What a super delicious high tea we enjoyed here! All dishes were taken care of down to the last detail and each one looked super beautiful! The service was also very good! Super friendly people in this shop who really want to think along with the wishes of the customer! Definitely recommended to go here!

In May I organised a high tea baby shower for my girlfriend, and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the staff and the food were great. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we entered. The room was decorated in soft pastel colours, perfectly in theme with the baby shower. The tables were beautifully set, with cute details that made it complete. Everyone immediately felt at ease. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They really took the time for us, explained everything well and made sure that nothing was missing. They were genuinely enthusiastic and contributed to the lovely atmosphere. And then the food... wow! The high tea was a real treat in itself. Homemade works of art made of chocolate, delicious savoury snacks and perfectly brewed tea in all sorts of flavours. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. My girlfriend felt incredibly special and we all enjoyed it. It was exactly as I had hoped – maybe even better. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to organize a cozy, well-cared for and tasteful baby shower!

Nasty and pushy waiter, asked 4 times what we wanted to drink within 2 minutes. While we indicated to take a look. Full of mosquitoes, probably open sewer somewhere. Also gives the atmosphere

The high tea was taken care of down to the last detail: a beautiful etagère full of fresh, home-made delicacies - from savory snacks to sweet treats (gifts). Everything equally tasteful and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service friendly and attentive. Enjoy an afternoon in an attractive setting - definitely recommended. We would love to come back!!

Really highly recommended! Had an exceptionally delicious high tea here! With every dish you can see the passion and love that has gone into it!🥰 Everything is so beautiful and fantastically decorated, service is really great! Hot water was replenished all the time and the food was really delicious! Nothing was normal, but then again it was. It can't be explained until you taste it yourself! We will definitely come back again☺️

Very well organized high tea. We enjoyed it. Reservations are necessary. A delicious starter soup with croutons. Then a delicious salad with dressing. Then étagères with savory and warm. Vegetable croquettes, sandwiches with pulled pork, salmon and egg salad. Carpaccio wraps, shrimp with avocado on toast. And as a final touch, beautiful planks with a chocolate mushroom with oreo cream, a chocolate cake, fruit skewer with whipped cream, a chocolate apple with apple crumble and cinnamon... and tea in 6 flavors as much as you want. Top! Presentation is super beautiful but above all it is very tasty. And a super friendly host and service. Recommended!

Nice restaurant in the center of Hapert; well cared for and friendly staff! Small scale and pizza and pasta as well as other dishes. But also a great opportunity for high tea! Excellent value for money. In short; recommended!

A warm welcome, good food. We opted for the sharing lunch. But you can also go here for a high tea. If we want to grumble (we remain Dutch) it is about the sauces. Personally, we would have given the base a slightly more neutral taste.

We had dinner this evening, we were warmly welcomed and the atmosphere is very pleasant. When taking the order we asked if they had garlic sauce and they could make it. We had the spare ribs, a children's menu and the apple crumble for dessert. The spare ribs were wonderfully tender and tasty. The dessert looked great and everything tasted incredibly fresh.

Delicious food in a cozy "two feet on the floor mentality" cozy restaurant. Products from local suppliers and fresh. In one word, great, highly recommended. Glad to have found this address.

Often the bowl of lettuce you get with your food is not eaten, so they ask if you want it or not. I was even able to get a bowl of just cucumber instead of lettuce.

Food super tasty. I think the price and performance ratio is right. The service wonderful. Very nice and very accommodating. Great hosts. The waitress was responsive to our 3 year old. He was so loving and attentive. You don't have it often in service! Small but fine restaurant. Very well attended for a Thursday evening. Luckily we had reserved. The service spoke German. Otherwise, communication works wonderfully in a combination of English, Dutch and German 😉. Was really very good. ☺️

Excellent food, friendly service, wide choice. 1 point for improvement: if people ask for it, give them a glass of water with their cappuccino or espresso. This was now refused. That is really outdated these days. The better restaurants will add a glass of water without asking! If you just want water, I would understand. But we ordered various drinks and lunch dishes.

Had a delicious high tea this afternoon. Smooth and courteous service, attractive decor and incredibly tasty savory and sweet dishes. Highly recommended. The sieve for loose tea is not particularly useful because you cannot empty it, but maybe that will be a good idea.

Had high tea this afternoon at Lunch&Diner 38. Cozy accommodation, nicely decorated. Very nice and hospitable owner with humor. The food was incredibly delicious, everything looked beautifully creative and tasted wonderfully fresh. Plenty of food and fresh tea. Highly recommended!

Wij zijn hier net geweest voor een high tea. Het was echt super. Een hele vriendelijke jonge man die er staan vol passie. Je ziet dat alles vers en met de hand gemaakt is en ook met heel veel passie! Echt een aanrader!

Genoten van een heerlijke, super verzorgde high tea. De hapjes waren creatief afgestemd op het (herfst) seizoen en met met liefde en passie bedacht en gemaakt. Warme en aardige bediening. Lof en top!

De high tea was heerlijk en vulde ook goed! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de algehele sfeer was top! Zou het iedereen aanraden en ik ga zeker nog een keer!

Heerlijk gegeten en super goede bediening wij hadden de shrimps gedeeld vooraf en daarna de biefstuk en pasta scampi gegeten. Biefstuk was heel erg mals en de pasta vond mijn partner ook echt heerlijk veel scampis erin ook echt top

Samen met het gezin hier gegeten. Mede door de vele positieve reviews leek ons dat een goed idee. Het viel ons echter niet mee. Echt slecht was het niet, maar ook niet geweldig. Mijn zoon had een pizza met ham, en vond die vrij laf van smaak. De pasta met scampie was OK, maar verzoop in de saus. De biefstuk was vrij flauw, de groentes eronder juist vrij zout. De schnitzel was goed. De patatjes en salade waren lekker. Het is een leuk restaurant, de bediening was vriendelijk en attent, maar het eten viel ons een beetje tegen.

Genoten van een high tea. Geweldig!! Super lekker, meer dan voldoende en alles zo mooi gemaakt! Echt top en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wij hebben hier een High Tea gehad. Het was supergoed, lekker en goed verzorgd. Zeer gastvrij. Komen graag met de herfst High tea terug.

Edit: we zijn vorige week na een jaar zoals beloofd weer op bezoek geweest! De gastheer herkende ons zelfs nog, hoe fijn! Aan kwaliteit is hier nog steeds niets ingeboet, integendeel. De afhaalpizza’s en de gerechten ter plekke zijn overheerlijk en een streling voor het oog. Speciale vermelding voor het lekkere vispannetje! Het personeel, van bediening tot de mensen in de keuken, zijn stuk voor stuk meesters in hun vak. We genieten enorm na van deze heerlijke ervaring. Onze onderstaande review van vorig jaar blijft geldig. Nogmaals, tot volgend jaar! Wow! Hier moet je zijn om in de watten te worden gelegd! Wij zijn op vakantie in Hapert en hadden donderdag pizza’s afgehaald. Toen we in de bungalow de dozen openden was het al een aangename verrassing. Zo mooi, gul belegd en uitstekend gebakken. We krijgen normaal een hele pizza niet op, maar deze pizza’s gingen er vlotjes volledig in, ook al waren ze groot, zo goed smaakte het. Op zaterdag zijn we in de zaak zelf gaan eten. Een aangenaam interieur, kraaknet en gezellig. Opnieuw uitstekend eten, gulle portie, met liefde en smaak bereid door de chef, alles erop eraan. Nog een grotere uitblinker was de bediening! De uitermate vriendelijke personeelsleden doen echt alles om het je naar je zin te maken, alles wat ze doen is ook af en tot in de puntjes correct zoals je zou verwachten in een hogere kwaliteitszaak, wat we het bij deze dus ook zo kunnen benoemen. Je voelt je hier echt verwend als klant! Doe zo voort, want we komen volgend jaar zeker terug!

Sneller dan McDonald's, lekkerder dan je gemiddelde 4-Michelin-sterren-hap op de hoek - hele fijne ervaring!

Genoten van de 'shared lunch'. Mooi verzorgd, lekkere broodjes, wraps, garnalen en heerlijke carpaccio salade. Onze gastheer maakte het geheel tot een waar feestje. ❤️

Heerlijke sfeer, perfecte bediening en het eten is goddelijke. Niks meer aan veranderen de beste lunch die ik heb gegeten in jaren!!

Geweldige tent vooral de eigenaar is super gezellig en maakt graag een praatje ik zou nog een keer terug komen!!!

Geweldig goede service, vriendelijke mensen die goed meedenken met de (on)mogelijkheden van mensen met een beperking. Jammer genoeg geen rolstoeltoilet, maar voor de rest een absolute aanrader!

Wij hebben hier heerlijk gegeten, je kunt merken dat ze trots zijn op hun gerechten. De bediening is vriendelijk en de zaak is leuk aangekleed en gezellig.
