I asked for a regular coffee. I got espresso! Ordered filet sandwich am. It was spread very thinly, and all the ingredients were predominant. I can't list them all, there were so many of them, that's why I could NOT taste the fillet anymore Especially the tomato sauce was a lot and not appropriate. It remains to eat a tasty fillet at home, not spread thinly like a gauze. Well, this is how we take care of the....products.....

The reason is, that I studied the menu and was amazed about the high prices of the food and drinks in this, let's face it, simple lunch room. Even the bill for the cappuccino and cake was already rather eye watering, despite the good quality of the servings.

Food and drinks are quite nice, but what a noise in this place. Employees should take part in the business themselves. While making coffee you can no longer hear each other and if you are still there at 4 p.m. they are already sweeping (nice and fresh if you are still eating cake) and pushing chairs. Staff also talk way too loudly behind the bar/desk. We quickly left out of frustration.

Na 2 jaar weer eens binnen gelopen voor een bakje koffie met mijn vriendin. Nog steeds onvriendelijk personeel, en koffie was niet lekker. Mochten ook niet op een plaats zitten wat wij een leuk plekje vonden, dus moesten verplaatsen. Dus na deze 2 jaar komen wij er nu echt niet meer.

Vanmiddag tussen twee afspraken door bij lunchroom Soof gegeten. Via internet had ik gereserveerd en de tafel stond keurig klaar, ondanks dat wij te vroeg waren. De lunchroom ziet er strak, netjes en goed verzorgd uit. De corona maatregelen worden heel erg goed na geleefd. Je gegevens worden genoteerd, de tafel en de kaart goed gedesinfecteerd en de looproute is aangegeven en een goede afstand tussen de tafels. Het personeel is attent en ontvangt je hartelijk en vriendelijk. De keuze op de kaart is ruim voldoende. Wij kozen beiden voor bruin boerenbrood met zalm. De bestelling werd snel uitgeserveerd en het brood was heel goed belegd. Een ruime portie zalm en goed gegarneerd. Wij kenden lunchroom Soof niet maar hebben bij onze Schiedamse afspraak wel reclame voor hen gemaakt. Als wij weer in de buurt moeten zijn hebben wij een vast lunch adres gevonden.

For example, no more flame toast. - the breakfast board looks well cared for. But the price is a problem. Furthermore, the meat products on the breakfast platter may have 1 or 2 fewer meat products. And extra white in the range would also be nice. With these points it will no longer invite us to have a quick drink or lunch there. Which is a shame because there are not many dining tents in the playing field.
