Super atmospheric place, spacious terrace partly on the Vaartsche Rijn, friendly service and nice regulars.

Lovely place! I have sat here both with small parties and with somewhat larger groups, and it was always a very pleasant experience. The terrace was renovated not long ago, making it even more atmospheric. Lovely staff and a good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it!

Great, polite waiter. Polite language and a nice atmosphere on the terrace. Sjuul brought great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Definitely going back!! Highly recommended !!!

A nice and simple little pub where you can have a drink both inside and outside. You order snacks via the QR code, and the neighboring pub will bring them to you. Highly recommended, especially in good weather, due to the extensive terrace.

Small café space, large south/west-facing terrace, so sun until late. All kinds of beers, wine, and spirits. Good bar snacks (bread with aioli is too), in collaboration with neighbors Taplokaal Gist. And there is also a pizza delivery service.

A nice, cozy café that also has a lovely terrace when the sun is shining. I celebrated my birthday here and had a great afternoon thanks to the friendly service!

I ordered bitterballen, but they never arrived. Poorly organized! They said I would get a refund, but that didn't happen... don't order snacks there! The bar itself is nice!

What a lovely, cozy spot! There's not much room inside, but that's actually what makes it so nice. The man behind the bar looked like the owner, and also seemed to be the only one working, which, in my opinion, makes a bar extra cozy :) It was also really nice that they had ginger beer with alcohol; we hadn't seen that before. And a huge plus is that they serve small snacks (a bowl of popcorn for €1.75), pizzas, and pasta, and that you can also bring your own food! I'll definitely be back :) The only downside was that the music was a bit too loud, but we were also sitting right under the speaker.

Very nice and cozy place. I would recommend this place if you wanna grab some drinks with friends. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend to order food at this place. They have a menu card under the café name, after like 40 minutes of waiting for pasta we ordered the bartender (waiter) informed us that it will still take a little longer because they order the food from a different place. When the food was finally delivered he sent the delivery guy to our table because he was busy and we got no cutlery or napkins. The delivery guy gave us the food also with a receipt so we could see that pasta we paid 15€ for was actually 10€. I’d understand that they want to have some profit out of it, but after almost one hour of waiting it’s pretty sad and I think they shouldn’t have the menu under their name. There should be information that they offer food from a different place and the waiting time is longer. I was very disappointed about this, I also got different pasta than I ordered (but I was really hungry so I just ate it) and I also wasn’t happy about the bartender’s unprofessional behavior.

Hanne made my stay very hospitable. It was incredible how she arranged everything by herself. Really high level of hospitality. She offered a very high level of service. I m very happy tu have attended this place.

Even though I had not made a reservation, luckily there was still room for my birthday drink on a Monday evening. The service was very cooperative in moving chairs and halfway through the evening they turned the music down at my request.

Diverse, international and nice bar. Loads of beers to choose from, friendly service. Be with friends and meet new friends. In fact you could call it Little Utrecht.

Nice place! Nice and outside the center, so the real locals come here. Food or rather snacks are well arranged and delicious. Beer selection also great! Also one of the few affordable places where you don't have to pay 4 euros for a vase ;)

The name is nice, but as soon as you are sent away because you don't have any identification with you, even though you have long since met the minimum drinking age, I have no choice but to take it personally... In real Berlin, of course, that wouldn't be the case. break up! Oh yes, it is of course not convenient not to have any identification with me, but I don't feel like walking around with my passport in my pocket and I could just show a photo... This is really a shame!

Nice little bar in an idyllic spot in Utrecht. Pleasant. Too bad the party took place on the sidewalk. But fun.

Been here on a Saturday evening with a bigger group for a birthday party. The staff was really friendly and nice even though they were only two of them and it was really busy!

Prima kroeg. Veel lekkere biertjes en vaak een live band.

Wir waren fünf Tage in Urtrecht und ist am ersten Tag unserem Stammlokal geworden. Tolles gemütliches Bierlokal mit guter Auswahl an Bieren und sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Die Musikauswahl war perfekt. Es ist nicht zu laut und man kann sich super unterhalten.

Samen binnen gezeten op de bank met kussens, op een donderdagavond. Een aantal vaasjes gedronken. Prettige bediening. En gelukkig geen harde muziek; dat is wel eens anders geweest.

Gezellige en populaire plaats voor een gevarieerd publiek. Buiten voldoende plaats, binnen wat kleiner maar prima. Leuk ingericht en goede bierkaart. Prijzen zijn gemiddeld, zeker niet aan de hoge kant. Helaas gold dat niet voor een borrelplankje. Dat was echt te gortig: 14,50 voor echt een klein beetje vlees, wat basiskaas, brood en olijven. En nootjes die normaliter gratis op tafel staan. Dat kan echt niet. Vandaar helaas maar 3 sterren. Kom hier dus niet als je honger hebt...;) Personeel ok.

Ontiegelijk gezellig kroegje met gevarieerde bierkaart en zeer charmante bediening. In de buurt van Vaartsche Rijn, dus beetje uit de loop, maar de moeite waard.

Lekker en prima bier. Als het wat drukker is dan kan de bediening wat meer tijd kosten. Hou daar zeker rekening mee.

Top plek net buiten het centrum waar je lekker ontspannen een drankje kan doen.

Zondag 21.20 zeggen dat je nu laatste rondje doet omdat je om 22.00 uur sluit???

Little bar. Nice service and good German beer. Don't expect an Oktoberfest venue.

Bediening hier is om te janken, 5 man achter de bar en één ervoor blijkt nog lastig. Los daarvan lekker bier en zonnig terras. Update 2022, inmiddels loopt de bediening prima, eten is zoals te lezen in veel andere recensies ok maar niet bijzonder.

Mooie tent. Met lekker weer top op het terras. Binnen altijd gezellig met muziek en vaak een DJ. Goede biertjes en prima prijs.

Prima avondje gehad. Goeie biertjes maar eigenlijk verrassend weinig Duits bier en al helemaal weinig snacks erbij. Daar had ook wel iets typisch Duits bij kunnen zitten, gemiste kans.

If you want to get out of utrecht city center crowd, it is lovely place for especially for big groups. If you are hungry they have small bites with wide selection of the beer. Their kitchen is open until 22 o clock. So please in mind to order your things before the kitchen. I would recommend the ribs from there. They also have coffee and tea for during the day and the evening. I would suggest you to go and chill with your friends.

Heerlijke plek, goed bier, aardig personeel en prettige prijzen. Hier ga ik vaker komen.
