I just went in here to ask for a piece of paper or a napkin because my dog ​​was soaking wet on her belly and legs and I had to take her to the vet so I thought I would dry her off otherwise it would be such a wet affair. She didn't want to give me a paper napkin or anything else and they said this several times in a very annoying way. I said that I didn't find this very friendly and then I was told in a very annoying tone that my question was ridiculous and that paper costs a lot of money... it was about a napkin, so I will NEVER want to have a cup of coffee or pie here, very unfriendly people So a big recommendation

My birthday cake order was not to my liking: completely different color marzipan and nothing written. No apology or anything upon receipt, only that it was supposedly not communicated properly. I just accepted the cake, otherwise I wouldn't have anything. The cake also turned out to taste very bitter and was unedible. Contacted and treated very customer unfriendly. They don't think along with you at all. This was my last order here.
