the group was dissatisfied, chaotic service, we only received the menu after half an hour because we asked about it. Had to wait more than 2.15 hours for the main menu and for most people the food was not warm but lukewarm. The salmon was bone dry. We had also indicated this, we received a standard answer "I will pass it on to the kitchen". The restaurant was packed and I don't think the kitchen was prepared for this. Tip; Allow fewer people and adjust this to the capacity of the kitchen. I have had a good meal here in this restaurant a number of times before, but now it was a big disappointment for the entire group. The prices in this restaurant are high, so you expect good service. I won't be coming back here for a while.

Delicious food in June. Nice menu with enough choice. Friendly staff and nice place inside. We opted for the 4-course surprise menu. Recommended!

Unfortunately, La Storia is no longer what it used to be. Had dinner here on Boxing Day and what a nasty experience this was! The menu stated that there would be various appetizers, but we did not see any. The starter was prepared and refrigerated so it was served stone cold. After the aperitif we had to ask the staff if we could order some drinks and unfortunately this would continue for the rest of the evening. I had tenderloin for main course and it was tough and burnt! When I said something about it, the staff at first didn't really know what to do with it. Finally another waitress said I could get a new one. The spaghetti was quite bland. Unfortunately we were not able to eat dessert because we had a sick person at the table so we had to go home. The restaurant was very noisy, you could hardly hear your own conversation. The service was slow and not so smooth. We have all shared these experiences in the survey that you will receive in your mailbox after your visit. I actually kind of expected that we would get a response to this, it didn't have to be much, "what a shame that you didn't like it, we hope you will like the service and the food better the next time you come." !” It had been very sufficient and friendly. It was one of my favorite restaurants at the old location, but now I'd rather skip it!

Had dinner at La Storia on Christmas Day. Delicious dinner 4 courses and various snacks as a starter. Warm atmosphere and beautifully laid out table. The staff is very friendly and often asks if everything is okay. The only comment is that the time between the second and third courses was long, but it is of course quite a task to serve every guest in a full restaurant. For us it was no reason not to give 5 *****. We had a beautiful evening. Mille Grazie team La Storia

Really great restaurant. Everything was fresh, the meat was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. Dessert, tiramisu, not too sweet, so very good too. Small deduction in the B grade, a drink was forgotten once, otherwise the service team was wonderful. Definitely recommended.

Heerlijk gegeten in deze mooi verbouwde nieuwe locatie van La Storia aan de Kerkstraat. Binnen is het echt heel sfeervol en gezellig. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en het eten was top. De pizza met pikante garnalen is een absolute aanrader! Komen snel zeker een keer terug.

Wow wow wow Heerlijk gegeten, het vlees was precies goed. En de bediening was zo gastvrij. We hebben genoten 😍

Het was niet meer zoals eerder. We gingen extra terug voor de pizza taco, maar waarschijnlijk hebben ze nu een andere bakker/kok. Bodem was vrij taai. Bediening vriendelijk, maar en ja kan gebeuren, je zit op het terras, krijgt bestek gebracht, maar daarna komen de pizza's in een doos om mee te nemen...

Super gegeten. Prijs/kwaliteit goed in verhouding. Super goeie aardige service. Ons zien ze zeker vaker terug. Aanrader!!!

Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening. Voorgerechten waren lekker en goed verzorgd. De garnalen bijvoorbeeld waren ruim voldoende in vergelijking bij andere restaurants krijg je hier een goede hoeveelheid. Het vlees hebben wij nergens zo lekker gehad en heel mals! De pasta zalm was ruim gevuld en ik hoefde de zalm niet te zoeken. Al met al goed eten en een goede sfeer.

Leuke avond gehad met onze kleindochter,ze had haar A- zwemdiploma gehaald,het personeel heeft haar in de watten gelegd,tafel versiert met ballonnen,haar lievelings pasta gemaakt,het toetje mocht ze zelf maken enz.,wij hebben ook heerlijk gegeten.Bedankt iedereen voor de geslaagde avond 👍

Heerlijke pizza's en lekker voorgesneden zodat wanneer je niet alles op krijgt lekker de pizza punten mee naar huis mag nemen en de volgende dag nog even mag nasmulllen

Lang wachten vriendelijke bediening voldoende voor de maaltijd

Lekker gegeten,het vlees van de mixgrill was goed gebakken. De pasta was zeer goed.
