Just amazing. All the wraps. Fresh. The best.

Not a restaurant, but at least as good! The attentive staff behind the counter, which is very rich and beautifully stocked, immediately sees questioning looks and supports overwhelmed tourists (like us) ;) Following the recommendation, we chose 2 falafel wraps that were put together from the individual components from the counter. The price is a bargain by local standards, especially once you have bitten into it and can enjoy this wonderful taste. Last but not least, I was here again shortly afterwards and ordered 2 more wraps, this time one with eggplant and additional feta. You can also have the individual delicacies tackled and enjoy them at home with a glass of wine. Mandatory program next time! Update 04.2025: In addition to wraps, we also took some delicacies with us this time. A perfect breakfast with bread and tea or a great end to the day with a glass of wine in the evening.

Today, I went to Le Sud because my friend was craving an eggplant wrap in Lebanese bread. I couldn't resist trying the falafel wrap and the mango hummus, and everything was amazing—very tasty, full of flavour, and fulfilling! I also had a wonderful conversation with the staff. They are very lovely and helpful. I would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Consistent quality and delicious food and snacks. I like all the aubergine dishes as they really remind me of Iranian homemade food. Friendly staff, it's money well spent as I can't find anything with same quality in Amsterdam.

Heaven for a vegan! I got the aubergine broodje and it was soo soo delicious! They have an amazing variety of flavors of hummus including mango, caramelized onion, zaatar and much more! This is my second time back and one of my new favorite places to grab a bite in Amsterdam! Just fyi it is to-go only but you can find benches along the street to sit and eat.

We have been going here for 15 years, simply wonderful hummus lunches to take home or on a picnic. Never had better! Favorites are the mango, the walnut, the eggplant humuses, with the Lebanese bread they also sell, or white Turkish bread from the Mediterranean bakery down the road.

One of the best catering/takeaway places I've ever been to! I had catering from Le Sud for a party of mine, it was perfect. The dips nibbles and olives were amazing and tasted so good and full of flavour. definitely recommended! The staff treats you so well too!! What a great place

In addition to super tasty food with delicious flavors, lots of herbs, an intensely large range that makes you dizzy when you walk in, but they quickly show you the ropes or help you choose, search and let you taste. Great for dips and olives etc at a party, or if you don't want to arrive empty-handed. Very Suitable for Vegetarians! There is also some meat and they have gluten free falafel.

This place is a hidden gem. The owner is always very friendly and lets you taste everything. The flavors are fantastic and so much better than most other stores. Personal favorites are: lentils with spicy hummus, hummus with grilled eggplant, grilled olives and the beans in sauce.

A great place to get falafel, but also other good sandwiches. A wide array of options to top it off. There is a small place to sit and dine in, but take away seems to be the popular option.
