Never ate Ice cream for 3 consecutive days(maybe even 4) . Flavors are unique and very yummy specially their Mango sticky rice, Key lime Pie and Birthday cake Ice cream are ❤️ Treat yourself,it’s your holiday anyway😇

Good ice cream, scoops very small for the price. Everything is disposable, even when eaten at the ice cream parlor... that's not up to date. The salesperson was extremely unfriendly to us - that ruined our visit.

Neat, clean and modern decor. --- ❌️ I had to indicate how a Luciano iced coffee is made and in which cup it belongs. --- ℹ️ General impression of hospitality: Neat, small, modern. Friendly staff. --- 🍽 Food & drinks: good Quality good, price quite high but in line with market prices. It fits perfectly in a take away large plastic cup, but in Overveen the quantity is not as at the Heemstede, Hoofddorp and The Hague locations. Why? I don't know! The employee first chose a paper medium cup, but that never fits! It looks good, but less filling than normal: 2 scoops of ice cream, shot of espresso (if good), and finally whipped cream. ___ 🪑Indoor interior Small but trendy due to many light colors, so also a bit cold and sleek. --- 🌳 Green/relaxation Not at the location with 1 bench, but around the corner more benches with a nicer view. --- 🅿️ Parking/infrastructure Cyclists: no real bike racks. Cars: very spacious place in the area. --- 🚽Toilet/sanitary facilities: not available.

Finding an Italian-style ice cream shop in the heart of Holland is a pleasure, the ice cream is tasty and the variety of flavors can satisfy anyone

We ordered an ice cream and an Americano. I also asked for a glass of tap water, but I was told that this is not possible and that I had to buy a bottle of water if I wanted to drink water. I found that very strange and not very customer friendly.

I had one scoop of Pistachio, it wasn't bad. The scoop was kind of small for 2.20 €. Many flavors, they dont give u napkins , only if u ask ( are behind so you gotta ask ) .

12 in a dozen ice cream shop. Ice cream was ok, all tasted a bit flat. Ice cream will probably be made with ready-made flavored syrups and you can taste that. The price makes it completely absurd: €2.85 for a scoop of ice cream... crazy.

A bit crowded and hard to see the flavours while waiting. No napkin was offered with the cone nor there were napkins anywhere. But the ice cream was spot on. They even had amarena!

My daughter almost peed her pants when we went to get ice cream. She was not allowed to go to Luciano's toilet for hygienic reasons. Apparently it's more hygienic if she wets her pants in the store. I understand that there is no customer toilet and you say no to people. But if someone is clearly about to wet their pants, you don't let that happen, do you? I was touched by so little understanding... luckily we were allowed to go to the toilet at the snack bar where we didn't order anything in the street.

The ice cream was cleared away before closing time (more than half of the flavors were gone), the scoops were small and there was little whipped cream. The owner was also sneering/unkind towards the staff. I get my ice cream somewhere else after the beach.

Tasty ice-cream! The only flavor that was a bit disappointing was the EK flavor. For the rest delicious!

Small ice cream shop with a variety of ice creams, macarons, and ice cream cakes. The ice creams are very generic and lack flavor. The spoon they use to serve the scoops is very small. Prices are very high for the quantity and quality they offer... The staff's attitude is distant (even that of the manager/owner). It's not a place I’d visit again

Altijd druk, altijd lekker, altijd veel keus. Geen wonder dat op een warme dag de rij tot buiten doorloopt. Bankjes in de buurt om rustig van je ijsje te genieten.

Aardig personeel. Erg lekker ijs, genoeg keuze wanneer je geen melk mag.

Ice cream quality mediocre at best. Very expensive too - two (smallish) scoops and a small bottle of water was €7. Why it is rated so high I really don't understand. Maybe it has something to do with the neighborhood it's in.

I love Luciano's icecreams for its rich taste, creamy consistancy, crunchy wafers and juicy sorbets. There is also an extra point for long opening hours and friendly staff working there.
