Quality food stall ;) Great atmosphere inside, but it was very busy, and you sometimes had to wait a long time. The food itself was excellent and varied.

Amazing place to dine out, in the price you have included everything to eat and drink, which is very good for 40 euro pp. The place looks great, the cooking is fresh and clean. I recommend to everyone and we'll return happily.

Outrageous refusal of assistance dog, violation of law Yesterday, an acquaintance was refused entry to Eat Palazo in Schiedam because she brought her assistance dog. This dog is medically necessary due to ASD and epilepsy. This is not just unkind behavior; it is a direct violation of Dutch law. According to Article 2 of the Equal Treatment on the Grounds of Disability or Chronic Illness Act (WGBH/CZ), it is prohibited to refuse entry to someone in a public place because of a disability, including the possession of an assistance dog. Furthermore, the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which is legally binding in the Netherlands, stipulates that access for assistance dogs in restaurants must be guaranteed. By refusing her entry, Eat Palazo: - Directly discriminated against her on the basis of disability. - Violated the WGBH/CZ. - Violated the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. An assistance dog is not a pet but a medical device, comparable to a wheelchair or a hearing aid. Refusing this is as absurd as denying someone in a wheelchair access. Eat Palazo has demonstrated not only a complete lack of respect for people with disabilities, but also an ignorance or indifference to the law. I advise everyone to take this matter seriously, file a complaint with the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights, and avoid this restaurant until they amend their policies and apologize. Discrimination is never acceptable! And certainly not in 2025!

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience here today. And that's called RACISM. My daughter was refused entry with her official assistance dog. This is illegal under Dutch law. The managers were unavailable. And the owner refused to speak with us. That's why we officially filed a RACISM report. I hope others with assistance dogs will do the same.

I once thought it was a good wok, but today it was terrible! If we'd already paid, I would have left. I had the chicken schnitzel and chicken fingers from the buffet; they were absolutely dry. Even the wok-fried chicken was tougher than grandma's bottom. The Chinese tomato soup was decent, but nothing to liven it up. The man behind the counter was unfriendly and didn't say much. When we asked if we could sit up front because my wife had a toilet, the answer was no. But in the end, those tables remained empty all evening. Definitely not worth €45 per person; you'd be better off going to McDonald's. It's our last time here.

The food is of good quality, there is plenty of choice for everyone. Children can play on the top floor. The staff is polite but (usually at the wok) short and few words.

For the price you pay, the food is very poor. The meat was still half-raw on the grill, and the person grilling it should take a course in customer service. The Chinese food was absolutely inedible. The only thing that was good was the dessert, and the play area for the little ones was old, and the only person supervising was only on their phone. We went once and decided never to go back.

Eating out for a birthday. A great location! Lots of choices. Kids also love having their own slice of buffet!

The food at Eat Pallazo was fine, but nothing special. No distinctive flavors or surprises—just okay. The service, on the other hand, was downright terrible. We were ignored when we asked simple questions, and the staff was unfriendly and rude. They seemed completely disinterested in their guests. Not recommended. You can eat at plenty of other places for the same price where you'll be made to feel welcome.

On July 18th, we dined with a large group. It was quite busy on a Friday night, but you know that beforehand. The food wasn't great that evening: the Foe Yong Hai was more like Foe Yong soup. Just a thin tomato sauce with a tiny bit of egg. Then there was the Babi Pangang: it was just strips of pork with tomato paste. Then there was the Daging Smoor: the beef was tough; I couldn't cut it with a knife. And finally, the tomato soup: this "soup" had absolutely no flavor. It's a shame it's going downhill so badly. I've eaten here before, and it was much better.

The food was delicious. But the sushi and tepanyakki, in particular, took a very long time. That took away a lot of the enjoyment. Such a shame. The people behind the tepanyakki were also utterly disinterested.

De rauwe zalm en haring waren van zeer goede kwaliteit. Verder onsnijdbare biefstuk en garpazzo en alles van zeer gemiddelde smaak. Zeebaars op een plaat gooien en er olie overheen sprenkelen bijvoorbeeld is bepaald niet een culinaire ervaring. Geen restaurant voor fijnproevers. Wel leuk om met een grote groep te gaan eten omdat er veel keuze is, hoewel de accoustiek niet denderend is.

Ondanks dat het eten niet heel slecht was, hebben wij wel een negatieve ervaring. We waren met een groep van 19 personen. Helaas kregen we 2 rijen tafels naast elkaar. Dus de helft zat met ruggen naar elkaar. Heel ongezellig. Personeel was niet meewerkend, we mochten de tafels niet anders neerzetten en er waren geen andere opties. Jammer, want dit was echt een domper op de avond.

This is one of the best all you can eat ever that I have tried.

Very nice restaurant with so much to choose from. We have celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary and had an amazing evening. The kids could play at the kid's floor where they even had the opportunity to get their face painted by professionals. The personnel was very helpful and considerate with special diets.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere

Yesterday we went for dinner with four people, 2 adults and 2 children. The food is good, not fantastic but it was not disappointing either. Price quality is right! There is a lot of choice, meat and fish can be baked on the plate or wokked. Many ready-made dishes, both hot and cold, a wide range of sushi and a super large dessert buffet with more than 15 types of ice cream and 2 chocolate fountains. There is a children's corner where the kids could also have their faces painted. All in price so all drinks are included, also easy with children. I don't have a picture of it but there was a nice spacious children's buffet, low to the ground so you can get everything yourself. It is very massive and busy. But despite that we will come back again.

Delicious food, really a world cuisine for all ages and apparently children can also play there, ask the staff about the playground for kids and they will show you.

This time I was very satisfied. The entrance was enlarged and there was no nuisance from the toilet area. I had the intention not to use any flavour enhancers or excess carbohydrates and that worked surprisingly well with a wide range of fresh vegetables and unprocessed meat and fish products there was more than enough choice. For guests who do not have to watch their weight or health there is much more choice. Perhaps flavour enhancers can also be included as an item in the extensive allergy list?

When asked if he could grill our halal meat on the empty space in the corner, the employee indicated that this was difficult. Despite the fact that the plate was empty, we asked if it was possible, regardless of the difficulty. However, the employee became persistent and flatly refused. I kindly explained to him that the concept of halal meat is that it should be grilled separately, without coming into contact with the juices of other meat, but unfortunately this did not convince him. It was a disappointment and a waste of my money.

Nice location located in Schiedam suburb. Free parking in front of the door, plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant has a nice appearance inside and has a nice atmosphere. We were well received at the entrance and guided to our table. We were not satisfied with our seat and after consultation with a friendly young man we were given a better seat. Really good service. Staff very customer friendly and service oriented. Have a quick chat with the chefs. And they were all friendly! Staff who cleared our table were quick and polite. Food was good, meat well marinated on the grill. Good balance in spices. Also tasted everything from the hot buffet. Delicious! For sushi they use a lot of rice and little fish and ingredients. The range could also be more extensive. They have a nice belt where the sushi rotates. If the sushi was also optimal, everything would be worth 5 stars. More attention to the sushi and everything is perfect. They even have dim sum here, it was delicious! And the fish plate was delicious. The dessert bar is highly recommended! Delicious ice cream from machine. And the ice cream is of high quality! That was really delicious. You can really taste the difference that the dessert bar here is much better than other world restaurants. And the fruit was wonderfully fresh and tender. Definitely worth repeating!

I thought it was special that some customers did not take off their coats before grabbing their food, and there was a man standing at the grill (customer) with a plate full of meat, really just a mountain, perhaps a certain amount per run?

Mega place! So far, of all this type of restaurants, this one is my favorite!!! Fresh meat, you can choose your own meat for grilling or frying :-) large selection of ice cream and other desserts... I highly recommend it. You need to book in advance

Went last Saturday for dinner to celebrate my aunt's 12.5 years of employment. It's way too busy, you just have to stand in line for 20-30 minutes if you want to have meat fried. Food from my party was put on someone else's plate and they could go back in line. Food tasted like frozen quality, it sat too long or was just tough. Sushi is still partly made in front of you, but this is done at such a slow pace that there is actually not enough. It's all you can eat, I know. But come on, a little flavor is welcome, right? Service takes your plate and glass away from right in front of you and they simply pass them all over the table. They literally disturb you while you eat. You want to take a bite, only to find that an employee's arm is almost in your mouth. They come so irritatingly close to your neighbor. Also: It's all you can eat, but come on, you can take your guests into account, right? I also have a gluten intolerance. Now I know that you have a lot fewer options in such a 'restaurant'. I contacted eat palazzo in advance regarding my intolerance. After which eat palazzo emailed me back: “We certainly also have several gluten-free options.” In good spirits to the 'restaurant'…. Well no. The fried mushrooms and green beans contained gluten (which it does not naturally contain). In the end, the only thing that could be eaten was the fries (which probably don't even come from a chip shop other than the snacks they bake). There was also the option of (canned) fruit or chemical ice. What a big disappointment. Luckily the company I was with was good. Hence the two stars, even though it has nothing to do with this 'food shed'.

Asked if we could possibly just have an (alcoholic) drink. To conclude a pleasant day in the sauna, which is located opposite this restaurant. Buffet du Monde, mainly Asian cuisine, offers unlimited dishes with quality products. You can cook various meats like Angus beef and chicken, as well as fish like salmon. However, the staff does not seem to understand when asking for the different choices of beers, which forces you to only drink one kind, because it is not possible to help yourself to alcohol, which is a problem. We visit this place on special occasions. There are a lot of choices from food that is ready to eat including meals and snacks to food that they can grill for you on the spot. A lot of choices for kids and also sections with ingredients seperately so that people can make their food the way they want. Our favorite section is the sushi buffet. There is also a drinks section and one with deserts, good options in general.
