Why has this good place been closed for over 2 weeks? I always like to order here via Thuisbezorgd.

no pizza, no money back.I do not recomend

We ordered a tiramisu dessert for three people. It arrived as a hard lump of ice cream...we really didn't like that. We called three times and emailed Colin, the owner, twice. According to the staff, he wasn't there even once??? To this day, four weeks later, still no response...truly outrageous!!! Please resolve this properly.

The boys really pleased me with the pasta, it was truly delicious, so don't believe any of the bad reviews! See you next time.

Ordered on Monday, but it didn't go well. We couldn't get through, it turned out there was a phone outage. To compensate for the inconvenience, we received the correct pizza and an extra dessert free of charge today, delivered by the owner himself! A nice solution!

The food was not too expensive and quite tasty. There was a mistake with an order, but after a phone call and a photo, a whole new pizza was delivered immediately, plus a drink for the wait, so that was neatly resolved!

LaForno is one of those places where everything is just right. The food is top notch: well seasoned (pastas and pizzas), full of flavor and clearly prepared with love. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and you immediately feel welcome. What really stands out: the people who work there know exactly what good service is. Attentive, friendly and relaxed. You won't find that combination of atmosphere, food and service anywhere else. I will definitely come back here!

The food is very tasty and varied. Whatever we order, we are always surprised at how tasty the dishes are. Friendly staff and we always receive hospitable service when collecting. We will certainly continue to place our orders here.

My son and I really enjoyed the food. Everything was hot, tasted fresh and the portions were generous. I forgot to order something so I called the store. The manager answered and helped me in a super friendly manner. Really top service! We also didn't have to wait long. In short, highly recommended!

Delicious pasta chicken pesto (= large portion), picked up on the recommendation of a friend. Had tiramisu for dessert. And had a delicious meal at home. Brought the flyer and will definitely order more often. I'll just have it delivered next time! Nice that you can look into the kitchen like this. Staff is very nice. Smooth operation!

The pasta was a real disappointment - the dish was literally floating in the oil. The taste was lacking and not at all balanced. You can't give something like that to a customer, it's unbelievable.

Atmosphere not applicable because for delivery. Ordered half an hour away and after 45 minutes it was already there. 3 pizzas and hot wings. Good quality and hot food.

I order. Waited 2 and a half hours. It felt like pizza was moving. It was really cold, my dick feels even warmer and it's -5. I also ordered a swarma sandwich here, got it in a hot dog bun, barely managed to get rid of the animal, and afterwards it would have been better to eat my dog.

I ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats, and would give them 0 stars if I could. When my order did not arrive on time, I called the restaurant. They assured me it would be there within 20 minutes. At this time, I clarified which hotel near AMSl I was staying at. I waited in the lobby and after 30 minutes my food was still not delivered. When I called again, they told me my pizza had been delivered (I ordered pasta). When I told them they were confusing my order with someone else's and to please not lie to me, the man on the phone hang up. When I called the restaurant back, the same gentleman told me I had better behave. I could hear him in the background insulting me in Dutch. When I spoke to the woman who allegedly delivered my food, she essentially called me stupid for filling things out wrong. The entire conversation they refused to tell me the name of the hotel they delivered my food to so that I could retrieve it. They just insisted they gave it to a man at reception with tattoos. A lot of this headache could have been avoided if they told me the name of the hotel they mistakenly delivered my food to.

AVOID this place. I had the unfortunate circumstance of having my flight being cancelled, therefore was given an accommodation from the airline, 10 minutes away from this so called „restaurant“. I placed an order well in advance (10:00 to be precise) for delivery to be scheduled between 12:00-12:30. Fair enough to say, I expected my food to arrive shortly between this time frame. I understand that sometimes, it may be busy in a restaurant during certain hours, but come on, a scheduled delivery and even that cant be on time? I requested multiple updates from the restaurant over Uber Eats, as well as called them multiple times only to never get a response. Do not understand how a „restaurant“ like this can even be on Uber Eats. It is completely unreliable, has zero communication with its customers. Definitely will be contacting Uber Eats customer service to see if I can receive compensation for this, as it is unacceptable. Curious to see when my food will actually arrive… ridiculous.

First of all, I'm glad I got my food at all after reading the reviews. Anyway, we live on an industrial estate and our bell was broken, so I put it in the description that they had to ring my arrival. She then only called the number on the note downstairs once and unfortunately this boy was not at home. Furthermore, she did not call the number I added, after half an hour in the home delivery it said that the delivery person was on his way, I started calling the tent myself. Here I was treated with everything but politely and immediately accused that it was my fault and that I had poor reception or that the telephone number was incorrect. When I walked downstairs and pointed out her mistake to the delivery person, there was no apology. She called once in the 20 minutes she was waiting and also to the wrong number. The food was cold, but otherwise fine, except that the pasta did not contain chicken and we also received the wrong dessert.

If you order at 11:00 PM and your food doesn't arrive until 1:00 AM for a burger, Mexicano and fries, it's really scandalous. Had the wrong drink. Fries have been fried several times so they are hard to eat. That's not how you treat people or food. I literally threw the burger away. And then say yes, we are missing a delivery person because something happened to their mother. Then they turn their problem into my problem. I literally live 6 minutes away from there. Worst food ever, what a tragedy. So I waited 2 hours for food, which I actually threw in the trash. This really sucks

I've ordered from here regularly and it's always been hit or miss, but yesterday was absurd. Ordered at 11:25 pm and received nothing. Called after about an hour and a half but you are pushed away and get a message that the voicemail is full. Almost €40 wasted on air. I left a review on Thuisbezorgd and it (along with two other negative reviews) has already been removed today. Incredibly ridiculous and embarrassing. Don't order here if you don't want to get ripped off.

Ordered food this week and it was very late. I call at 2:30 am to say I don't want the food. I am asked if I want to award them because they are busy? Not even a sorry or anything like that, luckily pay cash was printed. The delivery person is at the door anyway. simply sent away, we will never order from here again.

Recently taken over by a new owner. Ordered yesterday via home delivery, but it went completely wrong, it was only delivered after two hours and the food was cold. After I posted a negative review on home delivery, the owner, Colin, called me, apologized, and suggested I order a meal at his expense. So today I ordered a delicious pepperoni pizza, which arrived on time and was therefore warm. Very good service!

Really disappointed, never order again, I make the order at 16:20, to be delivered at 18:00 but after 1 hours from the delivery time still no answer when it’s gonna be delivered. Thank you never order again ! Read the reviews first to don’t waste your time and money !

The food is very good and the taste 😋 is very new to their pizza 🍕 delicious and wonderful and the orders arrive quickly 🏃‍♂️ their food is amazing. I hope they always maintain the same quality in food as we always used to.

Eten was heerlijk en snel bezorgd

Dit was onze eerste bestelling hier, we besloten het op te halen aangezien we op zondagavond niet het risico wilden lopen dat het een late levering zou worden. Bij binnenkomst niet een erg vriendelijke begroeting, maar wellicht dat ze meer ervaring hebben met bezorgen. De pizza's waren in elk geval erg lekker! 1 veggie zonder ui met ham en was idd zonder ui gelukkig! en een pittige kip. beiden heel goed belegd en nog lekker warm bij thuiskomst. We besloten ook elk een tiramisu te proberen (oreo en speculoos) maar die waren bevroren en dat kwam de smaak niet ten goede.

I ordered from there at 11h30 at night. It took an hour and a half for the food to get there. The thing that made me wanna jump off a building was that on the website it said 20-30 minutes. Then it said that it would take 51 minutes. 51 minutes later there was no food. 40 minutes later we finally get our food. It was pretty good but overall a terrible experience.

Bezorging altijd binnen de tijd en heerlijk eten. Je merkt echt dat het zelf gemaakt is, heerlijk aanrader

Prima als je in de buurt bent en snel iets wilt eten

Keer op keer heerlijk eten bij Laforno, ik bestel hier altijd met plezier. Maakt niet uit wat je besteld, alles is smaakvol en voldoet aan de verwachtingen, vooral de pizza’s zijn hier heerlijk. De bezorging duurt ook nooit te lang, als er vertraging is en of het druk is wordt dat altijd netjes aangegeven. Top restaurant en zeker een aanrader!
