Lotus Corner in Mijdrecht

Excellent cuisine, clearly a good chef. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service is a bit inexperienced, but a little helpfulness as a guest would be appreciated. Again, a very good restaurant that we will definitely visit again. Good Asian restaurants are becoming increasingly rare. But here: all the compliments.

We ordered online for a birthday delivery at a specific time. They arrived almost an hour early, so the food was already bad. It was dry and looked like it had been packed the day before yesterday. The store didn't respond politely. We were told they couldn't do anything, and it ended up being left to us to solve the problem ourselves. Not very customer-friendly, I'll never order from them again.

I called for delivery and was greeted politely. I ordered online, and the order was adjusted over the phone to the desired dish at no extra cost. This dish was indeed very spicy. Thanks Lotus Corner!

Very good restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The food is excellent. Clean toilets and a very good atmosphere.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the food was delicious. The service was friendly, but unfortunately very inexperienced. They made a few mistakes, forgot things, and never once asked if we were satisfied or wanted another drink. They sat in the back of the restaurant chatting and only moved when the woman at the bar instructed them or we called them over.

The food was an hour late, and we had to call to make sure it arrived within that hour. The taste was okay, nothing special, but the satay sauce tasted quite ginger-like.

Yesterday we ate at Lotus Corner. We had a reservation for two people at 6:00 PM. The sushi cooler was practically empty. The trays with the hot Chinese food were also empty; they were replenished, but minimal. I had grabbed the tuna from the sushi cooler, but it was still frozen, so it wasn't fresh sushi. We've had all-you-can-eat here before, but this time it was very disappointing. Next time, I'll just order it. When leaving, I told a (new) waiter it was delicious. He looked at me like he saw water burning and then looked away. My girlfriend also said goodbye to the same waiter when leaving, and he didn't even react. Lotus Corner doet niet wat het beloofd. Voor 10 personen hadden wij 2x het maandmenu à 55,00 euro bestel + 2 Vegagerechten,Gado-gado en Fou Yong-Hai. Dit was voldoende voor 10 personen. 4 bakken rijst en 4 bakken mie met tweemaal 5 bakjes met de gerechten. 1 bakje met 7 satéstokjes en 2 bakjes minuscuul babi pangang, 2 bakjes met tjaptjoi was de kip op een paar stukjes gekookt vlees erin overheen gevlogen, in de vega gerechten was de kip erin gedoken,enz. Kwaliteit van de gerechten was slecht. Wat een afgang voor mijn verjaardags- etentje met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Mijdrecht, 15 juli 2025.

2 Spring rolls picked up. Crust was good. Content bad, only bean sprouts that were overcooked, no other vegetables in it and a total of 4 pieces of meat / egg in it.

Babi pangang with fried rice. Very poor quality. Dry meat, days old Atjar at the bottom, nasi only dry rice with the occasional string of leek. No prawn crackers, Highly priced (20+). We usually go to Batavia, always good. So this was the last time!

Ordered, price quality far below par, for a pitiful 26 grams including packaging atjar, they dare to ask no less than 3.45. If you call thinking that something has gone wrong, you will be told that that is the amount that is normal these days. There was also a tiny amount of atjar under the babi pangang.

Horrible experience. We ordered food in the store and then took it home. When we got home, we realized the order was completely wrong. We called Lotus Corner, and they told us we'd have to pay extra due to a mistake beyond our control. That's a relief... So always check before you leave. The service was terrible.

Bizarrely good quality food for both takeaway and all you can eat. Very good service and nice people. This is honestly the best Chinese I have eaten in 20 years

The food tastes good, but the service could be much better. As soon as you walk in you don't even get time to look at the menu. You are immediately asked can I help you? Got crispy chicken sushi but unfortunately very burnt. The burnt taste was overwhelming. Contacted the restaurant but we were told that this is how it should be. I can tell, I am a sushi lover but it really shouldn't be that burnt!

Extremely fresh and wonderful energy. Service excellent food amazing. I ask a chef for a vegetarian dish without checking a menu. Chef was very helpful and food just amazing.

This afternoon we did our shopping in Mijdrecht. (We live in Baambrugge) This is our third time at the Lotus Corner, the first 2 times, both times I encountered very suspicious staff (I am also of Asian descent) I have the feeling that they thought I was coming here to see 'how they do it', the so-called competitor check. Don't worry, I and my family are not in this industry. That's why I had my partner order for the 3rd time today. I went shopping. I must honestly say that we think the food and dishes are excellent. My partner always takes the Bami Rames and I often have a varied meat dish. Today we ordered the same thing. I number 16 the 'pork Lotus' and he the Bami Rames. I would like the black bean sauce instead of the sweet babi pangang sauce. I don't like that myself, my partner rejected it and they were surprised about it. (as if 'someone' (the Dutchman) ordered 'Chinese takeaway' for the first time in his life) then he wants (standard with every Chinese) an extra cup of peanut sauce. This was also added to the list with a lot of hassle. We ordered this in the afternoon (for dinner) and just took it out of the paper. They forgot the white rice that came with my number 16 and upon calculation they also charged a bit more. Very careless work. The staff could also be a bit more friendly!

Nice ambience. Got a description of the buffet. Price is absolutely fine for the selection. Drinks included (soft drinks, coffee, tea, wine) will definitely fill you up. What I missed were the fried noodles, which are considered classics. We were satisfied. You can easily get by with two hours.

Voir 2 people ordered for delivery. After an hour and a half I still had nothing. Called and was told they were on their way (the standard answer). Called again after half an hour and now the excuse was that it was probably delivered to the wrong address and they don't know which delivery person did it..... We will receive part of this order for free with the next order. As if I'll ever order anything from there again!!! Now half an hour later and still no food. But it has been paid

Very tasty food. And friendly people who work there. Already received my food with mushrooms for the 10th time, while I ordered without mushrooms. I think they should take that a bit more seriously there. Because it is simply dangerous for allergy sufferers.

Always delivered quickly. Food is hot. Always nicely flavored and not too salty.

Today I had a delicious Chinese meal with my family again. It was a buffet with a lot of choices, including drinks and much more. I am very satisfied with the staff there, they were friendly and engaged in conversations. It was a full room and I was glad I made a reservation because otherwise you wouldn't get in. Definitely come back!

Prima en betaalbaar afhaal eten. Beloofde afhaal tijdstip wordt zeker als het druk is dikwijls tot een half uur overschreden.

Klein buffet restaurant, met heerlijke gerechtjes, voor een vaste prijs, inclusief drankjes. Heel vriendelijke medewerkers.

Het eten is goed, de variatie is beperkt, en mag wat uitgebreid worden. Bij binnenkomst eerst afrekenen.

Mijn ouders liggen met de boot bij pondskoekersluis, vieren daar elk jaar mijn moeders verjaardag, halen al jaren chinees bij hun super lekker.

Bezorging top, Heerlijk gegeten, grote porties. Allemaal vers en goed bereid. Ga zo door!

Fijne chinees met goede gerechten& ook Indisch. Sinds ze een nieuwe sushi kok hebben steengoede sushi echt een aanrader! Altijd vers gemaakt als je komt afhalen. All you can eat is ook terug zelfde goede kwaliteit sushi wel snel op. Maar voor €28incl drinken(ook alcohol) zeer netjes! Buffet niet heel groot maar genoeg en alles erg vers. Zeker een aanrader!

Het is er erg goed. Je kan onbeperkt Chinees en sushi eten en je drank ze houden het eten goed in de gaten als er iets bijna of op is vullen ze dat gelijk weer aan. zit er ook bij in. De prijs is goed. De mensen die er werken zijn aardig. Dus wij gaan zeker nog een keer. Echt een aan rader als je van Chinees eten houdt.

Het concept van het restaurant is veranderd naar all you can eat. Super leuk en het eten was heerlijk. Het personeel heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. We komen hier graag nog eens terug.

Twee gerechten dan krijg je een klein potje sambal.

Bestelling altijd snel en netjes bezorgd. Vorige keer hadden we de loempia besteld (omdat die de x ervoor zo lekker was), maar deze keer zwom alles in de olie. Doosje droop letterlijk van het vet. Erg jammer. Voor ouderwetse babi spek ben je hier ah goede adres. Erg lekker en echt heel knapperig (mede doordat ze het open in een zakje bezorgen ipv met plastic deksel). Ik vind het alleen wel buiten alle verhoudingen dat je bijna 20 euro moet betalen voor een bak vlees en vervolgens 60ct extra voor een *HALVE*(!!!) bak nasi. Ik weet dat alles duurder is geworden, maar dit lijkt mij buiten verhouding. Doe er dan op zijn minst een hele bak nasi bij.

Eten is altijd lekker en goed. Zeer gastvrij en een heel mooi restaurant. Ook voor thuis bezorgen zijn ze altijd snel en is het eten altijd perfect.

Goede chinees bestellen hier graag. Nu sinds kort weer all you can eat €28 incl drinken. Niet het grootste buffet maar genoeg keuze alles goed warm en erg lekker, sushi vers en goed gerold. Drinken alles incl je kan makkelijk zelf pakken en je zit gezellig

Heerlijk gegeten. Menu van de chef. Smaakte naar verse groenten en mals vlees. En niet te vergeten dat het grote porties waren. Zeker niet vet zoals bij andere restaurants. Ga daar zeker weer bestellen.

Ongelooflijk slecht! Soep Lotus zit boordevol mosselen, waar wij niet tegen kunnen…gelijk weg..nergens aangegeven, verwacht je toch niet? De garnaal frituurtjes, lekker, maar geen saus Eend , veel vel, sausje ok Rundvlees en kip gerecht smaakt nergens naar Er is nog een heel zuur sausje.. Waar hoort dit bij? Een grote teleurstelling

We hebben hier gegeten ter ere van een 65-jarige huwelijk. Heerlijk

Ze hebben deze maand het restaurant erg mooi verbouwd en het concept veranderd naar "All you can eat", voor €27 incl. drinken en zelfs sushi, hetgeen natuurlijk een ongeëvenaarde deal in de regio is. En de kwaliteit van het eten is er in mijn beleving alleen maar op vooruit gegaan :)

Fantastiche! Het eten was perfect Vriendelijk personeel en het restaurant was echt prachtig. Echt top! Hier kom ik wel vaker.

We ordered online to pick up 20.00. We called them to ask if we can pick ot up 19.45. They quickly said it is no problem. When we have arrived the package was ready, just prepared so it was warm. We ordered for 3 person and ate with 2 adults 2 kids and we still have food for next day. The food was delicious. Thank you lotus corner. Keep on rocking!!

Geen haute cuisine, maar precies wat je van een Chinees verwacht ;)

Kok moet minder vet koken. De loempia was veel te groot, en het vet druipt eraf. Niet goed. Overige gerechten wel OK. Algemeen voor "de Chinees" , tijd dat ze gaan innoveren voordat er geen enkele meer overblijft.

Lotus Corner is HET adres waar je in Mijdrecht heerlijke gerechten kunt eten en kunt bestellen en afhalen. Ik kom er al jaren.

Eten besteld, maar veel later bezorgd dan vermeld. Belletje erover slecht afgehandeld: eerst 5 minuten in de wacht, daarna verbinding verbroken. Opnieuw gebeld en op mijn klacht de reactie "dat spijt me". Schoten we dus niks mee op en hebben véél te laat onze bestelling gekregen. Niet snel weer hier bestellen dus. :-(

Prima sushi voor een mooie prijs! Wij laten regelmatig sushi bezorgen en deze kan met kwaliteit en zeker met prijs concureren met de andere sushi restaurants.

Op het eerste gezicht leek het eten fantastisch en lekker. En het smaakte niet verkeerd, maar toen vond ik een haar in mijn eten en was mijn eetlust weg. Zonde van het geld.

Dankzij de Corona crisis bestellen we op dit moment Het bestelde werd tot op de minuut af op tijd afgeleverd, wij hadden tomatensoep, loempia's ( speciaal) en Koe Lu Youk besteld en her was warm en lekker. Het enige minpuntje was dat de bestelde kroepoek niet werd afgeleverd
