It is an all-you-can-eat, perhaps that says enough. The food is good, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is good too. What struck us most is that you can chat easily with each other without having to shout. Furthermore, we had a delicious meal.

Visited for the first time today. The food was really flavorful, fresh, and tender. The restaurant's decor was simply top-notch, not a greasy feast like many of this type. Really great!

We booked a table for my sisters birthday and we asked for a table with a nice view and this was never considered, we booked again and we specified that we had children so we needed a place with enough space but rather we were given a table in the walk way. The staff were unfriendly and they kept taking about my sister that she is rude in Dutch, they thought we do not understand it. I highly do not recommend.

Okay in itself, but not really worth repeating for us. It wasn't very busy, and because of that, I think there wasn't enough interest in the hot appetizers and dishes that were ready. As a result, the containers remained unrenewed from the moment we arrived until closing, and everything either dries out or becomes soggy. The sushi that wasn't wanted was left standing there, exposed for an hour or more. Also, the sushi chef blew his nose into the trash can next to him instead of using a tissue and washing his hands. He does wear gloves, but with the basics not in order, that is a false sense of security. Anyway, it's crazy and weird to do that with an open kitchen. Also, certain sushi items were sold out, and after asking if they could still be made because they were actually tasty, they were not made anymore and it was said that the other types had to be finished (even if you don't like them). It is a nice, attractive establishment, but I think with better management, this could be a top-notch place. Also, prepare smaller containers in advance so that you can rotate and potentially offer fresh dishes and sushi again, instead of leaving older dishes that are 4.5 hours old sitting there that no one wants anymore. This is simply not okay and a waste.

The food is great, only the sushi was very dry. The service was even rude; the in-house staff behind the wok, the tap, and the ice are very unfriendly! Not really inviting.

A wide selection of ready-made dishes, plus the option to individually select ingredients (vegetables, fish, meat) for stir-fries/hot plates. Desserts, ice cream, and fruit are plentiful and beautifully presented, including a chocolate fountain (and clean, as the ice cream isn't self-service, so there's no mess)! Drinks (bottles and fresh juices) are included, even wine and beer! The clearing service is always on the go and very friendly. We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant has been my favorite place to eat out for 3 years, whether I am alone or with friends/family. The atmosphere is cozy, the food tastes delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Really good value for money, even though it averages €40 per person.

If you want to grab meat for stir-frying, find glass in the meat, but immediately report it, come take a look, remove the glass, throw it away, and just leave the tray as fresh meat for the customers, then you make a comment about it and they simply deny that there is glass in it. Enjoy your meal, customers.

Everything was lovely, spacious, and cozy. Only the toilet wasn't clean. But that didn't spoil the fun.

We regularly eat at Eat Palazzo; it looks neat and there is a wide selection of food. The toilets are in need of a renovation and could be cleaned a bit better. Something that really annoys me, and that I find incredibly disgusting, is that when you leave you can still grab a mint; these things aren't in a wrapper, so dirty. Everyone is putting their hands in that bin. I would say do something about this, and we would be happy to come back.

Something for everyone. Be careful with raw meat. It was turned on the griddle with the same tongs used to handle the raw meat. The quality is good, but the rendang was extremely tough. 3 hours of food and drink for 50 euros p.p. is a reasonable price.

Grabbed a bite to eat. While I was eating, I already told a friend, "I'm not finishing this because it feels like I'll have a stomach ache tonight." In the end, I ordered other things. From the evening of the dinner until 3 days later, I had severe food poisoning. Man, the food quality was terrible. €43 all-inclusive is nice, but the quality really doesn't have to be this bad.

I want to thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for turning an ordinary birthday into a real party! I want to thank the chefs for their craftsmanship and talent; it is a true theater, or even a movie, to watch the chosen ingredients being prepared right before your eyes. Bravo! You are the best! I also want to thank the bartender who made sure every guest received a drink that didn't bother them! Thank you very much and see you soon!

I wanted to celebrate my own birthday today, but the staff were completely unfriendly, except for one person: a Dutch lady with a bun who brought a nice ice cream with an ice cream torch in it. The food was very tight; almost everything was gone!! And we were there just after 5:00 PM. There was also a family whose children were constantly running around, which was very annoying when you want to eat in peace and have them run past you every time. I wanted to tell my story when leaving, but that calendar guy with the glasses didn't think it was important. This way, it isn't worth a single star.

The choice is huge, my stomach is too small, worth visiting again next time for the delicious food I haven't gotten around to yet.

One of the better All You Can Eat places, in my opinion. Good food, wide selection. Only the parking isn't optimal.

We had a reservation for 8 PM after a lovely day out. Two hours of eating. You pay quite a lot for it, and then in the last half hour, all the food is already being thrown away. Everything was gone. You would expect to be able to eat for two hours. That choice wasn't available. Apart from that, the food was very disappointing. A lot was gone. The fries were dry and hard, there was hair mixed in with the food, just to name a few things. While customers are still present, the air ducts are already being cleaned and people are standing on the teppanyaki plates with their shoes on. The toilet was very dirty. You felt like you were stuck to the floor. Not exactly a pleasant prospect for next time. Very unfortunate.

The food was really excellent, especially the wok. The grill did take a bit long and a little too much oil was used. Desserts and starters were exquisite. The service was less than ideal and cold. Furthermore, a photographer was allowed to take a few hundred photos of a group of people celebrating Eid al-Fitr. The flash on every photo was particularly annoying and undesirable, as was the fact that you were very likely to be photographed along with them – also a big no-go!!! Otherwise, the decor is very nice. Unfortunately, the kids' area is very underwhelming, as is the entertainment there. 4/5 stars for the food and 1 star for the manager and her team. We were unable to dine in a pleasant and relaxed manner, which we found very unfortunate because the kitchen is very good.

A huge disappointment. Upon arrival—immediately after paying €45 p.p.—we were told right away that we had to leave at 18:45. That set the tone immediately. We were a group of twenty people, but there wasn't a single large table available. As a result, we had to spread out across three different tables, which made the whole experience even less pleasant. The atmosphere was anything but chic: many guests were walking around in sandals and tracksuits. The hygiene also left much to be desired; I saw several cobwebs between the pillars and walls. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good either. The sushi was dry and tasteless, and there were long lines for the hot dishes. In short: absolutely not worth the price. We will never be coming back here.

We come here regularly, like many others, because the food is quite varied and delicious for an all-you-can-eat concept. The all-inclusive price makes it ideal, especially for groups. A lovely restaurant with delicious food! However, this time we were deeply disappointed upon arrival. We made a reservation for 18 people on November 26th, which was later adjusted to 22, which was no problem at all. However, there was a "Christmas price" for Christmas, December 25th, and 26th, which we didn't want to take advantage of because there wasn't a special occasion or concept being held by the restaurant, so we specifically booked for December 24th. Upon arrival, the woman behind the counter clearly explained that AFTER my reservation, they had applied a "special" Christmas Eve price and adjusted it on the website. We weren't aware of this, despite the reservation being adjusted from 18 to 22 people. We found this unacceptable and very poorly communicated, and asked if they could accommodate us somewhere. Absolutely not. Ultimately, we ended up paying almost €120 extra for "nothing" we were trying to avoid. So my advice to the restaurant: if you make changes AFTER a reservation has already been booked (confirmed by a lady with glasses), inform the customer so they can decide for themselves whether they want to proceed and aren't forced to accept. Because finding another restaurant last minute wasn't an option for us with (ultimately) 21 people.

Made a reservation well in advance for Christmas Eve. When we arrived, the prices had suddenly gone up. This wasn't visible on the website at the time of booking. It was deeply saddening, because despite evidence, they treat customers well. Never again!!! Arrogance, and the food is nothing like it used to be.

The food and service are great. The atmosphere isn't my thing; I always find it uninviting and constantly being left behind. Parking is a bit of a challenge here. It's next to the sauna, sports hall, and gym.

We like to go to AYCE restaurants occasionally; there's a lot of variety. This time I went with my in-laws, several generations apart, and there's something for everyone. It happened to be very busy that day, but if you can time it right, you won't have to wait long. Very extensive and (at first glance 😉) beautiful ingredients. The food under the warmers was often lukewarm, but otherwise, I think this food court is absolutely fantastic!

You can eat as much as you want... that's true!!! There's everything: from fruit to roasted and grilled meats. There's a wide selection to choose from, something for everyone, from vegans to carnivores, from followers of all religions to people from all over the world. Luckily, you don't have to weigh yourself on the way out, ha ha ha. (Some might be a bit scared 😉)

Outrageous refusal of assistance dog, violation of law Yesterday, an acquaintance was refused entry to Eat Palazo in Schiedam because she brought her assistance dog. This dog is medically necessary due to ASD and epilepsy. This is not just unkind behavior; it is a direct violation of Dutch law. According to Article 2 of the Equal Treatment on the Grounds of Disability or Chronic Illness Act (WGBH/CZ), it is prohibited to refuse entry to someone in a public place because of a disability, including the possession of an assistance dog. Furthermore, the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which is legally binding in the Netherlands, stipulates that access for assistance dogs in restaurants must be guaranteed. By refusing her entry, Eat Palazo: - Directly discriminated against her on the basis of disability. - Violated the WGBH/CZ. - Violated the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. An assistance dog is not a pet but a medical device, comparable to a wheelchair or a hearing aid. Refusing this is as absurd as denying someone in a wheelchair access. Eat Palazo has demonstrated not only a complete lack of respect for people with disabilities, but also an ignorance or indifference to the law. I advise everyone to take this matter seriously, file a complaint with the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights, and avoid this restaurant until they amend their policies and apologize. Discrimination is never acceptable! And certainly not in 2025!

I once thought it was a good wok, but today it was terrible! If we'd already paid, I would have left. I had the chicken schnitzel and chicken fingers from the buffet; they were absolutely dry. Even the wok-fried chicken was tougher than grandma's bottom. The Chinese tomato soup was decent, but nothing to liven it up. The man behind the counter was unfriendly and didn't say much. When we asked if we could sit up front because my wife had a toilet, the answer was no. But in the end, those tables remained empty all evening. Definitely not worth €45 per person; you'd be better off going to McDonald's. It's our last time here.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience here today. And that's called RACISM. My daughter was refused entry with her official assistance dog. This is illegal under Dutch law. The managers were unavailable. And the owner refused to speak with us. That's why we officially filed a RACISM report. I hope others with assistance dogs will do the same.

The food is of good quality, there is plenty of choice for everyone. Children can play on the top floor. The staff is polite but (usually at the wok) short and few words.

For the price you pay, the food is very poor. The meat was still half-raw on the grill, and the person grilling it should take a course in customer service. The Chinese food was absolutely inedible. The only thing that was good was the dessert, and the play area for the little ones was old, and the only person supervising was only on their phone. We went once and decided never to go back.

The food at Eat Pallazo was fine, but nothing special. No distinctive flavors or surprises—just okay. The service, on the other hand, was downright terrible. We were ignored when we asked simple questions, and the staff was unfriendly and rude. They seemed completely disinterested in their guests. Not recommended. You can eat at plenty of other places for the same price where you'll be made to feel welcome.

On July 18th, we dined with a large group. It was quite busy on a Friday night, but you know that beforehand. The food wasn't great that evening: the Foe Yong Hai was more like Foe Yong soup. Just a thin tomato sauce with a tiny bit of egg. Then there was the Babi Pangang: it was just strips of pork with tomato paste. Then there was the Daging Smoor: the beef was tough; I couldn't cut it with a knife. And finally, the tomato soup: this "soup" had absolutely no flavor. It's a shame it's going downhill so badly. I've eaten here before, and it was much better.

The food was delicious. But the sushi and tepanyakki, in particular, took a very long time. That took away a lot of the enjoyment. Such a shame. The people behind the tepanyakki were also utterly disinterested.

De rauwe zalm en haring waren van zeer goede kwaliteit. Verder onsnijdbare biefstuk en garpazzo en alles van zeer gemiddelde smaak. Zeebaars op een plaat gooien en er olie overheen sprenkelen bijvoorbeeld is bepaald niet een culinaire ervaring. Geen restaurant voor fijnproevers. Wel leuk om met een grote groep te gaan eten omdat er veel keuze is, hoewel de accoustiek niet denderend is.

Ondanks dat het eten niet heel slecht was, hebben wij wel een negatieve ervaring. We waren met een groep van 19 personen. Helaas kregen we 2 rijen tafels naast elkaar. Dus de helft zat met ruggen naar elkaar. Heel ongezellig. Personeel was niet meewerkend, we mochten de tafels niet anders neerzetten en er waren geen andere opties. Jammer, want dit was echt een domper op de avond.

This is one of the best all you can eat ever that I have tried.
