When asked if he could grill our halal meat on the empty space in the corner, the employee indicated that this was difficult. Nice location located in Schiedam suburb. Free parking in front of the door, plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant has a nice appearance inside and has a nice atmosphere. We were well received at the entrance and guided to our table. We were not satisfied with our seat and after consultation with a friendly young man we were given a better seat. Really good service. Staff very customer friendly and service oriented. Have a quick chat with the chefs. And they were all friendly! Staff who cleared our table were quick and polite. Food was good, meat well marinated on the grill. Good balance in spices. Also tasted everything from the hot buffet. Delicious! For sushi they use a lot of rice and little fish and ingredients. The range could also be more extensive. They have a nice belt where the sushi rotates. If the sushi was also optimal, everything would be worth 5 stars. More attention to the sushi and everything is perfect. They even have dim sum here, it was delicious! And the fish plate was delicious. The dessert bar is highly recommended! Delicious ice cream from machine. And the ice cream is of high quality! That was really delicious. You can really taste the difference that the dessert bar here is much better than other world restaurants. And the fruit was wonderfully fresh and tender. Definitely worth repeating!

Been here for the first time, delicious food, friendly service, everything clean, highly recommended. I thought it was special that some customers did not take off their coats before grabbing their food, and there was a man standing at the grill (customer) with a plate full of meat, really just a mountain, perhaps a certain amount per run?

Mega place! So far, of all this type of restaurants, this one is my favorite!!! Fresh meat, you can choose your own meat for grilling or frying :-) large selection of ice cream and other desserts... I highly recommend it. You need to book in advance

Went last Saturday for dinner to celebrate my aunt's 12.5 years of employment. It's way too busy, you just have to stand in line for 20-30 minutes if you want to have meat fried. Food from my party was put on someone else's plate and they could go back in line. Food tasted like frozen quality, it sat too long or was just tough. Sushi is still partly made in front of you, but this is done at such a slow pace that there is actually not enough. It's all you can eat, I know. But come on, a little flavor is welcome, right? Service takes your plate and glass away from right in front of you and they simply pass them all over the table. They literally disturb you while you eat. You want to take a bite, only to find that an employee's arm is almost in your mouth. They come so irritatingly close to your neighbor. Also: It's all you can eat, but come on, you can take your guests into account, right? I also have a gluten intolerance. Now I know that you have a lot fewer options in such a 'restaurant'. I contacted eat palazzo in advance regarding my intolerance. After which eat palazzo emailed me back: “We certainly also have several gluten-free options.” In good spirits to the 'restaurant'…. Well no. The fried mushrooms and green beans contained gluten (which it does not naturally contain). In the end, the only thing that could be eaten was the fries (which probably don't even come from a chip shop other than the snacks they bake). There was also the option of (canned) fruit or chemical ice. What a big disappointment. Luckily the company I was with was good. Hence the two stars, even though it has nothing to do with this 'food shed'.

He pulled the plate out of my hands and threw my food on the BBQ. I went to get something to drink. When I came back he had given away my plate of food. As if he doesn't care. When I finished serving my food again, he refused to accept it. That's no way to treat customers! I don't know if I'll come back after such an experience!

I had a really bad experience because of the employee who was there, he was really unfriendly and aggressive. If you want to receive more customers, you must have friendly and respectful employees. Such bad behavior is really not possible in such a well-known restaurant.

Last Sunday we had a reservation for 2.5 hours with a start time of 7:00 PM. Upon arrival in the lobby there was a strong toilet smell. Which almost made me leave again. The roasted potatoes and spare ribs were very tough. Maybe I shouldn't have chosen that in a mainly Asian restaurant. My entrecote was overcooked, so it was also very tough. I don't think it is very hygienic that a chef, while preparing meat on the griddle, proceeds to cutting raw chicken fillet, then walks back and forth through the restaurant without washing or changing the glove and also returns to the griddle where he continues baking. When we visited the dessert buffet, it turned out that an hour before the end, almost all the pastries were already quite empty. We visit this place on special occasions. There are a lot of choices from food that is ready to eat including meals and snacks to food that they can grill for you on the spot. A lot of choices for kids and also sections with ingredients seperately so that people can make their food the way they want. Our favorite section is the sushi buffet. There is also a drinks section and one with deserts, good options in general.

The food was fantastic. Restaurant was completely full on Thursday evening. What a noise! We could barely hear each other. If you only want to eat and drink for a fixed price, this restaurant is recommended.

Very nice cooked and grilled food. The pre heated fried stuff is a little less tasty and dry sometimes. But the meat, fish and wok are very very tasty. Most disappointed is there no lemons for to grab and put over the fish :( only those cut in slices for the drinks. I had to use them but it’s very annoying. The sushi is very good quality too. Salads are tasting fresh too. So overall is a very good place. We were here on a Saturday and it was very very busy. Sometimes you had to wait 15+ min for your fish or meat to be prepared on the grill. We also were here once on Monday and it was nicely quiet. So choose what suits you haha.

First and last time!! They are thieves!! We came with a quite large group for a birthday on December 5. Everyone ultimately paid for a rate for weekends/public holidays, while Sinterklaas is not even an official holiday. So if you've been here today, Eatpalazzo has charged €3 more per adult and €1 more per child! When you contact them to ask for money back, you get nothing back at all. People just act like they don't understand you, even though they do understand you when paying or when you want extra things. If you want to eat there, please pay attention when paying!! Or don't go there at all. People there are not honest!

For a food barn, this is the best I have experienced so far. Been here quite a lot (before the corona period) but still very good. The only disadvantage I think is that it is very busy. We had only reserved 2 hours, 3 hours is better with the long lines everywhere.

Great meal. Lots of choice, mostly Asian oriented. Little choice for vegetarians. With the Italian name 'Palazzo' and the concept of world cuisine, I also expected Italian dishes (pasta, pizza), but this was not present. Service was excellent, plates were neatly removed. It is very chaotic and noisy, well suited for large groups, but less so if you are 2nd with them.

Great place to relax with friends. A large selection of seafood. Rolls for every taste. Barbecue lovers have a place to go wild. The only thing I didn’t like were the oysters. Firstly, the first one I came across had scales, well, there was nothing to it except lemon (of course we improvised and added a drop of white wine), ideally Mignonette sauce would be suitable (but we understand that this is not that restaurant). The staff is friendly, they greet you at the reception and show you to your table. The waiters remove empty plates from the table in a timely manner, so you feel comfortable. Yes, I lost my phone in the establishment, but found it without any problems by contacting the administrator.

Yesterday, October 31, we had dinner here with my 92-year-old grandfather, who has difficulty walking. Shouldn't be a problem, because there is an elevator, right(?) We have been here several times. Unfortunately we were assigned a spot upstairs. Staff took us to the elevator. Did another employee come and ask what we were doing there?! Excuse me sir? Your lovely colleague just took us here?! No, the elevator is not working, with a very rude tone. Oh great, you're standing there with your 92-year-old grandfather. With a lot of pain, effort and puffing, we would get another table. Of course, we just paid 285 euros! It was also mentioned that from now on we had to indicate that we wanted to sit downstairs. No sir because normally there is an elevator. Don't make your problem our problem! They first make you wait in the lobby for another half hour, because the staff thought it had already been resolved. This is already the second encounter I have had with the staff upon arrival. Do something about your customer service. Oh and fix your elevator so you don't have to bother your customers with YOUR problem!! 😉

We celebrated our mother's birthday there tonight with 44 people. We had a delicious meal and drinks. The service was super customer friendly. It was a fantastic evening. Definitely worth repeating.

I came at the invitation of family. I have been eating vegetarian for more than 35 years, and I am used to limited choice. But this beat everything. No tofu or something like that as a choice when stir-frying, no vegetarian snacks with fries or potatoes. Meat and fish in abundance. Also hardly any vegetarian sushi. Never again for me

So its my daughters birthday today we had to wait until she arrived no problem but they close at 10pm so at 8pm they let us go in to sit with so many uncertainty. Felt a bit uneasy but ja. We went in and started to eat. In the course of the 2 hours up until the very end the waiters kept watching us( very disturbing feeling) I felt so uneasy there. The food should have been refill more often. Almost as if we were eating leftovers, bread, rice,sushi, bami etc. However the meat and fish was on point. The ladies toilet was wet, dirty and stinks, yall need to pay attention on keeping it clean. We were a group of more than 15 and fornthe birthday girl we were told we need to pay €5 for her dessert to sing HappyBirthday.... smfh. Nou bij deze. Daar ga ik NOOIT MEER.... And yall expensive.

We were regular customers but not anymore. the last time we had been here with reservation with seniors and 3 children and there was no good place offered to us and we then said that we cannot sit all the way upstairs with children and seniors because of the stairs but they did not give us other free places there were still many free tables without a reserved board, but they still say that it is reserved, the counter lady still has to learn to show respect to others instead of giving our money back. they just send us away!

If you come with 3 separate reservations and you have a birthday boy in 1 reservation, the other reservation may not even scan the app for points. Nowadays you pay €7.95 for children of 2, while they hardly eat or drink anything, which I find really scandalous. Then you have from 3 to 7 years and then you pay €21. Just do like so many other restaurants at €3 per year of life up to 12 years. But I notice that some palazzos are becoming more and more money-hungry. A real shame because they started off so well a few years ago.

Super tasty food! Enough choice and quality

The website explains everything very nicely, but on Saturday evening things are different in practice. Staff at the checkout did not take into account a queue and let people push ahead and were not very hospitable in my opinion. The servers on our side of the restaurant regularly removed tables from all tables, while ours had several servers waiting all evening... They call themselves a world kitchen, but now have a range like almost any other all you can eat concept. The food was well prepared and the meat and fish frying/stir frying went well. Only the baguette may be removed and replaced earlier.

Kassa medewerker was heel erg brutaal. Blijkt dat je niet meer apart mag betalen bij een reservering. Verder moet je 5 euro exstra betalen voor het zingen met een kaars. Toen we klaar waren waren de medewerkers de heletijd naar ons te staaren, zo van waneer gaan jullie weg.. ik ga nooit meer. Vrezelijk
