We had a wonderful meal. We were pleasantly surprised and served a variety of appetizers. They were very tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price. We also received a very friendly welcome.

I ate at Yasmin Sham restaurant a while ago and it was truly wonderful. The food was delicious, and the shisha there is excellent. The shake was also tasty and refreshing. Definitely worth going back!

The worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant in my life. The stinginess with the food is not normal. The service is not the worst. The waiter ignores us for half an hour to answer us. We ordered a chicken burger. It was raw meat. We told the cook. He told us it was American meat that is not cooked from the inside. He thought we were arguing, like he looked. We said, "No, there is no meat that is not cooked." He said, "You cook your own food." With complete impudence and disrespect, we ordered a yogurt ayran that tasted like it was rotten. The salt did not dissolve. Mint was added to it, thank God. It resembled everything except yogurt. The cook tried to convince us until the last moment that it was not cooked. We told him, "No, it is not possible that there is such meat." We left the restaurant full of spleen and our stomachs were aching. We were afraid of getting food poisoning. The man in charge of the restaurant looked like he was sitting in a guest house, not a restaurant. The bread was stale. The meat was oversalted. They stuffed it with vegetables so you wouldn't feel that the place smelled bad and smoky. The place is full of hookahs, you feel like you're in a bar, and the restaurant is not suitable for human consumption, and the animals accept to eat this very bad food. It's not the best thing. They might think we're begging or coming to eat for free.

Unfortunately, the food is not good at all, and the portions are small compared to other restaurants, meaning that the meal is not enough for one person. The worst restaurant I have tried, it was the first and last time. The hookahs are suffocating, and there is no designated place for them.

The food was not tasty and was from the previous day. They don't know how to prepare shawarma – it was not rolled properly and the shawarma was cut incorrectly. The food is great but there are more people smoking Shisha than people coming to dine. I'm not sure this is even legal now days. So if you are looking to smoke or don't mind it is a great place for you.
