New York Pizza in Mijdrecht

I received an undercooked pizza. The pizza dough was raw! I will never order pizza from this place again!

Ordered 4 pizzas, we then waited, after 45 minutes they would be there but it turns out no one came. We call and call often but no one answers, this is mega annoying especially when you feel like a pizza. Now after 2 hours still not heard a word and they still don't want to answer.

I recently ordered salami pizza here, and my boyfriend has been in bed for two days with a really bad stomach flu. The pizzas here are awful.

Tonight, we ordered pizzas for 7 people from New York Pizza in Mijdrecht. It wasn't an easy order, with vegan, gluten-free, and regular pizzas. We ordered online over an hour in advance for 6:30 PM. They didn't arrive until 7:15 PM. It happens, it's a Sunday evening. It turned out they were missing a vegan pizza. We called immediately, and they said they would deliver the forgotten pizza within 15 minutes... but it turned out to be an hour later, as we were already drinking coffee. It was absolutely terrible, so two people had to share a pizza. Being vegan, you don't usually get anything else. We were given a cookie and a pizza token as an apology. A token for a free pizza when you buy two... and oh yeah, only valid for pickup! Terribly poor service! This buy-one-get-one-free offer is almost always available! So be careful if you order multiple pizzas! I don't recommend New York Pizza in Mijdrecht. A very bad experience.

I've been ordering from here regularly since the store opened. So far, I've always been very satisfied. The pizza and sides are always delicious. I prefer to pick up my order. The friendly atmosphere and the staff are fantastic. I enjoy coming here! Definitely worth ordering!

Baked and very dry in taste (while in another village we ordered the same thing and it was mega delicious)

I ordered two pizzas here on Saturday night. The pizza arrived empty. You'd think, "How can you forget to put toppings on a spicy chicken pizza?" Because the delivery was at 10:00 PM, I couldn't call them that evening. So I called them today. First, I called an employee twice, but they couldn't help me. Then they said her team leader would call me back sometime before closing time, which was 10:00 PM. Of course, he didn't, and I had to call the company again. After three very long calls because no one answered, I finally got the team leader on the phone, and he couldn't help either, even though he said the pizza had indeed gone bad. He said, "Yes, my boss needs to call you back about it, but it'll be sometime this week." I don't quite understand the role of a team leader if you can't fix these kinds of small issues yourself. This is about an empty pizza; it seems like a no-brainer to offer a simple solution like a refund. This isn't the first time something has gone wrong here, and they haven't taken responsibility or offered a solution. I don't recommend it here!

Delivery between 6:02 and 6:17 became 6:43! Called several times with instructions and it is still in the wrong place. So everything is cold in the meantime, we keep claiming that he is on his way. Very close and he eventually arrives by car sent by someone from the family chip shop. Sad, never there again!!!

Too often something is "forgotten" or too little is put on the pizza. Especially when it is busier. Now again. Double pepperoni...8 small pieces on a 12 inch pizza. And then being told that that's how it should be... 600 euros a year on pizzas. Not at this business anymore. Bye bye.

Wow, New York Mijdrecht has deteriorated dramatically. I just ordered 2 pizzas, both with barely any toppings, and the delivery person downstairs already took the pizza out of the bag, so my pizza is already cold when I have barely finished half of it. I think this is really bad, because I note that they have to leave it in the bag. I'll stop ordering here.

Jesus that's bad. Dry tough pizza with little to no toppings. If you order extra mushrooms, you will receive a few wafer-thin pieces. Hardly any pepperoni and a lot of money. It's cheaper at the Italian Gusto di Gasto on Hofland and you get a really tasty pizza. My butt hurts just from chewing that tough stuff. Incredibly bad, once but never again!!!

Pizza is dry, there is barely anything on it. For that price you can get much better pizza in the area.

a part of our order didn’t come in, the garlic bread had a mountain of garlic in just one spot and a piece of tomato?? not to mention the pizza looks deflated. go order from domino’s instead

Made my own pizza online, order was processed quickly with no problems. The pizza was great. I've seen a few different new york pizza places and this is one of the better ones. It shows when somone cares about the food they make or at the very least are competent in what they do. Personel was really polite and friendly, will come again for sure!

Heerlijke pizza's & topservice (op tijd en echt warm geleverd)! Omdat pizza's niet echt mijn voorkeur hebben en ik erg terughoudend ben in het bestellen bij een pizzaketen, heeft het tot vorige week geduurd voordat we een pizza bij NY Pizza hebben geprobeerd. Beetje uit gemakzucht tijdens het klussen. Maar geen seconde spijt van! Ik verwachte zo'n slappe, vette hap. Maar de bodem is geweldig, het beleg vers en veel en een topsmaak. We hebben nu voor de 2de x besteld en daar zal het niet bij blijven. Bedankt NY Pizza!

Erg lekker eten, snelle bezorging en echt fantastisch personeel

Lekkere pizza’s! laatst nog garlic chicken besteld, was top van smaak! Kreeg een keertje koude pizza heb toen naar ze gebeld meteen geregeld en nieuwe pizza gekregen. Ook een top service dus. (New York pizza Mijdrecht) is zeker een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ik kan niet anders en moet het weer even laten weten. De New York Pizza was weer supergoed. Zonder een actie of eten met meerdere personen wel wat aan de prijs en zou dan iets anders kiezen. Maar, ze zijn fantastisch lekker. Ben bang dat ik ze gewoon weer neem de volgende keer.

een leuke vestiging in de mooie passage van Mijdrecht. verse producten en vriendelijk personeel maakt deze New York Pizza zeker een aanwinst voor Mijdrecht en omgeving. leuke online acties met daarbij behorende korting maken het ook goed betaalbaar om voor iemand met de kleine portemonnee een lekkere verse pizza aan te schaffen. hierbij was onze eerste ervaring met New York Pizza Mijdrecht zeker de 5 sterren waard, een goed professionele moderne uitstraling en pizza´s van hoge kwaliteit. En daarom durven wij dit zeker aan te raden als je in de omgeving Mijdrecht lekkere trek hebt voor een lekkere snelle verse pizza.
