Went out for dinner on Christmas Day, absolutely no Christmas spirit, heater broken, so besides no atmosphere, the temperature was also around freezing... the place is a complete mess... I walk past an empty, cluttered kitchen that isn't in use, into a cold, uninviting dining room with a few tables... the stage, or rather a platform, is full of junk and a few musical instruments, and for what? No idea, that evening it was more gathering dust... maybe they had a party the night before and left everything like that? The food was served lukewarm... and apparently it came from the kitchen of the restaurant next door... all a bit vague... it seemed more like they were quickly setting up a room for Christmas to generate some extra income... a bit of a letdown.

We went there for dinner with a group of eight women. The food was delicious. The cocktails were delicious. Very friendly service. The price is right for the food and the quantity. I highly recommend eating there! Fantastic!

We went with a group of eight ladies for the Christmas menu. They were so flexible that we could enjoy the menu on a different date. The food was delicious, the service was 10/10, and the atmosphere after dinner was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you want to enjoy a cozy evening, Le Club Zoetermeer is the place to be. A shout out to Latina for the excellent service!

An order placed at 4:10 PM was delivered at 5:45 PM. The food was lukewarm, almost cold, and the corn was cold. A bit of a shame, because I know from previous orders that it could be better.

We ate through a social deal. The menu didn't match what was offered. Many dishes weren't listed. The beef was cooked medium rare without us asking. We thought it wouldn't be a problem. Until we got home that evening. We both had stomach problems. The food itself was fine, the atmosphere was good. Still, we won't be going back.

In a word: outrageous! OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS!!! The food and cocktails are absolutely delicious. Not many words are needed...you have to come here, otherwise you haven't lived!!! See you soon ☺️

We had a delicious meal at Le Club. We're not fans of very spicy food, and the waitress warned us about the appetizer we'd chosen. So we chose something else. She later brought a little of the spicy dish for us to try. A small appetizer with a creamy sauce was just enough to know we'd made the right choice. Highly recommended.

Celebrated my 50th birthday here. The service was fantastic. Despite the large group, they remained attentive to our allergies, so we thoroughly enjoyed the truly delicious food. I've since enjoyed the chicken and salmon, which were perfectly seasoned. My fellow diners commented that the spareribs were so tender they fell off the bone and melted in your mouth, and the pork belly was a favorite of several of our guests. We had a blast and danced happily with each other and the other guests. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the DJ knows his music! We'll definitely be back!

We made a reservation at 9 a.m. When we arrived, we waited 5 minutes for a table. We waited an hour for our food, and then it was cold. It was quite busy, and there was only one server.

I saw on Instagram that this restaurant serves Antillean BBQ food. My friends and I were in Zoetermeer for a wellness event, so I thought we'd give it a try. Great music and a beautiful setting for a restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had truk 'i pan BBQ chicken, truk 'i pan beef (medium rare) with large shrimp, jerk chicken, and Caribbean mix. The BBQ chicken was delicious. The beef was done instead of medium rare, but the flavor of the dish was delicious. However, you have to pay extra for beef and shrimp with a large portion. Keep that in mind. The jerk chicken was delicious. Full of flavor, and it comes with fries. The Caribbean mix was tasty. Not all the dishes were hot. There was a difference in the meat type, whether it was hot or lukewarm. But I enjoyed my meat. Since I enjoy it for a long time, this didn't bother me. The spareribs were particularly tender and delicious. I asked for pepper. I got the souto soy pepper. Surprisingly, it was a good combination with some fries and the spareribs, but I was expecting the Antillean pika. But this was a good solution. The drinks were delicious. The service was meticulously executed, with the bottle bearing the logo facing the customer. You can tell they're hospitality professionals. It's nice to see this is still practiced these days. I could come here with my parents. There was a Caribbean vibe thanks to the music. We were here on Saturday, August 30th. There was a birthday party. I can see this is a great place to celebrate a birthday. They even played a Surinamese birthday song for the birthday boy. It was fun. They brought decorations and cake. It's nice to see that this is possible. There was a large group next to us. No one was bothered by each other or the music. Everyone clapped for the birthday boy. We didn't get a piece of cake, which is a shame, haha. Just kidding. Some days there's live music. We asked about it, but that evening it wasn't there. We were asked if one of us wanted to sing, hahaha. We declined the offer but chose to remain calm, hahaha. Hungry and full of proportion. We were almost all hungry. The regular truk 'i pan was good. The large was just bordering on the full. The jerk chicken is filling. Yes, the Caribbean mix was completely eaten (something to do with being raised in the Antilles and not wasting food), but I did go home rolling. There were two portions of fries in one small fryer container. So, advice: eat first before ordering extra. We are four women with different preferences, but we all love good food.

I ordered two Truki pans through Thuisbezorgd, and they were completely soaked in sauce, making the fries so soggy. Plus, you have to search for the pieces of meat. You know what? Let's try the restaurant itself. There's absolutely no atmosphere in the restaurant, and it looks like it hasn't been serviced in ages. We sit down, and the staff asks, "What can I do for you?" I even asked for a drink and a menu. The staff was otherwise friendly, but often very awkward; they stood by our table unnecessarily long and couldn't get their words out. It also doesn't fit the atmosphere of what I think a Caribbean restaurant should be like. We ordered food: a mixed grill and a Truki pan with jerk chicken and BBQ chicken. Again, the Truki pan was so overly sauced that the fries were inedible. In both dishes, the meat was barely warm. The spareribs even felt cold. A tip: offer the option to order the sauce separately, both for home delivery and in-restaurant. Then people can choose how much sauce they want and the fries will stay crispy. Unfortunately, the home delivery and in-restaurant service were a big disappointment. So, that was our last time. I hope they improve a lot in the future because the concept is good, but it still needs a lot of work.

A really nice restaurant to eat at. Fantastic atmosphere! It just took a while to get our food. We were a large group of about 15 people. It might not be suitable for very large groups. The staff is super friendly and truly fantastic!

I recently ate here on a Friday night through Social Deal. It was relatively quiet, but ordering took about 20 minutes, and receiving the food took another 40 minutes. I've been here before, and I've noticed the portions have gotten considerably smaller. It's a shame, because the food itself still tastes good. The service is a bit slow, though.

I ate here for my birthday on July 3rd. Second year in a row. That day I had the most delicious and tender spareribs!! OMG, so good! Extremely friendly staff. The owner is such a kind man too. At the end of the evening, I even received a bottle of wine for my birthday. So kind!! It was a whole evening with delicious food and lovely staff!!

Just ordered a Truki pan and we really enjoyed it. We ordered a large one with Caribbean rice on the side, and that was enough for two people. Delivery is taking a bit longer, so we'd better pick it up next time.

The unlimited spare ribs were good, nothing to complain about. The lamb chops were terrible. The service was poor; not once did anyone come by to ask if everything was to your liking. We had to keep asking for refills for drinks, which would otherwise increase your turnover. The tables were dirty. Perhaps a tip would be to decorate them more attractively, perhaps with flowers, etc. Not recommended.

Very variable. Number of times we ate in the restaurant and had it delivered a few times: The taste of the food is definitely not an issue. It's always very pleasant. When you sit in the restaurant, you notice that more attention is paid to home delivery, which means longer wait times inside: a side dish was forgotten. We mentioned this twice and finally said, "Never mind." For home delivery, we ordered truki'pan a few times: extra meat and extra sauce because the meat and sauce were hard to come by. I don't normally write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I have to share it. At 17:45 we ordered 2 small Truki Pan with delivery at 18:30. The order didn't arrive until 19:20, and to our surprise there was only one Truki Pan in it. I immediately called the restaurant to report this. The lady at the bar indicated that she had to discuss it with a colleague and that we would be called back as soon as possible. After 20 minutes we finally received a call from a colleague with the message that the delivery person was on his way with one more Truki Pan. I explained again that we wanted to receive two Truki Pan, as we had ordered and paid for, because we wanted to eat together. The employee indicated that this would be arranged and that the delivery person would still come with two Truki Pan. When he arrived, he wanted to take the first (opened) Truki Pan with him as proof. Understandable, but after waiting for 1.5 hours we had of course already eaten from it. Or did you expect us to make a peanut butter sandwich? Not even ten minutes later we were called again. Not to apologize, but to get an explanation as to why the first Truki Pan had been eaten. As if it is unreasonable that you eat from what is delivered to you, after such a long wait. To make matters worse, the lady indicated that, because we had eaten from it, she wanted to send the delivery person back so that we could still pay for three Truki Pan. Sorry, what? I spoke to a total of three different people, including the owner, and I did not get a single “sorry” or any apology from anyone. Everything was turned around as if we had done something wrong, while as a customer we just wanted to get what we paid for. No responsibility, no customer friendliness, only discussion and misunderstanding. The owner eventually indicated that we would not be able to resolve the matter and put us on the block list. In short: as a regular customer you get no understanding, no service, but a block. Mistakes can happen, but how you deal with them says everything about your service, and that was nowhere to be found here.

De dame aan de bar gaf aan dat ze het moest overleggen met een collega en dat we z.s.m. teruggebeld zouden worden. Na 20 minuten werden we eindelijk gebeld door een collega met de mededeling dat de bezorger onderweg was met nog één Truki Pan. Ik legde opnieuw uit dat we twee Truki Pan wilden ontvangen, zoals we ook hadden besteld en betaald, omdat we samen wilden eten. De medewerkster gaf aan dat dit geregeld zou worden en dat de bezorger alsnog met twee Truki Pan zou komen. Toen de bezorger arriveerde, wilde hij de eerste (incomplete) Truki Pan meenemen als “bewijs”. Begrijpelijk, maar wij hadden daar uiteraard al een paar happen van genomen . Na anderhalf uur wachten hadden we simpelweg trek. We gaven de aangebroken pan alsnog mee. Nog geen tien minuten later werden we opnieuw gebeld door dezelfde medewerkster, dit keer om verhaal te halen over waarom er gegeten was van de teruggegeven Truki Pan. In plaats van begrip kregen we verwijten. Ze vond het onterecht dat er van het eten geproefd was, ondanks het feit dat zij had toegezegd dat we de correcte bestelling opnieuw zouden ontvangen. Daarna werd ik doorgeschakeld naar de eigenaar, die aangaf dat we er “niet uitkwamen” en ons daarom maar op de blokkeer lijst zouden zetten zodat we niet meer kunnen bestellen. Gedurende dit hele proces heb ik met drie verschillende medewerkers/eigenaar gesproken en van niemand heb ik ook maar één keer een “sorry” of enig excuus gehoord. Geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen, geen klantvriendelijkheid, alleen maar discussie en onbegrip. En dit terwijl wij vaste klanten zijn, zowel in het restaurant als via online bestellingen. Wat begon als een simpele fout, is volledig uit de hand gelopen door een gebrek aan service en empathie. Erg teleurstellend. Fouten kunnen gebeuren, maar hoe je ermee omgaat maakt het verschil. Deze ervaring zegt voor ons genoeg.

We celebrated a bachelorette party of our girlfriend at this location. The staff did everything to give us and especially the bride to be an unforgettable evening! The food was delicious, meat very tender. The crew super friendly and helpful. That is no longer self-evident these days. After dinner a DJ provided super slate music that we danced to! Something for everyone but above all fun. I definitely recommend this place for a bachelorette party or birthday party for example.

I went for dinner without a reservation, a it was super quiet, Sunday evening after 19:00 The place is ok, I expected something more elegant for the price, but it is fine. The chairs need a matine because in some of them the fabric was out. We ordered the ribs and the mixed grill deluxe with ossenhaas and entrecor. When they brought the plate, they also added a chicken thigh 😋 this was a really good surprise 😊, the taste of ribs 100% delicious, tender. Unfortunately, I don't have the same opinion of the ossenhaas and the entrecot. I ordered medium, and it was well done and dry. Overall, the experience was good, but they need to improve with the quality of the ossenhaas and the entrecot.

Spontaneously went here for dinner 2 weeks ago. It wasn't busy. I immediately noticed the state of the restaurant, very bad floor, horrible fake flowers that were stuck somewhere. In short, there is no atmosphere at all. But full of good cheer we ordered anyway. I had a surf and turf and my friend the spare ribs. The spare ribs were good and the sauce had a nice taste. My prawns were rotten, they were so overcooked, the tenderloin was tough. We had 2x sparkling water, 1 beer and a red wine main course and dessert with 1 cappuccino. The creme brulee does not have ice cream! the fruits that were supposed to be with it were not there. This dinner cost us over 110 euros! really way too much!! price quality ratio way below par!! We will not be back... this was extremely disappointing.... Staff did their best but unfortunately completely missed the mark.... really a shame... The floor can rightly be called dangerous

Wanted to eat something tasty on the terrace, it took a while before we were helped. Of course that doesn't matter so I ask someone from the waiter if we could place our order inside, I get an arrogant look and the gentleman says 'you have to wait until someone helps you'. Not a hospitable atmosphere at all, there are plenty of other nice terraces in the area.

We did not have a pleasant experience at Le Club The food we ordered was not delivered, but after asking again it was not delivered again. We had to ask several times for a bottle of water. Ultimately, when we paid, they had included dishes that we had not received on the receipt. We did not feel taken seriously and it was not service oriented at all. It was our first time at Le Club, but we won't be back.

After careful consultation, the disappointing takeaway meal was offered again. Dino indicated that Le Club has the best spare ribs in Zoetermeer and surrounding areas. He's right!!! We had delicious spare ribs and the fries were also delicious! Highly recommended!

No chance. That is my experience if I had to describe it in one word. The service/service, the waiting time, the restaurant itself, the atmosphere, the cocktails/mocktails and the food. Truly hopeless. Never again.

Made a last minute reservation. Lovely place, friendly staffs. Food was good. Certain food on the menu is pricey, so it depends what you like and can afford. They have a separate section for special events (adults only ☺️) So if it a family moment or spending some time with friends and colleagues with some great music and drinks you should checkt it out.

After ordering, the dishes arrived at long intervals. For example, the sauce for the meat only came when the meat was already cold. Our sauce was at the neighbors, or so we think. At checkout we thought the amount was quite high, but we paid. At home it turned out that we had paid for the table next to us. More than 20.00 too much. Sloppy but neatly passed by and complained. We would be called back. That didn't happen. Called again with the same result. It's sad if you have to earn your money this way. A big fail!! Updated 08-04-2025 After a lot of arguing via e-mail, during which the complaints were not responded to at all, the owner indicates that too much was not paid, while this is admitted in the e-mail correspondence. To be fair, the food is very good. Highly recommended in my opinion. We will definitely go again. I had the unlimited spareribs for 1.5 hours. The ribs were delicious and if you like spicy, please let us know and you will get a spicy sauce based on soy sauce. The only criticism I have is how they use the concept of unlimited. After your normal portions you always get 4 ribs. You are only allowed to order more when it is gone, under the guise of “waste”. In my opinion, this is nonsense and a disguised measure to prevent you from eating "a lot" of ribs. Because it takes at least 10 minutes before you have 4 ribs on your plate, and a bite is gone. (Take/make/serve order. Then the 1.5 hours pass quickly. Apart from the fact that everyone has already finished eating for 45 minutes and I only received my 4th order and I was also half full. Tip: just make whole combs and set a penalty scheme for not eating them. This is also what is used for unlimited sushi eating.

Went here for dinner with a group of 6. It took more than 20 minutes between ordering and receiving a drink. We opted for unlimited spareribs. We arrived at 7:00 PM and didn't get anything to eat until 8:15 PM. The next round also lasted 30 minutes. Besides the fact that it all took an extremely long time, the atmosphere was also not very good. After 2 hours the music suddenly came on. The staff doesn't understand it much either. Everything went wrong. The spareribs, on the other hand, had a good taste and were well cooked. Not for us anymore anyway.

It was a rocky start with the reservation for 11 people. But, all in all, thanks to Dino, it was a success and it was a wonderful evening. Despite the hustle and bustle of the group and a baby, they were calm and friendly. It was Mother's birthday and a nice happy birthday song was played. I definitely recommend them for an evening out with good food and good service.

Not ordered before. Got spareribs for 5 and arrived really hot. These were absolutely delicious. Ordered more for 1 person on purpose (because we were all very hungry). In the end the fries were just a bit too much. Of course the spareribs were completely eaten and everyone was licking their fingers at how delicious they were. I must say the best in the area. Next time again!

The 6 of us had dinner here in the Dorpsstraat in Zoetermeer with vouchers from social deal. The soato soup was way too salty, the rest of the food was cold, the fries were limp and if you ordered a drink you had to ask several times where it was. 4 had already finished the desserts while 1 still had to get ice cream and when that was finished 1 still had not had normal coffee. If you order a cocktail you also have to wait half an hour and then another few minutes for your straw. The Irish coffee didn't even come with a spoon and neither did the ice cream dessert. There's literally everything that can go wrong here. Definitely NOT recommended, we will NEVER go there again!

What a terrible tent. Uncozy, no reception upon entry. The fact that it was so quiet on Friday evening should have said enough. After 18 minutes no one said, asked or looked at anything. We grabbed our coats again and went.

Ordered 2 portions of spareribs with fries to eat at home. Received 1 portion of fries and 2x 8 pieces of spare ribs. Without sauce, salad or anything like that. Paid 45 euros. Spare ribs are tasty and fall off the bone, but there is little difference between spicy compared to sweet. Hope the people in the restaurant get more food on their plates
