I recently moved to Zoetermeer and have been truly spoiled with excellent sushi in The Hague. Today (on my birthday) I placed a large order, but unfortunately, it wasn't delivered in its entirety. But after calling and speaking to a very friendly employee, we had our delicious order completed 15 minutes later. My guests and I had a wonderful meal! The sushi was excellent and neatly packaged. We'll definitely be back!

I have been there twice to order on the spot. Thumbs up for Ashni N. (lady behind the counter). She is very friendly, cheerful and helpful. There was once something wrong with the order which was solved by her within 2 minutes without any problems as well as the savings points that were not added.

I've ordered a few times already. The sushi is fine, but it's always delivered half an hour to even two hours after the cutoff time. It's possible to order once, but we always have this problem. Then they give you a €10 voucher to order again within a short timeframe. This is also a way to try and retain customers. This was our last time here.

Update from today, February 15, 2025 After a long time, we thought we'd order sushi from Sushipoint Zoetermeer again. We'd had some very bad experiences with this place a while back, but, thinking they can change, we ordered again. It was supposed to be busy and take 65 minutes. In reality, we waited another two hours. Then, the lady was in the wrong place, even though we clearly told her where it was. Okay, once inside, they'd forgotten a large portion, and the sushi was also poor quality. We called, and the man refused to bring the forgotten sushi, and he wasn't particularly bothered by our bad experience again. 😅 We've never experienced such a crappy sushi place. So, after so many disappointing experiences ordering from this place, we'll just go to the sushi place in Waddinxveen from now on. The following message is from a while back: The last few times we waited 2.5 hours for the sushi, and the sushi wasn't very good either. Still, we thought, we'll order again; it can always happen, maybe it was just a snapshot. Unfortunately, the sushi was considerably more expensive than previous times. Okay, what doesn't happen these days... But then you expect it to be delicious, fresh sushi. It (unfortunately, again) wasn't! Unfortunately, we were disappointed again with the quality of the food. Everything was dry, especially the fish, and it didn't taste fresh and was much poorer than previous times. It's a shame the quality has deteriorated so dramatically! The whole family had stomach aches afterward, and they didn't even finish it. Such a shame! It used to be delicious, but apparently, those times have changed. The delivery time was also long again, 1.5 hours, even though it was advertised as shorter. All in all, a shame, we won't be ordering again.

Unfortunately, another very bad experience. Waited two hours, a large part of it was forgotten, wasn't delivered, and the customer service was also very poor. I wonder if they'll even refund the money. Very unusual way of doing business here. Now we know for sure: we will NOT be ordering from here again.

Good quality at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. I always get Luxery and always ask for something not spicy. They already know. There are some things we would rather not have and that will be automatically replaced. Nothing is too much for the staff. Awesome.

So far only online orders. I am very satisfied with the chicken sushi menu for 1 person. It is fresh and deliciously varied. The only and biggest disadvantage of Sushi Point is the delivery speed. It took me more than 1 hour every time before it was delivered. Because of this, I ordered from a different Sushi place the last time. The delivery time is its own area for improvement. I only order here when I'm not in a hurry to eat.

We have been getting from Sushipoint for years. We especially like the crispy sushi. The sushis are large. It always comes with ginger, soy sauce, wasabi and chopsticks. You don't have to order these extra.

Bought crispy deal. Really very disappointing. It seems like everything was thrown straight into the box, nasty, sticky idea. Don't let it cool down and also don't prepare it with care. The shrimp were still half raw, the rice was one compact mass, the so-called crispy layer was tough. It could have gone straight into the click shop 😞 Sushipoint won an award?? Absolutely not this time! This was an order from 1630, I had sent an email after calling Contact. Now almost midnight no response yet. I had the impression that the girl on the phone didn't care much either. Definitely would not recommend this business! 7-6-22 update: after email contact, I placed the same order again with some suspicion. All I can say is that this time it was very tasty! What could be less for me is the mayonnaise, but that is very personal. Both the rice and contents tasted fresh. Thanks @ Sushipoint Zoetermeer!

It wasn't tasty. Sushi was more like a piece of dry rice with some stuff on it. Everything just fell apart. It didn't look right upon delivery. Dry and tasteless. 1st time I ordered here and the last. The one star is for the good customer service because my payment came through later and was still delivered within the promised 55 minutes. And they even called me to confirm. Too bad the latter can't be combined with delicious sushi!

The sushi is delicious, really 5 stars. But the 1 star has to do with the following... when I picked up my order, the 2 chefs who prepared the sushi were both making the sushi with their face masks under their chins. The counter employee is neatly wearing his face mask. Another employee is also walking around without a face mask.

Generally fine. I had only placed an order for 42 sushis and indicated that it should contain as little raw sushi as possible, i.e. fried as much as possible. This is because my children would eat sushi. But they did not respond. Very disappointing! Because if you call them and ask if that is possible regardless of what you order, they say yes, but in practice they don't do it.

I eat there sometimes, the food is very good. It's a shame they don't offer delivery anymore, though. I used to order from them often. Very convenient for work and one of the better ones in the area. They also have healthier options, and they're fast. They're still listed on Thuisbezorgd or on their website, but then you only get a takeaway option. Such a shame.
