I recently moved to Zoetermeer and have been truly spoiled with excellent sushi in The Hague. Today (on my birthday) I placed a large order, but unfortunately, it wasn't delivered in its entirety. But after calling and speaking to a very friendly employee, we had our delicious order completed 15 minutes later. My guests and I had a wonderful meal! The sushi was excellent and neatly packaged. We'll definitely be back!

I have been there twice to order on the spot. Thumbs up for Ashni N. (lady behind the counter). She is very friendly, cheerful and helpful. There was once something wrong with the order which was solved by her within 2 minutes without any problems as well as the savings points that were not added.

I've ordered a few times already. The sushi is fine, but it's always delivered half an hour to even two hours after the cutoff time. It's possible to order once, but we always have this problem. Then they give you a €10 voucher to order again within a short timeframe. This is also a way to try and retain customers. This was our last time here.

Update from today, February 15, 2025 After a long time, we thought we'd order sushi from Sushipoint Zoetermeer again. We'd had some very bad experiences with this place a while back, but, thinking they can change, we ordered again. It was supposed to be busy and take 65 minutes. In reality, we waited another two hours. Then, the lady was in the wrong place, even though we clearly told her where it was. Okay, once inside, they'd forgotten a large portion, and the sushi was also poor quality. We called, and the man refused to bring the forgotten sushi, and he wasn't particularly bothered by our bad experience again. 😅 We've never experienced such a crappy sushi place. So, after so many disappointing experiences ordering from this place, we'll just go to the sushi place in Waddinxveen from now on. The following message is from a while back: The last few times we waited 2.5 hours for the sushi, and the sushi wasn't very good either. Still, we thought, we'll order again; it can always happen, maybe it was just a snapshot. Unfortunately, the sushi was considerably more expensive than previous times. Okay, what doesn't happen these days... But then you expect it to be delicious, fresh sushi. It (unfortunately, again) wasn't! Unfortunately, we were disappointed again with the quality of the food. Everything was dry, especially the fish, and it didn't taste fresh and was much poorer than previous times. It's a shame the quality has deteriorated so dramatically! The whole family had stomach aches afterward, and they didn't even finish it. Such a shame! It used to be delicious, but apparently, those times have changed. The delivery time was also long again, 1.5 hours, even though it was advertised as shorter. All in all, a shame, we won't be ordering again.

Unfortunately, another very bad experience. Waited two hours, a large part of it was forgotten, wasn't delivered, and the customer service was also very poor. I wonder if they'll even refund the money. Very unusual way of doing business here. Now we know for sure: we will NOT be ordering from here again.

Feel free to deliver more than an hour later without even notifying us. After a phone call saying yes within 15 minutes, Joe lied again and ended up waiting 45 minutes. See you not again.

Good quality at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. I always get Luxery and always ask for something not spicy. They already know. There are some things we would rather not have and that will be automatically replaced. Nothing is too much for the staff. Awesome.

They can pack nicely, nice box and brochures, etc., but the quality of the sushi and fish has deteriorated significantly in 1 year.

I'm looking for a similar sushi to Sushi Yoka, since it has been discontinued. Sushi is better than at Suhi point. There could be a little more soy sauce and the crab could be of better quality. So far it's my number 2

Pokebowl put together, was delicious and filling! And by the way, a nice female delivery person. Unfortunately I didn't have any change to give her a tip, I also wanted to give it because of the weather... ☹️ but thank you very much!

So far only online orders. I am very satisfied with the chicken sushi menu for 1 person. It is fresh and deliciously varied. The only and biggest disadvantage of Sushi Point is the delivery speed. It took me more than 1 hour every time before it was delivered. Because of this, I ordered from a different Sushi place the last time. The delivery time is its own area for improvement. I only order here when I'm not in a hurry to eat.

A distinction is made between vouchers from various auctions and without vouchers. The difference is in the number of sushi you get, less on voucher. For the rest, the staff is friendly and the sushi is delicious

Order here regularly. If there is anything they are very helpful and remain very friendly. We always enjoy the sushi. We will certainly remain loyal!

We have been getting from Sushipoint for years. We especially like the crispy sushi. The sushis are large. It always comes with ginger, soy sauce, wasabi and chopsticks. You don't have to order these extra.

Super tasty sushi! For a great price, it will be delivered home quickly. You will have to wait a while when picking up, but that is logical. Absolutely great.

Dry rice, everything falls apart. It didn't taste like anything and they were also meager pieces of sushi. Once but never a waste of money again.

Nice meal. There was a small error (which was not their fault), but it was resolved quickly and efficiently! We had a voucher, but without a voucher I think it is a bit pricey for a box (43 euros for a box of 32 pieces).

Bought crispy deal. Really very disappointing. It seems like everything was thrown straight into the box, nasty, sticky idea. Don't let it cool down and also don't prepare it with care. The shrimp were still half raw, the rice was one compact mass, the so-called crispy layer was tough. It could have gone straight into the click shop 😞 Sushipoint won an award?? Absolutely not this time! This was an order from 1630, I had sent an email after calling Contact. Now almost midnight no response yet. I had the impression that the girl on the phone didn't care much either. Definitely would not recommend this business! 7-6-22 update: after email contact, I placed the same order again with some suspicion. All I can say is that this time it was very tasty! What could be less for me is the mayonnaise, but that is very personal. Both the rice and contents tasted fresh. Thanks @ Sushipoint Zoetermeer!

Good food. I ordered in advance and it was ready at the agreed time. Food was delicious and beautifully prepared.

Dirty sticky rice and the tuna is discoloured. Everything was mixed up. Paid way too much money. Everything just went straight into the trash.

Shushi point is not what it used to be. Very disappointing. Waiting time instead of the promised 50 minutes more than two hours. The manager is a grump who doesn't understand her job.

It wasn't tasty. Sushi was more like a piece of dry rice with some stuff on it. Everything just fell apart. It didn't look right upon delivery. Dry and tasteless. 1st time I ordered here and the last. The one star is for the good customer service because my payment came through later and was still delivered within the promised 55 minutes. And they even called me to confirm. Too bad the latter can't be combined with delicious sushi!

Yesterday I took the luxury box with a number of rolls. It was delicious, not a crumb was left. Everything was super fresh and delivered on time. We will definitely do it again.

very dissatisfied with the quality, rice was very dry, the crumble on the sushi was soft instead of crispy and some had little or no taste. The employees were friendly and the food was on time.....but of course it's all about the food, and that was not good.

Ordered here several times. So far they have always arrived on time (even sometimes 5 minutes earlier). I mainly order here because they have good and non-standard vegetarian/vegan options that I don't often see at other delivery restaurants😊

The sushi is delicious, really 5 stars. But the 1 star has to do with the following... when I picked up my order, the 2 chefs who prepared the sushi were both making the sushi with their face masks under their chins. The counter employee is neatly wearing his face mask. Another employee is also walking around without a face mask.

Ate delicious sushi yesterday. The sushi is often very compact, so that you actually eat a lot of rice and no longer taste the other flavors. This sushi was nothing like that and tasted delicious and fresh. Really enjoyed it!

You get a lot for what you pay, sushi is super tasty and the wasabi they add is nice and strong. To be repeated.

Delicious sushi.....order here more often and they really are the best! Unfortunately today I received spicy salmon instead of the spicy tuna. Of course I just ate it, but it was still a bit of a shame.

Generally fine. I had only placed an order for 42 sushis and indicated that it should contain as little raw sushi as possible, i.e. fried as much as possible. This is because my children would eat sushi. But they did not respond. Very disappointing! Because if you call them and ask if that is possible regardless of what you order, they say yes, but in practice they don't do it.

Ordered several times and always good. Unfortunately tonight it was really not tasty and not fresh. Too bad, but your last memory will always linger. Especially for my wife's 64th birthday and then it was disappointing. After reporting my experience to SushiPoint, I received a call today and they promised me a suitable solution. That's how it should be and I am satisfied with the handling. And changed my rating.

Nice sushi, but the soya sauce is disgusting, completely destroyed the flavor of the sushi. Tastes like ketjap. I’m sorry but this is not okay..

Suhsi is great but the soy sauce is always so nasty, normally own soy at home. Not now, so I can throw away the whole sushi, which is a bit of a shame. So tip other soy sauce please!!

I have only been ordering from sushipoint for a long time, the quality is always good and today I learned that the service is too. I called because the delivery person took quite a long time (this never happens otherwise, but it also makes sense on Saturdays). Immediately an apology was offered and I was told that I would receive a gift voucher for the inconvenience. Top tent. Definitely order here!

wanted to try another sushi place. unfortunately less good than expected. ginger was overpowering and fish started to smell slightly. yakitori are not fresh but from frozen. Seaweed salad contains too much sesame. very sorry.
