I visited your establishment and, upon entering, asked if it was possible to order coffee on the terrace, given the beautiful weather. A staff member confirmed this was no problem. However, after waiting outside for fifteen minutes, I was told that service on the terrace is not available. This poor service is disappointing, especially as a Helvoir resident. This was my last visit. With such inconsistent service, I will be looking for a different location from now on.

Lovely place to enjoy meals together

Cozy, good quality food, especially considering the price. The staff is very accommodating, including allergies and seating options. The terrace has a roof that can be opened and closed, which is ideal. It's located on a busy road, but the layout doesn't really bother you.

Food mediocre, very restless inside, little play area for kids

The food was delicious and the service was fast. The turnaround time was a bit too fast, but otherwise, it's a fantastic restaurant. This was my second time eating with a group of 10 friends. The turnaround time was ideal this time, so there was plenty of time to catch up. The price was incredibly reasonable!

Stopped here with the buddies during a motorcycle ride. Had a drink, great service and a nice, cozy setting.

A quick lunch on the way to a family visit

Unfortunately, we didn't feel welcome here, as the waitress told us we couldn't drink outside. So we opted to go to De Heeren Janssen cafe, where we received a warm welcome and felt more than welcome.

Beautiful location and table, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both during dinner and at the cocktail party.

The food is fine. There were a few children when I was there with my sister. The food is excellent for a restaurant of this size. You can tell they're paying attention to it. It's better to make a reservation, as it can get busy sometimes. That's a good sign.

We recently visited Restaurant Lots in Helvoirt and enjoyed a wonderful evening. The restaurant distinguishes itself with a no-nonsense approach: no lavish plating or experimental combinations, but honest dishes prepared with care. For our starters, we chose carpaccio and smoked eel. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and carefully presented. The main course consisted of classically prepared sole – a timeless choice, perfectly cooked and beautifully flavored. The service was friendly and attentive. Even though there were only two of us, we received plenty of attention, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Restaurant Lots is highly recommended for those who appreciate classic dishes, hospitality, and a relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to dining there again. Yvonne and Rob, Oisterwijk

Above expectations, a great restaurant: delicious food, nice atmosphere and top service!

I had a wonderful evening and a delicious meal at LOTS. Positive points about LOTS include: the kitchen seems to use excellent, fresh ingredients and adds a nice personal touch; the choice of indoor, outdoor, or conservatory seating; and the exceptionally friendly and dedicated staff. You also have a choice between what I'd call the bistro menu and an extensive pancake menu. Very nice. The starters, main courses, and desserts were excellent, and the prices are relatively reasonable. I couldn't find any weaknesses. Feel free to enjoy a delicious meal here.

What delicious salads, and the lady who served us was very enthusiastic. There's just one minor point: you serve iced coffee with large ice cubes, which turns it into a watered-down coffee within 10 minutes... Such a shame... but still, 5 stars because the food and atmosphere are excellent.

Good restaurant. Sufficient variation on the menu. You can eat both inside and outside. If you make a reservation (on time), sit outside when the weather is good. Eating well outside is nice to notice that the service here is excellent. Paying attention at the right time. Asking in between if someone needs anything. Indicating between courses when the next dish will be coming. Actually 6 stars for the service. We will definitely come back here.

Medium rear they don't quite understand. First a completely overcooked tournedos. Gave this back but the second wasn't much better.

Had a lovely lunch on the terrace, nice varied menu with something for everyone. And that cocktail with rhubarb and lime is really recommended! Friendly service and relaxed atmosphere, all in all great!

What a delicious meal we had! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented! A combination of dishes was also possible without any problems! The service was great and knew their stuff well! We will definitely come back when we are in the area, it was great!! Thank you!!

Na een entrecote besteld te hebben medium rare, kreeg ik een doorgebakken entrecote in schijfjes gesneden. Toen ik de serveerster riep, zei ze al: oh ik weet het al. De tweede entrecote was medium maar ook weer in stukken gesneden. Dit doe je volgens mij als het niet een eersteklas entrecote is. Je wilt hem toch als een heerlijk stukje vlees geserveerd krijgen, maar dan medium rare en niet medium. De pinot grigio werd met dit warme weer niet echt koud geserveerd. Kortom toen iedereen al lang en breed uitgegeten was kreeg ik mijn menu. De bediening was overigens zeer correct. Ik geloof niet dat ik dit overigens zeer gezellig en uitnodigend restaurant nog bezoek.

Ordered Lot's omelet: you get slices of bread with ice-cold cheese and ham, so your eggs are ice-cold within 2 minutes. There was also a slice of bread with a croquette: never had such a dramatic croquette anywhere. When even frying a croquette is too difficult...! Partner had a club sandwich on gluten-free bread: for the full price you get 2 bites (bites yes!) of bread, it would make a child cry. We will never come back here again.

Price quality/quantity was excellent. Service very polite and helpful. Inside it looks very attractive with excellent chairs. Enough space around the tables and they have effectively divided the location through different spaces that are connected to each other.

UPDATED!! Went back for round 2 and Lots DEFINITELY made up for the previous visit. I was contacted by the owner who expressed her sincere apologies & told me if I gave them another shot. She would make it right. They DEFINITELY did not disappoint. Their Spareribs were without a doubt the best I’ve had in Netherlands. I honestly would compare them to some of the best BBQ joints in Texas. The Chicken Sauté was nothing absolutely on point. As well as the fries. Overall, the second visit was completely worth the trip. We plan to come back later in the year from Texas and I will be visiting Lots Helvoirt for a third time. Excellent job!

Shame. Delicious food, but greed inflation has struck here too. 'Would you like salad with your spare ribs?' Is that an extra dish? 'No, we ask in advance because we often have to throw it away.' Fine! But the bill will contain an extra €2.50. We drank red wine with dinner. You get a bottom in a reasonable glass for which they appear to charge €7.50 per glass! (not on the map). It looks like Norway! And so you are € 130.00 poorer for just spare ribs (no starter and dessert) + 2 drinks per person for three people. Anyway, apparently the Dutch have enough money, because it was busy. So it's a shame, but it's nice.

From now on, don't put the "open" sign in front of the restaurant. If you see it from the main road, make an effort to drive there and park, the place is simply closed. DISAPPOINTMENT!!

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en er werd gezocht naar een plaats omdat we nier gereserveerd hadden. Het eten was zeer verzorgd en lekker. Prijs kwaliteit een dikke 10. Wehadden een gezellige avond.

Delicious food and very friendly staff

On Boxing Day we had the opportunity to experience Christmas lunch at Lots. Upon arrival there was a full standing ashtray at the entrance. Received nicely, although it took a while before our reservation was found. Lunch consisted of three courses. The first course was a soup, which was served in a very small glass with a teaspoon. We had the soup with eel, but the eel was not in the glass. I asked the waiter again, but the young lady could not give a definitive answer. The second course was sandwiches and croissants. The sandwiches were well filled with lots of sauce on the sandwiches. The third course was the grande dessert consisting of ice cream, bacon biscuit, butter cake, waffles and brownies. That was nice. When we left the restaurant we couldn't find a jacket. The coats in the cloakroom had been thrown into a pile. That's not how you treat other people's property. There was also a lot of rubbish in the wardrobe. No business card. All in all, just 3 stars, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Good luck with the restaurant.

After a shopping day, I came here for lunch. The two young ladies were apparently having such a good time together that they forgot that an order also had to be taken. The food was questionable by the way. The pulled chicken looked like a chicken ragout.. The other dishes were good and sufficient. I am of course willing to give this restaurant a second chance.

I had just spent more than fifteen minutes in the covered conservatory having a drink without anyone coming. We were the only ones in the conservatory. Inside there were 2 people having a drink, and I also saw the woman get up twice, giving us the impression that they were also looking for someone from the service. When we took our seats, I suggested to my husband that we might... also had a bite to eat... Finally we left. It's strange that they are open without anyone from the staff walking around. Have had a nice and tasty drink and/or meal there before.

Great Lunch at Lots Helvoirt Recently had lunch at Lots Helvoirt and it was fantastic! The sandwich was delicious and the coffee was perfectly hot. The atmosphere was cozy and the service friendly and attentive. My drinks came quickly and the food was served at the right time. In short, I had a delicious meal and will definitely come back!

Cozy restaurant with nice decor. Parking space is limited, but there is usually still room on the side of the (dead-end) road. Smooth and friendly service and really tasty food. Good price/quality ratio. We will definitely go back someday.

Had a delicious dinner. And don't forget dessert

Ate at LOTS for the first time, and certainly not the last. Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the cozy location and with the last bite of dessert.

The outside terrace was very noisy. Inside it was difficult to get a table in an empty restaurant. After much consultation we were able to get a table, but it was indicated that we had to leave 2.5 hours later. Then the menu we wanted a meal salad with tenderloin. This is on the menu with the main courses. At the top of the menu it states that all main courses come with fries with mayonnaise. Upon inquiry this turned out to be incorrect. Pay for fries separately. Very strange. So ordered separately. When the salad was brought, it looked very tasty. But the tenderloin was very tough. And the fries we ordered extra were tasteless. I wanted to put some salt on it. The salt and pepper set was very dirty. The bill was not too bad and the environment is very beautiful and atmospheric.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff. We were just unlucky that there was a power outage in the area, which made it very busy on Monday evening and it all took a little longer, but the staff couldn't do anything about that. The food was great.
