Cozy little place. We stopped by for a quick drink and some cake. The cake was delicious, and the service was friendly and patient.

We had lunch on the shady terrace under the trees. We ordered goat cheese salad. Very tasty: different vegetables, lots of nuts, delicious vinaigrette and the tastiest goat cheese I have ever eaten. One recommendation!!! And for the Belgians: much cheaper than here.

Nice place in the center of Harlingen to have lunch. Simple menu, just good for a bite to eat.

Ordered croquettes with bread. The bread had been baked again in the oven, making it rock hard. Tuna melt was also really disappointing. That bread was also rock hard and the tuna was barely present. No second visit for us.

The five of us arrived at 15:00. Ordered something to drink as a starter, when we wanted to order food we were told that there were only fries to order, everything else was gone. Not very professional. Luckily we found Jonas where there was plenty of food to order and very pleasant and friendly staff.

We always come here for lunch when we are passing through. The ball sandwich is my favorite. The salmon sandwich is also recommended. Friendly service and a good atmosphere.

Lunch café Basta on the Voorstreek in Harlingen is located in an old building. Fortunately, the Café still has its authentic facade. You can enjoy the beautiful buildings and canals in the middle of Harlingen. It is cozy, informal and the service is top notch. The food is simple and good for an affordable price. There is some overdue maintenance, but that is largely outweighed by the good atmosphere. Price/quality is excellent. Recommended for a nice lunch, yes!

One of the better places for lunch in Emmen

People are very friendly and it is nice to relax on the terrace under the trees at 26 degrees. There is a fresh bowl of water for the dog, which our Suka really liked, especially when the owner came out and asked us if she could have a dog biscuit.

We had some drinks there. Friendly service. Nice point.

Today, June 17, 2023, I enjoyed my lunch here, during my umpteenth day trip in Harlingen. * Everything neatly in order. No unnecessary frills. Clean and tidy. * Nice spacious terrace, partly in the sun, partly in the shade. The large trees, plane trees, provide wonderful shade and coolness in really hot weather, as do a few large screens. There is also still room in the sun! So something for everyone. * Smooth and attentive service. * Excellent and clear menu. * Healthy, honest, good food prepared with regional products. * Good price-quality ratio. Enjoyed Carpaccio/brown bread again today. Fine, good and really tasty...!! We have given it our own 'touch'. Top! Truly an address where you would like to come back again. So....just go there! Just had a delicious cup of fresh mint tea around 10:30 in the morning with a brownie. We could sit outside, beautiful spot Unfortunately, the waiter couldn't tell me if the brownie contained nuts and didn't come by to ask if everything was OK or if we wanted anything else.

Had something to drink and eat on the terrace of this café. The toast was delicious. The employee was very friendly and hospitable.

During a bike ride we passed through Harlingen. The terrace looked inviting with sheepskin chairs. Nice lunch with a toasted sandwich and a healthy sandwich. Nice and attentive owner, excellent service.

Somewhere a card with beers or a price indication. Terrace is very crammed together. It took a long time before we had any contact and could order. It was a market, so possibly very busy.

Service fine but quality -/- Just had a latte macchiato and an espresso, but it was really unpleasant if I didn't drink it.

Gezellige tent. We hebben heerlijk gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader voor een lekkere lunch.

Chaotische medewerkers, prima plekje om te zitten. Lekkere broodje Beenham en broodje Carpaccio. Echter wel bij het afrekenen bijna bedonderd doordat ze ons de broodjes 2x hebben laten afrekenen. Hiermee terug gegaan, geld terug gekregen maar geen excuus. Ook beetje nalatig betreft eten denk aan niet vragen hoe het gesmaakt heeft.

Unfreundliche Bedienung. Wohl eher für Einheimische als für Touristen. Das beste daran ist die Lage in der Marktstraße

Leuk en gezellig terras. Moesten toch wachten dus hier even een drankje gedaan.

Gezellige kroeg met terras. Fijn personeel. Enige kritische noot ..... hapjes e.d. van de kaart erg duur.

Nur einen Tee getrunken. Bedienung war sehr nett, die Toilette nicht unbedingt sauber. Schade, man sitzt dort sehr schön!

Heerlijk buiten in het zonnetje genoten van een lekkere cappuccino voor vetrek naar Terschelling.

Leuk tentje, niet al te druk. En prima eten Personeel heeft geen haast , maar dit was niet hinderlijk

Schönes, gemütliches Lunchcafe in Harlingen. Essen und Getränke sind lecker, und das Personal auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - dankenswerterweise auch auf deutsch oder englisch. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen :)

Der Laden liegt mitten in der City und ist gut besucht. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, spricht auch englisch und deutsch. Das Essen und Trinken kommt schnell, die Portionen sind groß und zum satt werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top!

Was erg vroeg op t terras en de keuken was nog niet open. Werd er wel even vlot n tosti voor mij gemaakt. Super attent. Nog leuker. Het terras ligt in de ochtendzon. 😀 Binnen een mooie muurschildering (bijna af) van het laatste avondmaal. Herken je de artiesten?

Als lunch kreeg ik voor 6,50 een enorme kom met mosterdsoep. Ik kreeg hem niet op vanwege 2 redenen: hij was veel te waterig en er was teveel van. Dus heb ik het restje maar laten staan. Daarna had ik helaas patat en een kroket maar ik was al vol van de kom soep... patat, kroket en cappuccino waren prima overigens. Bediening ook.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede bediening. Drankje en kleine snack genuttigd.
