Everything was perfect here. Most imptortantly you feel safe, let me explain you why its safe and secure. I dropped my apple watch and went to my hotel and in the morning i had a flight. Then in the morning i realized that my watch lost and find app indicated me to the bar. I went to the bar in the morning it was of course close:). Then i sent email to the lady whether if they can help me or not. So answer came very fast and they said they found my watched they kept it and they opened the club 7 hours before their time. Gave me my watch. Thank you the best night in amsterdam and thank you for keeping my watch.

CUTE QUEER PLACE!! was very glad to finally visit, music and drinks were great (especially cocktail with lavender (??sorry, i forgot the name)(( i also liked tequila, it was smooth and soft)). love the drag show, even though the crowd was small. perfect place to be, if you want to sit without uncomfortable feeling of very random men around. close to the public transport too wish you more visitors, hope to attend soon again!🩷

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Tori and Mel for serving up great drinks, amazing convos, good vibes and a safe space for all. First time I crossdressed in public a few days back at Lellebel, went 2 days in a row, caught a drag show, missed Karaoke as its only on Sunday’s and would defo visit when I am in the city next.

This is definitely a queer gem in Amsterdam! My friends and I went on Sunday, which turned out to be karaoke night, and we all felt so cozy, safe, and welcome. Tori (the owner) is absolutely lovely and made me feel confident enough to sing something before heading out. Definitely a great spot to hit if you're queer and looking for a nice mellow spot to drink!

Found this little bar on one of more quiet nights during my stay in Amsterdam and loved it so much I came back for Karaoke Sunday (and brought some friends along!) The owner is incredible, all staff is very nice and the drinks served are amazing. Bar has a very good atmosphere for both more chill evenings and loud and fun singing. I was very sad I missed local drag shows during my stay, but definitely coming back for those!

Such a cute bar, we came for karaoke and it had a beautiful atmosphere of queer camraderie. Staff were friendly and gave great service. If you want to enjoy a bar without feeling overhelemed, this is an excellent choice.

My friend and I visited Amsterdam and Lellebel was one of our first visits. We went on kareoke night, and the owner was very welcoming, kind, and helpful to newcomers of Amsterdam. The drink was great, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I would highly reccomend stopping by and know that next time I’m in Amsterdam, I’ll be visiting this place again.

Lellebel has an incredible atmosphere of community and fun--I came in for a comedy night and stuck around for karaoke afterwards and it was the best time I had in Amsterdam by far. The bar had a good mix of locals and visitors, and the drinks were affordable. Tori is awesome!!

Love Lellebel as a queer safe space in Amsterdam for a great night out. I’ve been a few times over the past years and the drag shows are always entertaining. The bar is located just off Rembrandtplein so a fab, central location and it’s small and cosy inside so makes for a top spot to enjoy with friends. Tori the owner is super friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. I visited again tonight with some US colleagues and they admitted it was the best night of their trip. If you’re looking for a real taste of Amsterdam queer culture that isn’t imposing or pretentious but rather fun, genuine and welcoming - give Lellebel a visit on your next trip through the city or your next night out! Oh… and be sure to give the Lellebel blonde beer a try when there!

I had the absolute BEST time here last night!! The most fun I’ve had since arriving in Amsterdam. Tori is awesome. The other patrons were awesome. My karaoke singing is atrocious, but I did it anyway (pro tip- pick a song you actually know the words to 🤣). Great international group of friendly and fun people! Drinks were great, and I did not want to leave even though it was way past my bedtime! 🫣 Thanks for such a great night! I’ll definitely be back! 🥰

This is a very special place. I came as a solo traveler to do karaoke and I was immediately welcomed in by Tori (owner). The community in here is so friendly and welcoming. I ended up chatting with half the bar. Drinks are tasty, service is quick, vibes are superb. I will be coming back next time I'm in town.

i had an absolutely phenomenal time here— sunday night karaoke was brilliant and the atmosphere was kind and welcoming despite me being a massive tourist!! tori was a brilliant host for us and she made me feel right at home!! the person controlling the karaoke (i didn’t catch their name 😭) was also absolutely lovely <3! such a familial and community centred atmosphere— cannot recommend it enough :)

Let's just start by saying that if you are visiting Amsterdam and are part of the LGBTQIA+ community (especially the T), then Lellebel should be a priority to visit. This was my first international trip since coming out (transfemme, she/they), and coming from the States, I was particularly nervous about attitudes towards my community. When I walked in the door of Lellebel and took in the environment, I was immediately overcome with emotion. The room was filled with various flavors of queer and gender non-conforming humans all experiencing joy. We have queer establishments where I'm from, but this is a whole different level. Just being here was a spiritual experience.

Super nice and cozy place for a drag show. We went for a bachelorette party—thanks, Queen Asteria, for making us laugh so much! I recommend going early because it’s a small place and then it gets full. Highly recommend.

Popped in for a drink whilst on a 4 day trip to Amsterdam, had a lovely chat with the owner, definitely worth the visit, though we had missed the night's entertainment, the only lgbt bar which is owned by a transgendered woman in Amsterdam.

My wife always looks up queer bars whenever we are traveling and so glad we stopped in at Lellebel. We came in for karaoke and definitely didn't disappoint. It was very clear that the crowd was mostly regulars but we were immediately welcomed in by the owner Tori. Loved talking with you and love what you are doing with Lellebel. Nothing better than finding safe spaces to be queer and have fun! Who knew that singing "Ghostbusters" would be so fun and such a crowd pleaser?

i can’t recommend enough! we were in Amsterdam for vacation and after a disappointing night out at some of the area’s larger LGBT bars, we were told to go rembrandt square where we happened to stumble into Lellebel. although we arrived late and missed the drag show, the highlight of my time visiting Amsterdam was sitting here and talking to the owner. she has created such a safe and welcoming environment. as a baby gay, i’m sure i’ll look back fondly on this experience for years to come. we felt like we were treated like family and it doesn’t hurt that the drinks were great, just sad we didn’t find this place sooner!! wishing Lellebel so much success in the future <3

My absolute favourite bar of all time! When I lived in Amsterdam I was here literally every weekend. Jacqui and Tori behind the bar are amazing, and the karaoke nights were always my favourite. They have comedy nights on Thursdays and drag shows every other week. Lellebel also offers a great range of cocktails - the bubblegum hummer and lava delight stand out as unique mixed drinks - and I heard through the grapevine that they’re putting out a new menu. Very exciting! Great atmosphere, fantastic shows and service, even the clientele are amazing! I simply cannot sing Lellebel’s praises loudly enough and I can’t wait to go back for more!

This place was TINY - there was about 15 people inside and it still felt crowded. Cocktails are €10 which seems to be a standard price around here but there weren't any seats available anywhere so we just headed back out. Go to the jazz bar instead - or anywhere else.

(Food rated 5 stars, but drinks only!) The Lellebel was one of my goals in Amsterdam, especially since I wrote the German Wikipedia article about it. As a trans* person, it was also an honor for me to be a guest there. Everyone was very friendly and you felt like you were in good hands. 4 beers on tap! And a professional bar. But the interior was poor. A plain “hose bar” like thousands of others. So you don't have to come to Amsterdam for that. Plus noisy standup comedy and also in English, but I hope that it will also be available in the local language. Despite the friendly atmosphere, the visit was rather a disappointment. I read that there used to be a warmer environment (plush). I would have really liked to see that. (Eten met 5 stars, he always had drinks!) The Lellebel was one of my best appointments in Amsterdam, especially in the German Wikipedia article about Schreef. As a trans* person, he was also one of the guests. We visited Lellebel for a stand up night and the place really amazed us. Tori has created a beautiful gem in the heart of Amsterdam. Really appreciate the safe place! We will be definitely back for more!

Wow!! I had such an amazing time here!! I had spotted Lellebel before as a Queer Space and always wanted to go there one time. They had a comedy tryout night so I decided to finally buy tickets (free!) to go check it out. And I was not disappointed at all!! There was just a small audience, but I had so much fun and such good laughs! The atmosphere was very intimate, cozy and interactive. The staff is super, super sweet, and me being transgender they made me feel very welcome and at ease because I was alone that night. But so did the other guests. they were so lovely too, open to a chat, very friendly. And making these pictures, one of them where I got photo bombed by Greg of Boom Chicago fame yay! Keep up the amazing work Tori! 💖 I am following on Facebook to keep an eye out for more fun events, and will definitely be coming back here! 🏳️‍⚧️

What a great little gem of a place our first time in Amsterdam and was looking for a karaoke bar this came up as a queer bar with Xmas eve karaoke so we thought we give it a go and couldn’t recommend it enough it’s only a small place but every body is so friendly and welcoming karaoke was great good choice of songs the other half was very happy as she loves karoke staff and customers were amazing and we throughly enjoyed it we wanted to stay later but we needed to get a train back to our hotel Thankyou for making our Christmas Eve cheers CJ and Jo from Liverpool England xx

Every time I'm in Amsterdam I come to Lellebel's for a cold glass of wine and their amazing vibes. It's a hidden gem that I wish I lived closer to. The staff are wonderful - there is one bartender called Phoebe who makes it the most wonderful experience every time. Would definitely recommend!

I've been to Lellebel a few times now, and each visit I have a fantastic and unique experience there. The staff are friendly and attentive, the patrons are a diverse group and always make for interesting conversation, and the drinks are well-priced for a bar in the centre of Amsterdam. Lellebel is truly a safe environment to let your hair down and have some fun.

Stumbled upon this karaoke bar with a group of colleagues and had an absolutely unforgettable evening! The staff was just so friendly and shared their love of music, and they had good IPA on draft. I’ll definitely come back again! 💕

After changing ownership, Lellebel lost all its identity, all its charm and all its history! It was a place that had such a welcoming decor that with its warm colors and a mix of patterns made it such a comfortable and different space, now it's horrible, I hate it! Hans comes back, we want you back again!
